This week, Emma and Meredith discuss Wilhelm's newfound attitude toward his duties and the crown, Simon's whack rebound, and an interesting moment between August and Sara.

Hello, my name's Emma. I'm Meredith, and this is Tizin. Okay, we were just discussing uh Emma Emma Italian ice swimming and boobs is so Emma's mom wants her to come over and swim. Mind you, it is not that warm out. Um, and I was like, oh yeah, you know, the it's too cold. And she was like, oh well, you know, I don't even have a swimsuit. And I was like, oh well, you know, you should just let your boobs flop around and float in the pool. And she said they don't float in the pool. I've done they float in the pool. I don't know. Other things float in pools. People themselves can float in water. Yeah. So why wouldn't boobs, you know, float up a little bit and relieve the pressure? You know what I'm saying? Girl, I wish. I fucking wish. Okay, well, I'm running off of like four hours of sleep right now. And I'm so sleep deprived. I feel like I'm kind of going crazy right now. That's how I felt the past couple days. Work has been atrocious for me. And oh girl. I told Meredith last night. I was like, yeah, girl, I'll come hang out with you. Um if I like respond back to you, I'm awake and I'll hang out with you when you get back. Um, Meredith never got a text. I I saw her, I saw that text and I was like, yeah, right. Yeah, she's not gonna text me. So I and I stayed up because I'm a dumbass. I stayed up until 5 30 a.m. Literally, I look outside, it's bright outside, the birds are fucking chirping, and I'm like, oh shit, man, I gotta go to bed. Bro, reading will do that to you. Yeah, it's really dangerous. I've never really done that with the TV show. Like, ever really. Like, never with the TV show, movies, like anything. I've never stayed up that late. Books though, I have stayed up so late to the board's not even late anymore. It's the a.m. It's the a.m. And I need to be doing something with my day. Exactly. So I'm the same way, like, because I don't realize how much time is passing as I'm reading because you kind of get like in a headspace, you go to a different world, you get into the zone, and like TV, you can kind of know how long it takes because you know how long an episode is or how long a movie is. Right. So then you're like, oh, like if this, if I want to go to bed at this time though, like I can't watch this, but then you're reading and then it's past it's way past the time. It's continuous, it's like infinity. It just keeps it. Especially when the chapters just like leave off on like ten years. I'm just like, fuck, I gotta read the next one, man. And you're just like, okay. I like I remember doing that in like fourth or fifth grade when I started reading Harry Potter, and I would still be up at 2 a.m. and my dad would come in my room and he'd be like, Are you serious? I quite literally remember reading, I think it was the six Harry Potter books. That's when I was like getting really into it. Yes. Really deep, really dark, everything. And it was like Thanksgiving. I was just laying on the couch, and my family's like, So are you gonna like hang out with us? I said, No. No, I'm reading. Sure, I'm not, you know. Um, so I get it. I would totally be up till 5 32. I okay, that reminded me, so this was kind of weird, but oh my god, what is there something on my face? Oh my god, I thought there was a bug on me. Oh. It was still attached to my head, it was just like on my eyes. It was like all the way over. I thought it was Kona's hair. Oh like what what's on me? Yeah, but you had a hair like all the way over. Oh my gosh. Okay. Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. No, it's okay. That reminded me of another story too. But the one I was thinking of is when I was watching the Harry Potter movies, uh-huh. I remember I I was trying to get braces, and my my dentist or orthodontist was like, Okay, well you need to lose these five teeth before you can get braces. Yeah, they wouldn't come out. So I was like, oh shit. Oh, I was like, oh shit, okay. So then I'm sitting there in front of the TV watching Harry Potter pulling on my baby teeth that need to come out, and I I literally in a span of like two or three movies, I pulled all of them out. Is that sadistic? You pulled them out? Yeah. I mean, I can't blame you for that. I swallowed my own teeth. Oh. Okay. It's fine. I haven't done that, but um my mom was like, I wanna keep your your baby teeth, and I'm like, I swallowed them. Remember in school and they give you like little treasure chests or something if you lost a tooth at school. They'd be like, I'd be like, oh, it's so cute. And then I'd open it at home and was like all bloody nasty. I'd be like, ooh, that's nasty as hell. Oh, talking about teeth is giving me like now I've got creepy crawlies. I'm sorry, y'all. Oh, okay, but going back to the thing about my face, and then I promise we'll get to the episode. You you said there like the hair on my face. Yesterday I was cleaning out the garden, right? Yeah. And I was like raking.

And all of a sudden I hit something, and it's a fucking ant nest. And all of a sudden, all these ants just like exploded out. And I was like, oh my god! And there was like larvae in there, like the ants like eggs and nasty crap. And I was like, um, okay, and they started crawling everywhere, dude. And they were crawling all over my shoes, and I was like jumping around outside, and I was like stomping on the concrete, and I was like, I really hope our neighbor doesn't walk out right now. I bet you kinda was looking at you like because I probably looked insane. But they were crawling all over me, and I was like, oh but I got a third of it cleaned out, so it's okay. You did it, it looks really good. Thank you. Pause. I still need to clean a lot of the other stuff out. Yeah, no. We'll do it. We'll do it later. I might do it tomorrow. I can do it tomorrow. Okay, hell yeah. Okay, anyways, this is uh Season two Young Royals. Young Royals, yeah. Yeah, so I didn't have much to write about this. I didn't either. We both had three pages of stuff to write, and I don't know if it's because a lot of it was longer scenes. Yeah. Or what. I mean, it was 44 minutes, which was about the typical for each of these episodes. So I don't really know why I walk like wrote half the amount I usually do. I wonder if it's just because it's the new season. So I think I really was trying to watch it more. Yeah. Because season one I've watched so many times. Yeah, that's true. And season two, I think I've only watched once through, to be honest. Okay. And there's a reason for that. This episode, yeah, because it was giving me secondhand embarrassment. I wanted to throw up. Not even second-hand embarrassment. It's just a face. Ugly ass face. Oh my god, I'm up. That's so savage. So when I I just need you to I just need somebody to have a vision first before we start talking about the season, okay? Oh my god. Sam Smith. Okay? Off-brand, Aldi's edition. Aldi's editions, Sam Smith is in this season. Okay. So just get that image in your head. We'll tell you. We'll tell you his name when he comes up. Okay. Um, vomit. Barf. Barf, throwing up, throwing up. Okay. This episode started off really strong. I was like, whoa, man. Like, it was strong. It was uh Willem and Simone like just kissing, caressing each other, whatever. But I mean Willem was just dreaming that. Yeah, it was a dream. I was like, oh no. I have my hopes up. Poor baby just going through it. And he wakes up in his house, like in the palace. So mess. And you can tell he's just so spaced out. Like. Because he's just like, bruh. Mm-hmm. And he goes straight to his brother's room, Eric. Yeah. And he puts on his jacket and just hugs it. And well, and as he's going up there, his mom's like, wait, like, I I need to talk to you. And she tries to start talking to him. He just poses the door on her face. It's so delicate too. Like, you know, if you're really angry or something, you know, you slam his buddy's face, you're like, get out, whatever. He literally just goes, shut. Like, he just slowly shuts it and she just stands there and lets it close it. Which is the crazy part. She's just like, oh, okay. She doesn't even say anything afterwards, really. She's just like, okay. And then she just like leaves. Yeah. But it's in there, like trying on the the the jacket. And then he has the I don't exactly know what it is, but it has a note on the inside that's like lighter. Yeah. It's a lighter. It's like once a once a brother, always a brother, something like that. And then he sees a picture of Eric in August, which fuck August. Literally. Because she does, anyways. He um sets him on fire. Oh yeah, and the picture. Oh my god. The way the picture burned, it made him look so creepy. Oh no, I really freaked out so bad. I was like, it made him look like a skeleton-looking old. Yeah, so when the picture burned, it made August in the picture wearier than hearing. And I was like, oh my god, what? But um Volum's not playing around anymore. He's so over it. His attitude in this episode is completely different. Yeah, I'm in I'm in love with it. I'm like, I do. It's so it's so cunty. Cunty. Like sassy, savage. But like in the best way possible. Yes. Like, you know what I mean? Mm-hmm. And we get to see August doing his fucking burpees and he's always doing that bullshit over and over and over and over again. I hate I hate when he's like in there doing rowing stuff and he's like, ah, like, why does he do that? I'm like, I understand you have issues, but also can we like stop this? Does he does he realize that rage rooms are a thing? Like, he could find one. I'm sure. I'm pretty sure Sweden has a rage room. But I guess Burke Eason Rose is his outlet, so whatever. Well, I guess so is just accompanied by screaming. Right. And then we flash to Sarah and meeting this man called Marcus for the first time. Mm-hmm. Like they just pull up at their house. And like I think he just gave her a ride home or something. And he just got the bathroom. They said later, like she was showing him like the stables and stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And and everything. But he's from a different school. It isn't he from the school they used to go to? Yes. Okay, that's what I thought. Mm-hmm. So they're they know each other, you know. Yeah, like they they become acquainted acquainted. Yeah. But then he's like, Oh yeah, okay, I'm I'm gonna go to the bathroom. No, he's going to the bathroom, he just starts creeping on Simone because he's like being emo as fuck, and he's just like, Oh my god. Like just like you know, and you just sit there and you're just like, yeah. That's yeah, Simone was just like in his room doing that. He just almost feels he didn't care about anything else, and then this Sam Smith wannabe walks in and starts talking to him. And I'm just like, Aren't you supposed to be going to the bathroom right now? Like, why are you bothering him? Literally. Obviously, he's feeling emo as hell, right? Like, and he's sitting here inviting him to karaoke. No, for real. And he's like, Oh stuff. And I'm like, I'm sorry if I met somebody for the first time, didn't even know who you were or anything. Just because we went to kindergarten together. I'm not going anywhere with you. Like, what do you mean you want to do karaoke? And Samoa's just like, okay, like, yeah, sure, whatever. He turns back around and just continues on with his life. He's like, okay. Just like, okay, whatever. And I was just like, aren't you just here to go to the bathroom? Like, you'd be weird, so super weird. And this is also when we see Sarah open the letter from the school saying she was accepted as a as a boarding student. And Sarah's texting Felice being like, Guess what? I get to be a room, I get to live with you. Yeah, because Felice's getting her hair done, and her mom calls her and she's like, Hey mom, what's up? And her mom's like, I hear you're um not gonna be doing writing anymore. She's like, Yep. She was like, When were you gonna tell me? She's like, I wasn't really planning on telling you. Well Or she was like, I ba I already thought you knew that basically. I mean, you know how much I hate it, so put two and two together, you know? And like the entire time she's so annoyed, and the second she sees Sarah's text about getting accepted, the biggest smile booms on her face, and she immediately cuts her mom off and is like, Oh my god, Sarah got in.

And her mom's just like, Bro, what? Like, who are you talking about? Like, Felice, she I love her. Honestly, she's she's she eats down. Oh yeah. Honestly. But then, um, because Sarah gets in, she obviously has which watching this is completely different than the guys one. Like the guys one was so humiliating. The guys one would accurate scare me. The guys one is literally abuse. It's literally physical abuse. That's like the description of hazing. Like and it's fine. They were like spitting on each other, hitting each other. Stop, I can't rethink it. Stop talking about it. Like it was it was spitting on the balls and then drink it was disgusting, dude. And this one, they just wear masks and get drunk. And then they're just like, you just gotta go do this. You just gotta go closet scene at the party. That's it. And it's like the senior party for like their last semester or whatever. And they're like, Yeah, it's their last one that they're having, blah blah blah. So it's tradition. She's like, Okay, yeah. And she she pulls up to the party. Um, before anything happens though, August is like standing and staring in the mirror. And suddenly he just looks at himself and he goes, he flashes the craziest smile ever. It's like the most uh senile, psychotic looking. I'm gonna kill you smile. He just likes so over, he's just like I don't even know how to describe it. It was like a it was like a because he couldn't smile at first, so he just kind of like and then he was and then he was like like he literally his eyes bugged out, he literally forced himself to smile like so cracky, like no thoughts behind his eyes. He's just like, okay, I'm ready. I'm just like, okay, bro, that's uh you've got something going on there. Like clearly, if you force yourself to smile that badly, you're not okay. Obviously not, no. And I'm just like, okay, you know, you don't really have to go to the party. Move forward. Well, I guess he has to, but like, I don't know. He's wilding. But then he walks out and he's just talking to his friends, and then it goes back over to Sarah. Bro. They they tell her that she needs to go in and basically ruin their party. Like cause the whole scene. And she sure does. She sets the whole flag on fire. Sets their flag on fire, dude. I was literally standing there and I was like, what? And Simone sees this on someone's story because they were trying to get a hold of her, and he's like, Whoa, what the fuck? Yeah, just and right after his him and his mom were just talking about how like it's a bad idea that she's there. And Simone was like, nah, it's alright. Like, she's like, nah, that's okay, mom. And then he sees that and he looks over, he's like, Oh the way he The way he instantly closes his bedroom door too because he was like, Oh fuck. And he's just like, oh no. And then I'm sorry, I don't know why he keeps saying stuff like that. But he closes the door and keeps watching it, and he's like, Oh shit. Uh-huh. And he starts texting his friends. He's like, Hey, can you drive me to the palace? Like, I something's going on with Sarah. Like I need to get there. Yeah. And both of his friends are out doing something, so they can't. So he calls off the fucking Sam Smith wannabe. Marcus. And he's like, Yo, are you out driving? And Marcus is like, No, but do you need a ride? Um, I can be our taxi driver. Well, and that's basically how Small saw it at first, because he gets in the backseat. Yeah. If you're telling me, hey, I'm a taxi driver, yeah, I'll get in your backseat, I guess. Like, I Like I I I don't know. Like this the sitting in the backseat. At low key though, I would have done the same thing, like, especially if I didn't know him very well. It's just like, oh yeah, I can give you a ride. I'd be like, alright. Cool. I I don't know, it was just weird. Yeah. And then um Wilhelm is making it back to the school and he gets a call from Felice, right? Uh yes, yes, yes. Yeah. He gets a call from Felice being like, hey, we're all at this party. And like you should August is here, perfect opportunity to make his life live in hell, basically. Right, because he was like, I'm I'm gonna do this and this and this. And so she's like, Oh well, you have the perfect opportunity now. And so he walks in, um, he literally brings a whole posse with him. Like all the first years, he's like, Alright, he wants to go to the party, and they're like, Are you serious? And he's like, Yeah, let's go. He's like, as if we're getting in. He's like, if you can get me around my guard, then yeah, you know, we're we're we're set. So they all pull up, and the he's like, Alright, I would like to s I we're coming in. And the two seniors are like, no. And he's like, No, you're not. He's like, Yes, I am. And they're like, uh, no, and he's like, okay, let me see August. And they're like, no. And he's like, yes, go get him. And then August comes out, and of course, he's trying to get back on Volume's good side. So yeah, he's just like, Yeah, I can make an exception. And are you gonna say that with Royal Highness? Yeah, yeah. I was gonna say, yeah, like even before that, he's just like, You will address me. Your Royal Highness. Well, because August comes out and he's like, Uh-huh. He's like, Oh hey, Willie, like, what's up? And he's like, you will address me as your royal highness. He does not give a fuck. No, and his other the other two seniors there are like laughing about it, and he's like, No, I'm being dead ass though. Like, you have to do that. And August is just like, okay, your highness. And you can tell that he wants to kill himself. Not kill himself, but like he wants to die. I think he does. Low key. I think he wants to die. He's like, oh fuck me, dude. And so he's like, I I guess I can make an exception. So all these first years are at the party now, and his friends are just like, bro, what the hell? Yeah, like this is our last party. Well, even before that, I wrote it down. Uh he I forget what uh August says to make uh Wilhelm say this, but he says, Tell me what to do, see what happens. I literally wrote it down. I I love that line so much. He was just like, Yeah, tell me what to do, see what happens. Literally, literally, I forgot. I was like, I don't remember what the context of it was. I think because August is saying that like you can't come in. And he was like, tell me what to do again and see what happens. And that's when he's like, Oh come in. Um, yeah, come come on in, guys. Literally the cuntiest line from Wilhelm. Yes, since the series started. I was like, I was like, oh shit, man. I was like, dang! Also, he looks so good because he's a his he has a new haircut and it looks so good on him. Like it it the other hairstyle he had in the first season was long. Yeah, like it was fine. It was fine, but it didn't fit his facial structure as much as this does. Oh yeah. I'm just like, dang, he looks good as hell. And especially when he's wearing like his like cozy sweats and stuff. I'm just like, damn! Yeah. Like, whoa! I'm like, whoa, I see you. Looking spicy as hell, man. Like numbers me up like that. But Simone and Volum see each other at the party and Volum's like, I think I might know where she is. And so he calls her, Simone calls police and he gives the phone to Sim uh Simone, and Simone's just like, Where the hell are you, dude? Like legitimately, we're so worried about you. What are you doing? And she's like, ah and it hangs up, but then okay. So I was just talking, man. Okay. Bro, what are you doing? Okay, anyways, Con is here now. But even like did did someone even say thank you? No. To to Vul like helping him out? No. That's what I thought. I was just like, damn, bro. Yeah, he's trying to he's trying to help you out and find out. Like he he's ignoring him, he's not talking to him, like he won't, he's barely trying to look at him. Yeah. And Vil helps him find his own sister, and he doesn't even say thank you. I'm like, I understand that you're hurt, but also try to understand. But he's not trying to understand, that's the problem. That's the that is the problem. He's not he's not under trying to understand his point of view, yeah. And so Villa's just like, okay, well, like fuck me, I guess. Like, damn. Like, he's just trying to like talk to because that's the only person he can talk to. Yes. And he even says that later, I think. And mind you, this isn't even like they were in a relationship for months and months or years and years, so it's like really awkward and you don't want to be friends with your ex. This is like it's been a thing going on for like a month or two. Yeah. Like they they haven't been in it. They haven't really been official with anything. No. And he's just trying to be his friend, if anything. Exactly. The fact that someone's just like blowing him off totally is just crazy to me. I was like, my brother in Christ. This cannot be real right now. Like, are you talking to him for two seconds? That's what I'm saying. Thank him when he's trying to help you find his sister that you cannot find yourself. Exactly. And then Villa like ends up outside. And who's who's the guy he's talking to? It's the it's the other senior. I forget his name. I also forget his name. But I feel like we should know his name. You know what I'm saying? He's not that important. But he's outside and he's peeing. Like, is there not a bathroom inside, my guy? No. Like, do we not know how to use a toilet? And uh and then starts talking about the whole class thing, which I know we've talked about before. He's like, Yeah, I know you had like uh Samana and whatever, but if he's gonna be with a guy, like whatever, I'm sure we could find you somebody, but it'll just be of higher class. Exactly. So like the he's basically saying the problem isn't that it's a guy, he's saying the problem is that because they're not from the same class. And I was like, okay, I mean, props on that being homophobic, but at the same time, like again, who the fuck cares? Right. It's like I think class like so and Wilhelm's face afterwards was literally like It's just like bro, what the actual fuck are you talking about, bro? But for real. But then we get to like another I don't even know what exactly they do at the church, like they just listen to the choir singing. Yeah, I guess the choir scene. They they just have like random performances for the choir, I guess. And uh Simone's not there. There's like a gaping hole. Yeah, he's not there, and not singing. And then the headmistress um announces like, oh, like at this Jubilee, the Royal Highness is gonna be there, like the queen or whatever, blah blah blah, and then Volum's gonna give a speech, and you can just be like, Volum's like a fucking spe a speech. What the hell are you talking about? Yeah. And he texts his mom, I think, he's like, since what am I doing? Speech. And she was like, or and it wasn't to his mom. It was to somebody on the on the like court or whatever. Oh, I'm so sorry. Bless you. Thank you. Yeah, it was someone else on the court. And they were like, Well, you would have known if you listened to her. Like, when the fuck did she even try and tell him? She did call him. She did, but at the same time, like I mean, how are we supposed to tell somebody? I don't know, man. I'm just saying. When he was at the house in person, well she he she tried that too. Remember? That's when she he shut the door on her. I don't care, I don't like her. So I don't like her either, but I'm just telling you. He was trying and uh I don't care. I don't like her. So she can she can suck my butt, honestly. But like he was just like, uh, I'm not doing that. Like yeah, so like that's not happening at all. No, but then we get to Simone and we find out we sign out that he find out that he just overslept his alarm, which is why he wasn't at the choir thing, and he's on the bus with his friends, his two friends, and they're just like, you know, like why not use this Marcus guy's rebound? Yeah, they're and they're basically like fuck Wilhelm, fuck whatever. Yeah. Which clearly makes me understand that that's why they're friends, yeah. Simone, like they don't know anything about Wilhelm at all. No, they don't. But they're they're writing hard for Simone. Mm-hmm. So and I feel like in this moment, I feel like Simone almost feels guilty and bad. Like when his friends are dissing on Wilhelm, he's like, Well, I think he knows, like, oh well, he has to deal with this and deal with this. Yeah. And I feel like there's like a slight hint of man, like they don't really know him. Yeah. Like they just see that he did me dirty, and you know, but he's like, there's more to that than just that. Yeah, than just that. But at least they're supporting him. Yeah, you know? And he's like, Alright, yeah, you know, maybe I will. Maybe I will use him as a rebound. And they're and I'm just like, they've So I want you to look in the mirror at yourself. And then I want you to take a look at him. And I want you to say, Wow, I'm way more deserving than him. I I deserve more than that guy. The Sam Smith wannabe. I just can't get over. This isn't even the cringy part, bro. No, the cringy part is yet to come. Which is crazy. But the next part, we get back to the school, and fucking Alexander's back. He's back. Bro, these bitches are so fake. They're like, oh my god, welcome back. He's like, oh yeah. And ever they're all just standing there, I'm just like, you guys are fake as hell. Mm-hmm. Like, literally fuck you guys. And they're like, oh well, Alexander doesn't know that it was us that did it, so you know, just act like his friend. I'm like, what the fuck? I'm like, Do you guys think he's an idiot or something? Apparently. Because obviously he knows who tattled. He was the only people you you were the only people he was around with the drugs. Yeah. Like, are you serious? Are they the stupid ones? So then we get to what I don't I don't remember what prompted this, but it's the line from Villan that's like, I'll punish him. I'll punish him my way, is what he said. He was talking to Felice, I think. Oh, you're right. Because she was like, okay, she's like, oh, just are you planning on going to the board or whatever, telling them and just like making it public?
