SPEAKER_01That's how you it harmonizes a little bit. I like it. Okay. So welcome back. Yes. Um, I just want to say there's gonna be no episode next week. Yes. Because I'm gone, and Emma has her nursing career, I guess, going on. So um there will be no episode next week, so there'll be a little break. Not that we've been like completely consistent, um, but that's okay. Um, truly that's okay. Um and maybe today we'll actually create a video on TikTok and uh what is it, advertise advertisement to the fullest. Exactly. So, anyways, it's been a week. Um, I genuinely feel like a hot steaming pile of crap right now. Um, two things. One, I did something really outrageous to my neck. I don't actually know what happened. Um, but there is like a huge knot in the side of my neck. It's massive. And Emma tried to get it out for like 15 minutes yesterday and it moved a little bit. It like shifted like an inch down. Um this morning it's just I I can't turn my neck, like it hurts so bad. And this morning I woke up and it was like stuck. Like I literally had to get in the shower with the hot water and like massage it out a little bit. Um, and it feels better now. Like I can actually turn my neck now, but it still hurts. But it's it's better. Um, so there's that, and I hope it goes away soon because again, I'm leaving on vacation and I can't be in pain on vacation. Nobody's um and then yesterday I woke up with a fucking sore throat. And she's doing great. You're you're I think it's so fantastic. This I think it's because anytime like I have something build up to something and then it's over, my body just like crashes and then I end up getting like a sore throat for like two or three days. Um, I'm pretty sure that's what it is because I haven't been around anyone sick. Um, so I've been taking Zycam. Hopefully that makes it go away. I'm yawning. Oh my god. But uh yeah, so I've been having a week. Um I I had to call into work today because genuinely I just I I can barely even sit up straight with my neck. So I just called off. It'll not go over well. Mind you, I'm my own boss, so I can do what I want. But exactly. Exactly. So I was just like, yeah, um, I don't feel good, and my voice is my throat is scratchy today. It's a lot better than it was yesterday, so I'll be able to make it through the podcast. Um, but when you teach, you know, it's just constant talking for like four and a half hours, and I just I cannot feasibly do that. So here we are. Um we we fell into the grasps of the dumpling squishy world. We did. And you're so welcome. Um, I've gone down a rabbit hole of just TikToks recently of like fidget training and all that different stuff, and I showed Meredith and I was like, bro, like we need to go and to like five below or something and find where some of these fidgets are. So we end up at five below this morning. These kids must be crazy because they're holding them hostage at the front of the store. Like, and we didn't even realize it. I don't think they had it set up yet or something, because like we walked in and we went all the way back, we're looking around. Yeah. There was like nothing out there really. We also went to Target. They had nothing at Target yet. Not a single thing. They just had a carrot, which I still am kind of sad I didn't just get the carrot. Cause that sounds so good to just like cut my hands into right now. Like, genuinely. So that's what our morning consisted of. Um, and me, I guess, just dying in pain from my neck. So hopefully that gets better. But, anyways, we were still able to watch an episode. So we got episode three today of season two of Young Royals. Uh, I just want to say this entire episode made me so fucking mad. I've never hated an episode of a TV show more. Literally, everyone's pissing me off. Every last person.
SPEAKER_00I I I don't whatever your intentions are, any of that stuff throughout this entire episode, every single one of them, I wanna have a sit down talk and be like, listen, honey, what's going on?
SPEAKER_01So every single time someone did something, I actually wanted to pull my hair out because I genuinely was like, What are you like these people just do stuff and they just like there's just no just thinking they're just they're just like oh I feel like doing this right now and I'm gonna do it, and then like they just don't even think about the consequences or anything. No, they're just like oh yeah, this seems fine. Like, bro, what do you mean? What do you mean this seems fine? Yeah, I don't I don't quite understand. Um so, anyways, you're in for a roller coaster ride this episode. Yeah, so prepare yourself. Cause I was not. I was also not, and there's stuff in this episode I totally forgot happened. Yes, which literally blew my mind because I did not know that happened. I was sitting there and I was like, um, excuse me. Since when did this happen?
SPEAKER_00Like, I I actually have no recollection of it. Cause usually, like, when I re-watch something, I'm like, okay, yeah, yeah, that did happen. Like, I forgot it happened, but then I watch it and it's like ding ding ding.
SPEAKER_01I don't remember this happening. I don't remember this at all. So Yeah. Call me confused. Anyways.
SPEAKER_00Anyways, we start the episode off with Wilhelm just trying to get into breathing and relaxation and in the zen. With the the therapist.
SPEAKER_01The therapist. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Well, he before that, he had like that voice thing where it's like, be calm.
SPEAKER_01Oh yeah. Yes, yes, yes, yes. I thought for some reason I thought that was the therapist saying that. No. It was like it on his phone. It's one of those like recording things. Like record, yeah. Where they're just like, take a deep breath now, hold it. Like that that sweet, calm, like, you know, well, I wonder if it's from the pamphlet he picked up because he looked at it on his desk. That's like the anxiety and panic attack pamphlet. So he was clearly doing that, trying to go out for a walk, trying to relax, do his thing. Um, doesn't seem to be working all that well. He seems to be frustrated. Um, which I would also be frustrated if somebody over some voicing was like, stay calm, relax your voice. You know what that reminds me of the Delilah girl on the radio. Yeah. That was always on like for Christmas music and shit. And she'd always be like, This is Delilah. And every time she'd come on, I'd be like, turn this off like me out of this nightmare. But then on the other side, we have um August talking to some guy. I don't remember a lawyer. It was Was it a lawyer? It was uh and he has like a contact with his stepdad, which we all know he doesn't really like his stepdad. He's just kind of like this guy's a fucking idiot. But he needs some help because he knows that he's gonna go see like the queen of the queen, and he's like all up in hands, like this is about the video video, and I was like, I need I need legal counsel to protect me from this, which I don't know how they're gonna protect you from the royal court, right? Um, but good luck, buddy. And seeing his eyes flash when he's like, Oh, so technically this is a prisonable offense. That's like child pornography. He's like, you could be charged with defamation or child pornography. And he's like, Prison? What? Me? Like, yes, sir. Yes, sir. What you did was illegal. Like, even even though you're like 17, 18 years old, yeah, it is illegal. Yep. And you did that to the crown prince, so you really didn't. So that's even more fucked up. Wow. But I'm like But to see him just like so shocked like that is like, yeah, sure. Uh-huh. Nothing was gonna happen. And then after that, we get back to them at practice, right? Is that the next thing you have?
SPEAKER_00Um, yeah. Yeah. And when uh Wilhelm was just asking Simone if he was like okay and everything.
SPEAKER_01Because they have like an upcoming meet like growing event. Yeah, and he's like crashing out, he's like, we have to be the best, blah blah blah. And he's directly yelling at Simone. And so Wilhelm goes up to him and is like, hey man, are you okay? And then all of a sudden Simone's just like, no, I'm not okay.
SPEAKER_00He's like, he's like, You made us cheat and blah blah blah. That's why I'm not doing good, blah, blah.
SPEAKER_01I'm like, and I'm like, Simone, you agreed to cheat, you had fun. You did, you had a blast. You even said so. And literally you went with him and you didn't have to. You did not have to go with him. Like, what genuinely fuck off. And he was just there to help you, and you understood that, so you did it. He's just asking you if you're okay, and all of a sudden you're blaming him for something that you agreed to. You are upset with your own actions. Yeah. Like, genuinely, fuck off, bro. It made me so mad. I literally wrote down someone pissing me off. Like, no same. Like, first off, he just asked you how you were. It had nothing to do with the fact that, like, oh, I cheated at a bob. He's like, no, I'm doing awful because you made me cheat. He didn't make you do anything, bitch. No, you made that decision yourself. Literally. Like, he suggested it and he could have said it such a different way. He couldn't have been like, Yeah, man, I really wish like we didn't cheat or whatever. Like, I feel like it's bringing me down.
SPEAKER_00Like, you know, there's a way to say things.
SPEAKER_01Or be like, I feel like I feel guilty about doing that. And then I feel like I'm doing bad because of it, you know. It's like I'm just pinning it off. Yeah, I mean, like, yeah, you made me do this. Fuck off. Simon is pissing me off so bad right now. Like, I don't know if anyone watches uh oh gosh, what's the show? It's uh smiling friends, and there's this character that's like silly Samuel. Every time he does something, I just feel like silly Samuel because no one is like no one is taking it seriously. I feel like I'm the only one taking this seriously. No, for real. Like I just it's so frustrating. He pisses me off. I just don't understand. Jesus Christ. Like, I I feel for Wilhelm right now because he's just trying his best. He's just asking questions, making like he's just trying to be a friend. Right. It has nothing to even do with dating at this point.
SPEAKER_00Like, if somebody was like, Hey Emma, how are you doing today? I'd be like, Oh, thanks for asking. Blah blah blah. That's what a friend would do.
SPEAKER_01Not even a friend, just an acquaintance, a genuine good person. Why why are we being so rude? So rude about it. I'm like, literally fuck off. Like, calm down. Like, it'll be okay. Jesus Christ, it'll still be okay. It it'll still be okay. And then, um, what do you have after that? We get to the uh back to the dorm room, I believe, and that's what Felisa Wilhelm. Yeah, it's like and just chilling out or whatever, and just talking about food. Yeah, and Volum just randomly calls at the royal court, like, hey, I need food delivered here. He's like, the food here hasn't been not really that great.
SPEAKER_00Living up to whatever.
SPEAKER_01Thinking about it is making me so hungry. No, I literally Because they ordered pokeyballs. I want one so bad now, or like dumplings or something. I just need something. I don't know. I I fear we might have to get something because I I just keep thinking about it. It's terrible. Hey, think about this. We get food and then we play Sims. Okay. See? I'm full of good ideas. I will be.
SPEAKER_00Could you imagine if we just sit there and then play Sims and eat our Poké Bowl and then afterwards we watch Pride and Prejudice while we're writing our stories?
SPEAKER_01No, literally, that sounds like the best fucking day ever, bro. Like if I could do that every day, I'd I wish I could. I would. If I could make money doing that every day, I would. Somebody needs to come up with that because I'm tired of living this starving artist life. Starving artist life is crazy. Hey, I'm tired of living this giving back to the people vibes. Well, nurses do not make enough money. No, you do not make enough money to be putting up with all this bullshit. No. Like if you want to make more money to deal with this bullshit, just work more days. Like, actually, how about I punch myself in the head instead? Yeah, which is everything that I do basically whenever I'm off. I'm like, uh girl, you're funny. Anyway, we're tracked. But the Pokeball really makes me hungry. Anyways, the Pokeball look delicious. It's so good. Um, but like she's just sitting there listening to uh Villone like talk about Simone, and like he's worried about how Simone is with Marcus, which fuck Marcus, by the way. He does something later in this episode that makes me so fucking mad. No, literally. Um, but he's just kind of complaining about it, and Felice's just like, okay, well, why don't you just ask him if they're together or not? Like, and and Wilhelm just kept being like, it feels like he has feelings. Yeah. And everything. And Felice's like, bro, just ask. Yeah. Like it's that simple. Just literally just ask. And then we get Simone with his friends. Yes. And they they low key call him out on his shit. They're clocking him every time. Which is good for them because he's pissing me the fuck off. And he's pissing them the fuck off as well. Oh, I remember what the it feels like he has feelings is from now.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yes, yes, yes. I know exactly what you're saying. It's the scene right here that you're starting to talk about.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Because he someone was complaining about needing to do some cardio and some other bullshit for this rowing team. So he goes and his friend is like trying to help him, but then he's like, oh, I can't do it. I can't do it. And I'm like, is this not what you fucking wanted? Right. Why are you complaining? You're exactly where you wanted to be. And now that you're there, you're complaining. Mm-hmm. And your friend is trying to help you, and now you're complaining that your friend is helping you. Yeah. He's like, bro, literally fuck off. And the entire time he's like, I'm cold, I'm hungry. I'm cold and hungry. I'm like, okay. Like, okay. Well, I'm sure your friend is too. You agree to go out in the snow and do this because they're doing stuff out on like the soccer field and it's snowing. Like, genuinely, the amount of anger that is coursing through my body because of this one episode is actually fucking crazy, dude. It's like 11 out of 10. I was gonna say like a 15 out of 10. You know what? I'm gonna say 100 at this point. I don't even know. Actually, yeah. It's probably pretty diabolical. Yeah. Um, anyway, so then they're like, okay, fine, like, we'll be done. And they go over there and they start asking him, like, well, do you still have feelings for for Willem? Yeah. And everything. He's like, oh no, no, like, bro, you're a horrible liar. Denying all that, whatever. And they're like, What about Marcus? And then they started talking about Marcus, and he's like, Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_00Well, I think he just like I feel like he has feelings or something along those lines, and they're just like, Okay, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Okay, yeah. Obviously. He obviously has feelings for you. What about you? And then this is when he said he he was like, I just don't think he's like, I don't understand why I can't fall in love with him. Yeah, which is a weird thing to say. Like, um You don't have to fall in love with you. You don't have to fall in love with him. Just say you're not into him. That's fine. You don't have to like every gay man that graces the fucking earth. Like And a lot of them don't grace this earth. Um no tea, no, no shade. Um it's just because they're men. But um I must stop. Okay. You stop. I didn't say anything. I gen you're the one who fucking started this. Okay, I'm sorry. Okay. Anyway, like you don't have to fall in love with him. Okay? He obviously isn't a rebound, and that's fine. Just tell him, hey, I'm not feeling this, I don't want to do this anymore. Okay? And move on. And move on, and you're done with it. Literally just stand the fuck up, dude. Like, he's just refusing to stand the fuck up, and it's making me mad. Like, holy balls. Genuinely. Anyways, then we get to the therapist again. William is therapist. He's actually talking. He's he is actually talking this time because he's like Well, you know, did my brother ever come here? And the guy and the therapist is like, you know, I I can't tell you that. Like the hippie. Um and Villem's like, yeah, okay. Um, and then he starts talking about how he just feels lonely, like with all this pressure on him and stuff. And then he gets to talking about Simone without saying who it is. Yeah, he's like, I met a friend. And he's like, I was feeling things I didn't realize I could feel. And it was very like I guess overwhelming. And he's like, I wish sometimes I wish I it would have never even happened. Yeah. Which like I totally get that. Because now especially what he's going through and really having to deal with already. Now not only does he have to deal with his brother being dead and getting all this responsibility put on him. Now he has to deal with this fucking bullshit with Simone because Simone is just like not even like trying. No. And like not even listening, not doing anything. Simone's just there. True. And I'm like, Simone, literally stand the fuck up. Stand up. Just stop. Like he's pissing me off. Holy shit. I just don't understand his thought process. I don't understand his thought process either. Because I don't think like that. No. So anyway, then they get put in the same fucking book group group in class. And it's so funny because the whole premise of the book literally relates to their situation. Yep. That's why I like stuff like this, it's so cool. And I was just like, wow, that's really fucking crazy. How about you actually read the book then? No, genuinely. No, seriously, because the entire book is about this girl or this lady, and she she ends up I I totally I totally forget like I forget the entire backstory. But she goes, she goes to like school or something, blah blah blah blah, and she ends up falling for a female classmate, and she wasn't expecting that. And like she has to turn inward and kind of work on like navigate that. And navigate that. Yeah. Like, hmm, that sounds really fucking familiar. That poor red-headed guy. I forget his name. I know, but he's just he's just in La La Land, bro. Doesn't he literally does not even know what the fuck? He's like, I'm gonna go get a coffee since we're waiting for Sarah. Yeah, because Sarah's also in the group. I forgot about that. So it's just like maybe you guys should read the b book and maybe you'd learn from it. Yeah. Like, especially after the conversation they have while they're sitting there waiting. No, dead ass. And will I I love how he just doesn't like leave anytime at all. No. He just gets straight to the point. He's like, so um, are you are you with Marcus? He's like, you told me you told me you didn't know Marcus. And Simone was like, Yeah, well I did. So are you guys a thing? Yeah, and he's like, Okay, well, are you a thing? And Simone's just like, uh He's like, Yeah, we hang out. And so you can see what Willie's just kind of like okay, like he's clearly like, damn, like my shot's gone or whatever. Exactly. And so I feel like Simone can see that on his face and he's like, Well, we're not together. Right. And it's like, so if you don't care about him anymore, why would you say that?
SPEAKER_00He's like, not that you need to know this or whatever.
SPEAKER_01Why are you telling him? Exactly. Why does it matter? Exactly. Like, is it because you still like him and you don't like Marcus at all? Probably. Maybe maybe you should stand the fuck up then and like do something about it. Nope, can't do that. Like he's just like standing there, he's just kind of like, oh no. This is all happening to me. Babe, take charge of your life. Take charge and do something. You're just sitting there letting it fucking happen to you. What do you no, no fucking wonder. Like, genuinely, are you on crack? Because he's pissing me off. Anyway. Uh the next thing I bro. Unless I just pushed the pillow off the couch, and the way it fell was really funny. He just went. Yeah. Um why didn't it do that? I don't know. Also, the next thing I say is just Felice's so supportive heart. Oh, because Villam is texting her and is like, hey, like, um, just so you know, they're not together. She's like, see, you still got a chance. Yeah, that's that's all that happened. Yeah. But um, then it's uh Sarah and the horse. Yeah, because so they're trying to sell to another family. Felice's horse off because she's not doing riding anymore. Yeah. And these people are very, there's like, oh, like he'll be fine. Like, he's fucking like Well, the son's like, he's like, he's not working well with me, you don't like him, whatever.
SPEAKER_00I think that and the family she's kind of like, no, it'll be okay, it'll be a good fit, whatever.
SPEAKER_01And Sarah just walks in, she's just like, um, so no, I don't think it's gonna be a good fit, basically. Yeah. And walks away with the horse. Yeah, and they're just like, oh, okay. And Felice like follows her and she's like, Yeah, we can find better people to sell 'em to. Mm-hmm. Because Sarah's like, those are not the type of people that we should sell a horse to. Yeah. Because they're just Which is fair. Well, it's very fair because you can tell they're not gonna take care of the horse. Like they're just there to buy it because they have money. Yep. And I guess because of looks. Like that that's genuinely it. Yeah. So Which good for her, yeah. But Felice I'm glad Felice was like, Yeah, like we won't be doing that. Like they seem sus as her Yeah. Absolutely not. No.
SPEAKER_00But we get um to uh Simone back at the school and he's pitching his idea about the Jubilee, like the song and everything, to his um choir, like professor.
SPEAKER_01Yes, because she was like, I want you to sing a soul at the Jubilee, and he's like, Oh, okay. So then he comes back and he's like, Hey, I have something that I wrote for the Jubilee, can I do it for you? And she's like, Okay, sure. And like when he's playing it, her the look on her face, I to me is just like kind of like okay. Like, she's just not like she's not like oh my gosh, yeah. So she says something like different than what her face says. Like what she tells him was like, Oh my god, I actually really like it a lot. This is an amazing arrangement, but her face is telling him like telling me at least, like, is this guy real right now? It's kind of giving like you pull me aside for this. Right, like you pulled me aside for what? Like, I think she actually genuinely did like it and everything. But she was just like, you probably I think for her, she was just kind of like, Okay, you would not have told me this other. Or like you could have sent me an email with a chat. Like that's that's how it felt. Like she was just like, damn. I felt her in that moment. Yeah, and she was like, Yeah, you know, it's it's good. Um, but you just need it to not have the cussing in it, because he says the F-word, he says follow. And he thought that would be okay when singing it. Literally. And you can totally tell the lyrics are so personal, and it directly relates to I.
SPEAKER_00I and likes her.
SPEAKER_01And it directly relates to Villem. And she's like, and then we also have to relate it to the school. So uh she's like, but other than that, I like it. Yeah, like okay, girl. But whatever you say. Um anyways, then we get back to the rowing shit because we're at lunch. Yep, we're at the dining hall talking about rowing. The way that the housemaster just sits there and like watches happen. He's like on food, like because Vincent gets up and he's just a fucking little bitch, bro. He's a twirl. He makes me so mad, but he's like yelling about like, tomorrow we're gonna we're gonna beat blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. And when this is happening, Villem and Simone make eye contact and they like smile at each other. I mean it is, it's funny, it's low-key funny. It is funny, and I'm just like, okay, so I'm so confused. Do you guys want to be together or not? Because the amount of looks we just keep getting is insane.
SPEAKER_00If that happened to me, I'd be like, either never look at me again or touch me everywhere.
SPEAKER_01I like I don't ever're crazy. I don't know how else to put that. Like you either need to bag me right now, or you need to fuck off. Like, either rob me of my bank or literally leave me alone. That's what I'm saying. And don't rob me. Like, either you want me or you don't. Period. And if you don't, then fuck off. Like, that's genuinely what I would tell him. Because what are you doing at all? Oh my god. But then the the ginger kid, he like laughs out loud and Vincent's like, What's so funny? And I'm just like, damn, bro. Yeah. And Wilhelm's just like Vincent. And he stops. I love that. He just like very calmly, she's like, Vincent. No, he literally has so much power over him. And he did. He shut up real fast. He did. Poured some water, whatever. He poured his water out, I think. Yeah, he poured his water out on him, but other than that, he like stopped. Yeah. And I was just like, damn. And again, the headmaster just being there, being like, huh. I know, he's just like eating his fucking salad. I'm like, bro, what the fuck? Like, I I just I can't. I just I just can't with Vincent's attitude.
SPEAKER_02No, for real.
SPEAKER_01Um, like he's just constantly on something. He's just always so he's always has he always has something to say. Yes. Like he can never just relax, and he's always gotta be in power somehow. So he he also just pisses me off, okay? I just oh my god, this next part. The fact that he pissed me off the least in this phone says a lot. That's what I'm saying. This next part really does me in.
SPEAKER_00Really does mean really does me in too for multiple reasons. So Oh boy, here we go.
SPEAKER_01Okay, everyone buckle in. So the first thing we see is Sarah with the horse Rousseau, and August is out running. He's out running, you know, preparing for the match. He usually does, and you know, like the little deer, the little deer run that he does, and he sees Sarah with the horse, and he's like, Oh, I must stop. I I must go to uh wherever she's going. So she's in the stable, and he pulls up, and he's just like, Hey, uh, you know, but what are you what are you doing later?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And she's like, What do you mean? And he's like, I just want to talk. Like that's what he says. And he's like, he's genuinely, he's just like, I just want to I just want someone to talk to. He's like, I you know, I can sneak you in the window or something. He's like, I just really need someone to talk to. And she's like, Okay. Like, that sounds fine. Like, uh, I'll I'm down.
SPEAKER_00I'll see you later.
SPEAKER_01And she's like, Yeah, I'll I'll agree. Like, uh, I'm I'll come, I'll come and we'll hang out and do whatever. As that's all ending, someone walks in, sees them, he's like, bro, what's that about, you know? And she's like, nothing. And she's like, Aren't you here to see Marcus or something? Yeah, she tries to like deflect. And he's like, Yeah, this next part, I want to punch a hole through the wall. Literally, genuinely, on both parts. Like, both of them.
SPEAKER_00Someone is going down to lay the land to Marcus to basically be like, I'm not ready for any well, he's not he's he's like, I'm not ready for anything serious. And it's like, okay, bro, elaborate. What does that even mean?
SPEAKER_01Right, because like and what we're seeing is like he we definitely see that he's not into Marcus. Yes, it's not that he's not for anything serious, but it's that he doesn't want to be serious with Marcus. He he doesn't want anything with Marcus.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01Like, and we we can see that as the viewer, but like he just goes up to Marcus and is like, I'm not ready for anything serious. And Marcus is like, okay, well we can take it slow. Yeah. Which is a valid response that anybody would say true.
SPEAKER_00Exactly.
