Good evening and welcome back to ICur Let's Pray Ministry, a space where compassion meets faith and every heart finds a moment to breathe, reflect, and connect with God. I want to say two things before I get into our episode for today. Um, because our episode is going to be talking about choosing perspective, amen. And I want to say two things before I get started. One, I do not own any rights. This music in the background. Please go to YouTube and follow Dabra Keys because this music is amazing. Praise the Lord. And second, please forgive me for my absence. I know I've been gone for over a month, but I am back committed and dedicated to posting for the next 365 days. May the Lord bless this podcast, may the Lord keep this podcast, and may the Lord speak through this podcast. Amen. Today we want to talk about choosing perspective. There's a quiet power in realizing that while you can't control everything that happens, you can influence how you see it. Perspective is not denial, it's direction. Amen. When life feels overwhelming, your mind naturally stands for, oh my God, what's wrong? What's about to happen? What's missing? What did I do wrong? And what's gonna happen next? It's almost like we self-sabotage the next day before the day even gets here, right? But today I want to invite you all to gently, gently interrupt that pattern to break that cycle by looking on the bright side. It is not pretending things are perfect because things are not perfect all the time, right? But it's acknowledging that even within imperfection, there is still goodness, there's still grace, there's still something worth holding on to, amen. Sometimes the bright side is as simple as breathe, breathing in your lungs, fresh air, breathing in the word of God, and breathing in the love of Jesus Christ over our life. It's a moment of stillness or the fact that you made it through something you once thought you could never make it through. And I know I got a witness out there that you didn't think you was gonna make it. They said you wouldn't make it, but God brought you through, amen. And I'm a living testimony. I've been through some storms, some battles, but God has favored me and brought me through, amen. And we always gonna have trials in life. We always gonna have tribulations in life, we're gonna have good days and bad days and situations and circumstances, but we have to look on the bright side of all of it. You know what I'm saying? You gotta find the good in all of it. If you just find that inch of light in a wall or the darkness, you have something to look forward to because you're almost to the end of the tunnel of bringing you through or coming through situations in your life. Today is it about awareness, not force and positivity, but noticing possibility. Let me say that one more time. It's not about force and positivity, but noticing, noticing a possibility. The light may not flood your entire situation, but even a small flicker matters, and often that's where transformation begins. 1 Thessalonians 5 and 18 states, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. Amen. Let's go to the Lord in prayer. Heavenly Father, Holy Spirit, God over all, we thank you for this day. We thank you for getting us through and letting us see another day, amen. We thank you, oh God, for keeping your hedge protection around us, keeping our minds and steadying our path so we can get to the other side. Today, we're asking for your grace over our lives, Heavenly Father. There's so many things in our lives that feel heavy, uncertain, and difficult to understand sometimes. But God, we know we're not going through this alone. We know that you're walking with us daily, and we know that you are giving us clarity on what to do next. We're not gonna pretend that they're not there. We know that there's situations going on right now in our lives that we need your direction. We need your clarity, we need your understanding, Heavenly Father. God, we know that you will give us the pathway in your due season of clarity and discernment on which way to go to get to the other side to see the brighter day. Holy Father, we want you to teach us, oh Lord, how to choose perspective, not by ignoring reality, but by choosing it through your truth, your words, and your love for us. Open our eyes to the good that still exists around us, Holy Father. Help us to notice that we're we've been overlooking our blessings and the small victories and the moments of grace. God, there's so many blessings in our life each and every day. Every morning we wake up, that's just enough to say thank you. Every time we go out the door to go to work or to the store or wherever we may go, oh God, and you bring us back home, that's a victory, Heavenly Father. And we thank you for that, oh God. We want to ask you to keep our minds in perfect peace right now, oh God. Help our minds stay straight on you, Henry Father. Look into the heels which come with our help. When we feel overwhelmed, oh God, remind us that we can pause and look again to try again, to believe again, shape our thinking, oh God, so that hope becomes more natural than discouragement, Holy Father. We want to hope more each and every day. We don't want to worry, we don't want to be anxious, we don't want to be depressed, we don't want to be discouraged, Holy Father. We want to walk in hope every day that sooner or later it's going to happen for us. Sooner or later, that prayer is going to be answered. Sooner or later, I'm going to walk through breakthrough. Sooner or later, I'm going to walk through victory. Sooner or later, I'm going to be healed from the inside out. So, God, help us to reach out to you each and every day, trusting in your will, trusting in your plan, trusting in where you're taking us, Heavenly Father. So, God, I ask you on this day to help us, oh God. Today we choose, even if it feels small, to look for light and hand in all our situations to you, oh God. And we trust that as we do this, you will meet us where we are, Heavenly Father. We thank you in advance, oh Lord, for a spirit to choose perspective. We thank you, oh God, in advance for breakthrough. We thank you, oh God, in advance for healing. We thank you, oh God, in advance for encouragement, Holy Father, because we're going to encourage each other each and every day. We're going to uplift each other each and every day. We're going to help ourselves to look for something good in every day, Holy Father. The battle is not ours, it's yours, Henry Father. So we surrender all to you right now, oh God, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We release what we cannot control. We release our anger. We release our fear. We release our doubt, Henry Father. We release to you right now, oh God, everything that's been burdening us, oh God, because we want to encourage someone else to know that when you let go, that you will have your way and make everything perfect in our life. So God, we just say thank you so much right now for your spirit of perspective, a new perspective, Henry Father, because you make all things new. God, we give you glory, we give you honor, and we give you praise right now. It is in your darling son, Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen. Amen. I thank you all for tuning in to this evening. I thank you all for um following me on this journey on looking on the bright side. We will be talking about looking on the bright side for the next 29 days for the rest of this April month. Um, and I just want to thank you all for listening. So until we meet again tomorrow, I say take a deep breath and exhale and say thank you, Lord, for this day. This is our Curledge Praise Ministries. We will see you or hear you all tomorrow. Have a good evening.
