Good morning and welcome to Our Care Let's Pray Ministries. I am your host, EBC. And as always, I'm grateful that you all tuned in this morning to hear what thus of the Lord. I pray and I invite God into this space this morning. I pray that God touch each and every one of you all this morning. And I also want you to know this morning that you are seen, you are valued, and you are not alone. Amen. I want you to know this is a space where we can breathe, be in his presence, and just listen to the word of God. Amen. As always, we're going to open up with prayer. Today we're going to talk about loving others. Amen. Let us go to the Lord in prayer. Holy Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you with humble hearts, just saying thank you for this morning. Thank you for our life. Thank you for the breath in our bodies. Thank you, oh God, for the purpose that you have bestowed upon each and every one of us. Holy Father, we invite you into our conversation this morning. Let every word spoken be guided by your spirit, oh God. I pray. Give us understanding, wisdom, knowledge, and peace this morning, I pray. Holy Father, I pray for a forgiving spirit this morning. Help us to forgive people who may have offended us. Help us to forgive the ones who have hurt us. Come on, Father, we're praying this morning that you will heal hearts that are hurting. Strengthen those who feel weak. Cover those who feel alone. And remind each and every one of us, oh God, that your love is constant and unchanging. Teach us, oh God, how to love like you have loved us. God, help us to love beyond emotions. Help us to love beyond convenience. Help us to love with real, true motive and actions, Heavenly Father. God, we want to love as you have loved us and taught us how to love, oh God. God, we surrender this moment to you. We surrender our all to you. And we say, Have your way. In Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen. Amen. I want you to know that John the 13th chapter, 34 and 35, states, A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples. If you have one to if you have love one to another. Amen. May the Lord have a blessing to the hearing and the reading and the doing of his word. I want you to know that love is the evidence of God in you. It is more than just words, it is shown through actions, patience, and compassion. Loving others, especially those who are difficult, reflects the heart of Christ in us, right? As you receive God's love, you are called to extend that same love to others in a genuine and selfless way. Amen. We are called to love beyond measures. Amen. And I know sometimes you probably wonder, how can I love someone when it's hard to love people in a difficult world, right? And I want you to know it's easy. We just read the scripture. And when we truly believe in Christ and we truly read his word, it don't matter what we think, it don't matter how we feel, we are called to love. And like I said before, uh I my cousin should go, God didn't tell me I had to like you. I didn't have to like what you do. But he do call me to love you so I can love you. Don't mean I have to like what you do. Amen. So we have to learn how to love. And I believe it starts with being intentional, right? We have to choose to see people beyond their opinions, beyond their mistakes, and beyond their differences, right? Every person you meet is carrying something different. You don't always see it, but it's there. We all have baggage, we all have things in us that nobody knows about, the things that we carry each and every day. Some people might be carrying grief, some people might be carrying stress and um disappointment. And I want you to know that it's okay. We all are carrying something, and sometimes people just want to know that someone cares, that someone loves them. And so instead of reacting quickly, we are called to respond with grace, right? So when people are going through, we don't know nobody's story, we don't know everybody's heartbreak and pain. So this is why we shouldn't judge, we should listen, right? It doesn't mean we're ignoring the truth, it means delivering truth with love. And even in conflict, love should still be the foundation because when love leaves the conversation, understanding usually leaves with it, right? So I want you to know that we have to speak with God's love. We have to speak with God's grace, we have to shower down God's words in someone's heart through reading the scripture, through praying over someone, through singing a song, right? Sometimes love looks like patience, and then sometimes it looks like forgiveness. Sometimes it looks like simply choosing not to speak in anger. Love is not always loud. Sometimes it is quiet and it's obedient, right? So think about this. If you are having trouble loving someone right now, ask yourself, who is difficult for me to love right now? And then ask God to show you how to love that person, to show you how to treat that person, to show you how to forgive this person if they harmed you or um offended you in any kind of way, right? You must have to pray that to the Lord. And God can give you guidance, right? And I want you to know that, like the scripture we just read about that he gave us a commandment to love one another, right? I want you to know love is the proof of God in us. It is more than just word, it is shown through our actions, our patience, compassion, and forgiveness, right? Loving others, especially those who are difficult, reflects the heart of Jesus Christ. Because it's easy to love those who love us back. But true Christ-like love shows up when it is not easy. Trust me, I've been there done in a love. Love a whole lot of people that I shouldn't have been loving on, but I love them because God loves me. And I know I'm not perfect, and I know I have failed him many a day, but he's never given up on me, he ain't never failed me, and he keeps on loving me, right? So when we receive God's love, we are not meant to keep it to ourselves, we are meant to extend it even when it stretches us, right? Love is not weakness, love is strength under control. Let us go to the Lord in prayer. Honey Father, in the name of Jesus, you are love. Thank you for reminding us, oh God, that love is the mark of true discipleship. Honey Father, we ask you now to search our hearts, remove bitterness, remove anger, remove pride, remove anything that keeps us from loving others the way that you have loved us, oh God. Give us a new heart, oh Lord, I pray. One that is soft, patient, and compassionate. Teach us to love even when it is difficult, oh God. Teach us to forgive when, even when it hurts, oh God. Teach us to respond with grace even when we feel wronged. Help us, oh God, not only to hear this word right now, oh God, but help us to live in it. Help us to breathe it, oh God, and help us to be an example of your grace, your mercy, and your love. Let our lives reflect you in such a way that others can see your light in us, oh God. And when we fall short, remind us again of your mercy. We give you all the glory, we give you all the honor, and we give you all the praise. It's in Jesus' holy and magnificent name we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Thank you all for tuning in to High Care Let's Pray Ministries. I pray that you got something out of this um this podcast today, and I pray that you continue to love today. Love as God has loved you. Give grace as God has given you grace, right? Until next time, God bless you. May God keep you, may He surround you with his peace, and may God get all the glory today in your life. Have a blessed day. This seals I care let's pray ministries.
