Good morning, good morning, good morning, happy Saturday. It is June the 6th. This is our Curl Last Pray Ministries. And today's topic is a heart of worship. And that's good because today is Saturday and we are preparing ourselves for church on Sunday. And I hope whether you have Bed Sat Baptist or you in church, and like I said, I invited you all to my church. You can come to Faith Foundation Church located at 1810 Appleton Lane, Louisville, Kentucky, 40216, where right behind Franco's off Dixie Highway. We will love to see you, meet you, and worship with you. Amen. Thank you all for listening this morning. As always, we're going to open up with prayer. We're going to have devotional reflection and then pray out. Amen. Let us go to the Lord in prayer. Honey Father, we draw closer to you on this day, oh God, asking you to abandon us as we abandon you. Honey Father, draw us into your presence right now, oh God. Touch every listener on this podcast this morning. I pray that you open up their hearts to worship you, oh God, to praise you, oh God, to exalt your holy name, oh God, because you have been faithful to each and every one of us, oh God. God, I pray that you remove distractions and help us all focus on our hearts completely on you. Because we want our hearts to be solely focused, embedded in you, oh God. So God, I'm praying this very hour that you will prepare our hearts to worship you in this moment and to worship you on Sunday and every single day set forth, oh God. For this is a day that you have made, oh God, and we're so excited about it. Lord, we love you so much for giving us a spirit of worship, a heart to worship, and a spirit to praise, and a heart to praise, oh God. We thank you, we love you, and we exalt your holy name. It is in Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen. Amen. Jesus said in St. John, the fourth chapter, the 24th verse, he said, God is a spirit, and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. So I want you to know, amen. I want you to know, worship is more than music. Worship is surrender. I'm saying I'm falling to my knees. I'm saying I'm surrendering to you. I'm praising your goodness. Worship is surrender. Worship happens when we choose gratitude instead of complaining. Worship happens when we obey God, even when it's difficult. Worship happens when we trust Him doing uncertainty. Amen. A heart of worship recognizes God's goodness in every season, Holy Father. And I want you to know that. And I want you to know that God is just so good. He's so good. He's so good. He's so good. We have to learn how to recognize His goodness in every single season. And I could sit here and be tongue-tied because I'm just sitting there thinking about how God has brought me through some crazy stuff these past couple of months, right? It's been great seasons, you know, but you can have good seasons entwined with bad seasons. You can have bad seasons with a little bit of good entwined in it, right? But the good thing about it is God is faithful. God is with us, and we still have a heart to worship. Even though I've been going through trials and tribulations, I've still been worshiping God. I've still been praising God because I might be in pain. I might be hurting, I might be needing some grace and mercy, but I'm still standing. I'm still here. So that's enough to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, right? And I want you to know whether life feels abundant or challenging right now, God remains worthy of our praise. Amen. And today I want to ask you to worship him. I know it's Saturday, but you can worship God. Worship Him because there's none like Him. There's none like our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want you today, today, today allow worship to become more than just a moment. Let it become a lifestyle of worship that you have to worship in your spirit, in your heart, your mind, and soul, just to worship our Father because He's been good, He's been great, and we want to worship Him in spirit and in truth. We want to love in spirit and in truth. We want to give in spirit and in truth. We want to be able to provide in spirit and in truth, right? So we want God's spirit to be over us and with us when we're worshiping. And I'm praying right now when you worship today or when you go to church tomorrow. I'm praying that you worship God, worship God, worship God, amen. And I want you to know He adores worship, He loves worship. All through our Psalms, David tells us about praising the Lord, entering his gates with thanksgiving, entering his courts with praise, right? So we have to understand. God said, give me praise. When you're going through things, worship me, praise me, honor me. Because you know you're letting me know that I'm bigger than what you're going through, right? So I want you to know that I want our worship to take over in this moment, that we truly equipped and prepare ourselves to worship. Reflection time. What does worship look like beyond church? What does worship look like in your home? What does worship look like when you're sitting in your bathroom or in your car all alone? What does worship look like to you beyond church? What distractions pull your attention away from God? And I know kids, social media, work, the everyday life, it can be so many distractions that pull our attention away from God. Think about that, reflect on that. And how can you honor God throughout the day? Because God wants to be honored and glorified each and every day, right? So we just have to ask, What are we doing? Are we honoring God each and every day that we wake up? Think about that. Reflect on that and say a little prayer to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ about that. Amen. Let us go to the Lord in prayer. Heavenly Father, we worship you today because you are worthy. You're worthy, you're worthy, you're worthy. You are holy, you are righteous, you are faithful, you are merciful, you are loving, you are kind, you are sovereign over all things. Thank you, Lord, for every blessing you have poured into our lives. Thank you for every listener that's on this podcast right now, oh God. Thank you for every prayer you have answered, oh God, for each and every one of us. Thank you for every door you have opened and every danger you have protected us from. Honey Father, create within us hearts of genuine worship, Henny Father. We want to worship you from the depths of our soul, from the bottom of our spirits, oh God, from the depths of our hearts. Teach us how to worship you, not only with souls, but with our lives, oh God. Let our thoughts honor you, let our words honor you, let our attitudes honor you, let our decisions honor you. Honey Father, forgive us for the times we have become distracted by the occurs of this world. Forgive us for the times we have allowed busyness to crowd out intimacy with you, oh God. God, draw us back to your presence, oh God. Draw us back to your bosom, oh God. Help us to love you more deeply. Help us to seek you more faithfully. Help us treasure time with you above anything else, oh God, because our time with you is very precious. It is very precious when you call on us and you grab us that we're about to have a moment of intimacy. I thank you for that, oh God. Honey Father, let worship become our response in every season going forth, oh God. When life is good, may we worship. When life is difficult, may we worship, hallelujah. When prayers are answered, may we worship. When we are waiting, may we worship. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Teach us to praise you not only for what you do, but for what you for who you are. May our lives become living testimonies of your goodness. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord. And may everything we do bring honor and glory to your holy and majestic name. As your darling son Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Thank you all for tuning in this glorious Saturday morning. I hope you all enjoy your Saturday. I hope you all get out and soak up a little sunshine. I pray that you all smile, rejoice, and just thank God for a beautiful day. Because you're beautiful, the day's beautiful, and everything is good. It's gonna be all right. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord, thank you, Lord. Amen. This is our care less pray ministries. Until next time, have a blessed day.
