Good morning. Happy morning. Today is Tuesday. Yay! And this is Ocur Let's Pray Ministries. Today, our topic is going to be let's pray about it. Amen. We're gonna pray about that. I'm so grateful you all chosen to spend this Tuesday morning with me, the next few minutes with me. Whether you're driving down the road or sitting at your kitchen table, I'm just grateful that you all tuned in and you're not here by accident, amen. God sees you, He knows you, and He cares about what you're carrying already today. Can I ask you a question? When something goes wrong, what's your first response? Do you start to worry? Do you try to fix it? Do you call a friend? Do you replay every possible outcome in your mind? If you're anything like me, sometimes I spend more time thinking about the problem than talking to God about it. And that's why today's episode is called Let's Pray About That. Amen. And I will say, I'm not a worthy wart like I used to be. I used to be a worthy wart. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat. I would toss and turn. I'm looking out the window, making sure they ain't trying to repo the car. Like I'm just not sleeping, right? Because everything is hitting me. Life wasn't stopping when I was going through trials and tribulations, right? So I will be like, okay, I gotta figure this out. Even though I'm saying, Lord, I put this in your hands, I'm still trying to figure it out on my own, right? And I want you to know that prayer should not be our last option because it should be our first response. And I want you to know in Philippians 4, 6 and 7, it states, Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, but thanksgiving, present your request to God, and the peace of God will suppress all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Amen. In everything is what it said. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, not just the big things, not just emergencies, everything. That means your doctor's appointments, your marriage, your relationships, your finances, your children, your business, your job interview, your loneliness, your grief, dreams, fears, whatever it is. If it matters to you, then it matters to God, right? 1 Peter 5 and 7 states, cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. Amen. God doesn't say carry it until you're exhausted, He says, give it to me. You know, sometimes we carry things for so long that they begin to feel normal. We get used to worrying, we get used to trying to control everything, we get used to laying awake at night wondering what tomorrow will bring. But that's not how God intended us to live. Prayer isn't about pretending everything is okay. Prayer is bringing our real hearts to our risen Savior Jesus Christ. Maybe today you're praying for healing, strength, endurance, your child that has wandered off your marriage, your relationship, your business that you want to prosper and grow. Maybe you're praying for a new job or a breakthrough or simply just strength to get through another day. I'm here to tell you, whatever you're going through, don't stop praying. Some prayers are answered quickly and others take time. And while you're waiting, God is still working, right? You have to keep believing, you have to keep hoping that God is going to do it in his due season, if it's his will, right? Have you ever looked back on your life and realized that God was answering prayers in ways you couldn't see at that time? God knows I have a thousand and one times. Sometimes his answers were yes, not yet, or wait, I have something better for you. Looking back, I can see his faithfulness even in the waiting. God has really been good. When I say God has been good, God has been good to me. If I know he's been good to me, I know God has been good to you. And I'm telling you, God don't listen just to our tar voices. He listens to every voice we bring to him: a crying voice, a sobbing voice, a powerful voice, a whole voice, a broken voice. He listens to every voice we bring to his boyfront. Here's what I love for you to do today. Instead of carrying burdens all day long, I just want you to take five minutes, turn off the radio. Not me. You gotta wait till I'm done though. Don't turn me off. But when we get off this podcast, just take five minutes, turn off the radio, silence your phone, sit in your car before you go into work, or just pause in the very place that you are and simply say, Lord, here's what's on my heart. You don't have to give anything fancy, it ain't gotta be a perfect prayer. You ain't got to write it down and check the grammar. Just be honest. Lord, here's what's on my heart. Because he delights in hearing from us, amen. God wants to hear about how our day is going, God wants to hear about how our life is going, even though he already knows, but it's the relationship when you can go to him and say, God, let me tell you what's on my heart. I got this going on, I got that going on. And you know, I was prophesied to 20 years ago this is gonna happen, but I ain't seen it yet. Lord, help my unbelief. Because you said if I have any kind of doubt in your word, that come to you and you will give me rest. You said come to you and you will help my unbelief. God wants that from us. So when we're off this podcast and we get through print her in a second, just simply take five minutes of silence. Even set your alarm in no five minutes. To just simply say, Lord, here's what's on my heart. This is what's on my mind. Help me, oh God, in this moment. Let us go to the Lord in prayer. Honey Father, today we come before you with open hands and open hearts in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Honey Father, you know every person listening to this podcast. You know their names, their stories, their joys, and their hidden struggles, oh God. Nothing about their lives is a mystery to you. Your word tells us that you are our refuge and our strength and even present help in a time of trouble. Thank you, oh God, that we have never had to be out of your presence. You have always been there. And even we're facing life challenges, oh God, you are right there walking with us, oh God. Holy Father, I pray for the listener who is overwhelmed, oh God. Their mind might be racing, their heart might feel heavy. Holy Father, I pray that you calm the storms within them. Give them perfect peace. Give them joy, give them happiness, stabilize them, oh God. Be their strong tower. Let them walk by faith. Help them to walk by faith and not by sight. You see their ups and their downs. You see where they're crying out to you. You see their good days and their bad days. You see the joy they bring before your throne, Heavenly Father. God, I'm praying that you would touch them to remind them that you are still with them, Henry Father. Honey Father, I'm praying for the lonely heart right now. Remind them that they are never abandoned. You promise never to leave us, oh God. Now forsake us. God, I'm praying for every listener who has prayed the same prayer for months, years upon years, and some centuries, and wonders if you will still hear them. Homel Father, I pray that you will strengthen their faith. Remind them that every prayer matters, every turret is seen, and every moment is held in your precious hands. Homely Father, I ask you to forgive us for the times we carry burdens. You invite us to give over to you. Help us to trust you more than we trust our own understanding, oh God. Teach us to begin every day with glorifying you. Sorting every day with hand over every challenge, every decision, every celebration, every disappointment. Come on, we just want to hand everything over to you. And just say, let's pray about it. Come on Father, I pray for families and homes and works and health and dreams over every listener and their future, oh God. I place them in your loving hands, oh God. I'm interceding for them right now, oh God. That you know what they stand in the need of. You know what they're asking for as we pray. God, I pray that you will bless their prayers, Honey Father. I pray if it's your will, oh God, that they will come to pass, Honey Father. And anything they go through, oh God, I pray that they pray about it. That they don't jump on the phone first, they don't try to figure it out on their own first, that they will truly stop and pray about it. That they don't have to figure this out on their own. Remind them, oh God, they don't have to figure it out on their own that you are with them, our rod and our staff that comforts us each and every day. God, remind them that their family is in your hand, their job is in your hand, their finances is in your hand, their life is in your hand, oh God. Remind every listener today, oh God, that you are still with them, oh God, that you have never left them. You said when your mother and your father will forsake you, then I will come and take you in. I will come and I will take care of you. I will come in and provide for you. I will come in and protect you. I will come in and give you peace. Honey Father, I'm praying for every listener that you will touch them, oh God, from the top of their head to the soles of their feet and give them peace, wisdom, and rest. Holy Father, I pray that they start to pray more, that they will pray over everything. They don't make one decision without praying to you about it first. Whether it's a relationship, whether it's a job move, whether it's a house move, whether it's about ministries or whatever the case may be. God, I pray they consult you before they do anything. And I pray that they stand on the word of God each and every day, oh God, and say, We're gonna pray about this thing. When people come to them with foolery, they're gonna say, we're gonna pray about this. When people say, I got this going on, they're gonna say, we're gonna pray about this. Holy Father, let us have a heart that prays each and every day. Amen. We pray all this in the prayerful in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Savior. Amen. Amen, amen, amen. It's time for me to get off the podcast. But I want to leave you all with this final thought. The next time worrying knocks on your heart, don't invite it in. Remember to say, I'm about to pray about it. When fear whispers, what if, answer it with, let's pray about it. When discouragement says there's no hope, answer it with, let's pray about it. When someone you love is hurting, don't just say, I'm thinking about you, stop and pray. Prayer doesn't always change our circumstances immediately, but it always draws us closer to the one who never changes, and that's our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Thank you all for spending this wonderful Tuesday morning with me. And I want you to always remember, I care. More importantly, God cares, and whatever you're facing, let's pray about it. Have a blessed day. Smile and rejoice, and know that God loves you so much. God loves you, God loves you, God loves you. Smile and rejoice because you are not alone. This is I Care Let's Pray Ministries.
