Good afternoon and welcome to How Care Let's Pray Ministries. I hope you all are having a good day so far. I hope you all are smiling and rejoicing and enjoying this weather. Amen. I am so grateful that you all are here with me in this moment. As always, we invite God into our presence. We invite God into this podcast. And we hope you all feel his words flow from heart to heart and breast to breast. And we're so excited about our devotional today. And our topic for today is joy, peace, and love. Show do look good on you. Amen. And as always, I want to always remind you all, every blue moon, that you matter. You are loved, you are seen, and someone cares about what you're carrying today, and that is me and God. And I just hope that you all can let God take the pain away, take the stress away, take the fear away. Cast your cares on Him because God cares. Amen. And I know sometimes life has a way of weighing us down and disappointments come, people misunderstand us, prayers seem delayed, the pressures of life can cause us to forget who we are and whose we are. But today I want to remain in his presence and remind you all that even in the middle of everything you're facing, there are three beautiful gifts that God desires for you to wear every day. And that is joy, peace, and love. Can I tell you all something? Joy, peace, and love really, really, really, really does look good on you. Let us open with prayer. Heavenly Father, thank you for every listener under the sound of my voice. Thank you for waking us up this morning and giving us another opportunity to express our thanks to you. Thank you, oh God, for another opportunity to experience your goodness and your grace. Heavenly Father, we invite you into this moment, let every distraction fade away, and let your presence fill the atmosphere. Speak directly to every heart that is listening. Encourage the discouraged, strengthen the weary, lift the burden, heal the broken places within us, oh God. I pray. May your word bring hope, clarity, and fresh strength. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. When we say joy looks good on you, my friend, we are simply saying, smile. When was the last time you truly experienced joy, not happiness based on circumstances, not excitement because everything was going right, but deep, unshakable joy. The kind of joy that remains even when life is imperfect. Nehemiah 8 and 10 tells us the joy of the Lord is your strength. Amen. Notice what scripture just says. Amen. God is still with you, God is still working, and God is still faithful. Today, right now, and even in the middle of your questioning, God is still with you, amen. I want you to know that God's peace is so good when He gives it to us, right? It's that peace which surpasses all understanding. There's so many people currently anxiety and stress and worry and fear, and maybe that's where you are today. I have no clue. But maybe you've been trying to hold everything together. I have no idea. But I want you to know that God is with you. I want to remind you of something that God said in His Word. St. John, the 14th chapter and the 27th verse, it states, My peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Amen. The world's peace comes and goes, but God's peace remains. Peace isn't the absence of problems. Peace is the presence of God in the middle of your problems. I want you to know right now that God is surrounding you with his love. He's surrounding you with his peace. He's surrounding you with his joy. He's surrounding you with his clarity. God is consuming you and letting you know that joy looks good on you, so rejoice. Peace looks good on you, so don't worry. And love looks good on you because He gives it to us. Amen. I want you to know that love never fails. God's love never fails. He gives us that love that never leaves us nor forsake us, right? Romans 8, 38 and 39 states, neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither present nor the future will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen. So I want you to know that you are loved, not because you're perfect, not because you always made the right choices, not because you've earned it. I want you to know you are loved because God chooses to love you. Jesus loves me, this I know. For the Babel tells me so. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that Jesus loves me. This I know for the Babel tells me so. And God's love is peaceful. God's love doesn't hurt. God's love accepts us, right? Our flaws and all. He said, Come to me as you are. You belong to me. And I want you to know that the same God who sent his only begotten son down here for me and you is still alive today. His love remains, his grace remains, his mercy remains, amen. And I want you to know if you've been feeling forgotten, overlooked, or alone, I want you to hear this point very clearly. Someone cares. You are not alone. God cares. God is listening. God is before you. God is on the side of you. God is behind you. God is above you. Amen. God is all the way around you. That's why he said his word, cast all your anxiety on me. He said that because he cares for you. He cares about everything that goes on in every section of your life. So just breathe, let go, and say, God, move and have your being. Amen. Let's go to the Lord in prayer. Honey Father, I lift up every listener before you right now. Honey Father, you know their sorrow, you know their struggles, their prayers, their tears, their hidden burdens, oh God. You know the battles they talk about day in and day out sometimes. Honey Father, I ask you right now in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit to wrap them up in your loving presence, I pray. Let them feel your love surround them right now, like never before. Holy Father, give them joy, give them peace and a love that is so full of your grace and your mercy and your presence. Amen. Holy Father, remind them that they are chosen, remind them that they are loved, and let every negative word spoken over them be broken by the power of your truth through the blood of Jesus Christ. Let every lie of the enemy be replaced with your promises, oh God. Heal wounded hearts, restore broken dreams, and renew their minds, oh God. Honey Father, I pray that you will rise up again in their life and let them know that there is purpose in their living. There is purpose in their dreams. There is purpose in the vision. So hold on to your unchanging hand. Honey Father, I pray that you will cover them and keep them and guide them along this journey. Honey Father, in every day I want you to remind them that joy, peace, and love are not just gifts you give to us, oh God, but they are evidence that you are with us each and every day. Thank you, oh Lord, for being with us. We praise you, oh God, for standing with us, and we trust you, oh God, with our future. Honey Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Thank you all for spending time with me this afternoon. And as you go on with the rest of your day, I want you to remember that you are valuable. You are loved. You have purpose and you have a destiny to be reaching for God. Amen. You are stronger than you think, you are wiser than you think. You are loved more than you can ever think. And I want you to know no matter what you've been facing, God's joy can strengthen you. His peace can sustain you, and his love can carry you through each and every day. So keep on trusting God, keep on moving ahead, keep on picking up your cross and following Him. And until next time, be blessed, be encouraged, and remember that God loves you, and so do I.
