However, Psalm 24 reminds us that when the King of Glory arrives, things change. Doors open. Chains break. Hope rises. Hearts are transformed.

Good morning, good morning, good morning. Welcome to I Care Let's Pray Ministries, a podcast where hearts are encouraged, faith is strengthened, and you are reminded that someone cares, God cares, and so do I. I thank you all for spending these moments with me today to discuss the King of Glory as what you need. Amen. And I know sometimes life can make us feel as though we are standing outside looking in, waiting and wondering, will we be next for the blessing, for God's touch, for God's healing. And I want you to know that Psalms 24 reminds us that when the King of Glory arrives, hallelujah, things must change. Doors open, chains break, hope rises, and hearts are transformed. And today I want us to take a few moments together reflecting on this powerful Psalms and what it means to welcome the King of Glory into every area of your lives. Hallelujah. Amen. Heavenly Father, we want to thank you for another opportunity to gather in your presence. Thank you for every listener joining us today. Heavenly Father, I pray that you will quiet every distraction, settle every anxious thought, open up our ears, O God, to hear your voice and our hearts to receive your truth. As we study your word right now, oh God, I pray that you will remind us that you are a sovereign God. You're still mighty, and you're still working on behalf of your people. Help us to surrender every locked door, oh God, every burden, every fear, and every unanswered question to you, O God. May the King of Glory enter every error, area of our lives today, O God. Holy Father, I just thank you for our spirits. I thank you for your love. Holy Father, I thank you for your leading. Holy Father, I pray that you touch this podcast to flow from city to city, from country to country, from generation to generation. God, I pray that your word will be spoken and someone can be healed today, oh God. It's in the mighty name of Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen. Amen, amen, amen. God is good all the time. Now I want to read to you Psalms 24, 1 through 10 in its entirety. I thought I was gonna be jumping around, but sometimes we just gotta hear what David's testimony was when he was talking about God. And it reads as thus The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell within. For he have founded it upon the seas and established it upon the floods, who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord, or who shall stand in his holy place, he that have clean hands and a pure heart, who have not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully, he shall receive the blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of salvation. This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob Salah. Lift up your heads, O ye gates, and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors, and the king of glory shall come in. Who is this king of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates, even lift them up, ye everlasting doors, and the king of glory shall come in. Who is this king of glory? Hallelujah! The Lord of hosts, he is the King of Glory. Amen, amen, amen. The first thing I want to draw from this scripture is God owns everything. David begins by declaring the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. Before David talks about worship, holiness, or the King of Glory entrance, he reminds us of something important. Everything belongs to God. The earth, its resources, its people, and all creation belong to God. God is not limited by what limits us. He is the Lord over everything. That means the situation you're facing is not beyond his authority. Your family belongs to him. Your future, your ministries, your finances, your dreams, your hopes belong to him. Nothing is outside his reach. When life feels uncertain, I want you to know that Psalms 24 brings, begins by reminding us who is truly in control. Who can stand before God? This is the second part I want us to understand is very important this morning. Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord or who shall stand in his holy place? David answers, He that have clean hands and a pure heart. Now this isn't about being perfect, it's about living with sincerity before God. Clean hands represent our actions. A pure heart represents our motives. God is not looking for people who appear spiritually on the outside while remaining distant from him on the inside. He desires authenticity. Amen. He desires honesty in a relationship. The beautiful part is that God invites us into his presence every day. Those who seek and receive blessings and righteousness from him. Maybe today you made mistakes. We all done made them. Maybe you've fallen short. We all done fallen short. Maybe you feel unworthy or unseen. I want you to know that God is still seeking, God is still looking, and God is still saving. Amen. This invitation stand still stands to us today that the earth is the Lord's in the fullness thereof. So seek him today. Call on him today. Come before him today. His grace is greater than our failures. Amen. Lift up your heads, O gates. Lift up your heads, O gates. Hallelujah. Now we arrive at the most beautiful part of Psalms 24. David declares, Lift up your heads, O ye gates, and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors, and the King of glory shall come in. Jesus, hallelujah. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Can you imagine that scene? The gates are commanded to open before you. The doors are commanded to be lifted before you. Because the King has arrived. Then it comes a question: Who is this King of Glory? And the answer rings out the long the Lord strong and mighty. The Lord mighty in battle. The Lord strong and mighty. The Lord mighty in battle. My friend, this is not a weak king that we serve. This is not a defeated king that we serve. This is not a king who hopes he can help. This is the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle, the Lord of hosts, the king of kings, the great I am. I want you to know that when God says the doors shall be open, it makes us reflect on what doors need to be opened, what gates need to be open. And as we read these Psalms, it often reminds us what gates in our own life need to be opened. Maybe the gate of fear, unforgiveness, disappointment, doubt, grief, discouragement, maybe the gate of limited thinking. Sometimes the greatest doors that need opening are not around us, but within us. The Lord is asking for access to the inside, our hearts, our souls, and our spirits. Not because he needs permission to be God, but because he desires relationship with us. He wants us to invite him in to our hearts. He stands ready to bring peace where there is anxiety, healing where there is hurt, hope where there is despair, strength where there is weakness. Can I encourage you today before we go into prayer? Stop focusing on how large the gate appears. Focus on how great the king is. Focus on how big he is. The obstacle is not bigger than God. The problem is not stronger than God. The battle is not greater than God. The King of glory has never lost a battle. He has never failed. He has never abandoned his people. He is still mighty. He is still strong. He is still faithful. He is still worthy. And he is still loving. Amen. And he is still entering situations that seem impossible. Thank you, God. Thank you, God. Thank you, God, for being on my side. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And I want us to reflect on a couple of questions before we close out. Yes, I know I already done said that, and I'm going to say it again. But I want you to reflect on these questions and then take a moment and talk to the Lord after this podcast about your answers. And one question is: what area of your life needs the King of Glory to enter right now? Are these doors that fear or disappointment have kept closed? How can you seek God's presence more intentionally the rest of this week? What would change if you truly believe God was in control of everything concerning you? Think about those questions, reflect on them, rewind if you have to to write them down. And then take a moment to talk to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ about your answers. Let us go to the Lord in prayer. Heavenly Father, we thank you for being the King of Kings. Heavenly Father, we thank you for being the King of glory. Thank you for being strong and mighty. Thank you for being the Lord over every situation, every challenge, every mountain and every valley, O God. Today we surrender every locked door to you, O God. Heavenly Father, we invite you into our homes. Enter into our minds, oh God. Come into our hearts, our relationships, our ministries, our finances. Enter into our dreams and our future, oh God. Write the vision and make it plain before our eyes, oh God, so we can see what you're doing in our life and our surroundings. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, where fear has taken residence, replace it with faith, O God, where discouragement has settled in, released fresh hope, O God. Where pain has lingered for so long, bring healing, oh God. Where confusion remains, Heavenly Father, please remove and provide discernment and clarity, O God. Where doors have been closed according to your will, Jesus, let it be so. Heavenly Father, when it closed, open them up if it's your will, O God. Where doors need to remain shut, give us peace, endurance, and patience to trust on you, O God. For you are the King of kings. You are the King of glory, Heavenly Father. Teach us to live with clean hands and a pure heart. Teaches us to seek your face above everything else, O God. And when we face battles, Heavenly Father, remind us that we do not fight alone. That the King of glory goes before us. The Lord strong and mighty fights for us. The Lord of hosts surrounds us. We thank you, O God, for your goodness. We thank you, O God, for your mercy. We thank you, O God, for your wonderful spirit of love and forgiveness, oh God. God, we thank you for your faithfulness and we thank you for your presence, oh God. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. And I want you to remember this today. You are too blessed to be stressed. You are too anointed to be disappointed. And here is the reason of why. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. Your life is in his hands. Your future is secure in him. Whatever gate stands before you, do not focus on the gate, but focus on the King. Because when the King of glory enters, hallelujah, everything must change. Bow down and worship him today.
