Good evening and welcome to Wildcare Let's Pray Ministries. Thank you all for tuning in this evening. I'm so excited that you all are here. We are actually finishing up the series of the armor of God tonight. And we're gonna pray in actually, and then we're gonna get into our devotion and our breakdown of the last couple of pieces, which is the sword of the spirit and praying always, right? Let us go to the Lord in prayer. Honey Father, we thank you for bringing us together right now. Honey Father, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your presence, your protection, and your promises, Honey Father. Prepare our hearts for what you want to speak to us right now. God, we will receive what's us of the Lord right now. God, I pray as we wind down for the night, Honey Father, that you will touch each one of our heart, mass, souls, and spirit, oh God, and give us comfort and peace to know that we are shielded with the arm of God. God, move and help your being in the end of this series. I pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Now, if you've been walking with me through our armor of God series, and I do apologize if this episode is late, but it's been one of those days today. Everything was crashing down, but we don't get into that right now. Because God is good all the time, and all the time God is good. Amen. But we are going to wrap up this series, and you know, we've been putting on this armor piece by piece this week. And I want to take a moment to remind you all of the things we talked about, right? We started with the belt of truth. The bell reminds us that we have to stand firm on the truth of God, not what fear says, not what people say, but the word of God that we must stand on the belt of truth. We talked about the breastplate of righteousness, that we it's very important to guard our hearts. We talk about the shoes of the gospel of peace, because wherever we go, we are called to carry peace so we can spread peace to other people, right? We also talk about the shield of faith. And you know, because the enemy will throw far, darts, fear, death, discouragement, all kind of stuff our way. So that's why it's so important to pick up the shield of faith. And then we talked about the helmet of salvation. And you know, many of us, when we're in battle, it begins in our mind, right? So this is why we need to have on the helmet to remind us who we belong to, whose we are, right? That we are saved, we are covered, we are protected, that we belong to the risen king, right? So tonight we're going to finish up the final two pieces of the armor. And I believe these two are especially important because they teach us not only how to stand in the battle, but how to actively engage in it, amen. You know, we talk about the sword of the spirit first, you know, and then as we read it in the scripture, you know, it says the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God, amen. God has given us his word as a weapon, and then right after Paul talks about the sword, right, he tells us to pray. And he says, and pray in the spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests, amen. And so today we're bringing these final two pieces together because the sword of the spirit and prayer, we need them like times a thousand, right? The word of God and our communication with God, the truth we speak and the prayers we pray. And I don't believe it's an accident that we're talking about this because it's it's getting rough out here in these streets, right? I mean, it's getting to the point where people don't even know how to pray anymore. People don't even know how to pick up the Bible to understand the word anymore, not knowing that the Bible is our protection. It gets us through, right? I know I've been praying for a long time, and I believe majority of these prayers I prayed back in the day are still active today. Amen. You know, my kids used to make uh fun of me, like when I used to take them to school. They'd be like, you get in the car and you will pray, and you will keep on going all the way down the expressway, off the ramp, to the school parking lot, and then you say, Amen. And I say, because I'm a firm believer in God's protection, amen. I'm a firm believer in reiterating the word of God and applying the scripture into our prayers, right? And so now my kids don't make fun of me because they be like, okay, that makes sense what you was doing. Kids don't understand when you're young, when they're young, of why we pray the way we pray, and why we read the way that we read and why we worship the way that we do, right? But then as they get older and they develop their own relationship, then they can understand the whys, right? So I want you to know that when the truth speaks to us through the word of God, that's when we actively need to be praying with the word, amen. And you know, and so, and I want you to know that we're talking about this because we have to start using the full armor of God, right? We have to start talking about it more, we have to start standing firm on the word of God, staying grounded in the word of God, amen. Building our relationship with Him each and every day, you know what I'm saying? Because we're gonna always be tempted, some form, shape, or fashion. Someone always gonna try to disappoint us, right? But when you keep your nose in the book, the Bible, the instructions for life, we can get a whole lot further than what we have been, right? So this is why it's so important for us to know the word, use the word, pray the word, and let God have his way, right? Because God has given us prayer, he's given us his word, he's given us him. So this is why we have to settle our heart, open up our Bibles, and study the word to show ourselves approved, right? Because through the armor of God, we need it because it's our protection, right? Because we've put on the belt, we've covered our hearts, we've prepared our feet, we lifted up our shield, we protected our minds, and we truly need to pick up our sword, which is the word, and fight through the word and pray through the word, amen. So, you know, we definitely need to work on building our relationship with God and definitely uh, you know, focus on what the word is saying because we definitely want to ensure that we are in alignment with God. And I'm just sitting here and just thinking about the full armor of God, right? And how God has given us so much to protect ourselves in the fallen world, and we have to be intentional about putting it on each and every day. That's why it's so important to give God the first fruits of the day, right? That's why it's so important to have devotion and prayer time and quiet time with Him so we can truly put everything on and making sure that we're buckling everything right and we're holding everything in the right position, right? So we can be on guard through the word of God. And I'm telling you, God's word is deep, God's word will penetrate and remind your heart that He is real and the Word is real, amen. So I just want you to know that as we went through this whole armor of God for the past several days, I want you to know that God will give you strength, he will give you wisdom to protect your family, to protect your soul, he will help you to forgive because he forgives you each and every day. The Lord will guide our footsteps, amen. God is always going to remind us of his truth. So this is why we always have to pray so we can be in his presence, amen. So I want you to know it's not too much tonight on the sword and the prayer, because at the end of the day, we need them both to close out the whole armor of God. And I want you to know that God is so good, he is so merciful, he's an all-time God to a right now child, right? So I want you to know, don't just hear the word, but be a doer of the word. Amen. Let us go to the Lord in prayer, Heavenly Father. We come before you right now just saying thank you. Thank you, oh God, for being the author and the finisher of our faith. Thank you, oh God, for giving us the equipment we need to get through this everyday life, Heavenly Father. Thank you, oh God, for always coming and seeing battles. Thank you, oh God, for always watching over us. Thank you, oh God, for always protecting us. Thank you for your living word that lives in our souls right now. Honey Father, we thank you for when the world is confusing. You gave us your word, oh God, which is the truth. And it helps us to get through each and every day. Honey Father, help us to memorize the full armor of God. Help us to speak it over our lives each and every day. Help us to live with the armor on each and every day. Honey Father, teach us how to pray in the spirit. Teach us how to pray on all occasions. Teach us how to pray when we're happy and when we're hurting, when we're said, when we're broken. Honey Father, teach us how to stand firm on your truth, which is the word of God. Honey Father, teach us how to pray, even when we don't have the answers that we're looking for, when we don't even have all the questions to ask you, oh God. Help us to just relinquish ourselves in prayer to you, oh God, so you may pray on our behalf. Honey Father, for the one who's listening, I'm praying over their minds right now, oh God. Let your word cut through confusion and the craziness that's going on in their life right now, Honey Father. God, I'm praying that you would heal their souls, touch their minds, and bring wholeness, Honey Father. God, I'm praying that you would help them to get through any battle that they may be facing, oh God, because this is why you're reminding us to put on the whole armor of God, Honey Father. God, I just thank you so much for Honey Father for allowing us to be alert and attentive to what you're doing around us, Honey Father. Help us to be watchful day in and day out. Help us be blessed going in and blessed going out, Henry Father. Honey Father, give us a spirit of prayer that we want to pray all the time, all day, every day. Honey Father, help us to read your word more each and every day. Let us break down the scriptures, help us to apply the word to our life. Help us not just read it, but to understand it, oh God, so we can give it to somebody else. God, thank you for teaching us how to pray. Thank you, oh God, for teaching us how to stand. Thank you, oh God, for teaching us how to trust you by and by. God, you have been merciful, you have been kind, you have been awesome, and we say thank you, oh God. Thank you, oh God. Thank you, oh God. Because, Henry Father, you show us how to fight battles that we cannot fight. And we thank you, oh God, because we know we cannot win in our own strength. Honey Father, we know that there are situations that we cannot control. We know there's doors that we cannot open. We know that you are right there waiting on us to surrender so we can win the battle, so we can win the fight. So, Henry Father, we release everything over to your hands right now, oh God, and say, Have your way, oh God. Touch our minds, oh God, so we can be in alignment with you, Henry Father. Touch us, oh God, so we can be in sync with what you're doing in our life, Henry Father. God, heal our hearts, oh God, heal our souls, oh God, heal our spirits, oh God. God, help us to be beneath you, oh God. Help us not try to get above you, Honey Father, because you are our umbrella, you are our sunshine, you are our rainbow, you are our everything, Holy Father. So, Honey Father, help us to bow down to you, Honey Father. Help us to surrender all of you right now, Honey Father. Cover our family, cover our homes, cover our jobs, God, cover the whole city, oh God. Give us the courage to fight every battle and put our arm on each and every day, Honey Father. Help us to stop running, Holy Father. Help us to look up to the heels which come at our help, Honey Father, because we know that you are our strength, oh God. When we feel like giving up, you are our strength. And we surrender all of you right now, oh God. God, we decree and declare that we believe in your word. We decree and declare that there's power in prayer. We decree and declare that the blood of Jesus Christ is flowing through our veins. Honey Father, we decree and declare that everything is going to be all right. Holy Father, we decree and declare that you are still God, and you still sit high and you still look low. We decree and declare that you are the Alpha and the Omega in the beginning and the end. God, we know there's power in the name of Jesus Christ. So, God, we ask you to move and have your being. Help us to stand firm with the armor of God on each and every day. Help us to apply to our life each and every day, and help us to surrender all to you right now. In the name of Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Glory be to God. Hallelujah. Thank you all for tuning in. I greatly appreciate it. We did close that. This is the last episode of the series of the armor of God. I got something new in the works, and you all be patient with me as I work through a lot of things. But I'm trying to get this in sync. Like I told you all, this is new for me, and I'm trying to work through this podcast and the timing. And God's putting everything together in his due season. So you all bear with me, pray for me as I pray for you all. But as always, thank you all for joining me here at Our Care Let's Pray Ministries. I want you to remember that you are loved. So take up your sword of the spirit, pray intentionally, and pray with power and authority because this is what we do. Amen. So have a peaceful night, and I pray that you outraise God tomorrow like never before at church. So have a good night. This is our current. Let's pray ministries.
