Yeah, what the heck? So weird. So what happened was um the microphones that are right in front of our face just decided not to record us. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Nope. It was silent, you couldn't hear us, so I had to use the um audio from my phone video camera. Um, but because we're wearing like these giant noise-canceling headphones, and because this wasn't actually picking anything up, we didn't hear my daughter in the background. Yep.

No, that was my child um just screaming from her bedroom.

Yeah. We unfortunately did not hear her up. There were a few times where we did pause the video to like tell her to just like keep it down a little. We never told her to like just stop talking because we didn't want her to. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, also, because like she's in her room by her, like, yes, it was her bedtime, but it was also the weekend. Right. And she's six. And she's six. Yeah. So she was like in there playing by herself, leaving us alone. So we were gonna be like, shut up. Which I would never tell my daughter to shut up anyway. Right. But you know what I mean. So like she didn't, she knew not to yell. And every time she did yell, we would tell her to sell because then we would hear her over, but we did not hear her at all the way you guys did. Um, and then when I was editing and I was like, Oh, this audio sucks. It was the day before because you um we talked about our new recording schedule on the last one. So I'm like, oh, this audio sucks when she comes over this weekend, and it was the day before she was supposed to come over that I was editing like the night before I do it right before I go to bed when I'm like doing bed. Yep. Um, so I'm like, oh, this sucks, but she's coming tomorrow morning. So I'll just ask her, I'll show her, and if she wants to re-record, cool. If she doesn't, then this, you know, it is what it is. So that night at like 4 a.m., my daughter starts vomiting. She's sick. So oops. So Stephanie didn't come over the next day. So I didn't tell her that the audio was bad.

So when I listened to it on when it came out on Patreon, I uh so that night, because it was just video and I didn't have to like sync up the audio, I just edited the video. Um, I'm like, okay, it'll only take me a few minutes to edit the video because it's really quick.

So I did it. So just in case like she didn't want to re-record it, it would already be there and ready to upload in a few days. Um but uh as a Stephanie knows, my life kind of went downhill last week.

Anyways, my life kind of went downhill last week. So from the time that I realized the audio was bad to the point where I uploaded it, it was thing after thing after thing, and I completely forgot about the audio issues. I totally forgot. I uploaded it, and then I'm like, and then I like started listening to it and I heard, and it was like, oh yeah, I forgot she was in the background a lot. That's fine. So I texted her and I'm like, You could hear my daughter the whole time sorry about that. And then she texted me back, she was like, There's like the audio wasn't right, and I was like, What do you mean I can hear it? She was like, It's the video already know, and I was like, Oh my gosh, I totally forgot to tell you.

So this is what happened. Um, and that is how she found out. She listened to it live and she was like, Hey, this sucks. And I'm like, Yeah, I forgot to tell you that it sucks because I was gonna ask you to re-record like eight hours after I realized it sucked, and then my and then I was taking care of a sick daughter while also dealing with a thousand other things, and it was just literally the last thing on my mind at that point. Yeah, I because in my head it was like it's edited, it's done.

Yeah, and it was, it was just the yeah, and it's fine. Like, I this is not yeah, I love doing this, and it's important for me to get it right, but there are things that are going to happen, and it's fine. The people who listen to us are going to keep listening to us no matter what.

Yep. And like by the time it had posed, I when I posted it, I forgot that the audio was bad. Like it in my head it was labeled edited. In my head it was like on my computer it was labeled edited, in my head it was edited. All other issues were just out of my mind. It was right, my mind was just filled with too many other things. So it was just like it's done. And then somebody's like, have you listened to this?

And it was like it sucked. I was just like, um, this is it, yeah. Genuinely, she was like, I can hear it just fine. And I was like, Well, it's not that I can't hear it.

And I didn't listen to it more than that. You're because the way you said it, it was worded like it didn't have any audio. So I played it for a second. I was like, mine has audio, it's your phone.

She was like, Nope, that's a you problem.

She was like, I know it has audio, but what I meant was it's the audio from the video camera.

And then I was like, and it all just it all just came back, it all hit me back. It's fine.

It was funny. I yeah, I am not, and also at this point, I knew of all the things that were happening with you, so I was like, I think this is just not important right now.

It wasn't, it it wasn't more to put good quality content out, but my intention was to re-record it to do right, and that just like literally wasn't possible because that video was supposed to come out Tuesday. Right. And on Sunday, my daughter was throwing up. Right. I and everything else was going on. Like I it just happened, it could not be fixed. It literally could not be fixed. Like, this is what we had to do. I just kind of wish I gave you a heads up. Like whether I gave you the heads up or not, that would have been uploaded. Yeah, right.

So I have so many stories to tell you today. And when I say so many, I mean just two.

But um they don't really go with our topic. So our topics. So half of our stories don't. Yeah. So yesterday I went to get my nails done. That was with my mom. I made an appointment for 12 p.m. Now this is gonna bring us back to one of my beefs of the week from a couple weeks ago, which is people who don't make appointments at nail salons. And couple that with uh nail salons who make appointments but don't honor them. So it's not necessarily the people who don't make appointments, it's the nail salons that don't honor them. Yeah. So I made an appointment for noon. We get there, it's busy. Busy, busy, busy. Because it's nice. Everyone wants pedicures, they want to get their nails done, whatever, it's fine. We uh waited for 20 minutes past our appointment time, which isn't a big deal normally. Yeah, but people kept walking in and they would get sat before us because they had specific requests. They'd be like, I want to sit at number blah blah blah. I wanna sit here, I wanna you know, I want this. So we were like, what are we supposed to do? Now, also my mom and I are very non-confrontational. We do not like to make a scene, and we're already very uncomfortable in this nail salon. Like this there's everything about being there at that moment was just uncomfortable. We were very like we didn't want to be there. Okay. So I was like, let me just go make some calls because I had been to a couple other nail salons in the area that I knew were a little bit better. Yeah. So I uh called one and they were like, Yeah, come in 20 minutes. And so we went to a different nail salon and it was perfect, and my nails are great, and but it was so annoying, and like it was I can't describe to you how uncomfortable it was in there because it was packed. People had brought their like boyfriends as well, and they weren't getting uh anything done. But they all taking up two seats, yeah. Yeah, and so it was just like, and I don't you can bring your boyfriend, that's fine, but like if it's that busy, usually they're like, Hey, can you go sit here or can you do this? It was just uncomfortable, it was so weird. So we had to we spent a lot of time getting our nails done yesterday. But when we finally got to the place that we went to, yeah, when we finally got to the place that we went to, it was so much better. But nice I just had to tell that story because it was bothering me. So yeah. I'm glad you got your nails done. Sorry, let me just do it. It's okay. My sister, uh this is my second story. Okay, so my sister also went and got her nails done yesterday with um all of the girls at her office. One specific coworker set all this up for the girls, and it she like rented out the salon, she rented a limo for them. They got like a hotel for a minute and went to a bar, and um, yeah, it was supposed to be r really fun, and it was really fun until 1 a.m. My sister texts us, she's in Wisconsin, so it was midnight okay for them. She texts us at one in the morning. My mom, of course, is on the case because we're already suspicious about why this woman is setting up all of this for just to go get your nails done, and the bar is right across the road, and you're taking a limo. What's going on? So mom is on the case already, and my sister was like, Well, that went downhill fast. And my mom said, What happened? And my sister goes, I'm currently in the back of a police cruiser. What happened? She did not get arrested. So I hope not. No. Basically, what happened was they were at a bar. The girl who set everything up apparently becomes a belligerent racist when she's drunk. So she got kicked out of a bar. Almost got like jumped in the parking lot of this bar because Understandable. Yep. So my sister got a ride home with one of the girls. This girl got pulled over for speeding. She had not been drinking, the girl who's driving. Okay. But they searched the car because it smelled like marijuana. Marijuana is not legal in Wisconsin, by the way. She failed the test for marijuana. She failed the sporadic test for it. And so that girl got arrested, and they let my sister sit in the back of the police car, and the police car gave her a ride to a quick trip, which is where then her boyfriend had to come and pick her up. Yeah, and the whole time, like before when they were getting their nails done, and they went to dinner and they went to the bar. She was like, This is so fun. I'm so glad that someone set this up. And then it just went so downhill.

So, do we ever find out why they did all that? Like why there was the hotel with the limo just to get your nails done?

No, I think that it was literally just like because it would be a fun thing to do. Yeah. So, yeah, there was no but I was asleep when most of that happened. Yeah. Now she's right now on my phone, she's going through all the details of like what had happened, but just I can imagine my mom getting that message and being being like, why is Sarah in the back of a police car right now? Because the other thing about my sister is she's very nonchalant. She's gonna just tell you what's happening and then she might disappear for a little bit. It sounds like me. Yes, yes. It's very much like, hey, I'm in this dangerous situation. Bye.

Like, dude, so I remember when I was on a date once and I texted you. I was like, this date is going horribly. I need to leave now. And you're like, what's wrong? Do you need me to call you? Is it an emergency? And I just like completely ignored you for like three hours after. And I was like, oh no, I just sucked. And they give me the details after. Yeah. You were like, are you okay? Like, do you need me to call you? Like, do you need an Uber? I'll get you an Uber.

And I'm just like, Listen, if it's one thing I am, it's a girl's girl. I will come get you. True. I will pretend to know you in public if you need an out. Yes. So that's that's been my weekend. Oh my goodness. Yeah.

Let me preface this by saying so I I got this feedback from some of my friends who watched the episodes and they were like, You guys talk about such weird things, like you guys almost you are you guys sound like conspiracy theorists. And I had to be like, Well, I mean, we kind of are, but it's not conspiracy theorists if we're right. It's not a conspiracy if it's true. But I had to be like, uh, well, one, it's interesting, but two, this we literally go how we get these topics is we're on the internet all week and we just find the interesting things from TikTok. So like last week when we talked about dolphin man, we don't believe that, right? Like we said that in the episode. I know, but I'm just saying, like, we it's not that we're like, oh, I believe in XYZ. It's this is what's happening on the internet. What do you think about it?

You choose to listen to us, but I just wanted to give a little we also don't have interesting lives. No. So like I know most podcasts talk about like what's happening with them in a funny way. Uh there's nothing ha funny happening in my life. Me neither. I no, no, I'm very boring. Yeah, I myself am not boring, but my life is very boring. Um, I well, I I will be working full-time starting Monday. Um, and I have been most of my life. I am a single mom of a six-year-old. I just don't have time to have a life. Yeah. And my six-year-old is, as you know, very, very clingy. Like, I can't leave her with the babysitter to go like do fun things. Um, not that I can't do fun things with her.

So we we do live fun lives, we do fun things. Like I yesterday I was telling you I took my daughter to a circus thing where like circus people taught her how to do things, like where they showed her how to walk on tightrope, how to walk on stills, how to do like the big metal circle thing, and that was really fun. But there was also nothing funny to talk about, right? It it was cute. I showed you pictures, and that that was it. And that's like and I went to and got a library car.

Like there's nothing it's very like normal but fun when you're in the moment. Yeah, and then me, I I mean I work full-time and when I just don't really like to I don't I've never really been a go out type of person. Um sorry for the cutoff.

Uh my phone ran out of storage like always. Um, but basically, we're boring. Yeah, we find things interesting on the internet as that we would usually send to each other and talk about. Um instead we talk about it here. Talk about it here. Yeah.

So yeah, so uh I was reading through your notes for this episode, and uh it reminded me of this thing that I've been seeing recently on TikTok about time stealing. So I haven't heard of that. Yeah, so basically there is a whole bunch of people who have this opinion that time has sped up, that specifically CERN has taken time from us. So for example, uh the one that I see mostly is that a minute is no longer 60 seconds, it's like you barely get to 50 and the time changes. So that's basically what I feel like that's easy to prove. All you have to do is count. Yeah, and that's what they say. They say, you know, I count and I only get to 50 and the clock changes.

Yeah, we can test it, but I've seen a lot of that. And then when I was looking into it, um there is some like science behind it. Not that um it's actually happening, but the earth is spinning faster. Okay. So in order to compensate for that, losing five seconds would make sense.

But in order to do that, I feel like that doesn't really make sense because isn't the the time used to be like sundials where you would track it by where the sun shadow is, but we don't do that anymore. So it doesn't make sense that like our digital clock would be affected by how fast the sun's no no no.

I might be wrong. And no, you're right, but the theory is you're right. So the theory is that CERN or the government basically is has fixed the clocks. Oh, to adjust to adjust to the earth faster speed. Um, and just didn't tell us. And so then people go into well, this is why you know time. So those analog clocks would still be on the old time. Because they can't unless they're gonna break into everybody's house, they can't do that. No. But people do say like um like they make the point that if um like you set your clock directly to the time that it is, and then like for example, your car clock gets off, that's what they're using to prove that they're stealing time. So I didn't go too into it because sometimes that stuff does make me feel a little crazy, but it is something interesting, and I do have one friend on Facebook who's like very, very much um convinced that this is happening. So that's kind of where I heard about it too.

So then we're gonna go to my glitching time. Yeah, yeah. Um I haven't heard people talking about this. So what I heard was um Okay, that's a lie. So I heard one of these things, and it wasn't even one of the topics I did. Somebody talked about how they noticed something that recently happened before, and I don't remember what that topic was. Okay. And they're like, CERN has been doing things. I think CERN did another. glitch in the timeline when the Epstein files came out because certain things have changed there. Oh. Um and I didn't do a deep dive into that because I just don't have the mental space to dive even deeper into the Epstein files right now. Right. Um but I probably will one day. Um but then I started noticing some glitches in my timeline.

So really I I swear I've seen them and when they came out I'm like why is everybody posting these like it's funny but like why why is this like such a big deal now? And then everyone's like oh my gosh I finally get to see what they were talking about. And I'm like what do you mean? Like it's been out and then I've seen like a few people who are like didn't this already happen didn't this already happen like I've already seen this like what are you guys talking about? So I know I'm not crazy. Yeah are they videos that maybe he's used for like I don't want anything okay I don't so I don't yeah weird I've never liked Justin Timberlake after the whole nipple incident.

When the news came out that he died I'm like I thought Chuck Norris already I texted my mom I'm like I thought Chuck Norris already died. Who died that I'm thinking of and she was like what do you mean he just died? He is dead so he was like she so she even thought also thought he was dead and she followed like I don't follow celebrities which is why when I first thought I'm like okay I I definitely thought somebody else right but my mom follows celebrities. Yeah that's funny yes yeah um another thing Taylor's video I've seen it before which one the one of her and Dakota fighting oh well you I've never seen the stools but everything before she started throwing the stools I've seen before. Yeah so I'm like oh this is just an extended cut and they're like no this video has never been seen before like not even the girls have ever seen it. It I've tried finding the video it does not exist. This video is the first time anyone's seen it when Secret Lives of Warren Wives first started we saw those we saw the body cam footage but we never saw the video inside the house but I've seen that video inside the the house yeah me too what okay what everyone's saying that only the body cam and that's the only thing I can find now from like the past from like two years three years ago when it first happened.

That's crazy. I feel like some of this so specifically with Secret Lives of Mormon Wives I don't know if any of you out there watched this show it we we love it. We do love it. And also I feel like growing up is realizing that Whitney was never the villain and she was just growing the same way that all the other girls were and just getting that a lot more shit with it. And I'm not saying she didn't do anything wrong but all the other girls were doing things wrong too.

Hmm maybe I don't think she's changed I don't know I read a I watched a TikTok t this morning about a girl who was trying to get tickets to Chicago to see Whitney in New York and she had accidentally bought the wrong tickets and it was like her and her friends flew out to see the show specifically she bought the wrong tickets she was crying and her husband ended up buying her tickets to that show and they were like they paid like a thousand dollars for these tickets. Meanwhile she's like updating her Instagram story and she posted like screenshots of everything yeah about how she bought the wrong tickets and blah blah blah and then Whitney messaged her and was like hey queen how many tickets do you need and um the girl was like well my husband actually already like bought us one so we'll be there tonight and Whitney was like well let me pay for them. And so she sent her money for the tickets plus some she didn't say how much because she just wanted to keep it private but I don't know and I mean that could just be a one-off right but I've been seeing a a lot more good things about her and maybe you're right maybe it is just good PR but I I think that's what it is. Anyway when the Secret Lives of Warren Wives came out that video was definitely out there.

I I thought so too but no that's crazy no and then the last thing that I've noticed is they just recently said that the Havana syndrome is real but I've always heard that it was real that it was like a thing what is the Havana syndrome I don't know what that is. So have you heard of the of like military people who have these very strange symptoms but they all have the same symptoms where they like get like really bad migraines um where there's like hallucin uh pull up the Havana syndrome symptoms. I don't know all of them and then we will read them out to you.

So they just recently came out saying that the Havana syndrome is a real thing that the conspiracy is true. I never knew it as a conspiracy I've always known it as something that you get that it's from like military warfare that it's like a military weapon that causes it like a different like a special type of military weapon. So when it came out as that it was proven to be real and I'm like what are you talking about? This has always been real and I texted my mom about that too and I was like hey they said the Havana syndrome is real and she was like what do you mean they've said that it's real it is like mm-hmm yeah so has it never been real before I didn't know it as Havana syndrome but I agree I've known it as something else you know like I've always known as a Havana syndrome.

Okay I I guess I just have never heard the name for it but I've heard of this before and I knew that it was something that people in the military experience. So just from Wikipedia right now it it's a possible explanation was use of direct directed energy or radio frequency weapon.

Um like military warfare so it's it's like crazy that it that like all of these things happen so recently so back to back where I'm like I know I've lived these before like I know I've experienced all of this before I hate when that happens like if it's like usually if it's like one or two things I'm like okay I'm crazy. But like all of these all at the same time I feel like something happened.

I mean I am a person who doesn't I don't believe that time is linear. I think that everything is happening all at the same time in different timelines. So I do believe that there is a timeline where like the 1920s are still a thing. Like I just believe that energy stays and because of that I believe that there's more than one timeline. So I know that sounds crazy but I do believe it.

I because I also believe in the afterlife and I believe like you know all the things that go along with afterlife I don't really understand I believe it only because so many smarter people than me believe it. Yeah. Um like I'm guys I'm so sorry I'm so bad with names I know I say this every week who's the like super smart guy that's alive right now Stephen Hawking he believes in multiple universes and because he believes in it I believe like who am I to question that? Right. And he is not like an evil person. No. It's not like Elon Musk saying that he believes in if he believes I don't give a fuck what he believes in.

I don't really know a lot about him because I don't really follow celebrities like that but I've never heard anything like negative about him in the news that I can remember. So like he's just a smart dude um so if he thinks that like multiple timelines in multiple universes are real who am I to be like oh you're stupid right no I totally believe it. And it's like conceivable like I could believe I don't understand how it would work. Um, and he he came back clear, no drugs, no alcohol in the system, and they ran more tests on him. They found a bunch of algae and bacteria, um, and a lot of it that made them think that he had been under the water for a very long time. They asked him how long he was under there. He said three days. They were like, Well, how did you breathe? And he was like, Gerald took care of it. They're like, Who's Gerald? He was like the leader of the dolphin pod, he's a dolphin. They were like, How did you communicate? He was like, Well, they would just click at me, and then eventually I learned their clicks. Um that part still gets me. It's it's funny. Uh, and then he, I mean, the news of him coming out was huge. And then a few days after his news broke out and like there was a bunch of uh news reports on it, everyone was saying, like, no, that's a hoax, not it's only on TikTok, there's nothing outside of TikTok. So then when you like Google it, the only news reports now are saying that it was never real. Right. But like the original TikToks that were talking about it included news reports, and you can't find those news reports anymore.

There was a helicopter so low to the water in the same area, he said that he was taken, and it was just like circling this area. And there have been a lot more videos of like police and like guys in suits on that beach swimming. Not they weren't swimming in their suits, but like but like people swimming in the suits with like guys in uniforms on the beach. And then most recently, I searched it up yesterday and it was up to 42, and that he was saying that it was bottlenose dolphins that abducted him. Um 42, and this happened in the panhandle, but 42 dolphins have washed up dead in the panhandle. What the heck? In the same area the hoax was. Yeah. What is going on? I know you still don't believe it. I am not gonna lie. I don't think dolphins abducted a man. I do think something happened there.

But then you start kind of getting over to the paranormal side, and I've never heard of anybody um saying this about Auschwitz, but with the 9-11 museum there um after 9-11 happened, they opened the museum, they had artists come in and paint murals. Um, and there you know, uh the artists did different shifts. And so there's one guy in particular who was like an overnight shift, it was like 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. or something like that. And he started noticing weird things happening. Like he could start uh he would smell burning, but he could start hearing what sounded like uh people walking, like a parade was happening, but it's like two in the morning. Oh you hear people walking. Um, and he just like any rational person would be, he's like, I'm just it's just late, there's noises, I'm in a building, like you know, it it could just be anything, which is true. But then he brought it up to someone and he was like and they said, Yeah, that's gonna happen. You can hear them mocking, you can hear like the firefighters running in, you can smell the the burning that was happening. Sometimes you can hear um people like shouting. And that's just something that they're like, yeah, that's normal. It's that's just the energy that sticks here.

You just feel the energy. So he was like um just going about it, and he was being very respectful and recognizing that energy and kind of just there to learn. Um and he goes to the bathroom, and he sees in the bathroom like this man just standing there, and he's looking kind of like creepy, and he's like, Oh, hey, hey man, what's up? And the guy doesn't really see anything, he just looks at him and then like looks away. He goes to the bathroom, does his thing, man is still standing there, um and then he like washes his hands, looks up, man is gone. Oh, so he's like what the hell was that? So he tells one of the tour guides like that he keep your man in the bathroom. Yeah, like there might be someone in there that you need to go check on because you know, he looked like he needed to be checked on. And the tour guide was like, Nope, there's stories of this man who will stand there and he does look terrified. It looks like he's just kind of waiting for what's gonna happen next, and so that's another paranormal thing that apparently happens in the 9-11 museum. I've never but been to it. Me either. But the science behind it is that um so at a certain point in every year the earth is closer to um objects that we already know are in the solar system. So we already know that there's debris floating around in the solar system. Yeah. Near the vernal equinox, which is the spring equinox, is when Earth is closest to the space junk. And so do we usually get more meteors?

And they're not like obviously there is an active war going on right now, but what we're seeing last week, those are not missiles, it's not a conspiracy, it is literally just where Earth is at in space right now. I haven't heard about any of this, yeah, but it is making people go a little bit cray cray, like conspiracy theories can do, and part of the um they call them fireballs. So part of the fireball conspiracy is that because we're seeing all these fireballs, Bigfoot is now in Ohio. So when I saw your notes, I was like, oh, I'm gonna talk about the meteor. That's why. So tell me about what you've seen about Bigfoot because I haven't really seen a lot.

There have been eight sightings of Bigfoot in Ohio. Eight. Eight sightings. That's a lot, and they are actually near where I used to live. One of them was in the same county that I used to live in, Trumbull County. Wow. Yes, but um they said that this is the most Bigfoot activity that they've had since the 70s. That's crazy. Yeah, wow, and there have been um a couple of videos that I've seen. All of the videos have been of noises that um so they're kind of like we saw it, then we took our video out, but it was gone by the time we got our video out, so we got so like you can hear things happening after. And typically typically I'm like, oh, that's fake. Like everybody has cameras on.

And he's like, Yeah, we've gotten like thousands of rapport, but like these eight seem legit and they're all from this area, and like all the thousand were like from that area in Ohio. That's crazy. But he's like, think about it. When you see something creepy, it takes you a second to process it before you take your phone. Yes, phone out. So I he's like, I believe the ones that aren't on camera more than the ones that are because if it's on camera, you're waiting for something. If it's not on camera, it's because it's happening in front of you and you just freeze. Yeah, exactly. So there's like some of like giant footsteps or some of like a scream. Oh, yeah.

So as it were we've been recording, my sister's been sending updates and we've had to take breaks, so I've kind of checked in a little bit. I'm not gonna go into full detail, but a lot of what happened is because people in the group were peer pressuring other people to like get drunk and you know, do things that they didn't want to do. And these are grown adults, they're not young, right? I hate that.

But in particular, there's one girl there who is five months sober and they're being peer pressured. So that really just grinds my gears. I've known I've known an alcoholic or two in my life, and that addiction is hard. It is very hard. Whether you're addicted to alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, like addiction is hard. I it bothers me when people are just so nonchalant about it and they try and peer pressure because now someone literally ended up in jail because of the peer pressure. So I just that it bothers me.

Um, I got her as an early Christmas gift from my daughter, and I know you guys are saying, Why did you get your six-year-old a pet? I take care of it. It's we just we got a dog. Okay, she wanted a dog, I got her a dog, I feed the dog, I take care of the dog, the dog is my responsibility, I don't make it her responsibility. I just she wanted it. I was okay with the dog, so I got her a dog for Christmas, okay? Um, only because people have been like have said that to me. Like, why did you get your dog for a pet?

Yes, absolutely. I never once thought, okay, my daughter, my six-year-old asked for this. I'm gonna give her a live human thing and be like, okay, you're responsible for. Right. Anyways, so I've had my dog since uh December, the very beginning. It as of recording today, today is the 29th of March. So almost four months at this point. Right. And my landlord texts me and he's like, You haven't paid your pet deposit. And I'm like, what pet deposit? Like, we don't ha I looked in my lease. My lease says I'm allowed to have one pet, either a cat or a dog, nothing else. Um, and I had a cat before. Yeah. I didn't have to pay a pet deposit for my cat. And I I did have to re-home my cat. I know a lot of you guys are gonna be mad about that, but my aunt got kicked out of her home and I let her move in with me. She is deathly allergic to cats, so I had to re-home my cat because my aunt would have died when she was living with me. So I didn't give my cat back to the shelter. She lives with my cousin. I was gonna say, and she the cat has a good home. So it's not like I personally know the people who have my cat now, Snicker. A little Snicker. Yeah, I was just thinking about him the other day. Anyway, yes, so uh never had to pay the pet deposit there. So I get my dog. He he knows I have my dog, he's played with my dog, his kids have played with my dog. He has like four kids, they love my dog, Zoe. And he's like, Yeah, you never paid your pet deposit. It's fifteen hundred dollars, you have to pay it by April 1st. He tells me that literally 23rd. He gives me literally, he gave me seven days. I recently um there was an issue with my job where I was just not happy there. So I got a new job and then I quit my old job because I wasn't happy there. My new job it the way insurance works is you have to you can only your I have an insurance license because I sell insurance. My insurance license was with my last business. You can only have one person hold your insurance license at a time. So this insurance company has not let go of my license, so I couldn't start working. So where I quit and then I started with the new companyhood like you're supposed to. I like never hid from my boss that I was switching companies or anything like that. They held on to my license, so I legally could not start working for the new company. So I haven't really had a job in a month.

He was like, Well, you can sign a new lease, but like I'm fine with you just being month to month and we can deal with it. And he was like, I'll send you a new lease if you want to sign it. He never sent me one, so I'm month to month right now. So I also can't really make a big deal out of it because I have no protection. I have no like anything saying that I'm staying here for a year. He could kick me out next month if he wanted to.

I I gave up on the new company that I took a job with because they also kind of stopped responding to me. Because every day I'd be like, Hey, did it come in yet? Every day, like I'm like, Did it start yet? Like, is there anything that I can do to make money while we wait? And they just kind of like stopped responding, which I get. Like, if you can't do anything, you can't do anything. Yeah. So I went to I went back to the first company that we that we met up. Not the same one, but our friend Jeremy still works for that company. So he got me an interview with his boss, and I went there and I'm like, this is my situation. I just blew through all of my savings because like the reason that I left my last position is because I sales is a commission job, okay. And I I I'm not gonna go into it, but like I wasn't making I I lost like half of my paycheck when I switched from the first company to that company because of the way it was ran.

And she's a good salesperson. Like when we worked together, that like you you kept business alive. And like she's good at her job.

I am good at my job, and I made the sales I did because I was honest. Yes, and there's a lot of salespeople who do a little uh like some grimy work to get the sales. I have always hated that. And a lot of my business that I got wasn't because I undersold them. Uh they would switch to me even if I cost more money because I was honest and I was like, this is what this means, this is what this means. You don't need this, take this off, even though like I showed them how to fix their own insurance, and I'm like, this is how it's gonna save you money with this company. We're gonna be more doing this, but like go call your company and tell them that this is what you want to do to like get it lower with to like save you money. Yeah, and they would switch to me because I told like that's how I told the truth, yeah. And they trusted me with their insurance, right? Because so many insurance people have a bad name because that's what they do, and I know that's what they do, and I call it out when I see it. Yeah, and they respect that. Yep. And a lot of times I am lower and they don't switch, and that's fine with me because in six months, when they get a price phrase and we're the same price, they come back to me. Yeah. And that's how I get in. I get referrals that way. Yep. So I'm a good salesperson because I've I'm yeah, she's not a salesperson, which is why, like when I'm saying this, I'm not saying this about her. She if she was, she would do it the way I would do it. And I know that about her. Uh, she doesn't sell though, I do. Right. Um, but that I I've worked for three companies now and I've been the top salesperson with all three because that is how I work. Um so yeah, when I was working with the last company, that the boss was just not a good boss. Like, I don't know how I'm not gonna sugarcoat it. He sucked. I tried to work with him. I was the manager uh when I was with this comp I like I'm like, this is what worked for us, this is how you do it. Yeah. And he would be like, I have more experience in this business, I know what I'm doing. Okay. Yeah. Whatever. Don't take my advice. Your business is failing, whatever. I I'm like not going down with it, which is why I switched to the company that I never really started with.

So all of that to say is I I don't have the 1500 right this second. Right. I also um the fr I'm not gonna get a paycheck by the time he needs it. Right. So yeah, Layla sucker.

They told me they were gonna place it before I moved in, and they never did. So this isn't from me, it wasn't from my cat, it wasn't from my dog. I've lived like this for a year. I put the curtain up myself because it didn't come with a curtain, and people were looking through my apartment.

Like that isn't like there's ways around it, but I'm afraid if I go around it, he's gonna be pissed and he's gonna be like, move. Because I I don't have a lease.

She saw the deposit, paid the deposit immediately, and that reminded him that I never paid it. Maybe. I don't know. All I know is he gave me seven days to come up with an absurd amount of money. I just don't have that money right now. And it's not like I can't afford my dog, okay? I can afford to take it to the vet. Right. Um, my vet is actually amazing, and they have this thing where I pay them$30 a month and they cover everything.

My my multiple vests have told me that she's more energetic than a normal puppy. So they call her a high-energy puppy. Yeah. She she is crazy. But she's so sweet. She is. That is so That's such a beef. She is taken care of. She is loved. I I just can't afford an extra$1,500 right now. Because I have to put my human child before my dog child, which I know is probably controversial, but I mean if it's controversial.
