Where Are My Angels?

Good afternoon, and welcome to Healing String Waters Daily Doses. Another day that the Lord has kept us. Um, if you're alive today, if you got your life, your health, and your strength, no matter what part of it, if you're still living and breathing, you have enough to tell God thank you about. I'm appreciative in so many ways. I'm grateful. I have another opportunity to tell God thank you, and just to show him how much God, how you have been good to me. It's the goodness of the Lord that brings about repentance. And repentance is not saying, I'm sorry, forgive me. For repentance is changing your way of thinking and your behavior. What you used to do, if you find out that it wasn't the correct way, just turn around and do it the right way. That's what repentance is. Don't keep doing it, don't keep going down that road that leads to nowhere or to destruction. And so today I'm going to be reading from Hebrews, the 13th chapter, in the first two verses. Let brotherly love continue. Be not forgetful to entertain strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unaware. And the topic that I want to leave with you today is where are my angels? You know, I don't know if you believe in angels, but angels are real. Angels uh some are warriors, they fight for you. Some are to bring you information to bring you a message of good tidings. Angels were used all during the Bible, and not only in the Bible, maybe some of you have had experience in an angel visiting you. Of course, they don't come with wings. Sometimes they look just like you and I. So the Bible says, be careful how we treat strangers. Because sometimes you may be uh dealing with an angel unaware, because a lot of times God has to send you something or somebody that is familiar looking and that looks like you. It could be a person off the street. I remember on several times being at the bus stop, and this lady was talking to me, and I was excited by what she was saying to me because she was giving me knowledge about my life, and so I was anticipating her getting on the bus with me and finishing the conversation. But when I got on the bus and turned around, she was not there, and so whatever God needs to get a message to you, He will send someone to you. Maybe you don't know, uh, it don't have to be somebody that you know, it can be a complete stranger off the street, um, but they have what they need for you in their mouth. When Daniel was praying for 21 days, an angel came to him. Angel Gabriel. Gabriel is normally the messenger uh angel. He came to him and said, God heard you 21 days ago, but it was held up by the Prince of Persia, and so he had to call for Michael. Michael is an archangel, Michael is a uh warring angel. Michael had to be paired away so that the answer can get through. When Mary um was told about her having a child, it was an angel that brought her the message. When Peter was locked in jail, it was an angel that unlocked his chains. We've had so many examples of when angels came to the rescue for whatever reason it was. You and I have an angel, and so when you need something and you're praying to God, sometimes God will be in send you an angel, but it can be in a form of something that you are familiar with, human form, because I'm quite sure if something else came, you will be frightful, you'll be afraid. Even when the uh Balak was going to on his mission, he didn't see the angel, but the donkey did. So angels were here even before us. Angels are stronger than we are. And David asked the question, Why are you mindful of man? You have made him a little lower than the angels. You find angels throughout. The angels hearken to the voice of God's word. He's not gonna go into your emotions, he listens for you speaking the word out of your mouth, and he will because he uh hearkens to God's word, he listens. That is cute, that is his activation. When he hears the word and he knows that maybe you can't do it, not strong enough to do it, he will go before you. But Moses asks him, when you're taking me through this wilderness, you gave me this big job to do, but you did not go, you did not tell me who was going to go with me. God said he was going to send the angel because the angels they're in the presence of God and and they know, but Moses told God that I don't want the angel, I want your presence, and if let your presence go before me, don't take me up from this place. So there are angels waiting to activate, ready to execute, but it's on them hearing the word, they will hearken to the voice of the word. The word has a voice, the word has a sound, and the God's word is true, and the angels know this. And so, people, believers, disciples, there is nothing too hard for God, there's nothing impossible. God will send you help from his sanctuary, it could be in the form of an angel, meaning a stranger. So be careful how we treat people. You never know when it's your help. Somebody can come up and give you just that one answer that you need to unlock your future. Be careful, be careful how you treat them, be uh careful how you respond to people. That's why it's imperative that we mind our high things, but we condescend to men of low estate. You never know. My mother told us that uh drunk can tell you something good, so don't uh bypass people, don't alleviate people, don't count people out when they can have what you need to make it to your future. Sometimes the only thing you need is just one word that will count caterpillar into you into where you're going. Just like when Philip uh he came up on the chariot, um, and he asked the unit, do you understand what you're reading? The unit said, How can I unless some man should guide me? Philip drew, got up in the chariot with him and began to explain the scripture. But then God, after that, God whisps him away. So sometimes people can come just because maybe you're studying, maybe you need explanation, maybe you need wisdom, maybe you need understanding, and somebody can come just in the nick of time for you to get you out of what you in, and then they off to the races. They wasn't there for a season, they were there for a reason, and we need to treat people that way because we never know why people are in our lives, they're not in it all the time for to stay. So only God says, I will never leave you nor forsake you, and I will be with you always to the end of the world. Your mother may not be there, your father, your siblings, your pastor, whomever it may be, but God will be with you always, even if he has to send an angel. So be careful that we don't entertain strangers wrongfully. You don't know who comes in your presence, why they come in your presence, who will they sit by. Even Joshua asked, Are you for me or you are against me? You can ask the question because some strange things do happen, but we know that all things work together for the good of them that I love the Lord and that are called according to his purpose. So you can just ask the question, Where are my angels? You have different angels for different things, and maybe I can't be there for you, maybe your pastor can't be there for you, but God can send an angel, and then he tells of his gospel, Paul. Does he say, If an angel for heaven, so the angel they know what's the requirements from God. He said, If any man preach anything other than I have taught you, let him be accursed. And if any angels, the angels have the same requirement, they were they are a little higher than us, but still they have to obey God too. And if the angel brings anything other, another gospel, another way than what God has said, the Bible says, let them be accursed. So again, this is healing strain waters, daily doses, people. If we seek, we will find. If we knock, the door will be open. If we uh ask, we will receive. So everyone that asks us, they're gonna receive. Everybody that seeketh, they're gonna find. You gotta do it with your whole heart, your whole soul, and your mind. Keep on, just keep on knocking. There's no question that that doesn't have an answer to it. There's no dumb answers, no dumb questions. Ask God if you need wisdom, ask him. He gives liberally everything we need. God has it. So go in peace. Love God and love his people.
