Good afternoon and welcome to Healing Stream Waters Daily Dosage. I'm glad to be here. I'm glad to see it alive. The blood is yet running in my veins. And if you're listening to me, if you're seeing me, that means you're still on this top side of the earth, also. And we have one more chance, one more opportunity to complete something that we didn't do yesterday. And today I'm going to read in your hearing the fourth chapter of James, starting at the 13th verse and through the 15th. It says, Go to now, ye say that today or tomorrow we will go into such a city and continue there a year and buy and sell and get game. Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow, for what is your life is even a vapor that appeareth for a little time and then vanishes away. For that ye ought to say, if the Lord will, we shall live and do this or that. And the topic that I want to leave with you is everything must change. Um and it's coming from the 14th verse where it says, For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. And the songwriter says, Everything must change, nothing stays the same. Everyone must change, nothing stays the same. The young become the old, mystery unfold. Cause that's the way of time. Nothing and no one goes unchanged. There are not many things in life that you can be sure of, except rain comes from the cloud, and sunlights up the sky, and humming birds do fly. And so when you think about life, uh it's a privilege to grow old because it's been denied to so many. Sometimes you may think that people are just saying things or people are giving excuses for why they don't want to do something or what kind of predicament that they're in. But an old mother in the church used to sing a song that says, If it ain't been no rain in your life, just wait a while. And I can tell you today, I'm a little older than I was, but some things I have experienced, some transformations that has happened to me in my life. I didn't think I would be here. I didn't think I would get to this point. I didn't think certain things would happen to me. But as sure as you live, everything must change. The young becomes the old, you're going to transform. You're going to change whether you're small with small then, you put on weight and you're bigger now. Maybe it's been a point in time in your life where you had 2020 vision and now you either need readers to for you to read, or you need glasses to see all the time. But it wasn't like that always. And so we don't know from day to day what is going to happen or change in anyone's life. Um the Bible says life, what is your life, is nothing but a vapor. It's here today. We used to say it's gone tomorrow, but things are happening quickly, they're happening right now. Life is full of twist transition. And so we're never to take it for granted that the air that we breathe, because so many people have problems with their lungs, they they need some kind of asparatus or some kind of breathing assistance. So you just never know. And so consider yourself when thinking about others. Consider others, and by the grace of God, that some things you're not experiencing, but never look down on a man unless you're trying to pick them up. You don't know the mindset, you don't know what it takes for people just to get out of bed in the morning, just to stand up, just to take that breath, just to have that energy, just to go about your daily duties. Life is a vapor, and everything and everyone changes. And this we ought to say if it's the Lord's will, or that we're going to do this or we're going to do that, because God has the power to change our life in any seconds. We ought to value, we ought to um appreciate the time that we have here. Live, laugh, and love. Don't be stressed. Find a way to enjoy some sunshine. Find a way to find some peace in your life. Find something to be grateful for and appreciated about because by the grace of God, there go I. I haven't walked in other people's shoes. I have my own to walk in, but it's up to us as human beings, as uh brothers and sisters, whether in Christ, whether neighbors, look out for each other and never turn your nose up. Never um the Bible says, condescend to men of low estate, because you never know. It could be my turn today and yours tomorrow. Life is just a vapor, and everything changes. One moment you're walking, you're talking, you're doing what you can you're you want to do because we have the privilege to do that, but then the next moment we're dependent on somebody. We can't um do our daily and our normal activities unless we had the activities, I mean, unless we had the help of someone, so you just never know, and you don't have to be old. Your life can change even while you're young. There is no respect of person for sickness, um, diseases. It can happen to anybody at any given time. Your life, my life, is a vapor. So enjoy life while you can. The Bible says remember your creator in the days of your youth, while you got the activities of your limbs, while you got energy, find time and make time not only for yourself, but make time for others because it's a coming time when you're gonna need somebody to go your bond. Treat people right so that when you get in those moments and times, that somebody will come and help you. Nobody has to. If anybody does, it will be out of the goodness and kindness of their heart. So the Bible says if you want friends, you have to be friendly, make yourself some friends, do unto others. That's the golden rule. Do unto others as you will have others to do unto you. Remember, your life is a vapor, it can be here today, gone today. Anything can change in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye. One day you're healthy, and the next few hours you can be down. You had an accident, anything is liable to happen. So praise God, thank God for life, health, and strength, and for the activities of your limbs and the blood that's yet running warm in your vein. Be grateful and be thankful because this is the will of God concerning you. This is healing stream waters with your daily doses. Remember, everything and everyone must change. Nothing stays the same. God bless you. I love you, He loves you, and there's nothing you can do about it.
