Blue Eyes ASMR: Sleep & Relaxation
This ASMR experience is designed to support nervous system regulation by gently stimulating the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) response.
Research suggests that ASMR can lower heart rate, reduce stress, and promote a felt sense of safety through soft sound, slow pacing, and attentive presence. These cues may engage the vagus nerve, which plays a central role in emotional regulation, relaxation, and resilience.
As your nervous system softens, the body becomes more receptive, allowing intuition, clarity, and embodied awareness to naturally emerge. This state of calm alertness supports integration across the energetic body, including the chakra system.
Use this practice to:
β’ Soothe your nervous system
β’ Release tension and emotional holding
β’ Restore inner safety and self-trust
β’ Return to your natural feminine rhythm
Listen when you can be fully present and supported.

Hola.
SPEAKER_03Welcome back. How are you, my friend? I'm really glad you're here tonight. Before we settle in, I want to share something briefly with you because I've noticed that people have made comments and are curious about if I'm doing okay. And they awkwardly imply about my birthmark. It's not a black eye. It is a birthmark. I have it right here under my right eye. I've had it my whole life, and I absolutely love this part of me. So I wanted to share that with you here so that you know, and so that we can move forward and begin this process of moving into relaxation so that you can have a good night, quality sleep tonight. And if you can share in the comments, let me know how tonight's session has supported you. I always love hearing about how these quiet moments support you. And let's begin. So we will begin to slow everything down together.
SPEAKER_00If today asked a lot from you, if you spent the day thinking, planning, holding things together, you can begin to let some of that soften now. Take a moment to settle. Sometimes when we finally stop moving, the mind keeps going.
SPEAKER_03It keeps reviewing the day. Maybe it feels like a Rolodex looking for things we could have done differently or better.
SPEAKER_00Things we should or could have said.
SPEAKER_03Maybe there's something that you weren't able to get done or complete.
SPEAKER_00That is the human mind.
SPEAKER_03Especially if you're someone who cares deeply, someone who tries really hard, someone who tries really hard and pushes hard. Someone who wants to get things right. So if those thoughts show up tonight, there is nothing wrong.
SPEAKER_00You don't need to push them away.
SPEAKER_03You can simply let them pass through like clouds drifting across the sky. No fixing, no correcting.
SPEAKER_00As you breathe in and out, you might notice your shoulders softening a little, your jaw loosening, your body remembering that it doesn't have to hold the whole world tonight. Just gently bring your attention to the top of your head. Not changing anything, just noticing. Now your forehead, letting the muscles there soften. Your eyes resting heavily. Even just a little. Now your shoulders. These shoulders that carry so much. So many responsibilities. So many expectations. Tonight, they don't have to carry it all either. You can simply let go.
SPEAKER_03You can imagine setting some of that weight down just for now. Just for tonight.
SPEAKER_00Letting your arms rest. Your chest soften. Your belly loosen. Your legs grow heavier. Supported. Held and safe. Your body knows how to do this. It knows how to rest. Many people who struggle to fall asleep are people who hold a lot during the day.
SPEAKER_03Stress is also a natural part of life.
SPEAKER_00Everybody experiences stress.
SPEAKER_03You might be the one who keeps things together, the one who plans, the one who anticipates problems, the problem solver, the one who tries to make everything work.
SPEAKER_00And that takes a lot of energy. Your mind may have learned that if it keeps thinking, keeps analyzing, keeps preparing, then maybe everything will stay under control. And that is the mind.
SPEAKER_03But tonight, you don't have to control everything. Anything. You don't have to keep reviewing the day.
SPEAKER_00You don't have to make tomorrow perfect. For these next few minutes, give yourself permission to rest, to soften, to let the mind quiet itself naturally. Nothing is required of you here. These are all things that you can free yourself from.
SPEAKER_03Perfectionism, perfectionism, productivity. Tonight we rest, we breathe, we be, and we get to stop trying so hard and embody what we need for quality sleep. Your body gets to gently drift. Allow your mind to slowly unwind, and sleep finds you in this moment all on its own. As you continue breathing slowly, you might notice your body growing heavier, your thoughts becoming a little softer, a little quieter.
SPEAKER_00You may still notice thoughts appearing, but they don't need your attention tonight. They can simply pass by. And as you are drifting into sleep, I am right here with you. And so if you happen to wake up, I am simply right here.
SPEAKER_03You can always keep listening to my voice and allow that to nurture you and to soothe you into relaxation and into a night of quality sleep. I also wanted to share with you some of my insight about this idea of perfectionism. So many of us have expectations and responsibilities, and we're expected to be a certain way and to provide for others, and to show up in a certain way. And just allow your body to melt into relaxation and this release from being perfect. Nothing and nobody is perfect. The universe is absolutely imperfect, divinely imperfect.
SPEAKER_00Perfectionism does not exist. And so allow your body to relax and to free yourself from the need to be perfect.
SPEAKER_03Yes, throughout our day, we can do this. We may have, should have done that, could, should, would. I invite you to release yourself from those words and invite in compassion. Compassion to release the day. And letting your body know, because your mind will follow and listen, that you did your best.
SPEAKER_00You did your best with what you knew in each moment.
SPEAKER_03And so I am here to remind you that you are imperfectly perfect just the way you are. And so I am here to remind you that you are imperfectly perfect and enough just as you are. And as you drift into sleep, allow this energy to nurture you and to support you, and let your eyes be heavy and soften your shoulders, chest, belly, hips, knees, your calves, your shins, your feet.
SPEAKER_00Allow your feet to be heavy into the earth. Allow your body to soften and feel the surface beneath supporting you, holding you, and that it's okay to drift off into sleep. Release the day because you're worthy of quality sleep.
SPEAKER_03Because you are worthy of receiving what you need.
SPEAKER_00And if you wake up, I will be right here.
SPEAKER_03And just listen to the sound of my voice. Allow the vibration of my voice to calm your vagus nerve, your nervous system, and trust that you are safe, you are supported, and keep drifting off into sleep slowly, gently into sleep, your body melting into the bed, the mattress, the surface beneath you. Underneath is Mother Earth supporting you, nurturing you, supporting you into sleep as you drift into quiet, calm, quality sleep.
SPEAKER_00Simply drift and drift and drift slowly, gently into sleep.
SPEAKER_03I am sending you oceans of love and good night. How are you, my friends? I'm really glad you're here tonight. Before we settle in, I want to share something briefly with you. And tonight, they don't have to carry it all either. You can simply let go. You can imagine setting some of that weight down just for now. And just for tonight.
