Hola. For those of you who are returning, welcome back. And for those of you who are new, welcome. Hello, my friends. My name is Jordan. And you are here with me, Blue Eyes ASMR. And I'm honored to share the space with you to help you sleep soundly tonight. And this is a quiet space where you don't have to do anything.

SPEAKER_00

There's no thinking.

SPEAKER_02

There's no problem solving. There's no figuring out tomorrow. Just a moment for your nervous system to slow down. If you've been carrying anxiety today, or your mind feels busy, that's completely okay.

SPEAKER_00

Nothing about you needs to change right now.

SPEAKER_02

Just let your body arrive here. Soften your shoulders and take a slow breath in through your nose.

SPEAKER_00

And exhale through your mouth. Good. Again, slow inhale and a long soft exhale. Let your day begin to fade in the background.

SPEAKER_02

And when we breathe together, I'm inviting you to take deep belly breaths. When you inhale deeply in the belly, allow your heart to expand. Let your breathing become slow and natural.

SPEAKER_00

There is nothing to control.

SPEAKER_02

Just noticing the rhythm, focusing on your breath, breathing in and out, in and out. With every exhale, the body receives a quiet message, a signal that is safe enough to begin letting go. Go ahead and inhale, allowing the chest to gently expand and breathe deeply into the belly. Exhale, allowing the body, your body to soften. Imagine your breath like a soft wave, rising and falling slow and steady. Every breath you take unwinds and relaxes your nervous system just a little bit more each time. Your body knows how to relax. Sometimes it just needs a little space. And tonight we are giving it that space. Now bring your awareness to your forehead. See if the muscles there can soften just a little as if the skin of your forehead could smooth and relax, soften, be gentle, soften, allowing, relaxing, soothing. Let the space between your eyebrows relax and the tiny muscles around your eyes.

SPEAKER_00

Let them soften. Let your eyes be heavy and allow them to rest now, closing. There's nothing left to watch, to look at. Simply listen. Nothing left to focus on.

SPEAKER_02

Let your eyes gently sink deeper into sleep.

SPEAKER_00

Now notice your jaw, your teeth.

SPEAKER_02

Where can you soften and place your tongue at the roof of your mouth? Let these parts of you relax, loosen, unclinching effortlessly softly, gently.

SPEAKER_00

Allow your whole face to soften with ease. And simply listen breathing slowly.

SPEAKER_02

Inhaling and exhaling. Now bring your awareness to your neck and your shoulders.

SPEAKER_00

Where can you soften?

SPEAKER_02

Imagine any tension slowly melting downward, your shoulders becoming heavier. Dropping, dropping just a little further. A little more. Your body realizing it doesn't have to hold the day anymore. That release. Feel into that release.

SPEAKER_00

Now feel into your arms, your upper arms, relaxing, relaxing forearms, your forearms are softening becoming heavy and warm.

SPEAKER_02

Even your fingers, your hands.

SPEAKER_00

They can relax and let go.

SPEAKER_02

Efflessly, nothing forced, just a gentle rise and fall.

SPEAKER_00

Your heart slowing, beating, relaxing. Your breath, your breathing deepening, deepening even more. Your nervous system settling. And we move to your belly, allowing your belly to soften, your belly softening, relaxing, expanding. There's nothing to hold in. Nothing to resist. You are free. Your body is free to rest.

SPEAKER_02

And I am here to make sure you are relaxing and get a good night sleep.

SPEAKER_00

Now your hips sinking into the surface beneath you.

SPEAKER_02

Notice the contacts. Allow the contact to melt and to get heavy. Your legs becoming heavy.

SPEAKER_00

Your thighs relaxing, knees are soft, calves releasing, and finally your feet heavy into the earth heavy into the earth while softening. Your entire body is now resting, melting into the bed, the surface supported, held by the earth beneath you, feeling into the contacts of the earth.

SPEAKER_02

If you were to wake up in the middle of the night, you can always return here. I will be here to help you fall back asleep into a deep quality sleep. And if thoughts appear in the mind right now, that's perfectly normal. As you are falling asleep, the mind often keeps moving even when the body is ready to rest for rest. Instead of trying to stop the thoughts, just imagine them floating away, floating by from the river to the ocean, like clouds drifting slowly across a quiet blue sky, each thoughts passing and then dissolving. You can be right here with me as you are deeply drifting into sleep. You don't need to engage with those thoughts. You can be right here. Your only job tonight is to rest, and I am here to remind you, to help you fall asleep. Your instructions are very simple. To rest, to keep your eyes closed, your eyes heavy. Right now is the most important moment, the present moment. Tomorrow will take care of itself. Tomorrow needs you to have a good night's sleep tonight.

SPEAKER_00

And that's what we're doing here together.

SPEAKER_02

Making sure you get a good night's sleep. And right now, your nervous system is learning something new, building a new foundation. It's learning, you are learning that it doesn't have to stay alert all the time. There's no urgency right now. You are safe to sleep. Your nervous system can soften.

SPEAKER_00

Slowing down.

SPEAKER_02

Each breath is guiding your body deeper, deeper into calm. Your body has been waiting for this moment all day each night. This is your time. This is our time to make sure you fall deeply into quality sleep. Now notice how your body feels now in this moment.

SPEAKER_00

Heavier, softer more supported.

SPEAKER_02

Your breathing slow and steady, slow and steady. Your breathing slow and steady. Your mind quieter than before, quieter than earlier. Sleep comes to you. It arrives naturally when the body feels safe. And that's what we're doing right now is we are creating safety in your body. And right now your body is remembering that safety. That safety is right here. And there's nothing you need to do. There is nothing left to do tonight. Nothing left to accomplish. Simply allowing your body to drift. Inhale slowly and exhale. Extend your exhale. Release and let it go.

SPEAKER_00

Good night, my friend. Good night. Hola.

And that is perfectly okay. Even if you stop listening, your nervous system will continue settling, relaxing. Sleep gently arrives. You naturally fall into a deep quality sleep. Naturally, effortlessly. Allowing your sleep to support you, allowing the night to hold you, drifting, settling, eyes heavy, feet heavy, hearts open, hips rooted into the earth beneath you. Noticing the contact, allowing the contact between your body and the bed. Gets heavier and melting, supporting you in sleep. Very deep sleep. Falling asleep to my voice, allowing your body to be calm, relax, support it, and simply drift, drift into a deep night's sleep with sweet dreams. Your nervous system safely drifting into sleep. And remember, you can always return here. I will be right here with you, supporting you into sleep. Remember you're worth it. So tonight, in this moment, I am sending you oceans of love, sweet dreams, and I will connect with you again. Good night, my friends. Good night.
