And I'm here to guide you and to be here with you as you move into deep quality sleep. So as we settle, as we begin to settle your mind, and go ahead and take another slow breath in.

The ebbs and flow of the ocean. And let your eyes get heavier. Let your tongue relax at the roof of your mouth. And feel into that cradle. The ocean cradling you, holding you. Nothing to anticipate, and nothing to prepare for. Nothing to overthink. Nothing to figure out. Simply trust that you are held here. Allow the rhythm of your breath to be the rhythm of your sleep. And even if your mind wanders again and again, you can gently return. There's no judgment. No frustration. Just returning. Over and over and over again. I am right here with you.
