00:00: ASMR Session Begins

22:22: Session repeats with ocean sounds

If you’re feeling emotionally exhausted, this ASMR session supports your nervous system in unwinding and returning to deep rest.

No effort, no pressure… just a space where your body can settle and sleep can find you.

Your capacity to care…to show up…to keep going… that’s not something to fix. It’s something to honor.

This is a space where your body can receive the same support it so naturally gives to others.

You’re allowed to rest with ease…to be supported without needing to do anything at all.

Rest is something you can receive…not something you have to earn.
It’s something your body already knows how to return to…when it feels safe enough.

As you listen, your system can begin to soften in its own way… in its own timing…releasing only what’s ready, and keeping what still feels needed.

You can feel yourself still here… still in control… still connected…and gently allowing things to be easier.

A quiet sense of relief can begin to move through you…a little more space… a little more support…already beneath you.

Just being here… is enough.

I’m right here with you.Goodnight 🌙

Oh Hola.

SPEAKER_00

Welcome back. And if you're new here, welcome. My name is Jordan, and I'm so happy that you're here. I am right here with you. You can let this moment be simple. Just simplify. How about that? You can simply listen and allow your body to receive. Free yourself from any resistance that may be coming up and simply be with it. There's nothing you need to figure out right now. You can let yourself be present. What does relaxed feel like in your body? And exactly where you are, exactly in this moment, right here with me. And every time you hear my voice, your body recognizes this space. We are regulating your nervous system to feel safe and to soften a place where you can soften, where you can loosen your grip, wherever you may feel that in your body. And where in your body can you settle?

SPEAKER_01

Allowing it to happen in its own way. You don't have to make it happen. You can receive support here.

SPEAKER_00

And tune into the wisdom of your body and trust that your body already knows how to shift, going at its own pace in this moment, as we are preparing you for quality sleep, restful sleep, free of anxiety sleep, allow yourself to be supported here. Even if your mind is still moving, perhaps there are spirals of thoughts. And even if there are parts of you that feel alert, let's take a moment to simply pause. Pause and acknowledge that it's okay. There are still thoughts coming in and out of your mind. Imagine they are clouds that are simply passing by.

SPEAKER_01

Allow your presence and awareness to be your strength.

SPEAKER_00

And this is where getting curious can really help you to relax, to settle into your deep quality sleep, and also something that you can wake up with, trusting and knowing that you've been practicing, and then it just simply becomes a part of you, a part of your day. And imagine what it's like to fall asleep without the alertness in your body. Allow yourself to be present with what it feels like to go to sleep without all the alertness in your body. And know that it's okay to simply notice that it may be there, it may be present, and that's okay. Because together we are regulating your nervous system so that you can practice these new ways of being and embodying your own energy, your own ability to relax, and to sustain that through your nights into your deep quality sleep. So keep tuning into the sound of my voice. The sound of my voice is what you are tuning to, relaxing into, allowing your body to soften, and if you haven't already closed your eyes, close your eyes and allow your eyelids to get really heavy, and promise me they promise me you will keep them closed, and just keep allowing them to feel heavy. So remember to allow yourself to be supported here, even if your mind is still thinking and moving and processing, give yourself permission to soften that. Remember, you are in charge of your mind, not your thoughts in charge of you. And so, even if there are parts of you still alert, be here now. Free yourself from that alertness and know that you are exactly where you need to be, exactly as you are, receiving this, embodying this new way of soothing and nurturing yourself into sleep and stay here.

SPEAKER_01

Your eyelids heavy.

SPEAKER_00

You might notice a little more space opening as you are melting into the surface beneath you, allowing that bed to support you.

SPEAKER_01

You belong in this space. You are here to take up space. You are not ever too much here. Authentically, you are here, meant to be here, and there's a kind of exhaustion and a kind of tired that comes from caring deeply.

SPEAKER_00

You are here to take up space, and there's a kind of exhaustion and a kind of tired that comes from caring deeply.

SPEAKER_01

I know this well, and I trust that you may know this well. It comes from showing up, from holding things together, from being the strong one, from continuing and showing up even when it's been a lot. And in this moment, your body knows that.

SPEAKER_00

How often do you give it permission to simply rest, to recharge, to validate your experience exactly for what it is? And are you able to communicate with your body? Do you feel that mind-body-heart connection? Or is there a separation that you are working on integrating? Allowing yourself to regulate into that mind, body, heart connection, into this space during sleep. Sleep is so important for you, for your health, for your well-being.

SPEAKER_01

Good quality sleep is how you heal, re-energize, and regulate.

SPEAKER_00

You might begin to notice subtle places in your body. This is us bringing awareness into your body with your eyes closed, your eyelids heavy, those subtle places in your body that have been carrying more than they needed to. And today, in this moment, we can release together what you no longer need to carry. And as you gently fall deeply into your quality sleep, your body knows what to do. Your body can now respond to releasing the density and whatever feels heavy and maybe even not yours in whatever way feels natural. And there's nothing that you need to do because you are here creating that mind-body connection, that mind-body-heart connection. Nothing needs to be forced. Your body shifts when it feels met, when you are meeting you and your body where it's at, and listening to what it needs as we ground in to your deep quality sleep with your eyelids heavy, and feeling into the support beneath you, supported by the earth, holding you, nurturing you, loving you. And if you wake up, you can simply return here and return to my voice. Keep attuning to my voice and returning here to regulate, to soften, to relax. Allow yourself to be supported. Softening is important and a strength without needing to hold everything up and together. It's okay to loosen your grip. It's okay to soften. It's okay to be vulnerable and to allow yourself to receive support in this moment in subtle ways, in nuanced ways. Receiving quality sleep can support you in transforming and changing so that you are receiving what you need. And let's simply acknowledge there is a kind of emotional exhaustion. And the body feels this. Your body feels this that comes from a deeply present space within you, and how you show up in life from caring, from giving, from trying, from taking action, strategizing, planning, continuing to show up. And what about you? Are you tending to your needs? Are you listening to your body? I trust that you are because you're here in this space, and I am here to support you. And remember, sometimes it doesn't have to be a big moment of revelation or realization. Just simply showing up here is taking care of you. It is that self-care with your eyelids heavy and your feet heavy, your lower back rooted into the surface beneath you, falling into that deep quality sleep, supporting you in all of the times that you have been strong and kept going.

SPEAKER_01

And now you're pausing, giving yourself that freedom to gently sleep and heal and recharge, creating that mind-body, heart connection.

SPEAKER_00

And what does it mean for you to simplify? Continue to release those thoughts and allow them to unwind and dissolve and return to your body sensations and begin to settle, to keep settling with your eyelids heavy, relieving any anxiety as you fall deeply into quality sleep. Here you are drifting into sleep, and here you are experiencing subtle shifts with a little more space, a little more room for you to expand and relax and drift deeper into quality sleep with a little less pressure. And simply keep tuning into my voice and allowing it to support you in drifting off deeply, deeply into sleep that supports you. And that is simply enough. And all that you need right now, in this present moment, you can rest, you can soften, you can let go just a little more, a little more and more here with me, supporting you as you fall deeply into sleep, eyelids heavy, nothing to solve or prove, nothing to carry, simply letting go of your day. Letting go of the heaviness, feeling into your body as it's supported by the earth, and possibly floating into deep rest, deep relaxation, deep sleep, just being here now in this moment as your body continues to settle, and perhaps you are already in your trance and deep sleep. And if not, sleep can begin to find you as you attune to my voice and settle and relax. You don't need to chase falling asleep, allow your system to receive it. Your body knows how to move into rest, how to settle into rest, to accept resting and trusting this process with your body, your mind, and your heart, relieving any anxiety before sleep, softening, drifting, softening, drifting together.

SPEAKER_01

We are softening drifting.

SPEAKER_00

You are right on time, creating your own rhythm within your body, your mind, and your heart.

SPEAKER_01

Drifting resting, creating your own rhythm and timing so that you always have this space to return to.

SPEAKER_00
