Choosing yourself sounds simple, but for a lot of people, it feels uncomfortable, heavy, and even wrong.

In this episode, I talk about why choosing yourself is so hard, especially for people who have spent their lives putting others first. We unpack the guilt, the exhaustion, and the fear of disappointing people, and why none of that means you are doing something wrong.

I also share a personal story about what it looked like for me to finally choose myself after years of choosing family, friends, and relationships before my own needs. My life is quieter right now, my circle is smaller, but I feel more peace and clarity than I ever have.

This is one of the most important episodes of the season, because choosing yourself is the foundation for everything else. You are not selfish for protecting your peace. You are not wrong for changing. And you do not need permission to choose yourself.

If 2026 is your year to stop abandoning yourself, this episode is for you.
