Welcome to Two Hypnotherapists Talking with me, Denise Villamih here in Delaware, USA. (0:06) And me, Les Roberts in St Helens, United Kingdom. (0:10) This weekly podcast is for anyone and everyone who would like to know more about the fascinating (0:14) world of hypnosis and the benefits that it offers.I'm a clinical hypnotherapist (0:21) and specialist in working with children. And I'm a retired medical doctor and consultant (0:28) to hypnosis. We are Two Hypnotherapists Talking. So let's get on with the episode. (0:37) Hi. So today we get to welcome Melanie McCall, who is, she's not my boss, but she runs a program (0:45) I'm now taking great advantage of in getting my practice out into the public world.Melanie is the (0:55) founder of Hypnobiz in a Box. And everything is a win, which sounds great for hypnosis. (1:02) And she is also the current president of, I'll get this title right, Hypnosis Education Association.(1:10) Okay, good. Since I'm just joining, I ought to remember the name. (1:16) Melanie, why don't you go ahead and talk about yourself a little bit.And then I think you (1:21) were going to talk about overwhelm for hypnotists. Was that the topic? (1:27) So I'm Melanie McCall. I'm the entrepreneur's hypnotherapist. And my specialty is actually in (1:35) helping entrepreneurs through the, well, the many things that we deal with, but especially (1:42) burnout. So I have a protocol that I've developed for people who have experienced (1:50) extreme burnout. And because, well, when I experienced that, I found that the ways that (1:59) people typically said to get help were not working. Now I, so I, yeah. (2:08) Can I just interrupt you for a sec? Was this when you were working in the business world? (2:13) Yes, exactly. So, and I started in business in 2000.I know that's so easy. And it's 25 (2:20) because my daughter's 25 years old because I got started to be her mom, like working from home. (2:26) So I was learning online business and all kinds of things that I had never done before in my life, (2:34) but I did and I became very successful. And, you know, this term, this idea of like being (2:39) very successful from the outside. Well, yes, I was very successful on the outside and my life (2:46) and, you know, it appeared, but in, but inside I was clearly not well. I was overworking and (2:54) there's many reasons for that, which I'm not going to go into necessarily. But what I can tell you (3:02) is when I went, when I got to this point where I, I could not work. So unmitigated stress, (3:10) okay, this is, this is the, the cause of burnout and the world health organization actually (3:19) caused this a, um, a mental syndrome caused from unmitigated workplace stress. So I'm just going (3:28) to put that out there because so many people use the word burnout all the time for all kinds of (3:32) things.Um, but I think, I do kind of think it's kind of odd. You know, they just call it workplace (3:37) place stress because it costs corporations like trillions of dollars a year. (3:43) Yeah. But when you're, when you're an entrepreneur, you're not in an organization that's spending (3:50) trillions to help you. If you're an entrepreneur and you burn out, you literally are taken out. (3:56) So burnout is characterized by three main symptoms.I can, you can tell where somebody (4:02) is on this path by where they're at. Number one is that kind of overwhelmed, but (4:10) exhaustion that you cannot rest from. So you can sleep, you can do yoga, you can meditate, (4:18) you can go on vacation, you could do, and your body literally just does not do the healing it (4:24) needs. That's one. When that continues unmitigated, um, two, you start to get really, (4:32) I just think of it as a cynical phase. Like I hate this thing.I built this to have freedom (4:37) in my life. And instead I hate this. I want to burn it all to the ground. That's, that's phase (4:43) two. When you get to the third, well, you're out of the game. Basically it's lack of productivity.(4:51) Then I'm going to pause there because that's why corporations spend trillions. (4:55) Lack of productivity is what they want. But again, for a, for a business owner, (5:03) lack of productivity means you literally cannot support yourself anymore.I had no idea that this (5:08) could happen. Um, I had, I, when I think back through time, I think I probably burned out four (5:15) times before the big one where I literally couldn't think myself my way out of a paper bag. (5:22) I couldn't.And I was really scared. I'd, you know, at that point I'd been in business for (5:27) almost two decades, my children and our whole lifestyle was built on me being (5:32) a business owner with online business. Um, so I really struggled.I was, I had like massive (5:41) symptoms. And these are all, again, we're going to say the, the burn, they call it burnout as a (5:47) workplace syndrome or, you know, because work workplace stress, but we are not in a vacuum. (5:54) Right. There's family stress. There's the, uh, your, the economies, the, whatever the heck, (6:01) the, all the things around you are all piled on top. Right. So, uh, the idea that it's just from (6:08) work is silly. Um, but I, but all I knew is that I had to, I had to save myself, um, for the sake of (6:16) my family, probably always because of, for somebody else more so than me. Um, and I, I was meditating (6:25) a lot.So if you're familiar with like Dr. Joe's dispensers work, and I mean, when I was listening (6:32) I had, I have such a library of good recordings to share, like really do meditating a lot, (6:41) but I found that it was as if I was coming up against a wall that went to my healing. Like I (6:50) knew that there was just something I couldn't do myself. And I don't know what I searched online to (6:56) get the answers back that, um, led me down the path of getting help from a hypnotherapist, (7:04) but I basically read, which I now can translate as a hypnotherapist gets past the critical factor, (7:11) the critical faculty, or the gatekeeper as we think of it as, and can help me with the insomnia, (7:20) heart palpitations, muscle wasting, anxiety, (7:28) anger, all the things that were wildly out of control.I said, well, you don't have to tell (7:33) me twice, like, hello, I need help. And in the process of getting help, it was like, I just (7:42) imagine this Tetris game happening. All of these pieces were falling into place for me.(7:49) I had worked with literally tens of thousands of people across the world for almost two decades at (7:55) this point, and I saw all of their patterns so clearly. It was really amazing. And I realized (8:05) then that all of that time, all I was ever wanting to do was to help adults to reach their potential (8:12) and to get out of their own way and to do the things that they were passionate about and the (8:17) good life changing things that the services that they provide to humanity. And that's kind of a (8:24) big thing, but I do, I believe that people I get to work with are people who are doing good. So I (8:29) want to free them from their limitations. But back before I was a hypnotist, I didn't have any tools (8:34) to do that.I couldn't say, you know what you've, I've taught you everything I know about sales and (8:40) marketing. You've been in my classes for seven years and you still, the term self-sabotage. (8:51) And I couldn't say, you know what, I think back before I couldn't say, I think, you know, (8:56) you should probably get some therapy for that.Like I didn't have the permission and I didn't (9:01) have the tools and I couldn't talk to people like that. But when I got hypnotherapy, I was like, (9:09) oh, my goodness. I was like, not only did I need that, obviously, because I had to unlearn (9:19) so many habits that were.Yeah. And hypnosis does make that a lot faster for you. It was (9:25) incredible.Like I said, hypnosis and self-hypnosis. Once I got the, the, you know, I think of it as I (9:32) got the weeds out first, right? You can't plant the garden with self-hypnosis and all the good (9:37) things without the weeds. So a hypnotherapist helped me get rid of the weeds and then planting (9:41) the seeds of good habits, getting rid of the bad ones that were keeping me stressed and dying.(9:49) But yeah, at that point I was like, honestly, I, I realized I'd already pretty much stopped (9:55) my business. It took me easily four to six months to even heal enough to do something again. (10:02) I remember waking up and going, oh my gosh, my entrepreneur mind is back online.Thank goodness. (10:08) Like, I'm not going to, you know, I don't, I didn't know what I was going to do. Am I going (10:12) to go be a teacher again? I didn't know what I was going to do.And, um, but when I did, (10:18) I was like, I'm not going back to that same old world. I'm going to do this work. (10:24) Wow.Yeah. And

Am I gonna go be a teacher again? I didn't know what I was gonna do. And but when I did, I was like, I'm not going back to that same old world. I'm going to do this work. Wow. Yeah. And it was a it was a real, there was a real beautiful blessing in that, in that, that deciding to do this work, I'd love to share. So the the path that I went on, the person I was learning from was very expensive, at least, and now I especially is now that I'm the Hypnosis Education Association president, I know it was very expensive, it is, but I didn't know any better. And I just thought this is what I have to do. And so the price was something that I didn't have sitting around after having been out of pretty much you know, out of commission for six months, four to six months. And uh, but I still had my old business, was still limping along. And at this point, I was like, okay, I'm gonna have to, I have to keep you, you don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. Like I have to keep something. So it's still doing that, limping along. There was this big price, and I was like, I'm literally in tears going, I love this, I have to do this. What am I? And I just said, okay, if I, if, and this wasn't just an if, it was literally like a prayer. It's like when I bring in this much more than my normal, would I need to survive? Because I knew that number, if I can bring in this much more by this date, then I know I'm meant to do this work. That doesn't mean I'm not gonna do the work, like whatever, like I'll do whatever it takes to get that. And I I let's just say I decided that on a Sunday by Tuesday, maybe even was Monday, I got a call from someone who offered, asked me if I could handle not just doing his work, which would have been one client, but seven others. Could I do that? What do you think I'm saying on this call? I'm like screaming, yes. I'm going, and I just well, absolutely I can do that. I can handle that. That's how I hand, that's how I said it. And I hang it up and I realize, and I do the math in my head, and I'm like, get out of here.

SPEAKER_01

Wow. Or you didn't think it was going to be a little early in your journey.

SPEAKER_02

It was the the amount of money that I needed to make the deposit for this class. And a little part of me went, Oh my gosh, but you really need that that cash. Maybe you should. And and then Spirit said, You said, if you can get this, then you will. So I was like, All right, I will. I did it. Leap of faith, boom, did this thing. It's been the most fulfilling thing in my entire life. Uh you know, I tried to express that to people like is sometimes things are they're not just a oh, that would be a fun thing. It was like, this is what I'm meant to do with my life. So became the entrepreneur's hypnotherapist because, well, Tetris, right? All the patterns that I saw. And I tend to think of the word intuition as meaning the sum of all of your experiences in life, not just some you know, downloads from wherever. And I had that, I had that experience. So I began working with entrepreneurs like immediately when I was certified, just straight away. Some of my testimonials are literally from the days after I was certified. And it was it's been brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

What led you slightly away from your topic, but not completely. What led you to then offer those services to people like me who are just crazy?

SPEAKER_02

Well, so for about five years, I well, it took me about another year to turn off my old marketing stuff altogether, like the business, the bit teaching people how to do this thing. So let's just say that's 2018. 2018, I shut down I'm teaching people how to do business online. I turned that off because I only wanted to ride one horse, which was the helping entrepreneurs with their mindset. And I'd open up a business, I'd open a practice downtown. So I was getting every type of hypnosis client under the sun, too. So I had my helping business owners over here and low and downtown. Actually, that was my target was to help the local business owners because I figured if I could help them to be more happy, joyful, peaceful, their employees would, and my entire community gets all that trickle down. So I was really busy and I was kind of hiding the fact that I had this knowledge, Denise. That's the truth. And partially because I'd burned out doing it, I didn't want to do it for a while. Yeah. Probably three, four years in, I was looking at my own business systems and realizing I needed to make the operations more smooth so that I wasn't overworking, just doing things, things that I would do all the time, repeatedly over and over again. So I began to build out the automations and the things for me, for my own business. And at that time, I was super passionate about hypnosis, and I thought that my new husband and I would be opening a school. I thought I was gonna be training on hypnotherapy. I thought I was gonna be training my burnout recovery method to others to help, you know. And that's what I was thinking to do. And to do that, you have to be able to scale. There was and my systems were messy. So anyway, I built the system for me that would have made that possible. But it was that was like a download. That was me jumping up from my desk one day and running across the house and saying to Sean that I know what we're gonna do. We're gonna help hypnotists with business. We're gonna give them the system that I built for me. They need it. And I understand their business model. And under, I mean, I I was certified and I did six figures my first year, multiple six figures in my second, and grew, right? So I understood what it took to be a successful hypnotist, not just a successful online business owner. And I was like, we're gonna help them. That's what we're gonna do. And he was like, What? He had no like, but it obviously it's obviously it's come together. It's come together, and it's I love it and talk about so yeah, I find it really fulfilling to work with hypnotists in business.

SPEAKER_01

I personally wouldn't go back to the same type of business that I did before, which was all across the board necessarily, but working helping a hypnotist to to do the easy thing to be successful is do you think that one of the things that's an issue for hypnotists is if you go to hypnosis school and you learn methods for everything like ever your subconscious has to be not noodle about and I think there's a fear of pigeonholing yourself as one type of hypnotherapist.

SPEAKER_02

Oh yeah, people are definitely afraid of niching. What I'd like to tell people is niche because that's how you're going to actually get people to find you before you're their last ditch effort. Right? Like people are not looking for hypnotherapists first, they're looking for I was looking for help for heart palpitations and insomnia. I wasn't looking for a hypnotherapist. Yeah. Mm-mm. So you niche and and that's where you and that's the place which you put your focus on and your expertise. So you may want to go and get an additional certification in that thing because you feel really well, it's really powerful. I've gotten specific certifications to help me with business owners for sure. And from there, you can know that you're still gonna get calls for everything. I mean, I I have on my roster right now, I have sports of you know sports hypnotherapy. I have a woman who's got autoimmune conditions, not that we cure anything. Helping with the fl the stress and the flare-ups. Um you get my point. Like people find you and book you in anyway. So you don't have to be afraid that you're not going to get those calls.

SPEAKER_00

And I think I think a lot of the when you like you said, when you do niche and you do get those calls for different things that you don't, they're not your speciality. I do think that when you do get those calls, you can choose whether to sign posts to someone else or whether to keep them. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

A hundred percent of it, yeah. Yes. And I'd much rather give them to somebody else who knows that they're a special to specialist rather than me going, what am I gonna do with this person? Exactly. When I was brand new, I think I well, first of all, I didn't know enough hypnotists to refer out, but I also found it challenging. So I would basically be on the phone with somebody and they'd say, Can you help with this? And I'd be Googling hypnosis for like, I don't know, golf swing, for example. Like, how the heck? I don't want to play golf. But and I would, if I found something that somebody was saying works that way, then I would say, Yes, I can help you. Because then I would do the research and stuff and prepare for that. But these days I may well refer them out. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And there's also some some issues that you don't don't sort of make sense for you. I don't know. Smoking is is always an people say to you not to stop smoking. Yes, I technically I can do that. But yeah, to be perfectly honest, please, if you're not a hypnotist, don't listen to this. I I just don't understand why anybody would stick something burning in their face.

SPEAKER_02

I guess it makes sense to me. Well, I think that helps. I think it helps to feel that way. I don't think it hurts. A smoker, smoking hypnotist who wants to help others stop smoking is a bit odd, but uh, yeah, no judgment.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. I I don't I am an ex-smoker and and I get smoking using hypnosis and but not not purpose, not purposely. I was practicing with one of my fellow students, and it was smoking cessation weekend, and she said to me, Well, can I do it on you? And I just went, Yeah, thinking, well, I don't really want to give up and do it. But you know, I've never smoked since never smoked since of that's what 11 years ago, something like that. Fantastic for me. The only one I think Denise and I have talked about this before. The only one that I am a bit iffy about taking is people at this moment in time is people for weight loss, because I'm on my weight loss journey. So until I reach my goal, I feel a little bit uncomfortable. So I will pass them over.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, it's fair that you've got somebody you you trust that will take good care of them. My story about smoking is I wasn't a smoker, but part of my pre talk is this about being the suffering non smoker because people do quit all the time. They quit cold turkey, they quit. I would have called myself a suffering non smoker, meaning that I Would every once in a while, if I was really stressed out, or if I was, I don't know, I was at a at a party and I saw the smokers over there. Like a little part of me would go, Oh, I don't know. That's that's not true. And and I would get really angry when I smelled it near me. So and me being really angry about it was also awkward. I was like, wow. But I started hypnotizing people for stopping smoking, and both of those things went away forever. So I hypnotized myself. Yeah, I also hypnotized myself out of being anxious about flying, which is just brilliant. And I didn't hypnotize, I didn't hypnotize me at all. I just hypnotized enough other people. Yeah, and it worked for you. I I realize I'm on a plane and a and turbulence happened, and I'm like, that just went in and out, like it wasn't even a thing. And I think I thank hypnotherapy. I think the hypnotherapy I've done for other people.

SPEAKER_00

I can relate to that as well. Yeah, it's I think what we because we're we're very passionate about what we do, and because of what we do, I do think that a lot of it we we we start to learn from it, don't we? Because we're all on we're all on these journeys. I'm a completely different person than what I was 11 years ago when I call it bad. Completely different. Completely for for the better, I hope, but completely. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

And our our and every one of our clients is teaching us something. Of course, yeah. Isn't it? As I just I I love them, and I love how they tend to show up dealing with something that I've only just sort of sort, I say sort of sorted out for myself. And I think to myself, how did you show up? And how do how is this even possible? I was literally just dealing with this thing, whatever this thing is, and here you are, so that I can help you in the way that I just helped myself.

SPEAKER_00

It is true though, isn't it? Because I I was I've never been a good flyer, never been a good flyer. Um and I've only ever stayed in Europe, I've never ventured over to you because yeah, your arms are heavy, don't they? Um and I've never I've never ventured further than Europe or you know, towards the edge of Europe because because I just dig the ferry and enjoy fine at all. But I I am so proud of myself. I'm gonna pat myself on the back now because um twice now I have travelled without the children, without my husband, on my own and bought the whole thing. And I've thought, you know what? It is easy, isn't it? Once you've got that mindset. Just like catching a bus. I know it is completely different over there, isn't it?

SPEAKER_01

Because I think you've got more planes that are you usually have involved a plane for a distance.

SPEAKER_00

It's a very, very I've just seen a lady, I've just finished seeing her yesterday, and she goes away in June. She's going to Amsterdam and she's really, really nervous about flying. So we've we've done it, we've done a lot of work, and I've sent her a little recording that she can listen to on the plane because she's got like this sort of headband that she put on, and all I got from her, I sent it at her this morning, and all I got received as a reply was just a heart. And I thought, that's enough, that's my job done. Right on. It is so rewarding, isn't it? I really is I work a lot with children, that's my speciality. Oh, okay. My niche, I work with children, and the children teach me something every single time. They teach me something new, and it's it's just nice, it's just a really, really nice place to be, isn't it? When you help someone and you think, Oh, I did that.

SPEAKER_01

She says she works with children, but she also works with the parents of the children. I do. Okay, good. I do.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, that's because that's the that's one of the places that I don't necessarily work. I've to I've taken on a couple of teenagers, that's fine. Teenagers, that's seems to be the ones that want to be there. Obviously, they'll come up, they don't want to be there. But little ones, I've I don't think I've seen more than one or two before I realized that if I'm not seeing their parents, this isn't this doesn't make any sense. So I stopped. And the last person, the same person came back. She wanted me to work with her son again. And I was like, and I found a hypnotist, I don't know if it was she less, I don't know, who basically they said they require the you everybody's working together. And I let her know that. Yeah, yeah. I was like, this isn't gonna work. I can't just like fix your boy.

SPEAKER_00

We've got this is a this is a it's a whole system, yeah. Because it's pointless, it's it's pointless in helping the child if the child's just gonna go back into that environment and learn those those old behaviors again for them to be reinforced, so yeah, I get the parents involved, and I also I have no qualms saying to the parents, I think we better see you first before we see you know your child. So sometimes we get two for one, which is great. Um, but no, I just I just think that it's um we've got to be very, very honest with our clients, haven't we? Um all day long you could keep taking people, you could keep taking the money, and you know, it's not about money, if you know what I mean. But at the end of the day, if you don't give them those solutions and those solutions aren't working, it's pointless, isn't it? Because the first thing they're gonna blame is us. Oh, hypnosis is rubbish, you know, or it didn't work for me. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Exactly. So, Denise, you you're you're doing a lot of uh Melanie's work at the moment. So, what what is that gonna help you to do?

SPEAKER_01

Oh, it's gonna make make my website work properly at the moment it's just a giant billboard that people fall across occasionally, just to get more organized, more more intentional about the marketing, which tends to be very sporadic. I do a fair amount of local public speaking, even a little group that's not big which helps. Uh I work entirely online over COVID US. No, I I opened my business. Grand opening was going to be a week after Dollworth closed after the pandemic. So I had an office for a year, a week ago. Um and decided because it it's really hard to say thank you for the pandemic because it there were so many horrible things that happened, but it does mean almost everybody's comfortable with Zoom.

SPEAKER_00

We're along with now recording this, and even people who are older than me, it it doesn't exactly I think we had a lot of lessons to learn, didn't we? Because I didn't feel comfortable at all about doing anything over Zoom or anything on online, but it forced our hand, didn't it, to actually if well, if you still want to earn a living, you still want to practice, this is the only way that you're gonna go.

SPEAKER_01

And and it means you could if you want to get up early in the morning or stay up late at night, you can see people in Australia. Yes, that's fine.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, yeah. And I do, I do. I see I see a few children over in the States, and I have seen children in in Australia, New Zealand, in Europe, and at the moment I'm seeing a few children from down south in in England, because my fellow hypnotherapists don't want to work with children. So if they get an inquiry for children, they'll just say, Well, they don't want to. Do you mean they're scared to? I don't know, they just don't have the expertise. They don't have an interest in working with children at all. Yeah. So it's probably like me with weight loss, really. I have no interest at this moment in time.

SPEAKER_02

I'm not purposefully marketing for weight loss, but when an entrepreneur woman comes to me and that's one of the symptoms of that she's dealing with from stress, that I can address. And that's what that's actually what the pandemic did for me, because I thought I was going to focus on like I'd an idea. I had an inspiration for a for work with working with entrepreneur women in groups. So, and I mean my office was shut down. I think I kept it open because I had a I think I had on average one client a month that really wanted to come, maybe it's one a week sometimes at certain periods, but it was still I mean, I knew I could keep them further enough apart, and I kept my office open. But at the same time, I was like, gotta do business. So I I went full on and created a group program and I created my courses. So I have a course called Zero Burnout Business Growth and Program for Prosperity. I created all that during COVID and it served it served women like all over the world at this point. So yeah, COVID was a pain, but I probably wouldn't have taken the time to do that work if I wasn't like stuck at home going, what am I gonna do with myself? I can't travel. I was literally trying to travel to to England. That was like on my list right up until I think I went, I don't know if it was 2020. I don't know when I finally got to go. But I literally had this trip to go to Cornwall for the uh the uh shanty festival. Oh, right, okay. Yeah, I had it on my place year. Like, oh I can do it now, finally. It's funny you say that because I was thinking of my desire to get back, and I'm gonna get back. We're gonna come to your beautiful island uh at the definitely at the end of next year. So whereabouts whereabouts in the states are you, Melanie? I'm in Florida, so on the Gulf Coast. This is where all the the these are the big hurricanes. So we had double hurricanes a few last year now. This time, crazy, or not this time, too. So yeah, on the Gulf Coast, it's called the nature coast. So I'm just north of some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, and just south of where the manatees and the springs are. So we're right here in the middle. We can go an hour south or or north to you know be in some really beautiful, it's really beautiful here, but it's also super hot.

SPEAKER_00

I will make I will make it over there one day. Um it's super simple.

SPEAKER_02

Do never come here between between uh say May and September. Every other month, you just it'll be gorgeous, you'll enjoy yourself. It's really nice if we don't go swimming in the sea in January. Yeah, you could do that. We don't as flurry as we don't, but you can, yes. Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_00

If you're coming from the UK, I was just gonna say I'm a northern lass as well. I'm from Right, you just swim in the you know, you only put your coat on when it's snowing, otherwise you don't bother. So but we've we've got family, we've got family in Eugene in Oregon. So we I think we're gonna go over there first and then uh you know see where it is, see where we we land. But I'll get there one day. I really will. I've just got lots and lots of other places in Europe that I want to see first. Oh, of course.

SPEAKER_01

You've got lots you you can we go to states in the way that Europeans go to countries. Right. Right down this road, there will be a barrier, you'll say hello to somebody in a different language and it'll cross over and be somewhere else. Right.

SPEAKER_00

So so can I ask you, Melanie, um what's what's your plans for the future? Where where's where's Melanie going next?

SPEAKER_02

Well, physically going to Costa Rica. Um nice. Yeah. We are for the Hypnosis Education Association, we are in the process of transitioning that organization. So it's been an organization that was formed in 1998. It was very much a local Florida thing, and now it's international. And we're it we are trans you know, creating a non-profit from what was a not for profit. So on the non-profit, and which means that my husband and I will then be executive directors instead, and we'll have a board instead of being president and VP. So that's part of our thing. Um, because we really we have a mission, and our mission is to help hypnosis be better understood and more utilized by the general public, and to help hypnotists be properly compensated for the profound work we do. So that that's our hypnosis education association work, and that is a labor of love, absolutely there. So we'll be running more of our conferences and summits and things online through that organization. Meanwhile, HypnoVisina Box is growing, it's growing through our efforts and through referrals at this point. So we'll continue to run HBB from wherever we live. Put it that way. Wet because different times of the year. I don't plan to be where it's super hot. Um and mine works in therapy, which is my hypnotherapy practice, is going to get a whole new. I told you I created the zero burnout business growth workshop and the self-hypnosis course before. Now I'm gonna create a whole wealth of resources for women, for entrepreneur women who are dealing with paramenopause and menopause, because it's a whole new world, right? So we're gonna I'm gonna create resources for that next. That's my that's where I get to go. So my love gets to go out in all of those ways. Meanwhile, I work less. Yeah, seriously. I just said a bunch of stuff, but meanwhile, I work less because I actually we have teams, I have teams of people that I thankfully have that help me to accomplish each of those things.

SPEAKER_00

Fantastic, absolutely fantastic. So I'm I'm actually in the middle of moving this month. If I could move my camera around this week, if I could move my camera around, I am floor to ceiling in boxes in here. So I'm it'd be great.

SPEAKER_02

You can like hide. Yeah, actually, my um we're going to Costa Rica, so my bags are right here. And I was like, oh, they're on the floor. I throw them over there.

SPEAKER_00

We can't pick them before before I came on camera because I'm I've um I've got a five-room place in in our town centre, but I'm coming home, and behind me there's gonna be a a beautiful cabin coming a week on Monday. So yeah, wait, I'm so excited. And my daily commute will be very short. Oh, yes, just my cup of coffee or and my bottled water, and just about about 20 steps out, and we'll be there. Brilliant. Love it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I'm not really looking forward to that. That is the lovely thing about being a hypnotist because it really is you are the business. You can you can be anywhere, and especially now that we've got Zoom and so yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

We've um I'm I'm just hoping that our Wi-Fi will reach that far. If not, we've got uh like a builder booster kit anyway, so we'll get there. But thank you, Melanie. Thank you very, very much for coming on. It's lovely to meet you.

SPEAKER_01

Is there something in particular you'd like to plug? Is we have several hypnotists who do listen to us, is there a particular thing like maybe a conference coming up soon?

SPEAKER_02

Absolutely. Well, I would say check out Hypno Business in a Box. Absolutely, and check out the Hypnosis Education Association. Because even if you're listening to this, you know, we've got one in June 6th and 7th, we have the Hypnosis Business Summit. But monthly we have gatherings online where we get together and we learn from genius instructors, and we have a virtual conference that will be coming up in November. Wow, thank you very much. It was lovely. Awesome. Thanks for having me. This has been lovely.

SPEAKER_01

Have a wonderful time in Costa Rica. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, wow, how lovely is that. The mountains. We're going to the mountains. I know everybody thinks of Costa Rica, they think of beaches. We go to the mountains, we get away from the beaches, which sounds crazy. Who says that?

SPEAKER_01

Have you been there before?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, this is our third time together. Yeah. Florida summertime. We escape. Okay. They have it's basically the equator. It's the same almost, it's there's wet and dry. There's no summer. Wow.

SPEAKER_00

Well, safe journey, safe travel.

SPEAKER_02

Thank you so much.

SPEAKER_00

I appreciate you. Thank you very much.

SPEAKER_02

It's wonderful. We'll have another cup of coffee and tea together another time. Definitely. All right, awesome. Maybe in Amsterdam.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you very much. All right. Take care. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. We hope you've enjoyed listening.
