SPEAKER_00Hello everyone. We are here in Long Beach, California with our Bluebird Leaders intern, Morgan. I'm gonna ask her hard questions about what it's like to be an intern for Bluebird. So it's been three months. Yeah. You were thrown into the mix where day one was an all-employee pow wow in New Hampshire. You drank the Kool-Aid quite well. Probably thinking, what the hell am I getting myself into? So how's it going?
SPEAKER_01Great.
SPEAKER_00Tell us about it.
SPEAKER_01I love it. It's it's so fun to just be thrown into the mix. I feel like that's the best way to learn.
SPEAKER_00We've brought you to a couple events, so probably unlike any other internship. So you've been to Boston and the sales forum. What did you learn from that?
SPEAKER_01I mean it was really interesting for everyone to gather around and share insights about how to sell better, especially the Shark Tank was really cool to see people pitch their ideas, how they can improve on that. I think that's a really important thing.
SPEAKER_00I think that for some people they come to Bluebird and they see all our events and they're sparkly and they're shiny and they're fun, but now you're seeing all the hard work and the stress and me swearing sometimes a lot coming out. What are you learning from you know putting in the hard work and then leading up to events that you know still wants you to be part of marketing?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean I think there's a lot of behind the scenes stuff that goes on with all these events, even if it's a two-hour event. We spend hours and days planning all of that stuff. But it's really fun to kind of put in all the work and then see that kind of in unfold into like a fun event that everyone enjoys.
SPEAKER_00I feel like it's been really fun. Well, I love how you've just fit in because you came in and you were a little nervous get in your way, but now like we're you know creating material and I'm giving you marketing stuff and I'm just saying put the color on that, get it done, and you're just calling your own shots now, and it makes me so happy.
SPEAKER_01Well, it's fun to have a lot of freedom, you know. I get to kind of do my own thing with it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So well, it's been great to have you come out here to California with us. It's your first time to Kennedy, so long flight, seven hours to get out here, but that's made it. That's part of it. Yeah. We love having you. Yeah, thank you. Thank you. Me too.
