It's the end of the world as we know it (Edgar Cayce thought so). So, Iran does have a nuke? Watch Lindsey Graham flop like a fish on a boat. Trump (again) says the quiet part out loud. Commenting on someone's commentary (we probably have). The "good old days" don't seem that long ago, pre-2020. Another shining example of a public educator (who is Lejeune?). Ow, my balls- The Docs swap offroad adventure stories. A man and his meds sings crooner style. New contender for world's worst haircut, respect the drip. Milk crate Olympics are fire. America's next country music star. Alex Jones sounds like a tribal toddler. New meaning to "rolling out the red carpet". What's that button do?

SPEAKER_04

All right, here we go with another episode, and possibly the final episode on the planet Earth, as it's supposedly gonna end tomorrow, or something big is supposed to happen tomorrow. Uh, but here we are with possibly the final episode that you may never see, because the it it the world may have already ended, of the of the Slack Doctors. I am Dr. Chip. I am Dr. Bob. And I'm producer Dean. Dino, the big Dino. All right, so to elaborate what I'm talking about, uh I've heard somebody else quote somebody else about this the other day, too. But my my source for this information about tomorrow is the uh the the uh the prophet of the 30s, Edgar Casey. His prediction was 6626, six o'clock. To be even more specific, something's gonna happen. So that's tomorrow at six o'clock. What time zone? Who the hell knows? But anyway, supposedly something's gonna happen tomorrow. And then then somebody on the news or somebody somewhere else said something else, like I don't want to say Nostradamus, but somebody else was also predicting the same thing or the same date anyway.

SPEAKER_18

Not I don't know what do we need to do a special live broadcast at that time? I I don't know. I don't know.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I figure truthfully, if anything that catastrophic happens tomorrow, nobody's gonna see this anyway. So it ain't gonna be.

SPEAKER_03

Have either of you guys ever seen that movie uh This Is the End? It's a weird comedy. I want to say it's maybe 10 years or Don't Look Up, right? No, it's not Don't Look Up. It's basically it's like a Seth Rogan James Franco movie about the rapture and the Armageddon and everything.

SPEAKER_18

No, I don't think I've I saw that.

SPEAKER_03

They're all at a Hollywood party at James Franco's house, and everybody in it, it's you know, it's got tons of cameos, and everybody literally plays themselves. Yeah, and then during this party, the rapture occurs. Of course, nobody in the house gets raptured because they're all Hollywood, so they're all scum, you know, and it's like the whole point of the uh it's a pretty funny movie. Danny McBride and Channing Tatum have an especially interesting relationship in the film. Uh I don't want to give any spoiler alerts. Right, uh yeah, I've never seen that whole thing. I've only seen clips of the gimp from pulp fiction, and you kind of got the idea of what's going on there.

SPEAKER_04

But before I hand it off to you there for your rant there, Dr. Bob, I should just tie this in a little bit with some of the politics that's going on. I don't know if you guys have heard, but apparently Iran has a nuclear bomb or three. That's what the scuttlebutt is. Hey, BB's been saying it for decades. Well, you know, and here's what I was I I I refer back to one of the episodes where I said, why the hell would they bother developing a nuclear bomb? You should buy one. And I I I give you one guess to who I think had sold it to him. And uh it's a fellow company uh or country uh maybe maybe they got a little packy bomb.

SPEAKER_03

But uh anyway, it's the only other Shia you know, Shia Muslim that has yeah, yeah, that's a short line to draw.

SPEAKER_04

But that would explain Trump missing uh the son's wedding. Hey, we got an emergency. We gotta talk about this. So and and this leads directly into a couple of clips I'm gonna do, but I'll let you do your thing first.

SPEAKER_03

Well no, I can we I can do it at any time. It doesn't have to be right now. We want to keep going, what you're talking about here.

SPEAKER_04

Well, this leads right into some of these clips. And I guess I should have really figured out which one's which before I started this, but uh I'm pretty sure this is the one I wanted to do first. Let's see what this is. Oh, and you know what, this you know what, hold on. This one I don't want I don't want to do this one yet. This is not the one I wanted to do. Um that one actually is just her off his brand new shirt.

SPEAKER_03

What a dumbass. Yeah. I'm wearing a brand new shirt too. That's hilarious. This was a birthday gift from my cousin. It says it's from uh Idiocracy, electrolytes. It's what plants crave. Oh, that's awesome.

SPEAKER_04

That is awesome. It it's it's hilarious now that Trump seems to be pivoting away from any more war with Iran. So one of the clips I thought I had was of of Lindsey Graham, you know, basically before he was for Trump. He was against Trump. Yeah, I believe I have that clip if you'd like me to pull that up. Oh, that's right. Okay, so you grabbed one of the clips. There we go. Yeah, play that one. Because this is hilarious, because this is now what Trick Lindsey's gonna be again now that Iran that he doesn't want to do war with Iran anymore. So this will be the future, Lindsay. Go ahead, play that clip. That's a great one.

SPEAKER_16

America great again? Tell Donald Trump and you know how you make America great again, tell Donald Trump to go to hell. If you can't admire Joe Biden as a person, then it's probably you got a problem.

SPEAKER_15

You need to do some self-evaluation. Because what's not to like? Joe Biden, he won. He's the legitimate president of the United States.

SPEAKER_16

He's a race-baiting, xenophobic, religious bigot.

SPEAKER_15

It wasn't peaceful. I was there. If it had been up to me, I would have shot some of these people in the head.

SPEAKER_04

That is the clip you're referring to, I guess. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's the that's the once and future Lindsey Graham.

unknown

Wow.

SPEAKER_03

And maybe it's just a personal uh there's something about that the voice and the mannerisms and that affectation. There's a it's a it's an effeminate southern draw kind of there. There was a TV show like uh Chrissy Knows Best or something like that. It was this weird family, and they followed this guy around. And I literally, the first couple of times I saw ads for it, like on cable and whatnot, I'm like, this is a show about this weird gay guy, you know what I mean? And then apparently he's got a whole family, and it's it's just that weird southern gentleman feminine affectation. It comes across as creepy and weird, almost like a cartoon villain. I instantly distrust anything that comes out of your mouth if you talk that way.

SPEAKER_04

Well, it looks like he we may be done with him. He may get primaried. Which, you know, before we even get past it, uh the the big news now is how they've uh supposedly, again with the Massey thing with Spencer Pratt now, oh, they're cheating him that, you know, w at with this election, which isn't an election, it's a but it's your club picking who you're gonna get to vote for. It's not an election. They can outright cheat and look you right in the eye and go, nope, that's the way it is. Spencer Pratt ain't your guy, no matter what the hell you say, you know. Although actually, I think in wait a minute now, in in California, it's different though, isn't it? Don't they have um don't they have like the ranked elections where it's all the different parties together or something in the primaries?

SPEAKER_03

Oh I mean I yeah, I have no idea how they do it there.

SPEAKER_04

Never investigated that. I wonder how the rules work over there. Yeah, because I think it's different. It's not like ours just parties, you get the party. I think you can vote in the primaries for whatever party you want. So that would that would actually make it more of like an election, you know, even though it is just a primary, it's not the actual election. At least it would be.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, and in Florida, I do believe if you want to vote in the primary, you have to be registered with that party.

SPEAKER_04

You can't just I we can't vote in the primaries because we're not registered as a Republican or Democrat. I mean, I guess you could go vote for a libertarian if you, you know, if you wanted to register as a libertarian or Green Party or something like that. But uh I don't even know if they do they even elect their guys? I think they just pick them. I think they, you know, they put up one guy who you're gonna who you're gonna pick in the primary. There's only one guy to pick from.

SPEAKER_03

So yeah, I don't know. So I do have one other clip in uh that r relates to the whole Trump uh backing away from the if you were. Yeah, I knew there was another clip out there. I thought I had it, but apparently you snatched it up. But yeah, go ahead. Jesus, did you hear that? Mm-hmm. You guys heard that slam, right? Is that your fridge? That was the downstairs neighbor closing. I told you she door slamming, it's insane. Bam. Oh my god. I'm glad somebody else finally got to witness that, and now it's imposterity on the internet.

SPEAKER_14

It is separate. But Israel, uh hey, look, they've been a great partner. BB Netanyahu has been for me a great partner. For other people, not so good. For me, it's been very good. Uh we were very effective what we've done, and they needed us, they couldn't have done it without us, couldn't have even come close, but and they needed us and they got us to help them.

SPEAKER_03

Quiet part out loud. They needed us, they got us to help them.

SPEAKER_14

With a real problem, because Iran was a real problem. This is the this is the stop.

SPEAKER_04

This is the this is the it's not you, it's me speech. It's not you, it's me. It's you know, we gotta break up. It's not your fault, it's me.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Now we're I've I've not heard till today and from out of just out of your mouth about uh them having Iran having one or three nuclear bombs, you say. What?

SPEAKER_04

You know, and then just that guttle butt on the internet, obviously. I don't know. Let's do the Adam Carolla thing right now because that that ties in with this, because he's like he's like that guy, Dave Rubin. He's just uh like Bill Mayer. Um, you know, he's right about uh you know, about half the 50 percent, 75% of the stuff he talks about, but sometimes it's the first eight minutes of this frickin' show that it's like what the hell are you talking about, dude? All right, so let's let's listen to what he's got to say for the first eight minutes of the show here. It's time to check Adam's voicemail.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, we can skip sassy black women to man those phones.

SPEAKER_09

For the crisis center. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02

What do you call a crisis center for? I uh is that uh I don't know, is that like a suicide helpline or no? I you know, in a world where we have to rename everything every seven years, it's probably suicide.

SPEAKER_15

Yeah, or or just mental health or something like that that you call them.

SPEAKER_03

We build a $49 garden hose nozzle that makes every pressure washer on the market.

SPEAKER_02

No, let that run. I think with mental health is quite the opposite of the direction we're going. Everyone's direction is like more outreach. When a kid, when a kid hits the deck, like when a kid eats shit and falls to the ground, it's just like they pause for a second and they always go, faster you're getting back on their feet and go, let's keep walking, the matter horn's down. You're fine. They'll walk it off. If you go, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, then they go further and pushed them right back on stage. And we did it in a curative limp and quietly have your panic attack.

SPEAKER_08

That's never has that ever happened to you? I've heard of other performers before they go out.

SPEAKER_04

I could have sworn the first eight minutes of this was about Trump and those guys, but maybe I got the wrong clip or something. But anyway, the title of it seemed to indicate that that's what the topic was. Yeah, and I could have sworn the first eight minutes was him talking about Trump and Iran and stuff like that, but clearly it was not. I don't know. All right, anyway, what do you got?

SPEAKER_03

Uh we could do voicemails. Got a couple of things. Let's get those out of the way.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, God, I hope we've never done this before and kick me right in the ass if we ever do. But I just started watching a uh clip of a podcast where Sam Sayer was commentating and analyzing Tim Poole. And then about a couple of minutes in, it turns out that there's a third person that actually put this out that is analyzing the analyzation.

SPEAKER_03

All right. We kind of do that sometimes too.

SPEAKER_04

I know, I know, but we don't advertise it that way, though. Like the whole show isn't about that. Like this whole clip is about, I thought was about these two people, and then you know, it's like, oh, it's only like a 10-15 minute clip. But then then this third person starts chiming in from off-camera, like, who's this? What are they talking about? Wait a minute. I'm wanting to talk, I want to hear those guys anyway. And in fairness, I hope we don't do that.

SPEAKER_03

And in fairness to you, you did you did bring up what I just said, so it's not like you hadn't thought about it, but well, let's hear the rest of the what you left.

SPEAKER_04

That's just too much. I'll watch somebody analyze somebody else's commentary, but uh, you know, you get three, four deep, that's just incredibly stupid. I hope we've never done that, but uh we probably have, but so let's not do it anymore.

SPEAKER_03

At least we're on the same page. Right. All right, what else you got? Uh next.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I've been warning you people about the Fed for all my life. But here's the thing you know how when they talk about money in the past, like say they said they spent a million dollars in on the Civil War, which in today's money would be like a billion, obviously, or whatever. Um, that we're gonna have to start doing that same adjustment for anything before 2020. Like if you say, well, back in 2010, I bought a car for twenty thousand dollars, adjusted for today's prices, that'd be about five million. Yeah, anyway, we'll talk to you later.

SPEAKER_03

Uh yeah, prices are definitely out of control. I mean, that's a little bit of an exaggeration, but yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_04

Well, it's it's because of the COVID thing. I told them what I you know, I said this when it happened. I'm like, you can't you can't just shut down the economy and then just print money and give it away and and not think down the road, you know, there's gonna be it's gonna be out of uh, you know, uncontrollable inflation, coupled with the fact that nobody, you know, there's gonna be a whole large swath of the public that's not gonna have any money. I mean, they're gonna be out of money in two weeks. So yeah, it's it's it's gonna be crazy. But it's definitely the 2020 seemed to be the mark demarcation. Like like 1929 was the you know the when the other depression started or whatever. You could you could probably almost say, all right, 2020 is when the the new depression started. The most immediate I don't know the swiftest. 1929 probably had its 2020 moment that just wasn't registered in her in history. You know, so we'll you know, 2020 is probably gonna ch you know cause another 1929 year, you know, coming up soon or whatever. Who knows?

SPEAKER_03

Anyway, yeah, that whole chip shortage was a disaster for anybody that bought a car, uh even you you know, and then it slid down into the used car markets. Everybody was selling everything for way over sticker price or way over Kelly Blue Book. It's just ridiculous. Anybody that financed anything during that period of time got totally fucked.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, and I mean there's ripple effects of it all over the place right now, you know. Speaking of which, before you you do the next one, I got one of those uh uh apartment uh rental thing listings in my email, and I've been I've been rooting because remember, I used to remember last, I think it was last episode we said there used to be like a dozen or twenty of them per email. Now there's I think there were 575. Well, earlier today, or I've got one this morning, it was 596. So I'm like, let's see if we can hit 600 before showtime. Got one right before the show, and it was 598. Oh, so close. I know. So five hundred and ninety-eight places we have to choose from to rent from to rent. It's crazy. Which is funny. I actually looked at one that uh I was like, oh, this is great, but then you look at it and you read it, and it's a six-month-only lease or something like that. And I'm like, hey, if we could talk them into nine months, that might not be a bad deal. Yeah. That's about the time it'll be time to buy a house. But anyway, I digress. Go ahead. All right, we got one more to go. You know, I'm now seeing them calling uh anybody that wears uh kafiel or the whatever the frick it's called, the the you know, the the the Muslim neck scarf thing. You're trying to say that anybody who wears one of those is now anti-Semitic. Well, I got news for these snowflakes. Don't you dare go to an Oktoberfest. There's leader hosing all over the place. You probably have a stroke.

SPEAKER_18

That was big, yeah. There was Cincinnati when I was there. Oh, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

They were showing shots of like New York or something, and then some Jews are going to people just wearing that stupid scarf going, you're anti-Semitic, and they're like, We're just wearing a scarf. What did we do?

SPEAKER_03

You know, I mean, the only legitimate argument for any kind of uh prohibition against any kind of religious garb or whatever is the difficulty in identification, like wearing something where literally only your eyes are exposed. Yeah, that doesn't matter. But then if you look back once again, harken back to 2020 in COVID, everybody's walking around wearing, you know, masks in banks and places that, you know, that were six months before that. If you were in line at a bank and somebody came in with a mask on, you're gonna get a little nervous, you know? And now everybody's got one on.

SPEAKER_04

Dude, the other day I was just walking around somewhere, oh, is it Walmart? And some stupid little kids walking around Mar Walmart with a full-faced helmet on and the mask, and I'm like, you know, did you ride your motorcycle into the store? You could probably take your helmet off now anyway.

SPEAKER_03

I see some pretty good gear uh setups here in Gainesville. Some of these kids are pretty nervous about it. I can imagine. Yeah. I can imagine.

SPEAKER_04

All right. Well, I got a pretty good clip to play, but it's pretty long, so I'll let you uh Go ahead. We can do yours. Okay, well, this is this is this is all right, first of all. We might have to chop it up in editing, though, because we know. Oh, yeah, yeah. Well, I'll just stop. I don't know if we're gonna make it through the whole thing, but this is not only endorsement for our school, this is a complete indictment of the public school system, and I would love to get uh Officer Dino's complete uh boy opinion on what goes on with this guy because I got a feeling DUI is the last of this guy's problems. Okay. Let's say. Oh, is this the Steve Leto? Is that the guy's name? The attorney?

SPEAKER_12

From the classroom to the county jail. And we oh my god. They're breaking down how this elementary school principal went from lessons to becoming the subject of this investigation. Just after 10 p.m., when deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office are dispatched to the scene of a crash.

SPEAKER_09

What I want to do is get an official statement from you.

SPEAKER_12

Okay. Um, is that something you're willing to provide? Definitely, because I don't condone drunk driving. Court documents say this is the woman who made the report. She says her car was rear-ended, and when she got out to say it was the driver who allegedly hit her, she believed he seems like it's always going down.

SPEAKER_03

Maybe it's just the algorithm pushing it to us because, you know, I'm from there and you're near there or in there. But so much, you know, it was the Lake Worth cop with the that's where the chick with one arm got her problem, and now another Palm Beach County.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, well, this may be this possible, this story, although I don't know where the inside crime, I don't know where this this might be a local thing. But yeah, but still, it doesn't matter. This guy's just I mean, I don't I don't think this would rate national news. This guy's just a complete fucking degenerate idiot. But yeah, here we go.

SPEAKER_12

Might have been under the influence. Tell me what happened.

SPEAKER_11

I was out at the red light, and all of a sudden he just comes in, bam, just hits me.

SPEAKER_09

Right here.

SPEAKER_11

It was in the middle lane, right here, literally, right here. All right, and then we I I got out the car and then I looked at the.

SPEAKER_12

Let's just get to where he starts talking.

SPEAKER_08

Because we have the home light off. Lejeune from uh I'm the principal at Lake Park Elementary School. You are the principal at Lake Park Elementary School. Okay, and uh Lejeune is my boy who hangs out with us. Okay.

SPEAKER_04

Who's Lejeune?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah, it's his boy. He just told you, he just told you Lejeune's my boy. He is he hangs out with us.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, okay. Let's see what else he says. So yeah.

SPEAKER_08

Lejeune knows somebody like one of my guys, Hesha Creole guy.

SPEAKER_04

See, it's just one one of his guys. He's got other guys. Yeah, Lejeune is his conduit to his other guys, you know, the Hatian Creole guys down in West Palm. You know what they like to cook, right? Shall we go on? Here we go.

SPEAKER_08

And uh Lejeune was the guy that's West Palm because they didn't have enough Haitian Creole guys in West Palm.

SPEAKER_09

I got you. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

They didn't have enough Haitian Creole guys. Right. First of all, has this guy never heard the fucking phrase you have the right to remain silent? Shut the fuck up, you he does not have the ability. Wait till wait till you see what this idiot does. Wait.

SPEAKER_08

I I know I thought and I like trust me, this is not what I want. And uh Lejeune knows that Lejeune. I'm all about that.

SPEAKER_18

Why is he bringing up this guy? I don't know. Like he's uh um uh high up in the sheriff's department or something.

SPEAKER_04

Dude, it just goes on like this with just so much insane stupidity. He keeps they keep trying to ask him if he wants to. Do the tests and he just keeps saying like he doesn't understand or he doesn't. It's wait, let me see if I can get to the part where he's about this about the test.

SPEAKER_09

Do you remember how many Pacificos you had?

SPEAKER_08

Maybe two, sir. Two? Yeah, I don't remember.

SPEAKER_04

Two.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_14

Oh no.

SPEAKER_04

Hold on. Okay, he is doing some tests now. He's doing the eye test. Yeah. Which he he put up a big argument about doing the eye test, and then he's finally doing it.

SPEAKER_07

It's that's kind of weird, though. It's better. Thank you.

SPEAKER_12

Carlos Castro found himself on the other side of the report card. Deputies were preparing to issue tests, including the walk and turn, one leg test, finger to nose, and the Romberg alphabet. Where the person is asked to say the alphabet from A to Z or starting from random letters to check their attention, memory, etc.

SPEAKER_04

They don't even get to the alphabet part in this. I think he does do it.

SPEAKER_09

Right foot in front of your left. Right foot in front of your left, hands by your side, and then you can begin. Okay? I'm gonna turn on a test. All right, you gotta get back in this position first, though. Right foot in front of your left? Right foot in front of your left?

SPEAKER_03

I mean, just refuse to test at that point and take the take the L. Exactly winning. Exactly.

SPEAKER_04

He doesn't understand. Every bit of this is gonna be used as evidence against him in court. There's like, this guy is done. He's no way getting out of this. He is cooked. He should have realized this long ago and said, you know what? I'm not saying anything else. Hook me up, take me to jail. Let's get this loss of life started because my life is over. I am no longer principal of a school. Um, you know. And all right, and let's say he did that. He didn't seem that intoxicated to me.

SPEAKER_18

Oh, he he was pretty he blew a 2.0 or 2.1 uh but his mannerisms maybe because he was soft-spoken and uh it was hard to follow.

SPEAKER_03

But I was gonna say that. He he was given this, whatever he was on, whether it was just alcohol or a combination of something alcohol with a little Creole thrown in, um, he was a seemed a gentle man. He was not happy, wasn't belligerent.

SPEAKER_04

Here's the thing, though. If I'm a cop, when I get him back to the station, I'm gonna start going, hey, who's Lejeune? And what's he to you? How old is Lejeune? Is Lejeune a student in your school? Does Lejeune happen to know any of the guys down in Creole Town that make make crack rock? Is that why you're hanging out with Lejeune? Or do you and Lejeune have some other kind of relationship we should know about? Yeah, I you know, this is where like look, as a criminal, shut your fucking mouth, you dumbass. Who are the the the lawyers in California?

SPEAKER_03

Yes, the cops know that he's Lejeune is a really good guy, right? He's scared of Lejeune.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah, that's what they told us in the academy. Don't even a police officer, just answer the questions. Don't give more information than what they're asking.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And of course, as a connect police officer, you're never told to like sell them to stop. You know, like, yeah, tell me anything you want. Go ahead, run your mouth. It's all on camera. Here you go. Speak right into the camera, sir. Yeah.

SPEAKER_18

You read them their rights, and if they continue to talk, okay. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, insane. That that guy is in a position of principal of the school.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. Having the right to remain silent has nothing to do with the ability to remain silent. And that's frequently the problem. This is true. All right, you got one? Uh let's see. We got yeah, I've got a couple of them pulled up. Now, one of these, I guarantee you, uh, is gonna get some kind of copyright flag because we just got one on um, but I'm I don't stress about them anymore. As long as they don't limit our our view, our viewer, you know, availability where it can be seen.

SPEAKER_05

Right. I just let it ride. Oh, let's see what the hell uh electrolytes.

SPEAKER_03

Plants crave it. So yeah, this is sort of my issue with the the Jeep, whether you'd be on the highway or not. Oh.

SPEAKER_00

Jeep, the toughest four-letter word on wheels. For the driver who doesn't like to stop going just because they've run out of road. Ow! Head out where the real one is.

SPEAKER_03

Exactly. Now I will say Dr. Chip does not, you know, I've never gone off-roading. You've never done that, have you? You ever go off-roading with your Jeep or any Jeep? I've gone off-roading. I mean, I've been all I mean, you I've been down a dirt road. I don't mean that. I mean like a recreational either rock climbing or like trying to do mud running, whatever they call it, where they do it out where it's all wet and swampy.

SPEAKER_04

The only time I actually used a Jeep where I absolutely absolutely needed a Jeep was the time I I was growing weed back in where Donald Trump's golf course is now. You couldn't get back there if you didn't have that's when I had a little postal jeep.

SPEAKER_03

It was like because that guy I was talking about when I lived in Charlotte, the guy that had the Jeep C5 or CJ5 or whatever, he only used it for rock climbing. I did go with him once on one of those things, and it was terrifying, dude. Jeeps were flipping over. I'm like, no, I'm good, I'm gonna get out so I can take a picture of it while you go over this particularly vicious boulder.

SPEAKER_18

You know, at Franz I did that. I did that with. I had an F-150 uh shortbed pickup. This is back in the 80s, and uh, a couple police officers had those off-room off-road Jeep Jeeps, and uh it can get scary. I mean, I I I've ruined a bumper and stuff on the on the F-150. Oh, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

This was outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, like kind of mountainous, so pretty good inclines and whatnot. And I will say it was a fun grouping of people because it was like an interesting combination of competitive and also very cooperative. So there's like 15 or 17 vehicles. Wow. Um, almost all of them were jeeps, two of them were hummers. This is I can't this is in the early 90s, so it must have been like the first of the Hummers. And so those guys were super jacked and proud about it, right? But I must say they didn't do that well, and a lot of them had to be helped out of a lot of spots. And the main problem was because they were too fucking wide. Uh the jeeps were able to get in between little places that the Hummers could absolutely not do. But quite a few people either had things break, uh, and then somebody either had a part, somebody else had a tool, everybody was real helpful getting everybody back on the on the trail again, and lots of people had to be helped winched out of places and pulled out of places. And yeah, you know, it was pretty cool.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, took a long time. Even though I've never taken any of my Jeeps off-road, I have plenty of off-road experience and many of uh many interesting stories about it. Well, first of all, when I was a redneck when I was 13 and we used to do hog hunting, I'd rode on swamp buggies, you know. So I mean, you know, those things, they can't get stuck really. They can flip over, they ain't getting stuck. Yeah. Um, but anyway, other than that, I don't know if you remember my uncle's truck, the Mumback. Remember that thing? Well, that well, that was four-wheel drive. That was basically a giant Yeah, it was a b basically a giant UPS truck stuck on a uh Jeep Wagoneer uh chassis. So that thing was four-wheel drive, and we took that thing off-road a lot. Matter of fact, I don't back back in the day before they built all the combo uh condos up in Jupiter, there used to be these trails back there that went up any only thing that even resembled hills around South Florida. There'd like some you know, incline and you go up a couple hundred feet up a hill, and we would go up those things with this big giant truck. I mean me and my uh a couple other guys would be making sure the keg doesn't fly out the back of the van. We're like clawing up these which was which that that was pretty crazy. My wildest off-roading experience though actually happened in a Dotson B-210 hatchback. And this is this was uh this is really a story I should wake. First car Dr. Bob ever owned was a Dotson 510 wagon. 1976. Maybe mine was a 510. And it was, it was like a wagon, or well, it was a hatchback. It was a hatchback. Did I get it from you? Did I buy it from you?

SPEAKER_03

No.

SPEAKER_04

Was it blue? Was yours blue? No, mine was monkey shit brown. It was horrible. Okay, yeah, mine was blue. Mine was blue. Anyway, piece of shit car. And I really shouldn't tell this car without my cousin, because he was a major part of this this story. But so we're we're still this is still back in the day when I used to go to Seabring every year for the 12-hour race. And this one year, I'm like, well, I'm just gonna drive this thing out there. It was a b this thing I'd I'd parked at my mom's house. It had been sitting there for about a year or something. I I hadn't ridden it in a while. Uh or even tried to start it. So I was amazed it even started. Uh anyway, so I was gonna drive this thing out and we're gonna go crazy with it. So I'm driving out there, and I I've I was afraid it was gonna like uh not even make it. But sure enough, it made it there until I got in line to get into the speedway, just sitting there h idling and landing, it started overheating. Like water gushing out of the radiator overheating level. And I was like, screw it, I'm here. If it stops, I'm just walking away from it anyway. You know, it's a piece of shit and whatever. But ends up it goes all the way to we get I make it all the way to the campground and we like let it cool down. While it's cooling down, we take the doors off, take the hatch off, um whatever. So we get it started back up and it's running, and me and my cousin start just driving around acting like fucking crazy people. We would go over to the uh to our friend's campsite who had an outdoor shower, and we basically would just pull up, open the hood, and put the shower right on the engine to cool it off. Anyway, so we're driving around with this thing acting like complete maniacs, and there's this one section like you could kind of make a lap around these roads, except there's one road that goes through this huge mud pit at Seabring, which was kind of interesting. That doesn't happen every year, but this year, huge mud pit. I mean, you better have a big old four-wheel drive, something to get through this mud pit. And of course, so we're like, screw it, we're going. We go, and sure enough, we get about in the middle of this mud pit, completely get bogged down. And and there's so many people, there's like literally hundreds of people lining this mud pit. This is like a show at this point. So as soon as we get stopped, somebody jumps in the mud pit with a shovel, actually, two or three people, and starts shoveling it into the car. Literally just shoveling mud into the car, like as fast as they can. We're sitting there, next thing you know, we're about this high up in mud. So then they get a big truck and they they like uh put a big strap with a chain and and to pull us out. And of course, as soon as they do that, they went around the A-frame of the window, and as soon as they start pulling the front window pops out, like, all right, well, we didn't need that anyway. We get pulled out of there. We pull back over to the to the campsite by now. It's overheating again. Put the shower hose on it, you know, and drive around some more, come back. Finally, we parked it for a while, and I get in it, and we're like, all right, let's go drive around some more. And I couldn't get it to start. I'm like, oh, that's it. The fun's over. We're probably done now, whatever. So I had my license plate was on it. So at that point, I pulled my tag off it. I'm like, well, if it ain't gonna go anywhere, and but I gotta keep my tag. Well, my cousin gets in it with no tag and starts cranking it and somehow gets it to start. And so he's like, hey, we're back in business. So he drives off. I didn't go that, I didn't go for that trip. So this is all it uh according to him from this point out. So he says he's going around with this car still, and he says the cops finally, and the cops have been looking at us all day, like, you guys, come on. You know, like you're just about right there. So finally they're like, All right, you don't have a tag anymore. That's it. We gotta we gotta impound this thing. And my cousin says, um my cousin says he goes, he he told him to follow him back to the impound uh yard, which he says he floored it the whole time, like it had was a stick shift. So he was just like kind of blating the crutch. He was trying to blow it up, right? Trying to blow the car up all the way to the impound uh yard. He drove it to the impound yard. Yes, they let him drive it. Listen, what else they let him do? He said, Listen, I want to put a brick on the gas uh the gas uh pedal and and let's see how long this thing will rev for. And the cops let him do it. And he says that thing rev for about 10 minutes till nobody could take it anymore. And then he took the brick and he says he drove he walked off and the thing was idling. We couldn't kill it.

SPEAKER_03

We could not kill that car. Funny that you say that because I had again uh 76, uh, I think it was 76, but he's 76 or 78, Dodson 510 wagon, stick shift, four, you know, uh horrible little beastly little car. And it was also unkillable. It was you couldn't even stall it. You could put it in first gear, no gas whatsoever, popped the clutch, and it would just start rolling forward. Couldn't stall it, couldn't kill it. Um, I eventually got into a uh uh uh did a tons of body damage to it. I got hit at an intersection uh and got wedged into a cab and then hit it that into a telephone pole, and I ended up selling it to a friend of mine who drove it away from that once they peeled away all the other vehicles and got the metal unmeshed, and it drove away from that. It's a it was an unkillable car. That's funny. Those are the cars that killed the muscle car. Yeah, it no tape, no tape deck, just a little AM FM radio, no air conditioning. Hideous. Um, my friend Wack at the time, when I had that car, had a Dodge Dart, I don't know what year it was, but it was also a hideous, beastly thing. And we used to play bumper cars with them. We both would frequently work at the same restaurant. We would hit each other with our cars and laugh while we were doing it or do it at red lights or whatever, because neither one of us gave a shit. We knew each other and it was agreed upon. It was consensual.

SPEAKER_04

All right. Well, listen, uh I knew you were talking about copyrights uh strikes before, and I I don't I I don't really care, but I guess like your yourself. But the thing is, I think this song itself is banned from everything, and yet here it is.

SPEAKER_13

Man, these people took my kids from me. Then they closed my bank account. I love this style of shit. I got so much anger in me. Got no way to take it out. Think that I'm stuck in a matrix.

SPEAKER_03

You know what'd be a good name for a a good name for a like a doc bio of him would be A Man and His Meds.

SPEAKER_04

Well, let's yeah, let's quit now before he gets into the part that gets us banned and shit. But uh yeah, I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to play that song anywhere, but you know, thanks to AI, they had it on X, and it's quite good.

SPEAKER_03

And also completely changing the yeah.

SPEAKER_04

The way it's the words, I don't think. No, no, they're not changing the words, but they're you know, they're changing the rhythm. So yeah, it's so fucking selective and ridiculous. Anyway. Alright, I got a couple of couple of funny clips we can share.

SPEAKER_03

Let's see. This just goes to show you that you uh we we thought the uh the worst haircut we'd ever seen was the uh Indian one on the street there getting the choppy massage on the neck and shoulders, but this is so much worse. Can you imagine walking away with that? Let me see that the drip is diabolical, and I don't mean drip in the hip noob meaning of the word. I mean the dripping jism down his head. This is in honor of gay pride month.

SPEAKER_07

Hey bro, it's a snake some kind of pride.

SPEAKER_03

Wait, I just vicious. Uh that's where you basically grab the zit thing out of his hands and like just erase it. Um when I lived on El Prado uh at a roommate or a guy, you know, that guy Aaron, I let him stay with me for a while, and um he did mow the grass for me once as a favor, helped pay me back, and the train used to go right by there, right? So he mowed a giant dick and balls into the grass, aiming at the train so that the engineer. Yeah, yeah. Well, no, this I think this was even before the bright line. But yeah, so the yeah, because the guy doing the FEC, he's going way slower. He's got more time to study it, you know. And he even with a weed whacker, he even put in a little couple of spurts at the end, you know, little extra patches of missing grass. I was impressed by the creativity to be honest.

SPEAKER_04

And the effort, just putting in the effort, I'd be like, I'd mowed that lawn. I'm like, just get it done with and get it over with.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, no, he was funny some of the time. All right, we got some other funny ones to share. Let's see. All right, this one's pretty good. You gotta make your own fun sometimes in the hood. Oh god, I remember this. This was great. Oh man. Down he goes. Oh no padding down that oh he's so close to victory, he can almost taste it. Oh no so that got dirty. Yeah, that's not cool, man. He was so close. He's going to the hospital too with a broken rib. That's that's the crab bucket mentality right there. Let the guy get the final step.

SPEAKER_04

I'd be finding the guy to get winging those things at him.

SPEAKER_03

It's like, all right, so it's like it reminds me a lot of those carnival games that you're gonna climb the rope ladder that's got the wicked twist in it and stuff at like at a renaissance fair.

SPEAKER_04

But at least they put a nice soft foam padded area to fall within or a net and you go down, it's gonna I'm surprised. And this was so stupid. I remember when this thing was a challenge, and I'm thinking to myself, this has got to be putting hundreds of people in the hospital.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, absolutely. And you know it's got to be done in a public place because otherwise someone's homeowner's insurance is getting screwed. Oh, yeah. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_04

And the other thing I noticed back when this was a big thing is lots of people can make it to the top. You know, if you're careful, walk into the apex the top, like a lot of those people didn't make it. A lot of people make it to the top. It's going down. I was just gonna say they make it down. Nobody makes it going down. Everybody wipes out for some reason.

SPEAKER_03

All right, so to win, do you have to walk from one end to the other, or do you just have to make it to the end?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, but there's a guy that does it. Keeper of the whatever. Okay.

SPEAKER_18

Oh. Let's see a winner.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, there's a guy at the end that does it.

SPEAKER_03

I mean, even if you win, what do you get? Like exactly. It's not worth it. What happened? A month of milk. Oh, ouch! Oh, full, full dismount. This guy's got a good technique so far. Keeping his feet close together. I like the little biggest jigging his pants up a little bit. I think this is the guy that makes it. Slow to the whoa! Whoa! All right, that was actually kind of badass, I'm not gonna lie. That was pretty sweet. So that the clip that we showed about the climbing up on the crates and everything, part of the uh the description of it was uh reference to the this Kool-Aid thing, pineapple Kool-Aid thing has to stop. And have you seen any of those videos? Apparently, it's the new summer tasty treat fat or whatever in the ghetto. Take one of these giant jars of pineapple wedges or slices, uh, and then you've put Kool-Aid in it, and then I guess let it marinate or whatever, and then you end up with Kool-Aid pineapple, which I don't know if they're just putting the powder in or if they're actually mixing Kool-Aid, which then thereby adding even more sugar. But I, you know, like the whole meme is that it's basically diabetes in a jar. Right.

SPEAKER_04

I saw them do it with pickles. Oh green. Yeah, I know. It was disgusting. That's interesting.

SPEAKER_03

Disgusting. Uh I got some I can share another one unless you think it's a messing. I got one. Oh, that looks good. What is that? It's the uh prototype of of Dr. Dean or producer Dean's.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, that's great. That's crazy. That's killer. Yeah, I got one. Uh I got one I definitely want to screw wanted to share. Uh this is the one, I think. Yeah, this guy's pretty funny. He's basically that an alpha an o Yeah, this guy's funny.

SPEAKER_05

I like the light on the mic there, that's cool.

SPEAKER_03

Is that Tom Segura? Let's add Is that Tom Segura with a fake beard? No, it's not.

SPEAKER_04

Productors tossed in some cute kids.

SPEAKER_18

Smoking blind. Big girl with a big fucking southern deep fried fucking ass.

SPEAKER_14

Told me the fuck. America got with the program.

SPEAKER_04

Is this AI or is this guy just a genius? What's that? Is this AI or did this guy really do this? No, this is a guy. He's um uh you know who um God, I can't remember. There's a chick that he's he he's comedy partner with that big giant chick. Oh, I know who you're talking about. I can't I can't think of her name. Tammy.

SPEAKER_03

Yes I think her name is Tammy or her character's name might be Tammy.

SPEAKER_04

Yes. I think that guy is in her like little comedy troupe and is kind of striking out his own with this particular what I would call viral clip. This is pretty funny. Anyway.

SPEAKER_18

Okay. Will we uh get that through YouTube, you think?

SPEAKER_03

Who cares? We'll see. Yeah, we'll see. I mean, where did the clip come from? X? Yeah? Yeah. Okay. Maybe I was gonna say if it was already on YouTube, we might get through.

SPEAKER_18

Well, but those guys uh well So you can go on X, but you can't communicate on X.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you can't Right now, yeah, correct. I can't do it. As a matter of fact, there was a guy that wanted to come on the show today that I couldn't send him a message even on X to go send me your email because I I can't do anything but what look at what's on X, and then I can download it and send it to people, but that's it. That's all I can do on X for another 20 days or so. But speaking of which, um speaking of things to get you banned on, I I I I thought this was particularly funny and it really it really went earlier with the other things we were talking about with uh Trump and Iran and all that stuff.

SPEAKER_05

But I gotta love you some uh gotta love you some Alex Jones.

SPEAKER_17

It's like we're fighting a boss in a video game and we're just like I have no words. I was waiting for that, bro. Oh no. You were waiting for it? Let's have a comic.

SPEAKER_04

All right, cool. Phil's It's a skin disguise. Oh god, what would we do without him?

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, I I don't yeah. We could almost just edit that right out of the show. They're chanting for you, for us. Uh-huh. Oh god. Do you got any clips left? Uh I don't know if I have anything to top that.

SPEAKER_04

Um see what I do have. Uh it's a journey, you know, it's got peaks and valleys.

SPEAKER_03

We can, you know. Well, we were talking about off-roading adventures and stuff earlier. Um, a little bit references that. All right. Have you ever ever pulled off a maneuver such as this? Oh, this is great.

SPEAKER_10

This is my insane husband loading. Crazy guy. Same thing happened on the first one. Honey, you're about ready to go off.

SPEAKER_06

And nailed it.

SPEAKER_18

It looks like the smart thing was he's putting weight on the front of it to make it over the um there's nothing smart here.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. No, there's nothing smart here. There's I mean, he's he's clearly not the first time he's done it. Right. This is true.

SPEAKER_10

Okay, now do the victory dance.

SPEAKER_04

By the way, this is exactly how the guy, my uncle, would do it that built the the UPS van on the Jeep Cherokee chest. Right.

SPEAKER_03

So I know exactly and the subject of the email when you sent me this clip, uh, I think the subject was can you to anybody tell me what that says or something? And so I did translate it's Turkish for uh this is another reason why women live longer than men, or something along those lines. Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Oh man. But uh yeah, I mean that's uh yeah, uh I mean, I'm I can't say I haven't done something that stupid, but not more than once. It looks like he was practiced at doing that. Right. I've got another client. I've never tried that once and said, no, that's not the way to do it.

SPEAKER_03

I've got another good clip here. You know, we like to talk about religious eccentricities and extremes and stuff, and we're always, you know, poking around over here in the uh the Abrahamic ones. So let's take a look at the some of the silliness that goes on in yet uh other parts of the world with their religious practices. Uh-huh. Let's make this big. We have some? Yeah, all right, here we go.

SPEAKER_00

Are India's Brahmins.

SPEAKER_03

In India, the caste system remains deeply hierarchical, and the gap in state talk about rolling out the red carpet, literally red carpet on demand as you go.

SPEAKER_00

Rolling just out of the enormous Brahmins belong to the highest caste and enjoy one of the most respected positions in the country. When they travel, their display of status can look even more dramatic than that of major celebrities.

SPEAKER_03

Alright, so there's real I mean, watching the remainder of it is just them still doing that. But uh, I don't know if we noticed there, but it's also interesting. I don't know whether that they can only walk on carpet rule applies to no shoes because they're not wearing shoes while they're walking barefoot on that red carpet, whereas the other guys that are you know rolling it out and rolling it up are wearing shoes. Are they prohibited from wearing shoes? Or are they just so lofty that they don't need to? Hey, if you had the choice, wouldn't you go without shoes?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I suppose it's probably super hard to do. Pardon? Where all the money you save. You don't have to buy any shoes. You can just pay these guys to walk around with carpet. Exactly.

SPEAKER_03

And do they even have to pay them, or is it some sort of religious obligation?

SPEAKER_04

I don't know. They're honored to be able to religious. I think it's a societal obligation. They're the caste system. Yeah. They're slaves. They're not, you know, it's not like they have a choice. They're you're the caste. We're the uh we're the ruling elite. Get out get over there and get on the carpet. Get grab that carpet roll, get it, get cast, you know. I don't know if it has anything to do with religion. Unless is the caste system tied to religion or something? I believe that it is. Oh, I I didn't know that. Maybe it is.

SPEAKER_03

Maybe it is because the Brahmin class is the priest class. Or originally it was. Hey, maybe. Yeah, yeah. Learn some every day. That's what Siddhartha started off as as a Brahmin and then degenerated down and then founded Buddhism.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it was wrong.

SPEAKER_03

Uh I have one more clip. I have one more clip we can look at. It's pretty entertaining. All right, so I'll read a little bit of the intro first before we watch the video. This woman is 25 years old, been driving her car for weeks, sweating and miserable because the air conditioning isn't working. Finally takes it to the dealership. And we'll let you we'll let her do the rest of it live. Or not live, but close. Close enough.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, I did bring my car into the dealership yesterday, and I said, my air conditioner is not working. He said, Let me come take a look. So he gets in my car, he presses some things, and he said, Listen, I know it's not a hot day and all, but this thing is blasting cold air at me. I said, There's no way. There's no way. I've spent the last two weeks sweating, profusely sweating in my car. This thing's broken. He said, Did you try? Did you try pressing the AC button?

SPEAKER_03

I said It's like every IT guy in the world. You know, did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in? Did you try turning it on? It ain't got no gas in it.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, I didn't. I didn't know I had to press the button. I just thought I put it on cold. It was gonna be that's new to me. So I'm 25, something new every day.

SPEAKER_18

Yes, I and yet she did the recording. Here's how smart I am.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, and then one and then posts were speaking, trying to get that smart right now.

SPEAKER_03

You can only you can only hope to get that smart. Um I must say, Dr. Chip, I like the new microphone. That's a nice snazzy light that you got going on there, too. What it's a it's a gaming mic. I'm trying to read the letters on the bottom that I'm assuming is the name of it, but I can't make it out. On the front, too.

SPEAKER_04

Letters out?

SPEAKER_18

Yeah, there's some something on there. At the base of it there, yeah. Turn it around towards you.

SPEAKER_04

ONN. Whatever that is. Oh, okay. It's literally a $30 mic. It's a piece of shit. It it doesn't even have an XLR connection. It's just like literally for gaming. And I had no idea it was going to be so colorful. Who knew?

SPEAKER_18

Well, I think it sounds better than what you were using.

SPEAKER_04

So Well, I think that's debatable. It's it it definitely sounds better if I get farther away from it. I'm telling you what I'm hearing. But that other one was I mean, it sounds good. I mean, we can debate anything. I mean, I can hear it. It's it it makes it a lot better because I can now hear myself in my headphones, but the other one I can't hear at all.

SPEAKER_18

Yeah, yeah. I'm at Eclipse. I don't know what you got. We're at an hour. We're over an hour, I think. Yeah, we're at uh we had some downtime. Oh, that's true.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, well, yeah, we're about a little bit. We probably are right, about an hour. All right, so in closing, I brought uh I basically got my whole whole house uh tore up because I got a cleaning lady coming. So I'm basically moving out. But if anybody wants to buy a Washburn A uh A A1, what is it called? A B10, I've got one of these for sale. Is this the same one you showed before? No, no, no. This is this is the only other acoustic base I have, which is why I'm selling this one. I don't really need this one now.

SPEAKER_05

But anyway. Anybody wants it? How long have you been playing, Chip? Oh god.

SPEAKER_04

I I traded in a trombone like in 11th grade or 12th grade or something like that for a bass at a at a pawn shop. Probably and said, you know, that's I think I've told this story before where I was like about eleventh grade, I looked around band room and all the cool kids were gone. Yeah. Like nobody like I gotta get off the I gotta get off the trombone tuba baritone thing and figure out something cool to do. So so I just basically grabbed the bass and figured out how to play it.

SPEAKER_18

I um I played saxophone, uh, alto and baritone through twelfth grade, and then I quit, and I kicked myself in the ass every freaking day.

SPEAKER_04

Well, the thing is, especially like well, like I years later, I I I remember somebody had a trombone or I got my hands on a trombone, and I was like, oh yeah. And I played, I tried to play it for a few minutes, and literally after a couple of minutes, my whole mouth was numb and tingly and stuff like that. And you don't realize that playing those kind of instruments, it's a muscle. Yeah. You know, it's it's omboucher. And I could never, I never could make a sound out of a reed instrument. I could play all the bat brass stuff, no problem.

SPEAKER_03

You know, but I could unbeknownst to you, the guy who had handed it to you had previously been doing blow for the last six days, and you completely numbed the whole front of your face when you tried to use it.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I mean, other than the truthfully, other than the tuba, nobody else was playing anything before me. It was mine. They're not, you know, you're not touching it. But that's truthfully, that's why I ended started out on the tuba, is because you know, it was I went to a band band class in like seventh, eighth grade, something like that, and they were like, Well, what do you want to play? And I'm like, Well, what do you got? Because I ain't I I I don't have no money to go buy an instrument. What do you got here that I can play? And they're like, Well, we got a tuba. I'm like, all right, I'll try that.

SPEAKER_18

Anyway. Tuba solo. I'll have to uh play my stringless guitar in one of our episodes.

SPEAKER_04

Right. You know, it's funny because while while I was in one of the coolest guys in band when I was like ninth, tenth grade was the first chair tuba player, and they let him do a solo uh in his senior year, one of the halftime. He did a tuba solo. He was that good. He was really good. He was amazing. Anyway, Ibby, his name was Ibby something. Ibby, I forget what his name was. Black dude. And dude, he was buff. He was like, this guy could have been on the football team. He was carrying that fucking tuba around. Yeah, I could carry the tuba around. Any bad dude, and you ever seen him when they do the stuff in the stands with the like you they go one way and then they go this way, and then you and then you go that way. Oh, yeah.
