But I also think this is just a wonderful one for just reconnecting to that true you part of you, that version of you that we you know so often tend to lose sight of in the grind of the everyday and as we get older and all the you know fulfillments and responsibilities and things. So today, just if you're listening, go ahead and just if you're driving, pull over or hit pause and bring it back when you're in a place where you're not driving or operating heavy machinery. That's right. And just take a moment to take a deep breath in. Just sinking in, connecting within, and using your imagination, just imagine or visualize or think about the fact that you are standing at the top of a very welcoming, well-lit staircase with a sense of looking down. And that staircase can be made of anything that feels the most welcoming to you, whether it's uh made out of wood or marble or ice or feathers or whatever,

anything that feels the most compelling has two sturdy handrails on either side. And in a moment, we're going to begin stepping down the staircase, and with each step down, you'll go deeper and deeper into a state of hypnosis, deeper into relaxation and calm, starting with your left foot at ten, nine, eight, seven,

The Staircase Into Hypnosis

six, five, four, three, two, one, zero. Deeply relaxed now. At the bottom of the staircase, about ten feet in front of you is a beautiful floor to ceiling mirror with a hand carved wooden frame. Without looking directly into the mirror, just take a moment to get a sense that the reflection in the mirror is the most authentic, most genuine, true you version of yourself. And that reflection might be a version from when you were a child, or as a young adult, or a more recent time in your life, or perhaps even a version that you haven't really fully met yet. Or it could even be an amalgamation of all these different many versions of you combined into that one most authentic, genuine self. When you have a sense of that reflection in the mirror without looking, is your true you, genuine authentic

The Mirror Of The True You

self? Take a deep breath in and exhale. Good. Now very slowly, gently and easily begin to turn, taking in the reflection in the mirror, starting with the feet, and just raise your gaze slowly and easily coming up over the legs. Gently and slowly raising it up to the torso. Easily and slowly now up to the head. And from ten feet away you can take in the entire figure of that dr genuine, true you reflection in the mirror. Just get curious. Notice what they're wearing, how their hair is styled, how they're standing. Begin to walk slowly toward the mirror. And as you do, this genuine, authentic reflection will mirror your movements and walk toward you. And as you walk, notice how they move. As you get closer, you see the most genuine, most authentic true you smile on their face. A smile so genuine it seems to radiate out from the eyes. A smile so authentic it seems as if even their hair is smiling. It glows like an aura around them. Moving a little closer to the mirror. In your mind's eye, place your palm up onto the glass. As you do the reflection, we'll place their palm against the glass on the other side. Just notice the cool feeling, the glass beneath your palm. And if it feels right, just allow for the sensation of the glass to dissolve away so that you are palm

Palm To Palm Energy Integration

to palm with this most authentic version of yourself. Now their true you energy is coming through their palm into your palm. That energy begins circulating throughout your entire body as if your heart is not only pumping blood, but also pumping that true, authentic, genuine energy. Perhaps there's a physical sensation, or maybe it's just a quiet knowing. Just allowing yourself to sense that energy flowing through you and around you noticing how it feels in your body. What sort of emotions are coming up? Good. And when you're ready, you can integrate this whole experience into your heart and mind, folding it all deep within, and then slowly gently turning away from the mirror and taking one more deep breath in. And exhaling. Now it is time to come up out of hypnosis, but first at zero, drifting a little deeper, locking in all of the positives from this experience today. Now at one, shutting the door to the subconscious mind, blocking all negatives. Two, starting to come up out of hypnosis now. Three, becoming aware of the room that you're in. Four, taking one last deep cleansing breath in. And five, eyes open, wide awake. One, two, three, four, five. Eyes open wide, wide awake.
