Okay, Deshantra. Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I help you. Yeah. I know you from 20 years ago, working in the film industry. And when I met you, I knew you as Dee Dee. Um, do you still go by Dee Dee?
SpeakerI like Deshanta a lot, but I can't negate all the people out there that already know me as Dee Dee. And some people have a problem saying Deshanta, so either or is fine. Well, I'll call you Deshanta for now. Okay.
Speaker 2Okay. So I love your bio and it's so rich, and I have so many questions. But why don't we why don't I let you start and tell us a little bit more in your own words about, you know, what it is, how you're helping people and who you're helping.
SpeakerWell, I guess I should start a little towards the beginning, just so we have a flow. But um I've always been a different type of kid since I was little. When I was little, I was having dreams, but I didn't know to pay attention to them. But I knew that I could do things in them. Like if something is chasing me, I can make myself really small and run to run under a door, or I can make myself fly. Things like that. I can turn into a mouse sometimes. I remember doing that a lot when I was little. Unique things would happen in teenage years, in college years, and it was like right after I had finished college. I was working at a movie theater at the time, still having my dreams and realizing, hey, there's something going on here. I happened to meet a co-worker who, her name is Katherine, coincidentally, uh, who was big into tarot card readings and stuff. So she gave me a reading a few times, and we talked more and more just about the mysteries of life, for lack of a better word. And one day she comes into work and she's like, tell me what this card means. And she holds it up and it's the magician card. And I gave her my interpretation of what it meant, and she said, Here, this is for you. And she gave
Childhood Dreams And First Tarot Deck
Speakerme the entire deck. It was the ride or wait deck. So that's the beginner deck that many people use when they're first starting out. I naturally I was excited and I was like, okay, this is my mind to really delve into it. So I treated them like they were my best friends. I took them everywhere with me. I slept with them under my pillow. Anyone that I encountered, I would offer a reading. Always small, you know, like a three-card reading, and then gradually I would advance into doing layouts, that type of thing.
Speaker 2Can you explain for my audience who may not understand? And most people I think know what tarot decks are, but can you just, or the lay person who doesn't know what it is?
SpeakerYeah, sure. It's a deck of 78 cards. It's similar to playing cards. And actually, before tarot even came out, from what I've read, I could be debated on this. But originally you could use playing cards as tarot, except for the difference is there's the major arcana and the minor arcana. So a regular playing deck would only have the minor arcana without having the majors. So that's where the difference is. And I actually dabbled with playing cards at a time later on. So it's interesting that it is accurate. But that's how I got involved, and that's what a tarot deck is, which it consists of suits, just like fire, water, air, earth, air, fire, water. And then you'll have your principles like your page and your page of wands, per se, or you might have your Knight of Cups, and then you'll have your queens, and then you'll have your kings. And then that's your interpretations of possible people that it could be telling you about, or it could be a personality that is within yourself that may not have developed or needs to emerge in that particular situation. Then you have major, that was dealing
Tarot Basics For Beginners
Speakerwith the minor arcana. Then you have the major arcana, such as the hermit card or the empress, and it goes to, I believe, 21 cards, 2021, but that deals with the bigger issues in your life and how putting those together, you kind of create a scenario of what's happening and the greater forces that are playing in to help you along your path. And I just want to add, the cards are not just for you to give people readings, the cards are for you and to help you grow. It's a tool that will help you learn about yourself, give you questions that you never thought to ask yourself. They really will become your best friends. And I hope I explained that well.
Speaker 2Yeah, that was great. Thank you. All right, so you started with tarot, and then you mentioned that your dreams were coming true in an extraordinary way. Can you tell us about that?
SpeakerComing true in the way of the symbolism. Let's say I noticed that if I had a dream about somebody that I knew, but I wasn't directly involved with. Like maybe I remember a co-worker one day was in my dream. We weren't friends or anything. I just knew that they worked in the same building as me. But that person was in my dream, and in the dream they were having tooth issues. And I knew in the dream to go tell them that they needed to go to the dentist. But when I woke up, I'm like, huh, maybe I should approach this person. So I did approach her and I was like, this is gonna sound strange, but you were in my dream last night, which I thought was interesting. But what stands out for me is that you were having a lot of tooth pain, and I was told to tell you to go to the doctor. And she was like, Oh my God, I just made an appointment this morning. So that's when I was like, Oh, I'm on to something here, you know? So little things like that would happen. And then I must have been reading maybe the Metroland. I don't know if some of you upstate New York people are familiar with it, but it's a newspaper that has
Symbolic Dreams And Psychic Development School
Speakerlocal stories about what's going on and the happenings in the Capitol District, because that's where I was living at the time. But I stumbled upon an article that mentioned Psychic Studies Institute. And I was like, okay, okay, here we go. And I also at the time was um in the midst of reading the Celestine Prophecy, and it teaches you a lot about coincidences not being coincidences, and I knew that the universe was collaborating to get me what I needed. So I signed up and started taking classes at this psychic school, and that's where things really started taking off, and it's just been an awesome ride since.
Speaker 2What is what does it mean to be a medium?
SpeakerTo be a medium means that you have the ability to communicate with spirit, it also means that you also have psychic abilities. And for me, I have a a few abilities, such as clairvoyance, claire audience, clairsentience. Some people might have claire audience, but not clairsentience. And there's so many clairs, like there's six main clairs, but once you learn and understand that not everybody embraces or is gifted with the same abilities, then you realize there's a claire for them that if they knew about it, then they can develop it more. Claire audience is Claire Audience is the ability to hear and clairvoyance. Clairvoyance is to see. And what was the other one you have? Clair sentient is just it's a knowing, you just know. Yeah. Um, sometimes I can taste things too, but I can't remember what that's called. And funny that you asked, the other day when I was at work, for the last week or so, maybe a little longer than that, while I'm at work, I'm always smelling cigarettes. But there's
Mediumship And The Six Clairs
Speakerno way possible that there would be cigarettes or someone smoking nearby. You just it's not allowed. It's just not allowed. So I couldn't take it anymore. So I turned to my coworker and I'm like, Do you smell cigarettes? And she's like, No, I don't. But it's funny that you asked me that because she's kind of spiritual too. So she apparently has had this spirit that has been following her, but he's always smelling like cigarettes, but he hasn't been around lately. So she's wondering to herself, Well, I wonder what happened to cigarette guy. And I'm like, I've been smelling this for like a week now. And she's like, It's probably him. I'm like, Well, there you go, because she gave you cigarette guy. Right, right. I was like, I guess you're right, exactly. But everybody look into Claire's and you'll realize that you probably have some kind of ability as well.
Speaker 2When somebody comes to you for a reading, are you able to communicate with people that have passed on the other side that are are connected with them?
SpeakerYes, but for me, I can't say, Oh, you want to connect with your cousin Joey? Okay, no problem. For me, it doesn't work like that, it's just whatever spirit can get through or manages to get to me and interpret in a way that I can interpret reflect it back to the person.
Speaker 2And so when you were a little girl, did you have I mean you mentioned your dreams, but did you have other sort of unexplained experiences?
SpeakerThis is funny, but if my emotions are invested in something, unfortunately, let's say I'm angry about something, I remember, and this is gonna sound awful, but this is what happened. It was during college, and I had gotten to a fight with some guy. I don't remember what we were fighting about. I remember, I just remember I was very angry, we were yelling at each other. I told him, you know, get out of my face, that kind of thing. I hope you fall down the flight of stairs, and he did. And so I learned that the mind is a powerful thing because that's not the first time something like that has happened, but it's not like I knew, it's just developed, and I was like, wait a minute, maybe I should use my words better. Um, to give you another example. One time I was at a pool party, people were just being immature and catty and talking about someone, and it would make it was making me mad, not knowing it was really making me mad to this point, but there was a we had filled up water balloons and they were laid out on the table, and all of a sudden they just started busting open onto the person that was being very catty and chatty, and I was like, Oh wow, like it's just it's very fascinating,
Telekinesis Stories And Emotional Energy
Speakerbut yes. Wow, that's powerful. There what's the word for that? It's like telekinesis. Yes, telekinesis. That's exactly what it is.
Speaker 2And so when you experience something like that, is it just the emotion or are you s are you picturing it happening?
SpeakerI assure you, I I've never pictured it happening for me. I really think it was an emotional thing, and my energy just went where it wanted to go.
Speaker 2You know, I've experienced things that are unexplainable with electronics. I was gonna mention that. I have heard that that's a thing, but like throughout my life, and it it typically has been connected when I'm having an emotional, high-intense emotional experience. And you know, I've had it where all of a sudden the stereo will come on and it was it was not on, it will just come on and it will start playing the music, or a computer literally explode. Oh wow. And I was working on a law firm years ago, and I was trying to explain it to the IT person, and they were convinced I must have spilled polk on it or something, but I didn't. I just said I believe you. I know it's true. So, what is your take on digital experiences like that?
SpeakerWe're all energy, so it makes sense to me. And I was gonna share this story right as you were telling about your electronic story because I have one or a few, but I used to work at you. Might remember the um the cafe ambition on J Street there. I was working there one day. She's talking about Schenectady, New York, where we did a film together. Yes. Um, I was standing in the doorway of the kitchen and I put my hand on the doorway just to lean on it. And then I noticed we played music in there all day. So I noticed that the music stopped. So I took my hand, I went, I took my hand off to go and see what was wrong with the CD player. So when I took my hand off, the music started playing again. And me during this time, that's when I was heavy. I was going to psychic boot camp, just so many things that I was I was rocking it. But anyway, I quickly picked up that it was me. Like I would take my hand off, take my hand off. The music would stop, it would play, it would stop, it would play. And I was like, oh my god, this is so cool. So yeah, that yeah, it's very cool. One last story, because I know you gotta get going. Um, good. I should have thought of this sooner, but I love this telling the story. Again, I'm working at Ambition. I was in the back with a coworker. We had gone out to the back, and you know how there's a sensor. So as soon as you walk out to the back, the sensor comes on, but the sensor doesn't come on. So he's like, What's going on? Why is why isn't the light coming on? And I'm like, I got this. So I walked closer to the light and I rubbed my hands together, and then I put them up at the light, and then the light came on, and he was like, I'm not messing with you no more. And he went back in because they all knew that I was going to psychic school and always predicting things, and just you know, I was the cool, creepy friend, you know, cool, creepy psychic friend. But I made the light come on, and he's like, I'm not messing with you. And then he just went back in. But it's just it's a wonderful life.
Speaker 2So if somebody comes to you for a reading, what does that look like? I know you use a combination of things, but like walk me through what that experience will be. And and in full disclosure, everyone, she did do a reading for me, and I will share my experience in a moment, but I want you to tell us from your point of view first.
SpeakerSure, no problem. Usually I find that if I start first, I like to make the person feel safe and they can trust me. So I'll ask them maybe an opening question like what made you decide to get a reading? And that kind of puts their wall down a little bit because when you have your wall up, it is not as easy to get the image the impressions however I get them to come through. So I try to break down that wall. Once the wall is broken down, I'll start shuffling the cards, just tuning into their energy, their continuing to become more trusting, and then I'll be like, What is your question? And then once they tell me their question, I'll start laying out the cards, and then that's when it seems like everything starts to be like, Okay, this is a teamwork thing now. They'll give me something that I might hear, they might give me images that I might see,
What A Reading Feels Like
Speakerthey might make me feel a certain way, and then I'll relay that back to the person. Sometimes I'll be like, There's an older man standing behind you, and he's wearing a white t-shirt and boxers, and he is looking kind of scary, and I I want to make sure that you're okay. Does this person sound familiar to you? And this isn't actually a true story that I'm telling. So I'm like, this guy standing behind you, acting erratic, it's making me feel uncomfortable. Are you okay? And then it turns out that it was the guy's father and he had dementia, and that's how he appeared before he transitioned. So it'll work like that sometimes. It's and when you say it's a team effort, what do you mean? A team of who? A team, I think of all of my abilities realizing at one time that okay, let's give them what they how I can help them. Let's give them empowerment. So the team effort is the clairsence, the clear audience, the mediumship, and the cards. Because they all tell us put a story together.
Speaker 2I've heard a lot of people talking about spirit guides. Is that something that you use or connect with? Yes. Is that what gives you the clear audience or the mediumship, or is that different?
SpeakerThat's different for me. My interpretation that's different. Spirit guides are like helpers from the other side. That comes over and they might kill you or trigger that intuitive side inside you to wake up a little bit. They might speak directly to you. It really, I think, depends on each person and them embracing their guides. Um, and guides don't necessarily have to be human, of human form. They can be intergalactic, animal guides bring you messages. It really depends on how you receive your messages. Like I'm a very creative person, so a lot of times they'll show me movie scenes or they'll play me music, or because I'm so in tune with nature, they'll use nature and show energies. And then I know, well, I might not know that much about this, but let me look it up. They're always giving you clues to help you better yourself.
Speaker 2You know, I can remember countless conversations with you
Spirit Guides And How Messages Arrive
Speaker 2when you talk about experiences we've had with interactions with animals, different animals, and just the it's really profound interactions. Do you want to talk a little bit about that?
SpeakerYes. First, let me say thank you for allowing me to come to you those times that I did, because I knew you would believe me. I knew the stories were crazy, but but I knew you would believe me. I'll mention the time one of the times where I called you about the bees getting into my house. But one day I was sitting in my bedroom and I'm on my bed, and we I had window fans at the time. So you know how the window fans will have the little slits, and I happened to look over, and in between the slits, about six bees followed each other into the house. And then I'm like, no way this is happening. But then I realized that it's because earlier in the day there had some bees, been some bees in my kitchen trying to get out, and they couldn't get out. But I left the window in a way that hopefully they'd be able to just squeeze out. But these bees, the six bees that got into the house, went into the kitchen to get the other bees that were in the kitchen. And I know it sounds crazy, but I swear to you that it's happened. I called you in the midst of it happening because there's no way. But they're just friendly messages, and that triggered me to be like, okay, there's
Animal Signs From Bees To Crows
Speakerthey're trying to tell me something here. So I went and looked up the symbolism of B. Like I knew a little bit, but then when you start delving into it and you're like, oh my goodness, this is what I'm experiencing right now, you just become more grateful that to be surrounded by such amazing things unfolding in front of you. What was the symbolism of B? Team, I know it was teamwork and community. A big thing was community. That's what stood out for me. And I was yeah, it made sense. Yeah, it was something that resonated for you personally. Yes.
Speaker 2And I remember some stories about some crows.
SpeakerOh my goodness. Um, crows have been with me since the beginning of the journey, so late 90s, I would say crows, I call crows my people, and I actually have a tattoo of them. But besides them being intelligent, they they transcend time, and they again are messages, messengers. A lot of people are fearful of them, but in actuality, when you see crows, it's not representing death, but we're really a transition of something new. So I always get happy and feel joyful most times when a appearance of crows occur. Yeah.
Speaker 2I don't usually see crows more than one at a time, which is strange because really, yeah. I know that you talked about seeing many crows at once.
SpeakerSo hundreds. I what first pops into my head is coming home from work one day, I get out of my car. It's not, it must have been it felt fall from how I'm seeing the sky. So it may be like around 4:30 when it's not quite dark yet. But I get out of my car and I'm a type of person that I just I guess I've learned to energetically just pay attention without realizing that I'm paying attention. But as I'm walking to head to my building, I noticed that it's dead silent outside, like not a peak, not a car horn, not a car driving by, no one speaking. So this made me turn around. And when I turned around, there was a on a gated fence, there was hundreds of crows dead silent, just watching me. And I was like, wow, like impactful. The silence was impactful. Yeah. And at that time, I knew that when something like that happens, then I know that it's something deeper. Like, this is big, you know, a big transition or death per se. Like, and it turns out it wasn't a physical death, but it was something again impactful that was happening in my life, and the ending was occurring when a life was beginning as well.
Speaker 2Wow, that's powerful. I hope I explained it okay. So I will say I remember when you did give me my reading, it was, you know, it was really great. We had the tarot cards and it was resonating, it was really helpful. And then we were wrapping up, about to say goodbye, and then all of a sudden you said, and you gave me a warning that you were getting. And I won't say what it was, but it was very apt, and I have never forgotten that. And in fact, it was it was an important warning to heat. Um, not necessarily that I was able to avoid certain things, but I I was able to stop gaslighting myself, if that makes sense, you know, like aha, this is what she was talking about, right? And so this is what's happening. So that was really quite powerful for me.
SpeakerSo good. It's always I always hesitate to read people that I know. I feel like I don't, I'm not gonna be right. Like, I still have that inkling of what if I'm wrong, you know, but it's just different with front, like if I don't know you, forget it. It's all coming out in a gentle way, in a loving way. Not that I didn't
When A Reading Hits Home
Speakerdo that with you, but I just feel like did I do that? Was it from my mind? Because, you know, I know you a little bit, you know, so you always question yourself, but just always go.
Speaker 2You know, it's so interesting that you talk about that because as a hypnotherapist, I work with my clients all the time with differentiating your what your mind is telling you versus your intuition, your gut. Yes, your and what you know, the mind is gonna lie to you. And the first thing that I say is the mind is very jotty, your intuition is clear, concise, short. It doesn't go on, it doesn't waver, it doesn't go back and forth. Right, you know, right. Is that so that and that's just when I'm talking about intuition versus you know your your ruminating thoughts, right? Um, but is that sort of similar to where you where you go into a place where you're being psychic?
Speaker 3Yes, I believe so.
SpeakerIf I'm understanding your question right, and when you give read what we've learned, what I've learned, excuse me, I was thinking of classmates as well. What we learned was don't think. Well, I think I phrase it like this in class: don't think, just go. Like if you get an image, don't question it, just say it, you know, and then work it out later. But don't go, I'm seeing this, but it doesn't make sense. Don't do that because it might make sense to the person that you're reading for, or it might not have even happened yet.
Speaker 3Ah interesting, yeah. Wow. So do you believe that everybody has psychic abilities?
SpeakerI do believe that everybody has been born with some gift, and just like anything else, a runner or musician, it might be more prominent for others, but I believe the ability is there for you to embrace and then take it to where you want it to go. And some people choose not to do that, some people just don't believe in that, or that's just not their thing, and that's fine too. It's I'm glad that I was able to find out that it is one of my things. But I do believe everyone has something.
Speaker 2I've talked about this in a different episode, but I do recall experiences when I was younger with what I think now were spirits, and it terrified actually throughout my whole life, even as an adult, and every time it was, it terrified me. And so I would try to shut any of that down. And I wonder, you know, I think I think that might be the experience for a lot of people because it's just un unnatural, unknown. What is your thought about that?
SpeakerMy thought is look at it like this. You know how you're born.
Do All People Have Gifts?
SpeakerI feel like we're when we're born, we remember our purpose here, but as we get older, we're trained to unlearn what we know. We we're trained to fear the unknown, we're trained to fear people that have abilities like me. I definitely know children are psychic, they're just they forget, they're talked out of it. How many kids do you know have imaginary friends? Why are they imaginary? You know what I mean? So that's what I feel about it. So, yes, I feel everyone has a gift, they just lost it or wherever it went, and hopefully they'll go to find it one day.
Speaker 2And so what do you think when you say we're everyone's born and we know our purpose? What do you think that means?
SpeakerI want to make a t-shirt that says now that I'm on TV, a video, I forget the t-shirt, but oh, I understood this, I understood the assignment since birth. And basically, basically that's to love. That's the assignment, love and support.
Speaker 2That's beautiful.
Speaker 3Thank you.
Speaker 2So have you ever gotten or had a reading with somebody and you felt like you got something but you didn't want to share what it was?
Speaker 3Yes.
SpeakerBut it was it's happened quite a few times because you first of all, I'm in shock. Second of all, we're not close like that and in my stepping, overstepping my boundaries. Um, the first time it happened, I was giving a supervisor at one of my jobs a reading. And this is when I was just doing um card tarot cards. Not just doing it, but I would I was nowhere as confident as I am now. But so I I laid out the cards. She wasn't with me. I I let her, I let her shuffle, I let her ask a question, and then I let her go about her business, and then I laid out the cards because that's what I would do. Um so I laid out the cards, and then I'm like, this no. So I went over to her desk and I looked around to make sure nobody was in earshot. And I said, Are you thinking about having an affair? And she said yes.
Sharing Hard Truths With Care
SpeakerAnd I said, Oh my god. That was what was in the cards. Yes, yes, cat, yes, cat. But uh, so then I was like, oh my god, this stuff is real. But another time, again, I was reading for a coworker, and this one broke my heart because you never know what you're gonna see, you really just don't. But I shuffled the cards, whatever, and I was like, You gotta get away from this man or he's gonna kill you. That's literally what I had to say, and I don't want to say that to anybody, yeah, but there it was, and she confirmed that he was abusive. So, yes.
Speaker 2Wow, that's really powerful. So, what do you suggest to people who want to develop their abilities?
SpeakerI would say sit with yourself more, meditate more. Please trust yourself, don't overthink, and don't listen to what you see in movies, because a lot of that is not true. That's what I say. Get in touch with yourself and they will find you because they'll know that you're ready. They, meaning your your animal guides, your spirit guides, your ancestors, your angels, they're all they all exist, and they're all here to help us when you're ready.
Speaker 3And how do you know when you're ready?
SpeakerYou just gotta take that first step and just there's this song, it's not related to um spirituality anything. I think it's by Janet Jackson, but it's called Trust the Try. Just trust the try. And the world opens up for you after that. And then for me, it's an it became like this is what I want to do. You know, this is what I want to experience every day. Because the answers come to you.
Speaker 3Oh, that's beautiful.
How To Develop Your Intuition
Speaker 2And so there's you know, the podcast telepathy tapes, and there's a lot of um news around telepathy. Do you experience that at all?
SpeakerHeavily, heavily in my dream for decades now, and I'm so glad that more and more people are awakening. There's this new movie by Steven Spielberg, of course, I can't remember it now. The Clot Disclosure Day, I think it's called. I went to see that because so many people were raving about it. And I'm glad that he's opened up that door. But I've been saying, and so many other people have been saying for decades that like animals are essential. In the movie, animals, you they show us that it all it's all telepathy. It's all telepathy. But going back to your original question, sometimes in my dreams, I go to psychic school in my dream. Like I'm we, and I think it's all of us are on some level of schooling in their dreams. But many, many dreams, I'll be in my dream speaking with someone, and then when I wake up, I'll be like, wait a minute, we weren't even talking. Like our mouths weren't moving. And then that's how I realized that's
Telepathy In Dreams And Daily Life
Speakerthat's a reality. And there's been many times where this just popped into my head, going back with the telepi thing. Again, I was working at Ambition, and this two girl, these two girls came in and they wanted to be seated at a booth. So I took them over to the booth, and I don't even know why I said it. I don't know. Anyway, I was like, is Lily gonna be here soon too? And the girl goes, How do you know Lily? And I was like, I I don't know Lily. Like so she was thinking about Lily. It's just there's lay there's layers to it, cat. There's layers. Wow. Looking up on someone's thought, and they'll be like, How did you know that's what I was thinking? I just and it's not like I try, it just comes.
Speaker 2So let's switch gears a little bit and let's see about Jenek's gonna give it to you. Tell us about that.
SpeakerThat is thank you for asking. It's been in the making in my mind for years because I went to school for radio and TV. Anyone that watches an episode will learn that. But anyway, um, I've always had it in my mind. But I didn't, I know I wanted it to be like a talk show format. I thought I was gonna have a partner, but then Spirit told me, like, no, you can do this, you're engaging enough by yourself, you'll be fine. So I took that leap. I started researching like what type of episodes to talk about, that type of thing. But also in the forefront was what was I gonna name this thing? What I can't, and it took me months to think of a name. It'd be like Gen X something, something, something. It just just nut it didn't click. And then one day I was watching TV, and then I heard dun dun dun dun dun dun, and it came together because DMX, he's a rapper, he has a song called X gonna give it to you. He gonna give it to you. So then I was like, Gen X gonna give it to you. And it felt, I felt it in my heart. So that's where the name came from. And it's important for me to remind Generation X how special
Gen X Gongivity And Nostalgia As Medicine
Speakerwe are. And there's so many things that we survived because of the upbringing that we had, the timing of the upbringing, and the you know, having to come home from school and learn to cook and just be responsible and all those things. We did all those things and we succeeded all those things. Gen X is just a great, great generation because it totally transformed that era. I mean, we didn't have like we saw MTV, you know what I mean? And that opened up a world of music for millions of people. Like I grew up on RB, which is fine, or disco, you know, that's what was played in the household. Now everything was played in the household, and this coincide with um my elementary school, like hands around the park. Music was opening up that genre so that we could understand each other better. I just love our generation and I wanted to pay homage. I wanted to reconnect with people and see what they were up to. It started that I wanted to be like I hyped up Bronx in New York, and it I still will hype those things up all day. But just the other day, I interviewed a great person, Steve Barnes, who has his own podcast. But I interviewed him and he's from Virginia, so his podcast episode is gonna air next week. And then I have somebody else. Um, where was he from? Missouri, you know, so people are just they're interested and they want to be heard, and I want them to be heard, and we're just gonna make this a big old block party. I love it.
Speaker 2It's a really fun show, people. Go listen to it, and Kat will be on soon. Hopefully that'd be fun. Okay, for sure. All right, Deshanta, how do people find you? If they want a reading, or if they want to be on your podcast, or if they want to just reach out.
SpeakerI would go for readings, deshantam at yahoo.com. That's my email. D-E-S-H-A-N-T-A Amazon Michael at yahoo.com. I'll put that on the show notes too. Thank you so much. And GenxgungGiveITTa.com. Speaker 2I love it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Well, I really have been so excited about having you on because I do feel like I've been on this spiritual journey and I want to develop psychic abilities as well. Learning about what that even means. I mean, a year ago I would have thought, what? That now so many things have been happening as in this world of healers and yes, talking with people like you, and it's just been quite an amazing journey. And so um, yeah,
Where To Find Deshanta And Closing
Speaker 2thank you. And I'd love to have you back maybe another time we could have you on and give a reading on for sure, yes. Yeah, like that. Yeah, of course.
SpeakerAmazing. Yeah. Were you thinking about getting into like tarot cards or that type of thing?
Speaker 2Well, funny you should ask me that because I have started pulling a tarot card every morning in my journaling and meditation. And I've been really using it to well, my intention has been really to help me reflect on what's happening, but it's been quite uncanny how it's so spot on most of the time of you know reflecting what's happening in my world physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually.
SpeakerI love it. That means y'all have become friends, like your energies are aligning. If there's ever a day when you feel like you want to practice, we can schedule something and we'll give each other readings. Let's do it. I love it. Let's do it.
Speaker 2Thank you again so much for being on. Thank you for having me.
