On Episode 11 of Roll The Receipts, Andrika and Sherwin check in before diving into another chaotic week across the Bravoverse. From Met Gala fashion favorites to updates on The Bachelorette, SLOMW, and the end of an era for Love & Hip Hop, the quick topics set the stage for a very messy episode.
Sherwin also recaps the latest episode of RHORI, where breakups, family drama, and a masquerade dinner in Newport continue shifting the group dynamics.
Then it is time for Atlanta. The RHOA cast heads to Dallas and the trip immediately goes left over room assignments, glam expectations, and one of the messiest arguments of the season so far. Between Angela and Pinky trading iconic insults and K. Michelle refusing to film without glam, the tension proves one thing.
In Atlanta, the beef is always served hot.
She said what? Wait what now? He went where? Uh-uh no. Hold on, rewind that. She did what now? I want all the teeth.
SPEAKER_01Piping hot.
SPEAKER_00Ooh, now that's shady.
SPEAKER_01Clock it.
SPEAKER_00Roll the receipts.
SPEAKER_01Roll the receipts with Andrica. And Sherwin. Pull it up. Drop the proof. Run it back.
SPEAKER_00Roll it.
SPEAKER_01Hello, hello, everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Roll the Receipts. I'm your host, Andrica.
SPEAKER_00And I'm Sherwin. And today on episode 11, the beef is served, honey. And we're going to talk about all the beef that's going on across multiple shows, including one of our favorites, the Real Housewives of Atlanta. But before we get to all that, I just want to check in first. So, Andrica, how are you doing today? How has your week been? I know we've been taking a little break from the pod, but how's everything going with you?
SPEAKER_01Everything is going fine. I'm catching up on sleep. I'm doing some new wellness things with sleep and inflammation and all the total body health. But other than that, I'm good. How are you?
SPEAKER_00Good. I'm good. I need to get some of your tips for wellness because you know I was talking about last week how stressed I was with everything that's going on in my life. And so any wellness tips you have, send them to me, Andrika, because I might need to take a couple of those tips to relax. So, but yeah, everything's been good. I mean, obviously, no big updates on my end in terms of what's going on in my life personally, but you know, just getting through it one day at a time, which is what we can all do.
SPEAKER_01Uh that's all we can do. Just gotta get one percent better every day.
SPEAKER_00That's right. But today I'm feeling good and I'm excited because we've got a great episode, and I'm so, so excited to break it all down with the listeners. But before we even get to Bravo, you know, the big thing this week was the Met Gala, which was on Monday. And for those who don't know, the Met Gala is this big fashion event that happens in New York City where some of the top celebrities across different industries come and it's all about the fashion. Okay. It's it's a dinner, it's a fundraiser. They're raising money for the museum, the New York Metropolitan Museum, as well as the art institute that provides the costumes and things like that. But the fashion is the center of attention. So, Andrica, what did you think of the fashions? And instead of doing the real ones of the week, I want to do something a little different. Let's do best dressed of the week, Met Gala edition. Okay, Andrica. So break it all down for me. I want to hear your take.
SPEAKER_01It should not be any shock to anyone who knows me, but those that don't, I am the biggest Beyonce fan. And so therefore, my pick of the week goes to the Beyonce Giselle knows Carter. Okay. Okay. She came in looking like, first of all, we ain't seen Beyonce Grace the Met Galestage carpet, whatever you want to call it, red carpet, since uh 2016. She ain't been in 10 years. So not only was she coming back, but she's also coming back as a co-chair, right? They have the chairs. I think it was her, Nicole Kidman, and Serena Williams. It was Venus Williams. Oh, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. Venus. And Beyonce came in looking like the person that she should have been, the queen. And I just want to talk about how everybody stopped. Like we watched the red carpet live together, and like literally the carpet was cleared. They every no one was able to walk through, and she was able to stand there and move up the carpet at a glacial pace. And then, of course, our princess blue, Ivy Car Carter, came on as well. And I started to tear up, I'm not gonna even lie, because you know, like I seen blue, blue, we seen blue girl grow up, right? So, like seeing her come into her own and just look so gorgeous, so beautiful. The look, the glasses. I will say she looks like Beyonce, but she has Jay-Z swag. Period. The sunglasses. I mean, go ahead, Blue. I mean, also Beyonce was, you know, she came back together with her original stylist, Ty Hunter, who did the thing, right? Like Ty is known from like Beyonce's first looks as Destiny's Child. He worked alongside Queen Mother Tina, knows. But Beyonce's Met Gala red carpet look was inspired by the 1944 artwork Visitor by Caroline. Oh, I might about to bosh this Durant, a Creole artist from Louisiana. The work is about a skeletal woman ringing the bell in a long transparent dress with ruffles on her fist and bars. And oh my god, Olivier Rooster, I can't pronounce his last name, but Olivier, who was who's with Bauman, Balmain, I'm not for sure how to correctly pronounce that either. I know it's interchangeable, but he's the one that helped come together and design it. And of course, Louisiana, those her roots, you know. Her mama, Louisiana, that's what she said in formation. So I'm not surprised there. But also, she had a costume change, Sherwin.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I saw it.
SPEAKER_01Did you see that when she got inside the gala to do her presentation? And I'm gonna read from the Google her second Matt Gala look. Beyonce wore a Robert Wound creation called the stargaze gown, inspired by the view from a nighttime flight over a coastal city where the earth glows like a golden constellation. The custom dress features 318,000 stitches of embroidery, the highest amount of embroidery the fashion house has ever crafted. Golden faces, survived crystals are meant to recreate stars and a dark night sky in total. The look required 4,340 hours of handwork. And I'll be honest, I like this look too, but the red carpet look looked better. Yes, yes, yes. So those were my top picks. Oh, oh, oh, and Anak Yauty Alone. Yes, like her glam team never misses. Never the tears, the hair looking like a true skull. Oh I died. I die.
SPEAKER_00I love it. Anok was definitely one of my picks as well because just like the tears coming down. I mean, she looked incredible. So definitely Anok. You did your big one at the Met Gala this year. And I think she said I was watching her behind the scenes video, and I think she said this is her seventh Met Gala, lucky number seven. So, hey, props to you, Anok, for getting invited seven times. That's a big deal. So props to her.
SPEAKER_01She looked good. She has inspired me to get uh when when Lancone sponsored her, I can't remember what year, but she was glistening on the body, and I went and bought that cream. I sure did, I sure did, and every time it's called my is my word on vacation or special occasions.
SPEAKER_00Yes, being here looking glistening, shoulders out. She's a beauty, absolutely, and also I love Beyonce's look too. And I would just hate to be the person in front of Beyonce because the cameras literally turned to Beyonce as soon as she walked on that red carpet. So if I was the person in front of Beyonce, I'd be like, Where are the cameras? Like, no, boo, it's on Beyonce. So just go ahead and walk up those stairs and keep it moving. Which, to be honest, the stars at that point were like, our job here is done. Like Beyonce's here, she's gonna take all the attention.
SPEAKER_01So the carpet, so I this is my first time watching the red carpet live. I usually just see the looks on Instagram and we you know sharing them on the Google and all that. And so I've never watched it live, and I was like, oh bitch, here she comes. Like it was like literally just like you said, everyone gasped and just like turned their heads like and was just, yeah. So she just she just glided, she glided upstairs.
SPEAKER_00She floated, she literally floated through the red carpet. I loved her look. My picks, along with yours, because I have to agree, those were some amazing picks there, Andrika. But I would also have to throw in a few other people. Me personally, I mean, I don't know. I think fashion is in the eye of the beholder, so people may not agree with me on these ones. But the theme, by the way, was living art. And I feel like I want to commend those that really followed theme because when I first started seeing the red carpet, I was like, what's going on with the nude tones? Like, why are why is everybody coming out looking playing? Like, all I'm seeing is white, black, nude. Like, where's the color? Where's the theme coming to life? And I didn't see it until some of these other stars started coming on the red carpet. So I gotta give them a shout out. Starting with Siza, she came out looking like this ethereal butterfly. That's just Sizza's brand. I mean, she's a butterfly. When I think of her music, it's like so relaxing. And so I gotta give it to Sizza because she looked like a ray of sunshine coming in yellow. I also liked Emma Chamberlain, who was one of the hosts on the red carpet for Vogue. I thought her dress was beautiful. The hair makeup maybe could have been a little bit better, but the dress itself was just beautiful. So I gotta give her a shout out. I also want to commend Heidi Klume because she was another statue. Heidi, you know you're the queen of Halloween, and we can count on you for a good costume. And you were you were in luck that the theme this year was costume art because you literally look like a statue. When she walked out, I literally did not know it was her.
SPEAKER_01I didn't either. I was like, at first, I was like, what the fuck? Like, right, what is this? Because I fashionist art, like it's just for me, was a broad, you know, you know, theme because you know, fashion is the eyes of the beholder, right? So I was like, what the fuck? And so, but then like I think you sent me something on Instagram, yeah, it was you, and you like you broke it and it was like a breakdown. I'm gonna need those notes before I watch the red carpet so I can give him my opinion. But Heidi nailed it, she was referencing an 1846 sculpture called Veiled Vestal, and she she you she she did good, she did good.
SPEAKER_00She was spot on, spot on, and to go all the way and commit like that, because I feel like there are some stars that literally throw on a dress that could get at Saks Fifth Avenue and walk down the red carpet, but it's not about that, right? It's about imagination, creativity, making the theme come to life. I mean, Heidi is the Queen of Halloween, so this was a perfect theme for her this year. So, Heidi, I thought, although we didn't know who you were when you first walked out, that is, to be honest, the theme. Like, I want to be able to believe what this art is and you were the art. So, great job, Heidi. I'm also just gonna quickly throw in Sierra and Russell Wilson. I think that they're always elegant and they're always chic. And like you said, everybody has their own reference photos. So this was referenced on a different painting, but just elegance, chic, you know. I feel like Sierra's one of those people that never misses with the fashion. Get her glam squad because you know, she's killing it on the red carpets. And then Russell Wilson just looked amazing, and they're so cute. I mean, they look they literally look like they love each other, which is important, you know what I mean? When you're on the red carpet, yeah. So shout out to them. And then last but not least, I thought Sabrina Carpenter did a really good job too with the uh movie film dress. I thought that was really clever and really unique, and that's her way of seeing art, right? And I think that's what's so unique is some people pull art from different directions, some people pull it from music, some people pull it pull it from paintings, and some people pull it from film. And that's what Sabrina Carpenter interpreted the theme as. And I want to commend her for going in a different direction.
SPEAKER_01So at first, when I saw Sabrina, I definitely was like, What the fuck is this? You know, like fashionist art, and she got on film strips. But then when I read the thing that you sent me, she was in Dior and she was referencing Audrey Hepburn's 1954 film Sabrina, and I was like, Oh my god, bitch nailed it. Yes, like it made sense, like you're referencing a film that's your name title, and you're wearing film bravo, bravo, bravo, it's the creativity for me.
SPEAKER_00I'm telling you, loved it. It's the creativity, so loved it. Shout out to those looks, those were our favorites, our best dressed Met Gala edition. But there were some that didn't hit as well, but we won't get to that. We'll keep it positive on today's show.
SPEAKER_01Because you know, we can be shady on roller receipts, but we're gonna say that shade for something like because it was a lot of shade being thrown this week, so we should leave it to them. Um, but before we before we close this loop, I will say is that next year's Met Gala, I want these notes. I need to I need to do so I can be red carpet ready, be so I can understand these looks, so I can give my good like opinion instead of like doing this back work.
SPEAKER_00So Jacob, I think we should go live next year for the Met Gala and do a red carpet edition of Roll of Receipts. That would be fun. Maybe we should throw that idea out there.
SPEAKER_01Talk to me with a good time.
SPEAKER_00Let us know what y'all think. We should do a live red carpet Met Gala. Don't you guys think so? I think we should.
SPEAKER_01Let us know Sims avoid mail or a text.
SPEAKER_00Well, let's get into some quick topics, Andrika. Listen, there's a lot going on outside of the Bravo verse as well. So before we get into the Bravo mess of it all, what's going on outside of the Bravo verse?
SPEAKER_01Okay, so outside of the Bravo verse, the canceled Bachelorette season with Taylor Frankie Paul is back, honey. Yes. So yes, yes, yes.
SPEAKER_00The one that literally got canceled because of all the video stuff that came out with her.
SPEAKER_01Yes, yes, yes. Okay. So according to reality Steve, the Bachelorette is officially moving forward with Taylor Frankie Paul's season and is set to air on ABC this summer. The announcement is expected at ABC's upfront next week through an exact premiere date has not been confirmed because the next Bachelor is filming in September. So the timing and the edits of Taylor's seasons will wrap with when the rollout begins. Now, as you guys, some of you guys may know, her season was canceled based off the D D V accusations from her former partner, Dakota. Well, they went to court and all that jazz, and come to find out that that was already like I said before, that was something that already happened years ago, and now he just throwing this up on her because trying to sabotage her life. And so I'm glad that people woke up and they all went, they went to court and stuff and all that. Like all this was played out in court recently, and yeah, so now it's back. And good, I'm glad. So again, this is from reality Steve. This is not from ABC, but the rumors and the stuff has been I can't get Meredith Marks to the front, please. So, yes, so I'm gonna be watching, I'm gonna be staying tuned into that.
SPEAKER_00But why I am in well, let me just say real quick on that topic, too. I feel like I was one of those people that maybe when it first came out, because I don't watch The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, I don't know a lot about Taylor. So when the video came out, I assumed it was recent. And I was like, okay, well, ABC made a great decision because you know we don't condone domestic violence, whether it's from men, from women, it's just toxic overall. And so I commended ABC, and then I found out later that the video was actually an old video that the ex-boyfriend had then brought up and resurfaced to, you know, get revenge. And then I started to put the pieces together and I realized that she was honestly a victim of revenge videos or whatever you want to call it. And so I feel kind of bad for her. I'm happy that they're putting it back, but I do feel like it's gonna be a tough time for her, knowing that this video is already out and the fans are gonna be watching this season of The Bachelorette with that lens. So we'll see how this plays out.
SPEAKER_01We'll see. But I'm gonna be interested in that. Now, I am a Bachelorette Bachelor fan because of my mom. Like, that's my mom's show. But do like after the first black bachelor, like me and my mom start to be like, mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. So we don't watch it like that.
SPEAKER_00No more. Can I maybe just clock some tea real quick? I mean, are they really on I'm just being honest? Are they really on the show to find love or are they on the show to get publicity? I mean, from what I've heard is that The Bachelor and The Bachelorette is really not a finding love show because there's not very many true love stories that come out of that show. So and I'm not a watcher, so correct me if I'm wrong, but does it really matter that this video was out there? I mean, is it gonna affect her and the way she finds love and things like that?
SPEAKER_01I mean, I think now, you know, now that it has some like I think in the earlier seasons, like probably season one through three, I think it was about to find love. Because it was early as a new show. And like I know the very first Bachelorette, Krista, whatever her name is, she's still with her husband and had three kids. Like they're still married. So I think like those earlier seasons, yes, but now I really do think it's about fame. Like, you know, just how what's that show on Netflix where you don't get to see their face until you propose? Like you're dating them in this in the Love is Blind.
SPEAKER_00Love is blind.
SPEAKER_01Yes, like Love is blind, like the first couple that you know that Lauren and Cam, I think is the name. Yeah, they're like still marrying, now they got a baby together, you know. But I re but second season, and now like I don't even watch Love is Blind anymore because I really think it's fake, especially after that one season with that Indian man I can't think of his name. Shame, Shane, Shaky, something, but whatever. Yeah, Shake. His name was Shake. I I stopped watching after that because I feel like it's phony baloney, it really is. So yeah, I hope that answers your question.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01Remember when Cynthia's assistant was on Love is Blind? Cynthia Bailey's assistant from the Bailey agency. You mean Terrence?
SPEAKER_00His name is Terrence, or no, no, no, no. The guy? Because I remember her two assistants were like guys.
SPEAKER_01Yes, and he was everybody thought he was gay, but he was straight.
SPEAKER_00Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_01Well, he went on the now. I need to go on the Google.
SPEAKER_00Right. Well, why are you doing that? Because I know there was some other drama going on in the secret lives of Mormon Wilde's world. What was going on with Wendy?
SPEAKER_01Yes, sorry, I'll come back about Cynthia Sky. But yes, so Whitney from Stu Glass and Mormon Wild announced that she is leaving the show after four seasons, and her final season will be when this season wrapped up. I mean, they put filming on pause due to all of this Dakota Taylor drama, and so she is on, she was on, she's on Broadway right now. She announced that I'm done. I'm gonna do other things. You know, she has she has uh a show coming up, she's in a movie on what's it called? One of them holiday romantic Christmas movies type situations. Hallmark, probably like Hallmark or something like that. Hallmark, her lifetime, yeah, one of them. She got that. She on Chicago, brought up dancing with the stars, dancing with the stars. So I'm like, when she made the announcement, I personally was not surprised because after season one, she quit. But she quit mom talk. I don't want to be part of mom time, blah, blah, blah. I don't like the way you guys make me feel. But then mom talk took off, like the show like soared. And so she came back. Like, I want to be back in, I want to be you guys' friends. Like, oh my god, yes, and she said, I want the fame. She said it. Like, she started her own mom talk. It didn't land well, like, because she just didn't want to be second to Taylor. And so, anywho's she announced that she's not coming back, she's gonna focus on movies and being on Broadway and being a dancer, and congratulations, Whitney. And I'm not surprised, and I hope no one else that watched this show is surprised. Are you surprised, Sharwin?
SPEAKER_00I'm not surprised. I feel like when I saw her on Dancing with the Stars, I knew it was over. Because when you get to that place where now you're getting, it's kind of like Ariana Maddox. Like you're getting to the point where you're getting these other gigs and you're outgrowing your home base. You know, the same situation happened with Nini when she was on Glee and you're normal, like she took a break from Atlanta. When you get these other gigs, it's hard. To manage being on a reality show and then also working outside of that world, so I'm not surprised. I do wish her the best, and I think we'll see her on our screens a lot more, you know, through other endeavors that she goes on. So it's it's going up for her, and so I'm excited.
SPEAKER_01Yes, y'all will see her on y'all screen because I don't watch Christmas holiday movies. Right, I just can't get into it. I don't know. Like, if it's not this Christmas, like I think the last one I really watched was like this Christmas with Chris Brown, and of course, if we're gonna talk about like Christmas movies, then Home Alone me.
SPEAKER_00Right. Home Alone, Christmas with the Cranks, like that's my you know all the lifetime ones.
SPEAKER_01No, I I'm a Beyonce Destiny's Child fan, and I never seen Kelly Rowland's Merry Little Baby, Merry Little Christmas, something, whatever, whatever it is. I've never seen it, and I'm a whole Destiny's Child DC3 fan.
SPEAKER_00Well, Christmas is the time for classics, so I feel like it's hard to introduce new Christmas movies, but hopefully the one she's in is good. You know, we might check it out just because she's in it and see what it's like. But you know what won't be on your TV screens anymore is Love and Hip Hop, because they just announced that Love and Hip Hop is officially ending their run on VH1. And so they listen, Love and Hip Hop has been iconic. I mean, they've had so many different franchises from Miami to Atlanta to New York to Hollywood. I mean, they've done it up, and so I gotta give a shout out to Mona Scott Young, who's the creator for Love and Hip Hop, because she really did give a lot of people jobs, a lot of people opportunities, a lot of people that maybe wouldn't have been where they are, like a Car DB or like just people out there, you know, that got a lot of fame. Yeah. I mean, they got their start on Love and Hip Hop. K Michelle, for example, from Revolution Atlanta.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_00So let's not discredit Love and Hip Hop because Love and Hip Hop paved the way for many shows. So it's sad that it's going away because I thought that it was a great show, but I do feel like a lot of these stars have moved on, the ones that were keeping the ratings up. And so I feel like it is kind of time for a new era of reality shows. But you know, shout out to Love and Hip Hop, shout out to Mono Scott Young, because that's iconic. And yeah, Andrika, I know you know a little bit about Love and Hip Hop because you know about Atlanta.
SPEAKER_01Not a little bit. I know a lot about Atlanta. I mean, love Love and Hip Hop. But I will say, like, for example, I was there in the beginning, New York, Kimbella, still pretty, and Chrissy and all that. That whole beatdown, Yandy, all of that. But I stopped watching after Cardi B. I feel like once Cardi B left, it was a rap. Like, honestly, once Chrissy and Jim Jones left, I kind of was because Yandy annoys me. I'm gonna be honest. I just so I don't know. Yandy just annoys me. So I was over New York. And then when it came to Atlanta, everyone is over Kirk and Rashida. Right, let's be honest. But when Jocelyn, like Jocelyn, Jocelyn, Stevie J, and Mimi, yeah, that was the storyline. That was Atlanta, that was the show. That was that. I mean, of course, Princess and Ray J on Hollywood. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Remy Ma was on New York with Trick Daddy and Katrina was on Miami.
SPEAKER_01And that's the only one I watched. Like I felt like I only watched season one of Miami. And then after that, I just thought, but it's just been going down here. So I'm kind of glad that it's ending. Because it was time, because Kirk and Rashida was never leaving. And the Kirk, Rashida, and them and DC's Yandy stuff.
SPEAKER_00It just you know who I'm gonna miss? I'm gonna miss Miss Mama D. Okay. Because Mama D was one of the funniest moms on reality television. I gotta give her that. Lil Scrappy's mom. She was iconic, and I loved watching her. And yeah, you're right. I mean, there are people like a K Michelle and a Cardi B that were obviously these big names that moved on to do bigger and better things. But shout to Love and Hip Hop because it was always there, it was always on VH1, and they definitely did a big job, you know, for reality TV. So yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And just to wrap it up here, the franchise is doing a Love and Hip Hop, the final chapter, which is a six-part limited series that will premiere this fall, and it will estate it, don't know for sure, but it's stayed to like future all four franchises in this limited series. So we shall see.
SPEAKER_00We shall see. I will definitely be watching that. Yeah, absolutely.
SPEAKER_01I'm gonna watch. I'm gonna watch. So first basketball wives and now them.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_01Um, I wonder what's next.
SPEAKER_00What is next? Well, you know, they're making you know new ways for some new shows, including one of the ones that we're watching now, which is the real housewives of Rhode Island, which is in its mid-season right now. I think they just dropped the mid-season trailers.
SPEAKER_01So they did, they did, they did.
SPEAKER_00They're keeping it short this time, but I feel like it's because they're still you know testing the waters with Rhode Island. But it's been really, really good so far. I don't know about you guys, but I am glued to my television with this franchise. Okay, I love it. It's great. Let's break it down, Andrika. What is going on in Rhode Island? Let's start off with the Kelsey of it all, okay? Because for those who have been watching, for those who have been listening, we all know that Kelsey is the sugar baby of the bunch. Her boyfriend, who is now, I guess, an ex-boyfriend because they've now announced that they've broken up on this episode, is a famous person who's related to Frank Caprio, who was a judge on that show Caught in Providence that we were talking about before. So they're officially broken up. Andrica, initial thoughts on that big announcement that happened at the very beginning of the episode.
SPEAKER_01Initial thoughts was what? What? I honestly was shocked. I was shocked. I did not expect it. Like I knew like from what she was saying, I want a baby, and blah, blah, blah, and I want to get married. And then the her boyfriend, the younger one who like met the parents and all that, you know, like when they brought him on, I was like, okay, wait a minute. And so I knew it wasn't going to last, but I thought that it was gonna end after the season, you know, like I didn't think it was gonna happen during season, like in production, I thought it was literally gonna be after. So I was shocked. I was I was, I was, but I watched because I feel like watching watch what happens live with Andy is good to watch because it gives you a little insight, insight, excuse me, before we have the reunion. And she stated on here on on the Watch Tapers Live that they're still friends. He still he still paid for stuff.
SPEAKER_00She said on the episode when they asked her at the very end, yeah.
SPEAKER_01But he's still paying for stuff like now, like post-production and why premiering, and then he's upset, he thinks the show is good. You guys gotta watch, you guys gotta watch while I'm having live. Y'all gotta start watching it because she was filled with teen. I was just like, Oh, and Andy was like, Well, we would know more about him if he would let us film us, but he didn't want to be filmed, right?
SPEAKER_00I was like, Did you catch the shade that Rosie threw where she was like, Well, at least before you could pretend like you're his girlfriend and now you're just truly a sugar baby, like literally, like you're now a sugar baby. If he's just paying for your bills at this point and you're not even living with him or you're together with him, like he's your sugar daddy, like it is what it is. Let's call a spade a spade, right? Yes, yes.
SPEAKER_01She also said on here, go ahead.
SPEAKER_00I was just gonna say it was hilarious when Liz was like, Who's gonna pick out the seeds out of your lemon? She had because she had staff literally pick out the seeds out of her lemons, and she's like, I don't know what I'm gonna do.
SPEAKER_01Like, girl, like you had picky, yeah, picky and flicky. I was like, girl.
SPEAKER_00She has lived a privileged, privileged life, okay? And she even said it this is like the first place that she lived after leaving her parents' house. Like, she's still young, like, this is her first like situation where she's living in the house. She just turned 30.
SPEAKER_01She just turned 30.
SPEAKER_00So I don't know what's gonna happen with her. I feel kind of bad for her because she hasn't had the life experiences that some other people have had, and so it's gonna be a struggle for her living alone. I mean, she's still having this man pay his rent, she needs to be financially independent, and it's gonna be hard for her because she's so used to living lavish and luxury under his roof. So we'll see.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, I don't think she's gonna have that bad of a deal because first of all, he's still paying her rent. It's not like he was like, all right, cut, click, done. Um, and then now, and she went from living with him for 10 years and now she's on Bravo. Please, girl, this girl is about to if she plays her cards right, she needs to go down there and talk to Portia and Candy so she can know the business of Bravo. Oh, she needs to do right, and then she won't be, you know, Portia. Listen, Portia got the biggest deal from NBC Universal with her production company. How I don't know how she did it, but she did it. Kelsey might need to go down there and talk to Porsche.
SPEAKER_00Okay, Kelsey, get Portia's digits, give her a call down in Atlanta. Well, moving on from Kelsey, let's talk about Jo Ellen for a second as well. Because Joe Ellen, who is the one with the sister that wants to be with the husband, you know, the one that she stole the sister's husband or whatever. The sister was dating her husband back in high school, and she stole her sister's boyfriend, who's now her husband. That's Joel. Okay. And the fact that they can still be cool, it's like, girl, but listen.
SPEAKER_01Have you noticed that every time you say Joel and you always give that disclaimer? Like, no matter, you know, Joel is the one whose sister starts. You always give that disclaimer.
SPEAKER_00I have to. I gotta give a little context on these girls because they all look alike, and we gotta know. All right. So, Joel and first of all, I don't know how you're even cool with your sister or how your sister is cool with you after everything that you've done, but y'all are still close and you're going out shopping and you're telling your sister about your mom and how the love that you did not receive from your mom is now the reason why you are the way you are today. Joe Ellen, we all got trauma. We all live with it. I'm gonna need you to stop blaming it on your relationship with your mother, okay? Because even though Kenya, for example, from Atlanta, her relationship with her mother was not good, and we saw a lot of that on camera. I don't think she's non-existent, actually. Non-existent, never got love from her mother. I don't think we ever saw her use that, you know, to be like, well, I'm gonna blame the way I am on that, right? I think you are who you are. You you know you're a gossiper, you know you start a lot of shit in Rhode Island. So I don't want you to blame it on your mom, but I am looking forward to seeing how you hopefully reconcile with your mom because it is sad to not have support and love from your parents. I can't imagine because me and my parents have a great relationship. And so I can't imagine someone who is going through that, but I do hope that they're able to reconcile whatever that relationship is. But Andrica, what are your thoughts on Jo Ellen overall with her relationship with her mom?
SPEAKER_01I'm excited to see because this is a turning point episode for her. We see her, like you said, shopping with the sister, having that conversation with the sister. Then she was they had the dinner party where they it seemed very a vulnerable dinner party with the whole mad situation. And she said it like, I don't like to start drama, but I'm the one that's gonna dig into it and keep bringing it up and bringing it up. And so, and now we're going, and she was like, I think it's because of my mom and that and always wanting. So I think it's about to be a turning episode for her, so we can now see what was up. Like, we already seen the mom babysitting the kids when they went to the party at the first episode, the the fourth of July party. So we already met mom. Now we're about to get into the nitty-gritty of it all. We're about to really see who Joe Winland really is. So I'm actually excited to see how this plays out because we did see the blow-up during the trailer, right? Yeah, so um, yeah, I'm ready. Let's see. Let's let's get let's get into it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, we will see how that plays out. And speaking of going down this Rhode Island talk, so they're in Newport now, which is like this big mansion city in Rhode Island, which it's amazing. I want to go. Let me just say that first and foremost. I want to go. I never even heard of this place before, but I want to live like these ladies are living, okay, in these mansions in Rhode Island. Well, they talked about well, they went to this Newport mansion, and then first of all, this is how you do a girls' trip, okay? Because 28 bedrooms or 26 bedrooms, whatever the number was. I mean, you can have five bedrooms per person at that point. It's that big, all right? And I'm here for it. And then we got to the dinner of it all. Liz is throwing this masquerade dinner, and she sends everybody a mask with a note. And one of my favorite parts of this episode is seeing Alicia trying to pronounce the word facade. Okay, she was like, fuck, faqad, faqad, fay.
SPEAKER_01Listen, Alicia renewed her contract for at least three more seasons. At least. Because the doll party when she basically said her husband, she was she said something that she called Brian a scumbag because Rula La didn't show up, right? And she said something about how, like, you know, we just let it go, leave it alone. Like, you know, her husband's a scumbag, and you know, like that's okay. Like, it reminds me of are we eating the cheese? She just be saying anything, right? Renew her contract, renew her contract.
SPEAKER_00She's giving me old school Italian mob wives, okay. My Italian accent. I don't know what I'm doing. I can't do it.
SPEAKER_01No, just talk regularly because it's not working.
SPEAKER_00But I love Alicia's accent. I think she's giving old school Italian mob wives, it's given what we need to give on Rhode Island. So I agree with you. Renew her contract, and we get to this dinner party that Liz is throwing, and everybody's revealing their mask one at a time, and it's like this big reveal.
SPEAKER_01And poor Ashley, girl, you really don't have anything to hide because everybody reveal your mask, and when you're it's supposed to be supposed to be letting the walls down and be a little bit more vulnerable. That was the point of the whole we're taking the mask off and sharing your story. But yes, go ahead. I just want to give you a little context of why.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I'm confused as to why Ashley started crying right away. Like, Ashley could be talking about a branch that fell off a tree, and she could start crying.
SPEAKER_02The girl's a cry, baby.
SPEAKER_00She really is. And I felt like it was kind of shady that Liz gave her that mask. That mask was ugly as hell. Everybody else had this cute mask, and she got this like like uh just this mask that looked like something you would see in a hollow. Yeah, like a Halloween. The Jabbawockies, yeah. That's what I was thinking. I was about to say the blue man group for a second. I don't know why I was thinking, but that's what I was about to say. It's like, yeah, it's giving like Halloween, it's giving like what are we doing here? So, Ashley, go ahead and take several seats. And Rosie, who is now getting into it with Kelsey. I don't know what's going on between the two of them. I feel like there's something that we're not informed about. What's going on in Drinker between them?
SPEAKER_01So, so so again, this is why you gotta watch, watch what happens live after, okay? Kelsey said on My Thomas Live this past Sunday that because Andy was confused too, and he was like, What is going on there? And she said it started pre-production, like she didn't say exactly what, she was like, but we got into it before we even started filming, and it leaded into us filming and currently now, like there's still beefing, they're still beefing, but no one will say why exactly. So hopefully it comes out at the reunion or I don't know, but something happened that Rosie did to Kelsey, and Kelsey is just is just firecracking off at any chance she gets on her. So it could, I don't know. Maybe it's about the the the relationships. I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Well, Andy, we need you to answer ask all these questions to get the answers at reunion because we need to know. So make sure you ask them that question because uh we don't understand what's going on between Rosie and Kelsey. Something is brewing between the two of them, okay? And in my opinion, between the two, I feel like Kelsey is standing out more in the cast. I feel like we're getting to know her more and her life. I'm not really getting much from Rosie at the moment. I feel like she could deliver some more, we could see more of her life. Because all I really know about Rosie is that she was a news anchor, and then, you know, they got into it about the whole Rosie quitting her job because she got fired. From what Kelsey is saying is that she got fired from her job, and from what Rosie's saying is she had to quit because she was on medical leave because she had to wear a diaper at work, you know. Wait, I don't know what you didn't hear about that. I forgot the name of the I forgot the name of what what the disorder is or the you know the sickness that she had, but she had this med, she was on medical leave because she had to wear a diaper and she was bleeding out of her rectal area, okay? And she had to wear a diaper at work, and so that's what she was saying. And Kelsey said, Are you sure you didn't get fired? And Rosie's like, No, I literally was bleeding out of my ass. I had to quit. Like, literally. So I think that also might have something to do with it. This argument that's going back and forth, because it's like, Kelsey, why are you so concerned about Rosie and why she quit or why she got fired and all that? Like, mind your business, right?
SPEAKER_01It's because Rosie did something to Kelsey pre-production, right?
SPEAKER_00And that's what we want to know. So Andy asked the questions because we need to find out. But like I said, between the two of them, I feel like Kelsey is opening up more about her life and we're learning a lot about her. So I would love to see more of Rosie. Alicia, I love Ashley. I don't know. I'm indifferent about Liz is great, and I love Joellen. So I don't know who your favorites are right now, Andrika, but since we're in the midseason, who's your MVP? Liz. Ma, come on, Ma.
SPEAKER_01Liz and only Liz. And I mean, Alicia is just their like nostalgic vibes. Like, she just can't go. You know, I would say, you know, Batman and Robin, you know, Alicia. I mean, Liz and Alicia. Like, it's just it just works. And then, you know what? I really don't know. Did have we only met Brula Love three times?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean, I don't understand why she's not on the trip. I feel like she's also somebody that, girl, you are skating on thin ice because we want to know what's going on with you and your husband, and you keep shielding all this stuff.
SPEAKER_01This is the second group trip that you have not showed up. She didn't show up to the wine tasting, but episode one or two with the group. Remember, she didn't show up to that, and now she's not showing up to this Newport group trip. And and she barely made it to Kentucky Derby or whatever it was called. Racist.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_01So it's like, what it like, eh?
SPEAKER_00But you know what I can't wait for is apparently Jo Ellen got the proof that she was talking about with Rula at Polo and said, if you want proof, I'll get it. So Jo Ellen put her money where her mouth was and got some kind of video that we're gonna find out about later. And I am sitting on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what this video is. And if it's a video from the mistress saying that she's still dating him, I think I might just lose my shit on Rhode Island because that is crazy.
SPEAKER_01I mean, she can let me see it, but clearly they still together because Rulala was on Watch Happens Live and he was there with her. Yeah, so the proof didn't really do nothing. I just think that we should let Rula La live in her bubble with Brian and don't come back on the show. She might be a one-season wonder, right?
SPEAKER_00And in my opinion, you shouldn't have brought out Brian on Watch What Happens Live. This was like a press tour at that point because we want to know Rula and what you're thinking with your husband doing all this stuff on the side. But when your husband is speaking for you constantly and then putting his opinion and saying, Well, I'm not doing this, and it's AI and this and that, it's really affecting how we're seeing the story play out on the show. Because to your point, we're seeing all these teasers where Rula is like, I know my husband's doing this, and da-da-da. And they're teasing it, and then she comes out and watches what happens live, and he's sitting right there front row, talking about we're stronger than ever, we've moved on, and it's like, girl, like we're watching on live television or not live television, we're watching on television what you recorded last year, right? And all this stuff leading up to you and your husband, and could there potentially be something bigger going on? And then you bring. Them out and watch what happens live, and you kind of destroy all that. So the storyline is not adding up for me over here. And to your point, she might be a one-season wonder. Who knows?
SPEAKER_01But that AI stuff is real. Like people can really make you know fake receipts and fake stuff, and it looks real. Right. Like it happened to me. It happened to me, Sherwin. It happened to me.
SPEAKER_00Listen, I don't think you're in Brian's situation here because I mean no, I'd be finding out I'd be like, who was in Drico over here messing with on the side? Let me find out. It happened to me at work.
SPEAKER_01It happened to me at work. I don't know if I told you, but yesterday, one of my team members put I have a Teams chat. I don't know, you know, shout out to Microsoft Teams if we ever need a sponsor. Hey. But they put in a Teams chat literally, it was a screenshot of me telling one of my other team members, like, it's Margarita time, cheers. And she sent it to our chat saying, like, basically, it's time for us to go Margarita time. And my whole entire team was like, Woo, yeah. And I was like, first of all, that's not me. But I mean, it's me, but I did not send it to her. Like, it was not Margarita Time. Y'all get it's it's three o'clock on a Tuesday. If y'all don't get get the cooking, okay to pay and bill. I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Like and whoever created that AI photo of my girl Andrica, if you really knew her, you wouldn't do Margarita Time. You do Why Nat Nine. Okay.
SPEAKER_01Well, it was it was yesterday's single de Mayo Taco, you know, Taco Tuesday. So it kind of like fit, but yes, you're absolutely right. But yeah, I was like, I had to look at it again. Like, I have literally had to go to my other chat with her, and I was like, Did I say this?
SPEAKER_00That AI begin you. It be getting you. I'm telling you. It got I don't think Brian's situation is AI, in my opinion. I think that there really is another woman involved, and she's definitely proven some receipts on that. And so we'll see what happens with Rula La La La La. Okay, because that's all I'm getting from you right now. Rula La La La is plain Jane. Okay.
SPEAKER_01La la land. That's where she has. She la la land.
SPEAKER_00Well, any final notes on Rhode Island before we get to the beef of it all? No, no, no.
SPEAKER_01I'm let's go. I mean, I do like how Andy have them coming on Watch Happens Live like so far every Sunday. So I will say I'm gonna need you and everybody else in the world to start watching Watch What Happens Live and getting the inside scoop before the reunion. Watch Happens Live is a pre-reunion show. Trust me.
SPEAKER_00It's funny because I feel like after I watch these episodes of Rhode Island and Atlanta, it's like I need a break, I need to go for a walk, I need to clear my head. I'm like, oh my god, like you know what I mean. The drama is just so juicy that I shoot. You do need a break.
SPEAKER_01You do need a break.
SPEAKER_00I need to get a break sometimes, but I do need to catch up on watch what happens.
SPEAKER_01Come back. I will watch what happens live.
SPEAKER_00I definitely will.
SPEAKER_01It's a pre-reunion, it's pre-reunion.
SPEAKER_02Yep.
SPEAKER_01Because you think about it, he always says, or he'll throw a clip back, you know, on reunion day about well, you said what happens on watch what happens live, and you said this on watch like you know, like they be they be saying stuff, right?
SPEAKER_00Well, I will definitely catch up, so you can count on that. But you know what else I'm totally caught up on is the beef that is being served in the ATL. Okay, Andrica, because who is right? Let me take a set before I even get into it because it's a lot going on. Tell us what's going on, Andrica in Atlanta.
SPEAKER_01Well, the beef is being served well done, okay? You know, and you know, people don't really like their steaks well done, or any, but and I because I'm one of them. But when it comes to my steak in Atlanta, I think I want to serve well done with a peach parade, okay? A little something, okay? A little something, something, you know. Um listen, Pinky Cole and Angela Oakley gave me nostalgic vibes of Miss Nene Leaks and Claudia Jordan.
SPEAKER_00That's what that they did.
SPEAKER_01That was a I had to watch it twice because the first time I was stuck. I was like, I feel like I missed something because it came out of nowhere. So I had to watch it again and then I talked to you, and I was like, oh, now it makes sense, right?
SPEAKER_00Well, let's break it down though from the beginning, because they they went to Dallas for those who haven't caught up yet or or are caught up in watching. The we've now moved from ATL to Dallas, Texas. Okay, the trip is hosted by Cynthia, yep, because she's doing this tequila line with Adrian Malof, who is a former Row Housewives of Beverly Hills, and so they've got this. And you know what? Can we give a round of applause to editing for the way they started off the show with Cynthia and Adrian and Phaedra sitting like around a table discussing?
SPEAKER_01I don't know why Phaedra was there. I don't know why Phaedra was there.
SPEAKER_00I don't know why Phaedra was there. She was there for comedic reasons, you know what I mean? Like Kate Michelle said, why is Phaedra just there always laughing all the time?
SPEAKER_01I don't want her on the show. I really like watching this. Like, I get why she was on the show after Kenya left, or that will kick fired. I get it. She was the it was the easiest one because she was already married to medicine.
SPEAKER_00But I don't, she's uh yeah, I could do without Phaedra at the moment. She's not giving anything this season so far. So I don't know. Phaedra, you're there just like Kay Michelle said, just to sit there and laugh at everything because that's apparently what they're they're paying you to do at Bravo, okay? But let's get into this Dallas trip, Enrique. They fly all the way to Dallas, private jet, get in a car, and start driving into Timbuktu, okay? Because I don't know where the hell this mansion is, but it's somewhere out in the outskirts of Dallas, okay? They get to this house, it's beautiful, it's it's gorgeous, it's got nine rooms, a pool, you know, it's amazing. It's an incredible mansion, but there is a situation with the room assignments, okay? Because there's an individual room that's by itself in a guest house, and then there's a pool house that has two bedrooms in there. And so Cynthia came in and she said, Well, based off of who I feel like is closest, and when I saw this room, I thought of this duo. I'm gonna give that room to Shamia and Kelly. Shamia and Kelly were not happy about that, Andrika. And I know you and I, you and I were talking about room assignments a little bit, and we were talking about the stress that comes with room assignments. You would you wouldn't plan a room assignment, right?
SPEAKER_01No, I am if as the host of the trip, of course, by default, I'm getting the primary, okay? Period. End of story. Other than that, I'm taking all of the rooms, writing on a writing on a piece of paper, put them in a hat, and I am taking the hat and I'm passing it to the left, and y'all, whatever room you pick out that hat, that's your room. I can't do this. It's that my anxiety would be rocketing. No, no, not assigning no rooms.
SPEAKER_00I agree. I think the room assignments always cause drama in Atlanta. Like we just watched Rhode Island happen. There was literally no drama. The room assignments took two minutes. But in Atlanta, it's always a situation. Am I right? Right.
SPEAKER_01Atlanta, Beverly Hills, Potomac, and I can't remember. Oh, and Salt Lake City. They had issues too.
SPEAKER_00But you know, I don't mind it because I love the drama that comes with room assignments. So I, you know, I'm kind of here for it. But like Cynthia said, I mean, when I'm looking at the duos, I mean, she's right. We've got three duos here. We've got Shamia and Kelly, we've got Angela and Drew, and we've got Portia and Phaedra. But it feels like Angela and Drew can stand on their own. They're not like best buds all the time, they can mingle amongst other people. Same with Phaedra and Portia. And just because the Chicago, right? Is a Chicago is a commonality between the people.
SPEAKER_01Don't forget, like, they're not buds. Like, didn't Drew try to shade Angela with the whole like saying, like, I don't really think that your receipts landed at the reunion. Like, she was like Kella against her. Like, they're not friends, they're just if we're if we're partnering people up, yes. Right, yes, what you said is is correct. They're partnering people up, yes.
SPEAKER_00Well, I think I agree with Cynthia. I mean, the room should go to Kelly and Shamia, especially because it's small and Kelly's about four foot two. So but and also they they don't like nobody in the cast, exactly, and they're kind of I mean, I agree, they're like two in one, like they both say the same thing, they both agree on the same thing. Kelly will blindly support Shamia, and Shamia will buy Kelly alcohol and condoms for her daughter. So I'm just saying you are very shady this episode, sir. I'm just saying, I'm just saying, maybe she could bring some of those condoms with her to Dallas. Kelly could use some, okay? Because apparently in the teaser, we're finding out that Kelly might have wanted a scissor with Portia, but we'll get into that later, okay? I'm just saying. But Kelly Shamia, you guys got to the room and you're complaining about the cleanliness of it. In my opinion, the room didn't look that bad. Now I get it. There could have been some cleaner sheets on the bed, you know, it could have been some dust cleaned up, this and that. But why is that stopping you from taking a shower and wiping your ass and getting ready for dinner? I I don't understand why you couldn't have just gone ready like everybody else. It doesn't make sense to me.
SPEAKER_01Especially when you end up coming over there anyway.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like you came over there anyways, you were still on camera by the pool. Like, what is going on here?
SPEAKER_01It was stupid. I just think that they was in their feelings and they was mad about their room assignments, and they felt like, well, we're not coming to dinner. I so it was a protest because both of them, I could do it out on the show. I really can. I agree, I really can. I say this all the time. Please either make Shamia a B cast member or take her off the show. She was fine, she was fine as a B cast, she didn't need a full peach.
SPEAKER_00And speaking of people who didn't come on camera, let's throw K Michelle in that group too. Because K Michelle, you were complaining about not K Michelle.
SPEAKER_01Bro, K Michelle.
SPEAKER_00You didn't have glam. Tell everybody what happened, Enrique, with glam.
SPEAKER_01So K Michelle wasn't coming to dinner because her glam team wasn't there. They didn't make it to on time. And she says, as much as she as much as she's been on TV, she liked to look good. Which we all can relate, right? But she was like, I don't know, I do a lick of my own makeup, my hair, no nothing. I have glam everywhere I go. Okay, Lisa Barlow, that's completely fine. However, if that was the case, then you should not have never been on camera. She came on camera and she looked fine. She looked fine, she wasn't fresh because she had it was the same look from the traveling day. So she wasn't fresh. Girl, you could have put some powder on your face or went or knocked on someone else's door and say, Hey, do you mind if I use your glam team real quick? Just a little touch-up or so, and pay them on spot right there. Venmo, Apple Pay, Zale, something. I don't know. Like I'm sure Portia or Phaedra or any one of them girls wouldn't have mind if you used their glam that real quick.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01But you want to come on here and does not, and then you're gonna go film with Kelly and Shami and then come on over to the I just I was like, okay, Michelle, that was whack. It was done that. Shouldn't have done that.
SPEAKER_00It was definitely whack. And to your point, you know who else wouldn't have mind if you came to the dinner dinner table with no makeup? Is the fans. Because guess what? We know you've been traveling all day. You just got to Dallas, you're on a girls' trip, you guys are relaxing. I wouldn't mind a light beat and you coming to dinner with just yourself in a light beat because this isn't like a black tie affair or one of those big events that they throw in Atlanta where you have to dress up and the fashion is everything and all that. It wasn't one of those moments. You could literally come in a jeans and a tank top and you would have been fine.
SPEAKER_01It was a welcome dinner. We have traveled all day. You guys have your room assignments, freshen up, let's have dinner, and then we're all going to bed. That's the bit of it.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. And then you're contradicting yourself because you're still on camera, and so your whole excuse about not having glam and then not coming on camera, you just were a hypocrite because you just came on camera. And Michelle, let me just say this: we've seen you on Love and Hip Hop, and I've seen you in moments where your glam wasn't on point. And baby, you would throw on some sunglasses and you would still make it to work on time. So I just don't understand why now you feel like you're entitled and you're so big to the point where you're a star and you have to have glam. Baby Beyonce, we're not we're not doing it. Okay, we're not doing it. She could have sat down with what she was wearing and what she was looking like, and we would have been fine.
SPEAKER_01Okay. She had on a cheetah print kimono. Like she looked fine. She looked better than Phaedra.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_01Phaedra always does too much to me. Brine stone, cowboy hat, overline lips that just uh I just like you saw what Cynthia was wearing.
SPEAKER_00It was like a maxi dress with just like a light beat.
SPEAKER_01Right. Like she probably like and Cynthia probably threw on one of her regular Aaron running wigs. It wasn't even like, you know, it was a cute wig, but it was like an Aaron wig. Some bangs, you know.
SPEAKER_00Hey, not an Aaron wig. Let me take a sip of my running wig.
SPEAKER_01Well, yeah, we do.
SPEAKER_00Listen, not a mama Joyce wig. Okay.
SPEAKER_01My mama had some wigs. She had, you know, it's different wigs, different occasions. It's a house wig, you know, it's an Aaron wig. You know, it's a church wig.
SPEAKER_00She got a Mama Rita wig.
SPEAKER_01Listen, depends on the look.
SPEAKER_00I love it.
SPEAKER_01What are we giving? You know?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, Kate, that was a dumb excuse. And you know better, you've been on reality TV long enough that you can show up to work, even if it's in a light beat and sunglasses in a row. Like, who cares? Right. But let's get into the dinner drama of it all, okay? Because I know you just talked about it a second ago about this being one of the most iconic dinner scenes since the Puerto Rico. And when I say Puerto Rico, I'm not talking about Puerto Rico. I'm talking about Puerto Rico. Like you're reading because that Claudia Nini showdown that happened was iconic. Okay. And I thought we would never get that moment again in Atlanta until Angela and Pinky took the stage.
SPEAKER_01Listen, this is off the runway. They don't make that anymore. They do when you got the coin. They do when you got the coin.
SPEAKER_00What happened? The shows that got canceled. Listen, listen. Golf clap.
SPEAKER_01Listen, that's what it was. And my mouth hit the floor when she said, Okay, Mr. Clean, don't do it, Papa Smurf.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01She one, two. That's what it was. One, two. That's what it was.
SPEAKER_00I hit her hit her with the one, two.
SPEAKER_01It brought me, it brought butterflies to me. I had butterflies. Sure, when I had butterflies.
SPEAKER_00It was amazing. It was amazing. It was incredible. And you want to hear my assessment on this, Enrique?
SPEAKER_01Because I need it because you broke it down for me earlier. So break it down for the people because some of the people might have been like me and missed the transition. Like, where did how do we get here?
SPEAKER_00Let me take a step real quick.
SPEAKER_01Okay, take it.
SPEAKER_00Let's get into it because and I'm not gonna even be biased here, okay? Because I've talked about before on the pod how much I love Angela and our moment that we had a Bravo Con and whatever, whatever, whatever. Okay, but I'm not gonna be biased here. Angela, you ate Pinky up like they served me at Slutty Vegan Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. Okay? You ate her up like Nene has eaten all these people up in Real House Rides of Atlanta seasons one through five. You ate Pinky up so good that my mouth was watering at that dinner and I didn't even have food in front of me. Angela, the lines that you gave, they're gonna go down in Bravo history. Point blank period. Okay. I think Pinky was a good person to go at it with because Pinky, you didn't let up at all. Like I think Pinky had her foot on the gas too, and I gotta give it to Pinky because she didn't just get up and walk away. Uh we'll get into that in just a second, because she kind of did for a second. But but in the moment, she stood her ground. And I appreciate that about Pinky because to go to war, you gotta have your feet on the ground. Okay, and Angela was not playing. When I tell you some of these lines threw me in a trance, I'm not lying to you. Let's get into it. Angela said, Pinky, I could throw a rock and hit 10 people that you owe. Boop is right. She Pinky said, I got multi-million dollar businesses, and Angela responded with, You mean multi-million dollar bills. Okay. Let me let me let me get it together real quick. Pinky wanna attack Angela, call her a bitch, criticize her, the way she looks, say she a sweaty bitch, this, this, and that. Listen, from one sweaty bitch to another sweaty bitch, those teeth are commingling over there, Pinky. Okay, with those incestuous teeth that you got. Okay. You already threw out one of my favorite ones, Mr. Clean Papa Smurf, because it's giving both. And Bravo, so shady, because I just saw a fan post a picture of Pinky Cole as the new Mr. Clean, and I was in fucking shambles. Okay. And then last but not least, the living wife of it all. That's in the basement. You got a living wife that lives in the basement. I my jaw was on the floor. I was like Portia at that dinner, and I'm rarely like Porsche, but I was Porsche at that dinner. Jaw to the fucking floor. I needed somebody to help me pick it up off the ground.
SPEAKER_01I mean, I it came out of nowhere.
SPEAKER_00Nowhere.
SPEAKER_01How did we get here? So, Sherwin, how did we get here? Because what what kicked it off? Because they was just Kiki and on the private jet. Right. How did we get here? Like, we was at the dinner table, they was talking about why they're not coming over.
SPEAKER_00Like well, you know what kicked it off is was is when Angela asked Pinky, Are you bothered? That's what kicked it off. Because Pinky, you're sitting up at the table defending Kelly, defending Shamia, okay, about everything that they're going through with the whole room assignments and not being happy, this, this, and that. And you also are taking out your anger because you heard Phaedra said something about you eating meat, which, mind you, shout out to the Bravo editors. We saw firsthand that Phaedra said that you worked at a Jamaican restaurant or you owned a Jamaican restaurant and that you served meat. But Kelly is the one that said she saw you eating a 10-ounce steak. So for you to sit up there and defend Kelly so hard makes absolutely zero sense. And I hope you look like an idiot watching a back, Pinky. Okay, that's number one. Number two, your tone, your energy, the way you were addressing the table, the way you were addressing Phaedra and everybody else. It came off like you were bothered. This has nothing to do with you, Pinky. This has something to do with Shamia and Kelly and their issues with Cynthia and the room assignments. But out. I don't understand why you're even chiming in here. It makes no sense. And so for Angela to ask the question, Well, are you bothered? I think it's a valid question. Because why is your energy so harsh? Why is your tone so harsh? And Pinky said, Well, I'm not bothered by you. And that kind of threw the question Angela asked, which is, Why would you be bothered by me? You're not, I'm not trying to be a threat to you. And so that's what kicked it off, right? It was all the defending that was going on with Pinky and her defending Kelly and Shamia. You just met these girls two weeks ago, and you're now all of a sudden sticking up for them at the dinner table. Well, Angela showed you what a bitch looks like. And what did she say? It's a boss in charge of her, whatever it was. What did she say? I don't even remember her and her analogy. I don't know. She said a bitch is always in charge or whatever it is.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I I always was taught that bitch, when people call you bitch, that means okay, you're just being in total control of herself. But she said something different, so it threw me off. I was like, wait, that's not what it stands for.
SPEAKER_00That's what she said. That's exactly what she said. Being in total control of herself. That's what she said. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I don't know what was going on. Me, that's like because I watched it live and I'll maybe I was, I don't know, maybe I was falling out of sleep.
SPEAKER_00I don't Well, I was here for Angela reading Pinky Up and Down. You know, at the end of the day, Pinky, you threw out bitch first, you attacked your physical appearance, you started it for no reason, and Angela finished it. To the point where you actually got up thinking that she was gonna do a walk-off and it was gonna be all this dramatic shit going on, but then you turned right back around and sat down. Like Drew said, I've never seen somebody initiate a walk-off and then sit back down at the dinner table. Like that was a person.
SPEAKER_01You should have just walked off because Angela did say, Oh, now you're leaving, now you leaving. And she was like, actually, I'm not. Like, girl.
SPEAKER_00Like, come on, get it together.
SPEAKER_01But then what was also threw me off too is like, didn't they end up saying apologizing to each other and saying, like, I'm sorry, and I wasn't trying to come for you? Like, didn't we end on a kubaya moment?
SPEAKER_00I don't know if I heard I'm sorry, but I do know that they said, Well, let's just agree that we we don't want to argue anymore. Like, I'm not trying to argue with you, you're not trying to argue with me. And Angela just said, it was just your tone. That's why I asked the question. And so they ended it on a note where it's like, okay, we cleared it up, we can move on. I don't think there was an apology, but you know what I did see is I did see Shamia and Kelly rush upstairs once they heard Pinky and Angela going at it.
SPEAKER_01So, and K Michelle.
SPEAKER_00Like, you guys just could have came to dinner. Like, what?
SPEAKER_01You could have all just came to dinner. Just like I just don't like it's I know they get an itinerary before they before they go. You knew you was going to dinner, right? Aren't you hungry? They were because Shamia was in the kitchen eating watermelon.
SPEAKER_00Well, Cynthia had brought out their food all the way to the pool. That's some white glove service right there. Okay, so Shami and such a host. She was a host. Yep.
SPEAKER_01But Hershey, they're about to but they're about to meet 50 cent next week.
SPEAKER_00They will. I can't wait for next week. We got some drama happening in Dallas. But any final thoughts in Atlanta on this last episode?
SPEAKER_01No, no. The beef was served, and I'm ready for it to continue to be served next week with 50 Cent. I'm so glad you cleared up for me. I agree. Angela had it, and I'm ready for the reunion because Charles Oakley are whenever next time they're gonna see Charles, because you know Angela's gonna tell Charles.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01And I'm tired of them talking about that Charles don't love her because he made it very clear that he was at the reunion. Where y'all husband's at?
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_01Where's Gerald?
SPEAKER_00Mm-hmm. You know what?
SPEAKER_01I always want to throw up that how Angela and something going on between Angela and Charles. No, he actually does love and care about her. He does, he really does. Leave him, leave Charles out of it. Well, Pinky about the husbands.
SPEAKER_00Pinky better be ready at that reunion because we know Charles is gonna show up and he's gonna come for that ass. So, Pinky, hope you got your seatbelt on because it's gonna be a wild ride, okay? Because once you evoke Charles' name, it's all with Charles. He has nothing to hide and he uh he just has no mercy on these women, okay?
SPEAKER_01And I don't even know if we're gonna make to the reunion. He might get her, well, not get her because it's gonna be another, it's gonna be another event. I can feel it. But he's gonna say something to her husband and be like, hey, what's up with your wife, man? Like, I don't think that Charles is gonna go directly to Pinky. I think that he's gonna be go to the husband, be like, What's up with your wife, man? Like, what's up?
SPEAKER_00Right. Because Charles handle it as a man. So yes. Well, can I just say on my quick final thought on Atlanta? Uh-huh. I just want Kelly to stop popping it in the confessionals and stop popping it behind the girl's back and then being upset when Angela runs and tells the group what she said. Angela wouldn't have to be the bone collector, Kelly, if you could just have the ladyballs to come to dinner and address the beefs as necessary. So stop avoiding it, Kelly. You're doing all this shit talking behind closed doors and to Shamia and behind these dinners and not to the women's faces. So I hope you're ready for the reunion because you've been doing a lot of talking. And once they see this, they're gonna roll the receipts. So clock it. Well, that's it for Atlanta and Rika. Let's move on to what's coming up on the docket. What are you watching and what can we expect?
SPEAKER_01Well, what you guys can expect next week is a full Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion breakdown from us. We are watching, but we don't want to do you like Bra was doing you and give you in a three-part. We want to give it to you one time. So we are watching that. That comes out tomorrow. Well, sorry, part three of the three-part series wrapping it up comes out tomorrow. So it's that you'll have some friends next week. I I don't know how I got here, but I've been watching Toya and Regina on BET Plus or whatever network is on. I don't know. I'm watching on demand. I was scrolling this weekend on TV and it came it came on, and I was I hooked and I managed to watch the whole thing. And I'm gonna need I'ma need Toya and her family to be on TV. I feel like you know, since VH1 has gotten rid of uh love and hip hop and basketball wise, I mean give Toya, give Toya, give Toya uh a show. Okay, Toya and her family, because woo that mama, Miss Anita, and them brothers. So yeah, I and I was a tiny and toya show fan when that show came out a long time ago, before all this love and hip-hop and everything, it was Toya and Tiny, um, or Tiny and Toya, I can't remember which one it was, but it was them. So I've been watching that in this good TV, and then I watched Roommates on Netflix. I think we both watched that, right? We both watched roommates on Netflix that has Adam Sandler, Adam Sandler's daughter, Dorta in there, and then we both watched Running Point. Like, I love Running Point. What you think about Running Point?
SPEAKER_00I loved it, and I know there's gonna be a season three because I don't want to spoil it for anybody, but the way they ended season two, there definitely needs to be a season three, okay? It's to be continued on Running Point, but I will definitely be watching when they drop the new season because I am ready. This last season was amazing, so shout out to Running Point. You know, I'm also gonna be watching the Michael Jackson biopic movie that's coming up. I'm gonna watch it with my mom for Mother's Day, so that's cute. Yeah, I'm excited. I really love Michael Jackson, so I think it's gonna be a great movie. And then, of course, the Devil Wears Prada 2. I'm trying to watch that. It's out now in theaters, so I've seen it. Ooh, okay. We don't spoil it for it.
SPEAKER_01I would say it was good, but I will say this that it needs to be done. I don't need a Devil Wars Prada 3. We don't need a Netflix series, we don't need an HBO series. Do not do as like they did Sex in the City. You it's done, it's wrapped. We're done, people.
SPEAKER_00So Roger that. Well, I can't wait to see it. I'm a big Devil Wars Prada fan, so I am looking forward to it. And yeah, super excited. Well, with that, that is our end of our episode 11. The beef is served. And uh make sure you guys like, share, comment, do all the things on every podcast platform and on our Instagram at roll the receipts.
