EPISODE 18: Reality Recoded: Activating Your Body of Light

Please note that this is a deep activation, and please don't listen to this while you're driving. You're about to experience deep vibrations moving throughout your body. Now, before we begin, a brief grounding. We have been speaking about the dream and observing the dream the last two episodes and becoming the observer. I just want to let you know that you truly are your divine self, your higher self, your cosmic God self. This is the highest level of your being that your body is preparing physically, mentally, and emotionally to receive as the full embodiment and form while you're on earth. When we go into relaxation and get into comfortable positions and visualize, your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between if it is physically happening or not. And your thinking begins to slow down. This is beneficial because your subconscious mind holds your programming that creates your reality. And you're constantly programming your subconscious mind anyway by everything you think, do, watch, see. So today, this is how we change your blueprint. Your higher self is present along with your light body, which we are activating now. You just receive. And because it's the truth, the highest level for you, this will lead to your ascension and the releasing of the old earth program in your subconscious, in your blueprint, leading to your transcendence. Your light body will begin to hold more light, and this is what helps your merging with your cosmic God self. And that what I'm doing is activating frequencies in your blueprint to your light body that begin to merge with your physical body, and that the old program is simply being closed off more and more and more, and that the activation of light codes into the light body literally transforms your life. It is a body of light and is connected to your physical body. Also, I want to mention that you were the gods, like the Elohim, who created the earth and the earth program. No, that we're coming back full circle to the beginning of the first civilization, where everyone did exist in the fifth dimension. Now let's just strengthen your light body, which is the conduit for your physical body to be able to handle the voltage of your union with your divine self, your cosmic God self, which is the ultimate, you as the cosmic being, one with everything while in form. This is what ascension is. It's the completion of your earth cycle and the mastery of form. And this is alchemy. This is also why so many beings agree to incarnate onto earth to go into frequencies that they are not used to, entering the earth world through a form to become consciously aligned again through their heart with their original light. The false self, which some call the ego, is a protection mechanism which protected you from trauma, the developed fear within your body. That's the power of this. As your body experiences the higher frequencies of light through your light body, more of the merging with your light body begins. And when you focus your attention and intention, you become a laser beam of light. So even now, just begin to take a few slow deep breaths, just breathing in, pausing and holding the inhale as long as you gently can, then exhaling and then pausing again. Four full breath. Inhaling, holding, exhaling, holding before beginning again. And repeat this as a natural rhythm for you. If it's challenging to do, just let go of that and just focus on breathing slowly. Through building this more powerful light body, your awareness of you as a profound, glorious being comes into greater awareness. This is the awareness that shifts everything and that bypasses the thinking mind. The more and more you listen to this, and the more you focus on this through your attention and attention, the greater your awareness will be of all of this. Then, as old parts of your old self and your old program begin to fall away, know that all you will know of is you as your sacred light body. And then when your physical body is ready for the voltage, you as your cosmic God self-informed. You are cosmic being that literally is the quantum field at the highest levels that is surrounding your body and your light body right now, and your light body is responding to it and through it. This is reprogramming you to the highest source, the highest frequency, and that is the only true protection for you, as the true protection functions through your expanded heart, which increases joy and bliss and ecstasy, that will become your field of light. When we take away the false self, we're taking away the idea that the body is what you are. You are so beyond that, and this process is emerging the beyond that to your physical form through increasing the light frequency you hold within your light body. That Metatron who's present now merges the higher frequencies of your light body into downloads of light codes into your physical body as much as you can handle. This is an activation to the highest glorious frequencies of sacred cosmic divine light throughout the universe through your light body. Suddenly, you may remember, suddenly everything becomes lighter. Suddenly, you know you are eternal. Suddenly, there's more beyond this, that you aren't just a form, that you are literally the God mind, the cosmic God self itself. This knowing allows the gentle unraveling of that old programming, which dissolves it. Begin to relax for a few moments and continue that fourfold breath, breathing in, pausing gently as long as you can comfortably, exhaling, pause again before you take your next inhale, and just begin to feel your shoulders relax, just letting go of all things. And for now, stay focused on your breath. To hold the higher frequencies of light from the central sun. And remember, your light body is the duplicate of your physical form. So let's now breathe through our hearts. So, yes, you're breathing through your nose, but you're also feeling that you're breathing in and out with the same fourfold breath through the heart space. And feel that light from the central sun. Golden light, glorious, brilliant light move into your heart as you inhale. And feel the central sun itself directing a beam of golden light straight into your heart right now. Relax and feel this. And this beam you're breathing in is spreading now throughout your body and spreads throughout all parts of your body and into all parts of your body, including your cells and DNA, and out your feet, and down into the core of the earth. And then the same light from the earth moves through the center of your body, out the crown of your head into the central sun, connecting your body and your light body to the central sun through this beam of light. As the golden light within your heart spreads more, you feel your crown tingling. And as these two beams of light are going on, one beaming at your heart from the central sun, and one spreading that went into the core of the earth and up through your crown to the central sun. No, that his true anchor is your heart, your sovereign heart. We're just going to focus a little deeply now to receive the vibrations of this. The vibrations through this cosmic frequency of the central sun dissolves the old program. So here we are. Feel your light body now being lifted up into the center of the universe. And through your light body, you still feel the connection to the core of the earth with the central sun continuously expanding your heart space and going up through your crown as well. So when I taught yoga, it's the central channel, there's other words for it, but we're there straight up from the central sun, it's going up and down through the center of your crown, basically, all the way through the center of your body and deep into the core of the earth. But also the beam of light that's expanding your heart is also activating your heart, which the field around your heart is expanding around your body. Now I want you to feel the vibrations and sense them deep within yourself. And notice all that you're feeling. I'm feeling tingling. I'm feeling my heart expanding. Remember, your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference. If this is actually happening, if your light body is in the center of the universe, or if you're just dreaming it. So it's part of the programming and the reprogramming of your reality that's taking place. And we're bypassing the continuous thoughts that tell us otherwise of a smaller self that isn't the true you. Feel the codes of light going deeper into your cells and DNA. And I want you to tap into if you can actually feel the inside of your cells, which are the liquid part of inside your cells. And we know our body is mainly made of water. So just feel your cells if you can, tingling now and vibrating. I am feeling the vibration in my cells and in my heart. Begins to expand beyond the central channel all around you. Now visualize if you can, sense or feel Metatron's Cube as a real dazzling, brilliant, glowing light surrounding you. So behind you, front of you, below you, above you, on your left and on your right. So you're inside this brilliant Metatron's cube. If this is challenging, just sense and feel or visualize a golden star if this is easier for you. Intention is everything. So intend to feel this deeper now. And sense you're inside Metatron's Cube or inside a golden star that is created through the sacred light of the central sun. Meanwhile, still feel the tingling and the profound sensations in your heart. As your light body continues now to expand throughout the universe as the star is, as the Metatron's cube is. So out and out and out and out and out. Remember, you're also connected to the core of the earth. While the central sun is continuously expanding your heart space, your light body, and the Metatron's cube around you, or the brilliant star around you. Let's go back to the fourfold breath. Remember, it's a deep inhale. You're gonna pause gently, then exhale. Don't be concerned if you're not able to pause for very long. And after the exhale, pause gently, then inhale again, and repeat that. And remember, you're breathing in golden light through your heart with each breath. So there's a lot to focus on here. And if you begin to drift, that's all right as well. It's still happening because your subconscious mind and your light body never sleep. Now let's go deeper into the vibrations that you're feeling. Feel almost an electrifying feeling within your cells now. I'm feeling it. Your cells, my cells, and DNA are beginning to transform. They respond to what you're focusing on and what you're feeling, and especially the vibrations. We're preparing the body through the light body to hold higher frequencies, to experience that full merge and embodiment and transcendence on earth in a form. These vibrations and the electrifying deep vibrations within every cell is your blueprint transforming. And feel this more deeply now. Stay with your breath. Now your light body that was in the center of the universe, around Metatron's cube, or a star of light that's expanded throughout the universe completely, as well as your heart, is going to slowly descend through a beam of light deep into your physical body. I want you to feel this. Stay with your breathing. And even you may be feeling emerging. And each time you listen to this, focus on this, know that you're preparing your body through your light body to receive and become the embodiment of your cosmic God self. Feel these frequencies now even deeper as the vibrations increase. As your light body is fully within your body now. This is shifting your DNA, your cells, your aura is changing. Therefore, your reality is changing. Your world becomes new. Feel this deeply as the profound alchemy it is. This is real. This is true. And this is you. Feel the expansiveness of it. Know your world will never be the same. Feel the tingling in your hands everywhere and all around you. Fill the space around you right now. Even the room you're in is tingling with this profound sacred light. Know that each time you listen to this, you will receive higher frequencies into your light body, therefore, your physical body. What happens also? The false self that isn't this expansive being of light begins to dissolve and literally wants to dissolve into this peace and bliss of this light. It's been doing so much heavy work, and it can dissolve completely with ease and grace as you continue to prepare your body for the full merging, for the full embodiment of you walking on earth, literally as your cosmic God self in form. Remember, there's no need to figure this out, it's a receiving, and that's the divine feminine aspect, merging with the masculine within. Deeply feeling these vibrations and this luminous light allows the dissolving and transformation and alchemy to take place fairly quickly. Remember, this is how you originally existed. So now this is complete. Your body of light has increased in frequency, your physical body has increased in frequency. Stay in this space with a fourfold breath for as long as you can and feel deeply the vibrations literally in your heart, literally in every cell of your body. You have just received the highest sacred divine light codes and frequencies that your physical body of light in your physical body can receive. This is now sealed in your divine blueprint.
