Remember who the fuck you are, and that's how we're going to start. Remember who you are. Remind yourself of that every single day, every single moment in each day. We go through the motions of our day, we go through the daily grind, we go through the,, stuff that we don't wanna do all day. What seems like every day. And we forget. We forget who we are, we forget who we are at the core. We forget how special we are. We forget how unique we are. We forget how extraordinary we are. We forget what it took to even get us here. What it took to even get here, to be born, to be alive, to be, if you're healthy, if you have all your body parts working and your mind working and your healthy, and you could wake up and see and breathe, like, think about that. Just the simple and the simplicity of breathing. We forget. We forget. Like all these insane things that are happening throughout our body all day, that's like crazy. When you think about how like your blood's pumping and your heart's pumping and all the things that it takes to make your body actually work, let alone your brain and the intricacies of your brain that create your. Like that. They are connected with your soul and the create your creator field and your aura and all the things that are happening around you, and how powerful your mind is, how powerful your brain is, and your thoughts, all those things. We forget all of that. We forget, right? Because we go about our day just kind of. Ladi da. Doing the motions, doing the things we have to do. Being checked out, dissociating, right? Not paying attention, not being aware of anything. Checking ourselves out on purpose, like purposely taking a break, checking out, being on social media, right distracting, distracting ourselves, right? You're kind of just, floating along. Like a zombie kind of. That's the thing, right? That's, what quote air quote they want, right? They want us to be disconnected. They want us to be disconnected from our soul. They want us to be walking around like zombies. 'cause zombies are easy to control. People who are not aware are easy to control people who are not sovereign, powerful, independent beings. Right. And that's a whole nother topic. But so as aside from that, we forget. We forget how powerful we are. There's so many things in this life that are such a distraction. There's so many things that are around us that are. Meant to distract us and meant to pull us away. And we forget the simplicity of our actual lives, the simplicity of our, every single breath, the simplicity of, why we're here. Just the ability to exist and the fact that we get to exist. And remember. So getting back to that, like how do you wake up every day and go back to that feeling of wow, I am a powerful fucking person. I'm amazing. I'm extra, I'm extraordinary. I am like remembering who the fuck you are because you are a special, you are not like anyone else on the planet. However many billions of people that there are. Right. you are unique and different from everyone else. Yes, there are similarities that connect us together and that allow us to, connect with other people because of being humans and being similar, but. You are so different. You're so different than everybody else, and that's all you have to do. All you have to do is be yourself. All you have to do is align with your true self. All you have to do is be authentic, like wake the fuck up every single day and be yourself. Yeah, do not worry about what anyone next to you is doing. Do not worry about what society is doing. Do not worry about what you feel like you're supposed to be doing or what you were told you're supposed to be doing. Remember who you are. Remember who you are. Connect with that every day, and that's. A hundred percent possible. That's possible to do. And how do you begin to do that? How do you begin to connect with your true, authentic self? How do you begin to step up and show up? Really it is that simple. And it can be that simple. So, and here's what this is about. Here's what this podcast is about. This is exactly why I wanted to start this. And that's to make the simplicity of this work. That's to give the simplicity of the work and allow people to see that, it can be simple, right? It can be easy, it can be fun, and you can implement it into your every day. And that's the thing too, like when we have these. Reminders when we have these, whether it's podcasts or other people or things out there to remind us and to help us, it gets us back to that so that we're able to become our own teacher, right? Our own leader. We're able to connect to that on our own because we know what it takes, right? We know what it takes to get back to self. We have hard days and we know what it takes to get back to that. To be able to get back to that spot where we can wake up and say, okay, I got this. Like, I know who I am. I know who the fuck I am. Like I got this. Right. So it's figuring out the ways it's getting to. The ways of doing that, and there's a million tips and tricks and things that we can do. But as far as just getting to that, waking up and remembering who you are, it's really connecting with your true self, peeling away all the layers and without the thought of having to do anything or change anything. Coming to that place of full acceptance. Full acceptance of who you are. And this is a practice that you can do in an instant right now. You can do it here. And that's why listening to these things, listening to things like that can get you in that moment. 'cause you're hearing it from somebody else. You get that right? You get that feeling. Hearing it or you're doing it on the regular basis, you're doing it every single day. You're reminding yourself every single day you are going into some of these practices that we'll talk about in, next episodes, but it's really about your. And I keep saying true, authentic self, but that's what it's, that's what it's about. And finding that because it is true that this world we live in, and especially with social media and especially with all the things that we're surrounded by, I mean, you can't go anywhere without being inundated with media and pictures and marketing and everything. Like even going to the gas station now, there's TVs right next to you. There's music playing. There's. Advertisements everywhere. Everywhere you look, you're just consuming, consuming, consuming, seeing all these things. So how do you get away from that? Well, it is, it is getting away from that. And it doesn't have to be, you know, sitting on your, meditation pillow every morning at 5:00 AM for an hour and being completely quiet and listening and meditating. It can be that. If that works for you, that's great. If you can do that and if that works for you. And like we talked about before too,, it's the awareness. It's always coming back to the awareness and your own self-awareness. It's always coming back to your own self and it is getting quiet, right? It's, tuning out all the other things and figuring out what thoughts are actually yours. What thoughts are actually yours or what thoughts came from someone else or came from society or came from marketing. Or somewhere else? Something else someone else said or something that you saw. Right, and I think there's a statistic about 90 something. I think it's over 90% of our thoughts are actually not our own, which is intentional in this world that we're living in. It's also, especially with social media. So how do we get back to figuring. Our own thoughts. Figuring out what's true to us, feeling, figuring out what's authentic to us, and then remembering, getting back to that place of who we really are, who we truly are, and how powerful we truly are. So bringing in awareness, first and foremost. You heard this, you're aware of it. Okay, great. So I know most of my thoughts are not mine. I know I have bad days and I know like I really do know how powerful I am, and it's just remembering and feeling that feeling. So bringing the awareness, you already have it. If you just listened to that last 10 minutes, right? You have it. You know what the awareness, you have the awareness around it now. So you can start to notice. Start to notice what thoughts are actually yours. Start to notice the why behind why you're doing and doing it. Doing something. Start to notice what you're consuming, what's around you, what's filling you up, and then really start to notice your full embodied self. Taking that time to. Be still taking that time to be quiet. Taking that time to be fully yourself and remembering you gotta go inward. You have to go inward. None of these answers that you're ever going to get are from external things, right? Nothing that you're going to get is from something external. Buying new things isn't going to make you happy. Being in a new relationship isn't going to ma make you happy. Someone else isn't going to make you happy. It's always going to be coming from internal. And it's that same concept of no one else is coming to save you. You have to save yourself. You have to go in, go inward, and that's what it is. It's remembering who the fuck you are, and it's just that. It's just coming back to that start there. Start there. Just that awareness, just that knowing. Just that knowing of what you've overcome in your life. Like take a second to sit and think about that. Take a second to sit and think about who you are. Where did you come from? Remember your little person. Your little kid self. Your little girl self, right? Remember her. Remember all the things that she overcame. Even just in this past day, you could go back to the past day or the past week and tell yourself all these things that you got through, you know, mentally or mentally and physically. You could go back to the past year and say the same thing of, look at what you've done, look at what you've overcome, look at what you've gotten yourself through. Look at what you've accomplished, and it doesn't have to be some major, huge, big thing. Maybe you still have a million goals. Great. But all those little things, all those little moments are what make you, you. All those little moments are what make you unique. Those little conversations, the conversations you have with people when you're out in the world, make a difference, right? The, voices, the voices in your head, the conversations you have in your head, make a difference. Right to you. They make a difference to you. And then it makes a difference then out in your world, around you. It makes a difference to your family, to your kids, to you know your husband. The conversations you have in your head make a difference to what shows up around you and how you see the world around you. It always goes back to you. It always goes back to internal. So how do you do this? Well, I guess really the answer to this question, and we can wrap around to this, is. You just do it. You remember saying that out loud. Like, look at who I am. Look at what I created, look at what I've done. Look at me like who I am and like stand up when you say this, like ground your feet down. Look around you get real. Connect yourself to something real in the room and be like, yes, okay. Like this is it. This is it. That can be all it takes in a day. Just to remind yourself about that every day. And again, it's about finding your own practices to do this, to do things like this, and I'll go over so many more little tips and tricks and things, but take just this, even just this, every single day, wake up, put your feet on the ground, get grounded. Look around you. Remember who the fuck you are. That should be the perfect ending. Okay.
