Okay. Hi and welcome. Just wanting to, let's see. Say hi. See how everyone's doing. Like I said, I want this to always be a. Like a coffee conversation, a comfortable conversation because it's really to bring this psychology, the spirituality, the psycho-spiritual work into your everyday life in a down to earth way and easy way that we can all be doing this on the daily basis in our daily lives. Okay, so when these come out, I don't know, you know, what timeframe that will be or when you're listening to it can be completely different. But what is going on in the world? And I don't even wanna address or bring it up that negativity, but it's, it's some serious files and information that's been trickling out. And this stuff has been going on since 2020 for six years and some people are just being. I opened to it or being aware of it. What is the date? It's February, 2026. So if you can imagine that. So what's happening here though is this connection to your own psyche and your own self and your own work that you're doing on yourself. So your own. Ability and awareness of your own shadow, your own ability and awareness of your psychology, your psyche, your ego, how your mind works, right? Doing the work. Okay? So get simple about it. It's doing the fucking daily work. Doing the work on yourself. Now you can think that you're doing that. You can think that you're healing or going deep or doing whatever it is. And though, how deep are you going? Because your ability to see your own shadow, integrate your own shadow, go into this deep work is the same ability that's going to be able to see the darkness in the world. And. Integrate that technically. I mean, we're not taking on the darkness, but what, what the idea is, is that. If you don't see something, if you're not aware of something, then it has control of you, right? If you're ignoring something, then it has control over you. If you're ignoring your triggers, if you're not taking accountability for yourself, for your own life, then you're being controlled. You're being controlled by your ego. You're being controlled by society, you're being controlled by other people. Right, and that's how it works. That's the reflection that's then happening out in the world right now. So once we see what's happening, once we're aware of the extreme evil that's out there, that's when the light gets shined onto it. That's when it no longer has control over us. That's when it's. Destructive. Right? That's when the. How do you, how could you say this? Like the system comes crumbling down. That's when the matrix comes crumbling down. That's when there is no control. That's when they have no control over us anymore. That's when the darkness has no control over it anymore because people can sit here and be so fucking uncomfortable with this because it's literally horrible stuff that's happening. There's so much darkness in the world. People are so uncomfortable with that. They want to ignore it, and it's exactly like what happens and the reflection within themselves. People are so uncomfortable with their dark thoughts, they're so uncomfortable with. Dark things that happen even to other people. Even scary things that happen to other people. People don't like talking about that stuff. It makes them very uncomfortable. Think about even someone being vulnerable or crying in front of you or sharing. So many people do not have the ability to hold space for someone else. Who's being vulnerable and real because people are so used to being so fucking fake, putting on a mask. Let's pretend everything's fine. Let's make our life cer a certain way. Let's put filters on our social media and make our life look perfect for other people. That is what we are used to doing, being have done for however many years. That is what we are used to doing. That is the comfortable. Normal, if you wanna call it way. And is that empowering? Is that empowerment, is that self-empowering, No, it's not. It's hiding. It's actually being weak. People think crying is being vulnerable or crying Is being weak. Being vulnerable is being weak. Showing emotion is being weak. No, it's actually the opposite. It's actually the opposite. Being weak is not being able to show your true self. Being weak is not being able to, to express your emotions or to cry or to, or to hide, right? Hiding is being weak, empowering. And being a powerful fucking being and a powerful person that is someone who is able to integrate their whole, them, their whole selves, that is someone who is able to integrate their shadow, that is able to show up, that is able to be vulnerable. Hiding is weak. Being vulnerable, being authentic, being true is powerful. That is what is empowering and that's empowering for yourself, and that's empowering for other people. And that is what's going to change things. That is what's going to change yourself and your own life. That is what is going to change the fucking world, because we cannot sit here. And hide and pretend like things aren't happening, and pretend like we are perfect and expect a good life. Or expect a good world that it, everything is a fraud. Everything is fake. How do we expect that to be good? It's just looks good on the outside. What we want is actual realness. What we want is actual truth. What we want is actual high frequency. That is what's going to uplevel. That is what's going to change the world. That is what's going to make things better, and we have to do that. We have to start that within ourselves. We have to be able to do this work to be able to integrate our own shadow, to be able to accept our dark side, to be able to. Accept ourselves as we are to be able to take off the mask, to be able to be vulnerable, and that's what's going to then shed light. That's what's going to allow the light to come out. And allow the darkness. Allow the shadows to no longer have control over us. So how do we start to do this, right? How do we start to integrate? How do we start to do this work? I mean, there's a million journal questions that we could ask ourselves. There's a million questions that we could ask ourselves. We could really just, it starts with awareness, you know? Yes, we can sit down for hours and journal and get to some intricate childhood. Um, thing that happened that we got hurt by that we just kept replaying and, and re our ego kept finding ways in our life for the rest of our lives to prove that situation was correct and what we thought about ourselves was correct. Yes, there's times for that. And how do we just begin doing this simple work, doing this hard work into our every day. And that always comes back to the awareness. So the awareness around your accountability for yourself, the awareness around your victim mentality, the awareness around your truth, your honesty to yourself. Telling the truth on yourself. Stop lying to yourself. The awareness around that. The awareness aware around where you're actually lying and saying things You think. that you think just because you think that you should think them, right? Like our ego goes so intricately deep like that. You have to just be. Really aware of your thoughts, what you're thinking, what you're doing, how you're showing up. Notice things, right? Bring a, bring awareness to your thoughts. Bring awareness to simple things too. The next time someone says, Hey, how are you doing? And you just say, good, how are you? How are you doing? I'm good. How are you? Good, how are you? Right? Those simple things, and that sounds ridiculous because it's like such an everyday thing and everyone does it and you're just. Being nice, but where are you holding back your actual self? Where are you just being nice? Where are you not being vulnerable for fear of not being loved? Where are you not being vulnerable and not showing up for fear of, you know, not being accepted or not being liked or being made fun of, or. Whatever these things are, it really is bringing awareness to your everyday thoughts. Bringing awareness to how you're showing up every day. Bringing awareness to when something triggers you, when someone else upsets you. When you get upset for some reason, notice how you're going about it. Notice your emotions. Notice if you're allowing yourself to feel. Notice if you're allowing your or, or making yourself. Shove your feelings down. Notice if you are able to be honest with yourself, with other people. Right. Whatever that is. And start there. Okay. Start there. This episode I think is gonna be a little bit smaller, shorter, because my voice is going, um, I've been sick for about three weeks, which is a definite reflection within itself and processing a lot of. Things lately, the shedding, it's the shedding again, it's February, 2026. We're ending the year of the snake. Everything is shedding. These layers are shedding and if you understand the psychospiritual, um, analysis on yourself, when the more you understand yourself, the more you get to know yourself and your mind and how it works, the more you are able to. Not necessarily take control of your life, but take accountability of your life. Really just an empowerment, right? The more you know yourself, the more empowering it is, and what are we trying to work towards? What are we trying to get to? We're trying to get to that authentic self. We're trying to allow ourselves to be real, allow this vulnerability to come out. Allow our whole selves to be integrated so that we can shine our light. We can't shine our light by pretending, okay? We can't get rid of this darkness by pretending that we're fine, by pretending it's not there. We, it's, it's not the way that it happens. It's not the way that it works. So bring awareness to your everyday thoughts and just being aware of this. Example, being aware of how this works, right? Okay, so begin there. Start with that. 'cause this is meant to be easy, right? This meant this work is meant to be part of your everyday life and not have the pressure on you. It's not to have the pressure of the entire world and the pressure of this darkness is our responsibility and my life is my responsibility. Yes it is, but not in the way of being So. Pressured and having this heaviness on us. This is meant to be light. This is meant to be life. This is meant to be. This is why we're here. Think about that. Like this is the reason why you're here, is to work through this stuff and making it easy and doing it on a regular basis and allowing it to be part of your life. Okay, so bring awareness around that and. Yeah, let me know how everything's going. I would love to connect with each of you through Instagram.
