Hi. Welcome, welcome back. Thanks for coming. Thanks for listening. Thank you for being here. So today we're gonna talk about a little bit of piggyback off of last week, so if you didn't listen to that episode, you can go back. You don't have to listen to that first, but that kind of sparked the idea of this and what we're going to talk about today. And that episode was the Temu unicorn and the idea that only you have the best ideas, only you have the creativity, only you have the answers. You have everything you need within you. You have all the answers within you. You are the one. And your connection, your connection to yourself, your connection to God, your connection to your creativity, your, that, that source, that flow that's running through you. You have it all. And a lot of times we look. Outside of ourselves, we look to other people for the answers. We look to other people for the how. How are they doing it? How are they making it work? What did they do to create whatever it is in their life? So maybe I need to go do that and implement that, or copy that, or do what they did. Right. There's all these outside sources, outside pressure from society, from other people, from the inundated, everything that we have source, that all these sources of information that we have coming into us that we see all the time, social media, um, television programming, um. Everything that we're, we walk into a store and we hear commercials, right? We walk into a store and we hear music. We go even pumping your gas. There's like, um, TVs with commercials and music and all these things like we are, we are constantly being fed. All this stuff, all this information. So, of course we would think that this is where we're getting our information from. We're getting our information from outside of us. We're getting our information from outside of ourselves. Like, especially with everything today and all these things around us, you know, it's not just like it used to be where you would have to pick up a newspaper to, you know, read, um, what was going on outside of your home or your work environment. Right? This is ev it is everywhere. Advertisements are everywhere. Open up your computer, open up your phone, go to the gas station, drive down the street, go in a store. It's, it's literally, there's stuff. Everywhere. So of course we would naturally think that we need to look outside of ourselves for the information, for help. For the how, for creativity, for inspiration. And we don't need to do that. We don't need to do that. Take off the pressure of yourself now, knowing that you have everything within you. You have the ability to connect to God. You have the ability to connect a source, you have the ability to streamline all of that, all of those answers, all of that information, all of. Everything that you need, you have that within you right now to be able to stream, download, whatever you wanna call it, right into your own mind. Because it's there. It's there already. You have the connection, you have everything you need. So take off the pressure of the figuring out the how. Right? Take all that pressure off. And know that you don't need all this information that actually blocks your source. The, your connection to source that actually blocks your creativity, that actually blocks what you, what you need to figure out. Because it's noise, it's chaos, it's clutter, it's this and it's that. And it's all over the place. And it's other people doing things and it's, you know, all of those things that you, that's actually blocking. Your own connection, that's act actually blocking your own creativity and inspiration. So going back to the fact that you have everything you need, you have it all within, you now know that, right? Feel that it's there. And how do you access that? How do you get to that? How do you block out all that other noise? So what we talked about last week was this idea of your, the temu unicorn. So your imagination and how powerful your own imagination is without. Any outside pictures or views or sources of ideas or someone in your ear or thinking about or listening to the shoulds, um, you have all that. And since you have all that, your imagination, right, your own creativity that is connected directly to God. That is connected directly to source because your imagination is so powerful and you what you have, what you create, what you do, your ideas, your creativity, your creation, your co-creation, your co-creation with God. Only you have that, and that is the absolute best. Nothing else can. Copy that. Nothing else can complicate that. Nothing else can be better than that because what you are creating in your own mind and what your own imagination comes up with, that is original. That is source, that is what's meant to be. Your ideas aren't meant to be cluttered and muddied and changed per what other people are doing. Your ideas aren't meant to be changed per how someone else did it. Maybe you have similar ideas and similar creations to somebody else, but the how is very different because it's, it's your connection versus that other person's connection. It's your co-creation versus that other person's co-creation. Right. Do you see how that works? So no matter how crazy the idea, no matter how you got there, right? If it's that pure source connection, your own imagination, without being cluttered with other things, that is what you can focus on. That is what to come back to. That is where you want to get your ideas and get your how and, and all of that. That's the point that you want to come back to. Okay, so how, how do you get to that? How do you come back to that? How do you do that? Right. It's really creating the space, creating the quiet, getting rid of all that other noise and coming back to self. Coming back to your own thoughts, your own mind, because when was the last time that you. Sat with your thoughts. When was the last time that you sat down with your own thoughts, whether you call it meditation or not, but you sat down with no phone, with no, as as my phone goes off. With no other things around you with, with no TV in the background with no, you know, if you have kids in the background, sometimes you. I can't get quiet with that. You get it. But, um, so just with, with nothing else around you, no one talking to you, no music, no outside noise, no tv, no phone, no. Going back to your phone. Notice even how much attention, how much attention span you have to be able to do that. How long can you sit there without going to reach for your phone, opening your eyes, and looking at the time? Feeling that need to have to jump up and do something, have to look at something, have to get something done. When was the last time you actually did that? How long can you actually sit and allow that to happen? If you want a practice with this, and if you want to practice with this, get your phone, set your timer, set a timer for however long you think you can do it. Three minutes, five minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. Whatever it is, set your time or put it away from you in the other room and sit, truly sit and allow yourself to have your thoughts. Let your thoughts move on. Don't focus on them. Get clear. Get rid of all that noise. Get rid of all the thinking of I should be doing this. Thinking of what other people will think. Thinking of what you're meant to be doing. Thinking about the how, trying to figure out the how. Really just get clear because that's when that creativity flows. That's when that connection is right. That that silent time. That time for yourself, that time to think. Think your thoughts. Notice your thought thoughts. See your thoughts. Don't overanalyze them. Don't figure them out. Don't judge them. Just have them. Let the ideas come in. Let the creativity flow right, that that energy needs to flow through your body, through your mind to be able to. Had these ideas to come up to be able to have this creation come up, right? And it doesn't even have to be something that you are trying to figure out in your life or not, and maybe it's just feelings of how you wanna be showing up every day, or how you wanna be living your life or how you want to feel on a regular basis. Right, but that's when that stuff comes in and that's when that creation and that co-creation happens. It can't happen with all the noise. It can't happen when you're trying to copy someone else or do what someone else does or live someone else's life or, or do the how because somebody else did it this way. You have to get rid of all that, put that all that aside, as much as you possibly can for as long as you possibly can. To be able to allow this creative energy to flow, to be able to allow your co-creation to happen, to be able to allow this connection, because this is you. This is the connection with yourself. How do you know yourself? How do you know what ideas are truly yours if you're constantly bombarded by all this other information? And knowing, knowing that your own creativity, your own imagination is the best that there is. There's a reason you have those ideas. There's a reason you have that imagination, that thought there's a reason in, it's just you have to get clear. You have to allow that to come. So know that, know that. Your own imagination, your own co-creation with God is the best. That is you. That is for you and only you. There's no other connection that's exactly the same. No other ideas that are exactly the same. So know that, know that you have it within you. Know that you have all the answers Now. It's just a matter of clearing the space, creating the space to allow it to happen. Look it, all that information, you don't even really have to do anything. You just have to sit and be quiet and listen. That's it. Just create the space. Know that you have it. Know that it's there, and listen. How easy is that? How simple is that? How good does that feel? How much of the pressure does that take off? Right? That's where it's at. That's where the creation happens. Alright, you guys, hopefully you can this week. Do some of that for yourself, right? Create some of that space for yourself. Alright, hope you got something out of this. I would love to hear from you.
