This week, meet Jesseca Tobin, a Canyon Springs primary teacher, and member of the Guiding Coalition, as she teaches us the importance of knowing the end in mind, how "clarity precedes competence, and how truly understanding exactly what it is that students must learn (the Essential Standards) actually make teaching easier.
