Cx1DJs We Do Things Different Podcast "Untold Stories of Dr Dre" hosted by DJButterrock
Andre Romelle Young (born February 18, 1965), known professionally as Dr. Dre, is an American rapper, record producer, record executive, and actor. He is the founder and CEO of Aftermath Entertainment and Beats Electronics, and co-founder of Death Row Records. He has made albums with many rappers through their careers, including Snoop Dogg, Eminem, 50 Cent and The Game. As of 2022, Dr. Dre is ranked as the fifth richest rapper by Forbes and is worth $400 million.[1][2] Dre began his career in music as a member of the World Class Wreckin' Cru and he later found fame with the gangsta rap group N.W.A. with Eazy-E, Ice Cube, MC Ren, and DJ Yella which made the use of swear words in rap songs in rap to tell about the violence of street life popular. During the 2000s, he produced music for other artists, while sometimes rapping with other artists' on their songs. Dr. Dre signed Eminem to his Aftermath record label in 1998 and 50 Cent in 2003 helping to make their albums with them. Rolling Stone magazine said Dr. Dre was one of the richest performers in 2001 and 2004. Dr. Dre was also in movies such as Set It Off, and the 2001 movies The Wash and Training Day.

Early career
Because he liked Grandmaster Flash, he often went to a club called The Eve After Dark to see a lot of DJs and rappers performing live. He then became a DJ in the club, at first under the name "Dr. J", his favourite basketball player. At the club, he met DJ Yella for the first time. Soon afterwards he started using the name Dr. Dre, half his old nickname, and half his first name, also calling himself as the Master of Mixology. He later joined the musical group World Class Wreckin' Cru in 1984. The group would become stars of the electro-hop scene that was really popular in early 1980s West Coast hip hop, and their first hit Surgery would feature Dr. Dre on the turntables and sell 50,000 tapes within Compton.[3] Dr. Dre and DJ Yella also did mixes for local radio stations, making the ratings for it's show Afternoon Traffic Jam go higher.[4] Dr. Dre's earliest songs were released in 1994 on a CD called Concrete Roots. He was a diver in high school, but because he skipped school a lot, he was kicked off the team. After high school, he went to Chester Adult School in Compton because his mother told him to get a job or go back to school. After going to a broadcasting school for a little bit, he moved to his father's house, and then his grandparents house before going back to his mother's house.[5] He later dropped out of Chester to focus on performing at the Eve's After Dark nightclub.

But we do got passes to that. VIP, VIP passes to that. Yeah, but I know if you're not. Hold on, let me turn this down. If I know you're not going, it's not even VIP passes. But you better show me you got plane tickets or something away to get there. You know, of course, we're not paying for it. No, but we do got passes to go to it, being we are media. Shout to uh Chad from our Hard Media. Chad been doing a lot of shit tonight. So we're gonna um before, you know, tonight we might go past um uh nine o'clock. Wow, this is Dr. Dre we talking about. We're not gonna rush the Dr. Dre program. But uh what what um Chad is doing and YouTube is doing, if you're not this is the new route on YouTube. You have to be common in here, you gotta be active, or YouTube automatically will not allow you to come on the live. This is some new rollouts with YouTube, they don't got nothing to do with us. So I don't want if y'all get if y'all get blocked from getting on here, it ain't DJ Butter Rock, it ain't none of my people, it is YouTube. You have to be active. That's the new thing uh on YouTube. You have to be active on YouTube to uh uh to stay in these different lives, especially if it's not your YouTube channel, they want everybody to be active on the YouTube. And it ain't it ain't even it it ain't even about me. It's not about me. We on so many different platforms now. To me, hey, you can like do me a favor, everybody, if you don't mind, if you could go and like like the video and share it and hit the like button. I appreciate it if you guys do that. All my people on kick and twitch, welcome and Instagram. I appreciate everybody that's joining me on all platforms and all 800 different platforms. Anywhere you can find podcasts, CX1D just we do things, different podcasts is there. So that's what I've been I've been doing. We've been in the studio with Punkinfoot the Panty Girl this weekend, working on her new album. And plus, we got we're gonna have a couple of see what we're doing, we're gonna drop, I'm gonna give you some of your managers, some uh uh some key pointers. What we're gonna be doing with punkinfoot, we're gonna be dropping singles and albums. Now, some of the singles that's gonna be on some of the singles, let's see, we missing some people. Okay, we missing uh Luanda. I guess she they probably won't let it in. I told Luanda she gotta stay active on uh she gotta stay active on the the the the dang. Oh, they gotta they will kick you off. So everybody is on here. Once once we start the show, I need you to stay in the chat. Stay, I don't care, you know, try to keep it positive, but you speak your mind. I'm gonna be very respectful, but what they doing, and I can't keep nobody on here. If you're not active in the chat, YouTube alone is gonna block you from getting on here. I had to ask because it was a lot of people that was coming on here, and they they was on here, and then it was not active, and it kicked them off. So you have to be active on the um the chat to stay on here. And it got nothing to do with CX1 DJs, it got nothing to do with Chad. It got no well, actually, um Chad is not Chad is watching on um Roku today because he had some other shit he's doing, but he's watching, he's just not in the chat room. Julia Simmons is I think on here somewhere. I think Julia, she ain't she ain't commenting yet. So if you're not a moderator and you're not active, they automatically will block you. So you I'm asking everybody if you on here, I don't matter if it's two people, if you on here, you know, as the show goes, and I'm I'm I'm giving what's going on, just tell me what you think about the show or uh whatever the topic we're talking about. So what we're gonna talk about today is Punkin put the Penny Girl new album. So maybe pull an album cover up. And this is like I said, we got a bunch of punkin put recorded over 300 songs. All of this particular project will be all everything is unreleased. So we uh we don't have nothing to play from this project, not right now. So I'm gonna pull a cover up so you guys can see it. Yeah, that cover looks awesome. Uh it's too wide. Um there you go. So that's the Punk and Put the Panty Girl cover. Put it right there. And that's her new album. Young Chocolate and Get It. What you niggas know about that. Ah, it's Punk and Put the Panty Girl new cover, baby. And I'm gonna tell you something. We um uh let me put it up like this so y'all can see the whole damn cover. I don't wanna we ain't we are not trying to cheat punk and put the panty girl tonight. So that's the name, that's the name of the new album by Punkin Put the Panty Girl and this young chocolate and gifted, and this will be coming soon. We she's in a studio working on new music, and nobody, when I'm gonna say this, nobody's fucking with this album. The quality of work the excuse me, let me let me say this while I'm looking at the camera one. The body of work that we've been working on, like I say shit, I'm acting like talking, but ain't yeah, she ain't acting nigga. It's me, I'm the manager. I have an album coming out. But you think I'm gonna drop an album without dropping an album right artist? Where the fuck they do that? Not over here at CH1E and either thing. So this album is I'm the executive producer of this album, but we got Chad from R Hard Media working with it. We got a bunch of producers from different different countries working on this album. So this is gonna be a multi collaboration with the producers. So the the body of work, the quality of music is we bringing it back. We're gonna still be, she's still gonna be punkinfoot. Have you seen punkinfoot the penny girl on any of her projects? She's still gonna be the sexy, uh classy, raunchy punk and foot, but grown. And this project is a dope album. It's hip-hop, it's sexy, it's strip club music, it's club music, it's street music, it's trap music, it's um uh um um I don't want to forget nothing. It's the Y-n music, it's the strip, uh course I said strip club music, it's that quality uh barbecue music. Is that I'm gonna just tell you because I'm we I'm doing an album, me and my producers. Um it's no this album have no fucking features. This album, we don't need no features on this album. This is straight going diamond, nigga. We not bullshit. No features on this album. Now, some of her singles, she's gonna be features doing features on her singles, the ones we just gonna pick out. She got it, she got she got some stuff she's doing with TCAP that's private from this. And we Punkerfoot is open to do any features with anybody. We are not closing her down. Anyone that sees this live and want to do a feature with Punkinfoot the Panty Girl, it uh right now we're doing features for free. We are promoting Punk and Foot. We rebranding Punk and Foot. We are not charging nobody, but she just keep she keep her writers, you keep your writers. We are doing features for Punkinfoot the Panty Girl for free. So if anybody wanna you see this and you wanna go, you wanna you wanna know what punkinfoot sounds like if you're an artist that never heard of her, just go ahead and Google Punk and Foot the Panty Girl or go to any music, go to iTunes, Amazon, uh, Spotify. Type in punkin' foot. Make sure you say the name right. P-U-N, K-I-N, F-O-O-T, the panty girl. Punkin' foot, the panty girl. Make sure you do the shit right. All right. I mean, just make sure you you uh you you you you you you you you spell her name right. P-U-N-K-I-N-F-O-O-T, the panty girl. Read the cover, nigga. I'm gonna let y'all niggas look at it. And why while y'all looking at the cover, I'm gonna play one of her tracks. And this track I'm playing is not on this album. This is all unreleased music. Let me get my mic right here. That's shit, nigga. This is all unreleased music. None of this shit is on what I'm about to play now. Is just some music from Punker Foot. None of this shit is on the album. So I don't want nobody to think, oh, that's oh, I heard that before. No. What I'm about to play today is just I'm giving some of my um my new people that's watching on uh on uh on Twitch and kick, you know, just check it out.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, Punkerfoot. We back. We hit him. We hit him. Chocolate princess, princess, and my money. What the fuck we about to do. Oh no, no.

SPEAKER_16

Thank you, DJ Money. Thank you for that compliment. Thank you, everybody after that. You supporting Punkinfoot the Panting Girl, we got more hot music to come. Yeah, so we're gonna we're gonna be promoting punkinfoot all through the show. All forever until the shit comes out. Because you deserve it. She's a brat too. She's a little brat, but she said, I'm gonna put this bratty shit to the side. But punkinfoot is beautiful people, though. Shout out to DJ Louis Vega. I'm gonna tell you some of the producers that's gonna be on this album. Some of the ones you know, because some of these we got some new producers. We got DJ Money. We gotta, we gotta we got some shit we doing with money. He's gonna be producing a track. Not no DJ shit. He's gonna get in his producer bag. And the next producer, DJ Butter, I don't be producer beach. I didn't know that. I got I that's some shit I ain't tell niggas. Because I only do it for my artists, I don't do it for nobody but punk and butt. That's it. I sample, I produce, I mix and master niggas that know that. Now anybody want me to produce some shit, it cost some bread. But I don't I don't want no bread from you. I just I just produce for punk and put. Um because I'm I'm not no, I'm a DJ writer, uh executive. I don't do only only time I do beats or uh or sample or or try to get into the my producer bag is only for me or pumpkin but I just ain't gonna it's just too much time. So I won't I won't do it for no one else. But I'm I I'm one of the producers. Uh Louis Vega is one of the producers. We got um um um nitty. Y'all know nitty beat. It's a nitty-beat! Nitty's on the album. Uh and then Chad got a bunch of a bunch of uh people from uh overseas from London uh that's gonna be doing some stuff on this. Um uh we got uh we got um definitely Louis Veger, DJ Money. I'm I'm bringing on DJ Money because uh Money said he got he wanna he gotta work on something for punk and put out. I say money go ahead and do it to make sure no one else got the shit. I don't like like this particular project because we had a lot of bullshit when we dropped the um the uh her last album. Like the producers like, oh, it's cleared, and we had a when we released it, they see we doing it for real. We got major distribution, major promotion. So this is a lot we do for puck of a behind the scenes. I don't tell you niggas, because they're not your fucking nights. So we do major shit behind the scenes. So if a producers send me a beat and they lie and say it's cleared, and then we start doing shit, we start examining shit, and we even but even if it comes up your name when they examine when YouTube start flagging shit and all no nigga, you motherfuckers is lying. So I'm I'm only gonna fuck with producers that I know for a fact is keeping it real. Now I will say this before anything, any we doing a straight clearance check with any producer we use it. Because if any of your beats is not cleared, we will sue your ass. We will sue you, motherfucker. I promise. I'm gonna don't even fucking play around with us. When you doing when you're doing a major project with us, a major underground project, and we got investors, and uh this is major distribution on this album Pug and Put. Young chocolate and gifted niggas. Yeah, so uh we're gonna give DJ money a chance. And uh money don't take all day with that beach. This this this project is fast moving. And uh any producers we gotta wait for ever, we we gotta move on and and and put you on not you money, I'm just talking any other producer. Now, we are still looking for producers for this album. It's uh 60% done. But knowing me and knowing Pugetfoot, we we we want to keep we'll keep uh doing records and see what record it is because we are we are why while we are waiting on which one what song we're gonna put on the album, we got a bunch of records. We're gonna be continuing to record and put out singles until we get the album the way we want it. So there's no timeline on this young chocolate and gift it. It could come out the end of this year or the beginning. But we actually shooting for I ain't telling you niggas what we shooting for, because I'll put Marjorie. No, no, no. It could be this year, it could be it could be fucking next week. I don't know. It could be quick as fucking possible. It depends on the investors and depends on timing. Because you do when when you have a certain investor say, Hey, we need that shit out, we need this out, you gotta put it out. You don't got time to wait when you have investors saying, All right, we need it out. We dealing with investors, we dealing with partners. And when somebody says, All right, you already got 30 30 songs or recorded, don't drop the shit, won't you? Alright, so we're gonna uh just get into the show, all right? We're gonna um we gotta play one more video and we're gonna get into the show, the Dr. Dre Untold Stories of Dr. Dre. And you guys are gonna like this um this untold stories. All this week is bangers, I mean, uh all forever. We uh shout to Chad from our Hard Media. I gotta keep giving him the props because he's he's making sure that we are where we need to be at with the untold stories. And um I I'm gonna thank everybody that posted the flyer. Um let me get her out of here. Uh if you posted the flyer, I appreciate you. Um and uh if you support CX1 DJs, I I I I appreciate you. I just uh I just I just want to tell everybody I appreciate you and I thank you. Uh and we be back in a moment, CX1 DJs can slow down note.

SPEAKER_15

I'm a woman, slow down, belly can't slow down milk. I'm a woman, slow the down, the kids can slow down no. I'm a wall, slow the down, can slow the download. I'm a woman slowly down, slow the down your body, body body.

SPEAKER_13

One body take. I've got you as well, my body. Oh, I like how you're one, three, four, big, cut three, and five, three, and five, three, and six five, three, and six five, three, and three, five, three, five, and five, three, seven, and six five, three, and now I wanna put it up and down. You wanna baby so you better make a move while we end up because if you something, clapping, dump it, and we are feeling right. Get how the leader's mixed, he knows just what I like. I like how you fuck with me on passion. It's unlocked with music as the keyboard beat that the master beat up the beat, take your body, beat that the mask, beat that beat, take your body to the feet, let me see you move your feet, take your body to the feet, let me see you move your feet, take your body to the feet, let me see you move your feet, take your body to the feet, let me see you move your feet. Now I'ma give you a seat up front, back it up, follow you and tell you what I'm holding, spin it and make it low. Start out fast and then take it low. Right then on the floor, then get boss of action. Oh, this trick and make the call but it's acting. I see you like my body, you wish you had a picture. I see you watching me. I think I get the picture. So let's kill it be up to me with my curling all your feet, and you might just get a free.

unknown

Let me see if your feet take your body to the feet.

SPEAKER_18

Let's see, the feet, shake your body to the feet, let me see it, your feet, shake your body to the feet, make me see your feet, shake your body to the feet, let me see you feet, shake your body to the feet, let me see and move your feet, shake your body.

SPEAKER_16

Yeah, that's that was Punkin Foot the Panty Girl. Shake your body. Now, no, no, that song is not on the album. But we do have a remix slow drag chopper screw single we're gonna pick out produced by DJ Money. So that that that that'll be a single. We're gonna be pitting out about 30 singles. I'm not putting that, probably more than that, before the album drops. We're gonna drop a single every two weeks to flood the market. And um, all producers, you will get your producer rights, is make sure you uh when we send you the split sheet, make sure you pull that shit out so we take care of you. Um yeah, I gotta before I start the show, uh talk to Chad from our Heart Media for all DJs. If you hear this audio, because we on Twitch and Kik now, shout out to Kik and Twitch. Shout out to Chad and um he's our producer. And I gotta say Chad from R Hart Media because we got another Chad, Bill Watson's son, his name is Chad. His name is Chad Watson. And I don't wanna I can't mix up the two. When y'all might say, why the fuck do you keep saying Chad from R Hart? Because we have a Chad that works at Watson Print and Jones Groffic. Uh and he's uh Bill Watson's son, so we gotta make sure I says Chad from our heart media. And Chad works on our heart media, so that's a shameless plug. We're gonna do that every fucking day. Because if Chad says stop saying that, I'll say he's like, oh nigga, plug it in. Well, of course he ain't say nigga, but I'm saying it. I'm feeling good today. Uh I'm feeling great, and I I I want to thank everybody. I'm in a zone. I'm gonna be very busy for the lax next couple of shit, a couple of months. We get ready for the conference in July. I'm real good. I'm real, I'm real happy about that. Um I'm around uh a lot of good people, a lot of new people, but no new millionaires. The people that that that just that's gonna uh the the energy the energy is so good that that I'm around right now. Shout out to my grandson Chance and shout out to everybody that uh that gave me their wishes about my dog Bucky that died uh uh on Chance's birthday, and that was June 11th. So we uh still love Bucky and we're still gonna keep him out press. Anybody got a dog animal that you treat like a kid, understand that when they pass away, it's still it's like a kid that passed away. I don't care what nobody said. Especially when a dog had your back. So some days it's worse than others. And today we're gonna arn and Bucky and RPDI dog Bucky. We had them over 11 years. Yeah, so let's get back to the show. So what I'm doing for DJs, chat told me they said this. You have to be a member at the Patreon to get anything we got going on with Twitch and kick. You have to be a member, period. I'm not gonna mention it no more. You you you you're not a member, and you can go build your own kick and you you DJs can do what the fuck. I'm talking about every DJ. I'm not just talking about the DJs is a part of me. Anybody that wants to be a part of CX1 DJs, this is this any DJs, excuse me. Slow down, motherfucker. I'm gonna look at the camera one. We have a deal with uh certain platforms as you can DJ on there without being shut down, and you can get paid. But you have to be with other DJ Cruises rolling in out. I'm quite sure they got the same plugs we got, but I don't know. Because Chad from our media only worked with CX1 DJs. And all the DJ Cruises, he only worked with us. Everybody else is regular podcasters he worked with. He's a podcast producer, and he's uh he's he's the guy that makes sure your podcast is good on our media. But he do the extra amount as long as he's getting paid. Like anybody can hire Chad. You know, he's he's a producer. He will fucking charge you. We making sure Chad is taken care of. But make a long story short, we have typing things we'll roll out to all our members as DJs on our Patreon page. So if you're not a DJ, you're not a member on a Patreon page, go ahead and go ahead and get your $1.25 a day and save it and be a member. And we will not tell you nothing we can do for you on the on Twitch or kick until you are a member. Period. I know I called a couple of my DJs yesterday. He said, no, I don't do that. If they not a member at Patreon, we're not helping them. We're not, we're not. He's like, y'all can go get your own regular kicking Twitch page. That I mean shit. Just can't be a part of CX1. And we know you did it. Well, I I told one of us, we're a black baller shadow. If we see that you did that without going through us, the black ball is real. And I'm gonna say it live on this motherfucker. When you don't follow, it's a chain of command. You go, oh fuck that nigga, I could do it by something. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. That means you don't want to pay a dollar twenty-five. It's less than a dollar twenty-five to be a member. If you're a DJ, this is definitely uh a platform you want to be a part of, the Patreon. And we'll be promoting that Patreon later on tonight. So you know, most of you DJs here, you can scan the code when you see it, or you can contact Julia Simmons, email her at Julia Simmons646 at gmail.com, or you wait till the end of the show, you see where that's at. Um like I said, we it's not it's nothing personal, it's just you gotta be a member. Any DJ that here doesn't want to be a uh a member of the CX1 DJs coalition, if you want to be a member, you gotta contact our PR with your press kit. You know what that is? That's your bio. Uh anywhere you DJ at your everything, your digital press kit, everything you got going on, your social media, your bio, how long you've been DJing, send it to email to Julia7646 at gmail.com. We are recruiting new DJs for CX1 DJs. We have a lot of different things. If you're not a lazy motherfucker and you're willing to sell packages, you can make a lot of money over here at CX1 DJs. Or you can work nine to five, you just want extra money. DJ in regular members, you can make money by um selling our promotional packages and our services. And we pay 50% of the package. So most DJ crews pay 5%, 10%. We pay 50% to all people that sell iPackages. And you know you don't gotta be a DJ, you can be the regular person. As long as you sell our sell packages, CX1 DJs, we don't pay salary to unsalaried workers. So if you're a member or you're say if you're a vice president or president, whatever, we don't you're you are a part of a DJ crew, you're not with the payroll, like payroll, like the sales department as you're not a nine to five worker, you're not a WW uh two, you're 1099. So everybody that works for us in the DJ crew division is 1099 employees. If you don't know what the fuck that is, that's an independent contractor. So I don't want nobody to say, well, I ain't getting paid. Well, you gotta work. It's 1099. I mean you're your own boss, I mean you work your own time, you can sell, we'll tell you how much the packages is, you sell it, you keep 50%. You can take your money over the top and then send us our 50%. It's so fucking easy to make you gonna make some people say they want to make XYZ a month, you can make over 60 grand a month. I have sales reps that's not DJs making 30 grand a month, just selling our packages. That's not even DJs. Nigga, you looking at one, I'm a DJ, but I sell my own packages. You see, I'm a salesman, I sell any goddamn thing. Now, if you want to buy it, you don't gotta buy it. But if you're trying to make money and you if you're trying to sell it, I'll tell you how to do it. I could teach you how to do it. All right, let's get into the um Dr. Dre um I'm gonna say this again. We are looking for DJs, new DJs, new fresh blood. Uh you want to be a member at the CX1 DJs, we do things different um podcasts, or you want to be a member at the um at a on on our uh Patreon. The name of the song is Go Hard, produced by Why Heat. A dope song, dope beat. Let's get into that video, y'all.

SPEAKER_06

unknown

SPEAKER_16

Yeah, shout out to Julia Simmons to check in. Actually, Julia Simmons liked the shit. This is a first time ever liking some shit. Dealing with music. So shout out to Julia Simmons liking that shit. Yeah. Show that you active. Julie Julia says, shit. I ain't trying to get blocked on that shit. Everybody gotta act and be uh listen to me. I need everybody to be active on the YouTube chat box or YouTube will block you. Not us. They will stop, not I won't say block you. They'll stop you from getting on the live. You can go back and watch the shit later. They won't allow you to be on the live if you're not active. That's that's I look, I I look, I've read all of it's on so many different rollouts of YouTube that uh that's one of the rollouts. If you're not active on YouTube and you're a uh watcher, and you uh they will block you. I guess they're trying to help out the YouTube people but get more um in the action. Uh in you know, people engaging with the shit when it's live. Damn, uh you know YouTube, I don't like all other shit you got going on. But I kind of like that shit. They say, you ain't here supporting, get the fuck off this shit. So I need everybody to uh hey, I I I don't know where Lawania is, because Lawania was active on here. They said they get rid of motherfuckers. If you ain't active, because Loania was active, I don't see her on here. So I know she's my supporter and I don't see her. I guess they want you to be real active. I don't fucking know. I don't know. Too damn active. I don't know. We gotta investigate that. Because I don't see Lawania Wilson on here. What the hell? I ain't mad because I know Lawandia, she called me. I don't know, I don't know. I don't know. I gotta I'll check with her later. Shout out to my business partner, Lawania Wilson. I know she's not on here, something else. Either YouTube ain't laying on or something else going on behind the scenes. But it's good. Because I love Lawnia, that's my dog. That's my dog. Let's get into uh let's get into it. Because my producers said, we gotta get out of here at a certain time. We can't be here. Dr. Dre, he's the soundtrack of my life. Let's get into his birthday. You know we gotta do that. Unto Toria. Untold Unto Toria. I'm stupid. Untold tutoria. I Dr. Dre. I gotta slow it down. He's born in February 18, 1965. He is uh exactly 61 years old at this age.

unknown

Dr.

SPEAKER_16

Dre getting cut old out of it. Dre's gonna be Dr. Daddy, Dr. Grandpa. See, I remember I can't hear shit because I'm rolling my hairphones. What the plug. I remember Dr. Dre when he was in a world-class record girl. Him in Missy LA. We're gonna get into them stories in a minute, but he was a world wide world class. I ain't gotta look at that shit that PR said me. World class record crew, I remember that. And you like, I'm the doctor. He did so many shit. He did the curly kid, tight clothes, he was DJ. So y'all don't know Dr. Dre really is a fucking DJ. He was DJ rapping, singing, wherever the fuck pay. He said, I did what I did now. Y'all need to know that was an introduction. And Dr. Dre works, that was the introduction to his legacy, the world class working group. Now he was not the top member, he was just a member. He wasn't, he was. I ain't gonna say he was he was not the producer. They had the Spanish guy. Uh, you know, I forgot his fucking name, RP Dammy, he died. But it was a Spanish uh dude that was uh the producer for world-class working crew, and they uh they brung Dr. Dre into the world. Let me let me do my announcements. You niggas try to steal my shit, so I gotta do my copyright shit. Everything I say and everything is told today on CX1 DJ's untold stories, it's all 100% legit and 100% real. Anyone that's it did doctor our stuff or to steal any of our contact, and we see it on YouTube or any of your platforms, we will contact the attorneys to make sure you have a final and uh exclusive and a big ass copyright strike. So we are not giving no other podcast or no other entity or no other entertainment platform to steal any of our content, verbal or video. There you go. That was my copyright the same, the the disclaimer, disclaimer, goddammit, get it out because I ain't been doing that, but I see people have been stealing my shit. That motherfucker goddamn, that nigga shit is correct. We don't do no fake shit over here, and if we did not, we are not at DJ Butter Rock. If I'm not sure of something, I'm gonna say allegedly, but I never say allegedly because all my shit is 100% true. We deal with the record company, PRs, everything. And shout out to Dr. Dre people, shout out to Interscope, too. And I have to say this shit. Shout out to the fucking Def Row. Snoop was running that shit, and Snoop and Dr. Dre is real cool. Shout out to Def Row, they helped us out with this as well. All right, so and shout out to chair from IHER Media. So let me get let me get into it. World class record crew was the introduction of Dr. Dre. He got in that group in 1984. So Dr. Dre been out here when we was little kids. 84, I barely knew how to talk. I'm I'm 52. 84, Dr. Dre been out here on some 80, nine since 1984. He got in the shit in 80 in the 80s. But he started actually in 82, but he got with world-class record crew back up, motherfucker. Back up. Dr. Dre was DJing in the Palladium in LA, downtown LA LA. One of the members that owned was running the world-class record crew was pretty much um a promoter. He saw Dr. Dre at the they called the place the Palladium, downtown LA. This place fit 2,000 people. So Dr. Dre was rocking parties with 2,000 people back in like 1982. I want y'all to digest that shit. CX1 DJ's untold stories of Dr. Dre. This man was a very young teenager, 18, 19, rocking parties in 1982 for over 2,000 people back in the 80s. Way before he was the big man he is now. But guess what? Dr. Dre name always was Dr. Dre. He didn't change it when he got with what he got with uh Sug Knight. Oh, he got with uh when he got with uh NWA, he was Dr. Dre, always was fucking Dr. Dre. So world-class working crew. They saw him, the one of the members from that crew saw him DJing at the Palladium downtown. Not the Palladium in New York, the the Palladium, the Palladium in LA. And uh he had the ship packed. This man had to ship packed, DJing. So he one of the members came to him and uh they asked, Hey man, you a good DJ. We would love to be uh, you know, want you to be a part of the the group, the world-class record crew. Dr. Dre calls a plot, he likes, yeah, that sounds like some dope shit. So they start doing shows. Really, there was you, I hate to say this word, they was using Dr. Dre. He already had the fucking, he had the platform, he already had the fan base back then when before before you niggas even knew what fan base was. Dr. Dre already had a fan base. And I tell people, I mean, yeah, when you have the fan base, you could leverage what you're doing.

unknown

Dr.

SPEAKER_16

Dre, let me put this mic down here. Dr. Dre already had the fan base. So he agreed to do it, and um they definitely they started uh world-class working crew, they start performing around the world. Definitely they they they they stayed in a base. When you have a base and you have a place that people already know you, they stayed in the LA, California area when they did. I like this. This is this is what what kind of sweater? This is Donna Karen. A lot of people don't know Donna Karen still making shit. This is Donna Karen, baby. I like this little this little whatever the hell. It's a workout shirt. You could work. No, I've been working out too. I'm trying to get my buff on. Anyway, back to Dr. Dre. So Dr. Dre had the curly kid and shit. He was on some old Swabe, weekly swabe shit. And um, people are saying, uh, and he looked kind of like zesty, zesty back there. Like, that's what all them niggas look like that. All the light-skinned niggas with the curly kits and rare, high yellow niggas. So anyway, he was in zesty. He had all the hoes. He had Miss LA, he had a whole bunch of people.

unknown

Dr.

SPEAKER_16

Dre was smashing. He was getting he was getting pussy. He was nothing zesty about Dr. Dre. So I want y'all to stop that shit. I want to and that's why I'm here. I'm clearing that zesty shit. Yeah, man. I saw when he was world-class record crew, he looked just kind of zesty. All them niggas back then in the 80s looked as zesty. Shit. Everybody from goddamn um uh uh what's the name of that fucking group? I'm gonna tell you right now. Uh shit. Let me think. Cause I'm about to do it under. I'm gonna tell you right now. Houdini, all them niggas. Oh my. I'm gonna stop at Houdini. I don't want to get beat up by none of these old niggas. Shout out all RP to everybody. Everybody that passed away at Houdini. Them Houdini niggas came out. Shit. I'm talking about in the beginning. Not before they, you know, had the you know, the hat and shit. But anyway, back back to Dr. Dre. So everybody pretty much was um on that kind of flavor. That was the style back in the 80s. That that the curly kid, the tight clothes, there you go. He was nowhere near Zesty. So he got he got with he got with uh world class record crew in 19. Yeah, he's you know, he started it, and then he got with NWA in '87. 87, yes, 87. So when he got with NWA, yeah, pretty much he's back and forth with the world-class record crew. He knew all the members from NWA and like 81 and shit like that, but the group ain't really kick off until 87. So he did the shit with NWA. He was some untold story shit. Dr. Dre was pretty much the face of NWA. Everybody, yo, everybody knew it was easy. No, it was Dr. Dre. Dr. Dre pretty much he schooled everybody how to be stars. Like, he had the starmanship, he knew how to rock parties, he been on tour with it with the world-class record crew. He pit he pretty much takes the limelight. DJ Yellow pretty much like took took DJ Yellow came in to do the shit that Dr. Dre was doing when he was with world-class record crew. So pretty much, Dr. Dre wasn't no DJ. He's he uh came to be a full-time rapper when he got with NWA. But unfortunately, in anything, you know, shit don't last long. So, as he did the shit with NWA, the business wasn't right. The homeboy and homegirl shit don't last. You have to have structure. Now, I said he was the famous one, and Dr. Dre would tell you himself, and he said it many a times in many other interviews. Ice Cube had the business. Ice Cube knew business, Dr. Tre just knew fame. He knew how to rock a party, he knew how to pack a party, but when it comes down to business, pretty much that was ice cube. So he did what he did with um NWA. We're gonna fast-forward this shit because we gotta get out of here. And um, and we paying homets. And we got a special, a special thing we doing for Dr. Dre tonight when we get to the video music part. So I just want to roll this out before we get into that. Dr. Dre definitely gave Ice Cube his props, even though they when they when when Cube did not want to sign a contract, Dr. Dre said, yo, man, you gotta you have Dr. Dre and EZ like, yo, you gotta do this. But they was mad at Cube because he didn't sign his shit when they were trying to get that 75,000. But Dr. Dre and everybody else took the 75,000. And of course, their management at the time shitted him out of all Jerry shitted him out of all the money. And the only one that really made money off that situation was Ice Cube. And Dr. Dreded Ice Cube for that and moved on. And then left the shit he had with Rufus Records and um NWA and went to Def Row. So when Dr. Dre went over to Defro, this he daughter, well, I'll go to Defrow with Sug. I'm gonna be the main producer, which he was, one of the main producers. Dad Digiler was over there. Digela. I'm not saying his name fucked up. Don't kill me, Daz. Daz Digela. Somebody put Daz's name in there. I'm fucking it up. I got a speech problem. One of you niggas put it in there. Well, Daz from the Dog Pound pretty much was doing a lot of the shit that people thought Dr. Dre was doing. CX1 DG's untold story of Dr. Dre. And Dr. Dre admitted it. Like, and unfortunately for Daz, um, thank you. Unfortunately for Daz, when he produced a lot of that shit in the early days of Def Row, they was giving it credit to Def Row Records. They wasn't giving it all the credit to Daz from the Dog Pound. Daz actually just got most of his shit, but he don't have all his money. And he'd blame Dr. Dre and he'd blame um Daz dude. He blame Suge and the Def Row people for that. So um that's another story. And Dr. Dre said, hey motherfucker, I I was just a producer. You came in trying to do me, trying to do me, X X, you know, trying to do me, trying to X me out, trying to be me. This came from Dr. Dre. Real story. He said, Daz came in there trying to be a Dr. Dre. But hey, if they ain't giving me, Dr. Dre said his own words, if they ain't giving me what the fuck I'm worth, what the fuck you think they're gonna give me what the fuck you worth? CX1 DJs untold stories of Dr. Dre. So Dre told that to Daz. You know, some people back in them days are just trying to do it. I know that's what you're on. They they just was trying to get their footwork. So when you you come into this music industry, you just trying to get your name out there, don't wait 30 years later to say Death Ro or whoever owe you. And I love Das. Because Punk of D a remix of Pussy of Um All Eyes on Me and Pussy Pop It Ain't Free. Yeah. I love all Das production. Like if you listen to a lot of the Chronicles, a lot of Chronic 2, a lot of uh uh Snoop Dogg shit, a lot of Pac shit was Das. And we all I ain't gonna lie, but before I started reading credits and shit, I thought that shit was damn Dr. Dre. I really thought that was Dr. Dre that did that. So, all right, so fast forward, because we gotta you know keep it moving. After after the after the Death Rose situation went sour, Dr. Dre he went to Jimmy Ivine. Hey man, I I can't do this shit no more. He went to Suge, Suge, he he said, You you gotta leave. This is some shit you guys were gonna do. You gonna leave, you ain't gonna leave him with nothing. Dr. Dre said, Fuck it, y'all can have my masters, I I could make new music. He went to Jimmy Ivine, he uh got a distribution deal with aftermath records, and um Jimmy Ivine. This is something a lot of people didn't know. I'm gonna do my drop. CX1 DJ's Untold Stories of Dr. Dre. A lot of people didn't know that Eminem was already with Inoscope. Eminem was already been shopped. He was already at the uh the the all the free Knicks, Jack the Rapper. Eminem was already on the scene when Dr. Dre got a hold of him. He was already signed to Inner Scope, honestly. What happened? Jimmy, I mean, said, I alright, we're gonna do this. You're gonna, you're gonna, we're gonna give you this deal, the distribution deal with Apermath. He gave him over shit $30 million, and they signed Eminem and then they pit Eminem with Dr. Dre. So Eminem was not supposed to be with Aftermath, he was just supposed to be straight in a scope. But after Dre made Eminem the person he was, did they they did a uh a joint venture with Inoscope and Aftermath. That sounds crazy because he already gave him a um distribution so you guys understand. I ain't about to break business down to all you motherfuckers tonight. All I'm gonna tell you is that Dr. Dre won on that one. Eminem pretty much sold show almost millions of records. Okay, and Eminem is in a place now that he's on the same level. I hate to say it, is Dr. Dre. From starting as an independent artist, as an artist was doing battle rapping, Dr. Dre pit Eminem where he needs to be at in this music game. As we go on, that's one person that Dr. Dre changed like Dr. Dre changed lives. Dr. Dre changed a lot of these major artists that you hear on the radio, these pioneers. He made pioneers. He didn't just make recording artists, he made stars, he made legacies. Look, when you turn on Shea 45, it wasn't for Dr. Dre, it won't be a Shea 45. It wasn't a Dr. Dre, it won't be a Snoop Dogg. If it wasn't a Dr. Dre, it won't be no 50 Cent. The list could go on and on and on. I don't got all day to do that. But I'm we we see X1 DJs, we're paying homage to Dr. Dre. He is a legacy holder, he is a legacy man, he is the man of the plan. He's been in this game since the 80s, and he's still dominating the industry with movies, with production, with everything he's doing with Kendrick Lamar, everything he's doing with some of the new cats that's coming in the game. But Dr. Dre is definitely the person we are paying homage and giving flowers and paying respect to tonight on this BETU Award. And shout out to everybody that's checking us out instead of BET Awards, but um uh the untold stories of Dr. Dre's very serious if you're a real hip-hop head. From the West Coast, a lot of people don't understand. Way before the East Coast of West Coast beef, the people in the East Coast, because I'm from the East Coast, but I lived in LA. A lot of people in the East Coast loved NWA. And they love Dr. Dre and out of all the members of NWA, you might remember all the motherfuckers, but they love Dr. Dre and they remember Ice Cube. Them the two people that you if you don't know nobody else in NWA, you're gonna remember Ice Cube and Dr. Dre. They made sure they Dr. Dre made sure he's himself standing out. You can't be in a group if you can't stand out. You need to stand out so much they're gonna forget you are in the group. You need to be the face of the group. And Dr. Dre and Ice Cube did that. And everything, I any any any anytime I'm a part of something, I make sure I'm gonna be better. I'm not better, but I'm gonna make sure you know it's DJ Butterock in the building. If I'm part of if I'm a part of anything, you're gonna know that, okay, that's DJ Butterrock, right? Oh, that's DJ Butter Rock right there. You're gonna know I'm there. And Dr. Dre and Ice Cube did a good job about that. But Dr. Dre definitely put his marketing industry. He definitely um when when he came to Def Row, you know, you had Eminem, but you can't forget about Snoop Dogg. Who you think put Snoop Dogg on the map? Who you think brought Snoop Dogg to Def Row? Dr. Dre. I mentioned Eminem first because Eminem was the person that that that was somebody that was already at Inoscope, but Enniscope didn't know what the fuck to do with them. Like a white boy that's lyrical. Back in them days, lyrical was the thing, but selling records was the thing. And pitting a white dope lyrics with a super producer is the recipe for success. And that's what Jimmy Ivine did. We gotta do an untold story on Jimmy Ivine. I gotta contact, you know, because he retired from Indoscope. So I gotta I gotta contact Jimmy Ivine people and get that, get that. Because we did one on Endoscope, but I gotta do one on Jimmy Ivine. So um definitely Dr. Dre is a it's a it's a it's a it's a person that if you struggling and you need a hit, that's the person that I would go to. Out of all the producers, my top five producers, number one is Dr. Dre. And um I can't take it what you know, everything he did with Kendrick, everything he did with all Mary J. Bloch, everything he did with Rock Him. He is a person that you need a hit and you you hittable, you gotta be a hittable. I'm quite sure he recorded records with people that ain't go nowhere. It's not his fault. You gotta be hittable, you gotta be ready to make a hit. See, you know what hittable means? You you have to have it in your blood that you believe in the producer. Fuck the producer. You need to believe in yourself first. Because if you don't believe in yourself, you can have Quincy Jones producing your shit. If you don't believe in you or yourself, your shit ain't going nowhere. So shout out to Dr. Dre for blessing all, blessing us with all the megastars that we have. From Eminem to 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, Mary, um, Ice Cube, everybody that he blessed. Snoop Dogg, everybody. Snoop Dogg came on the scene with the Chronic one. Half of the album, this is how Dr. Dre introduced Snoop Dogg to the industry. He produced all the Chronicles was Dr. Dre album. But you had Snoop Dogg on all half of all the records on The Chronic. The Chronic so it went it went true, man, it went triple play. I'll be here all night. The Chronic is one of the top selling hip-hop albums of all time in that in that era. I don't think there's no hip-hop album in that era is outselling the chronic. But let's get to it. They knew when Defrow signed Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre brung Snoop to Def R Def Row. He discovered Snoop Dogg. So when he brung Dr. Dre, when Dr. Dre brung Snoop to Def Row, he knew how to art, he did the artist development on Snoop Dogg. The whole chronic was 50% Snoop. Why don't y'all go listen to it? The production was 100% Dr. Dre, but that's how you want to brand an artist. And even today, I tell a producer, that's if you want to brand an artist, have a dope producer and do the introduction with that female or male artist with the other artists to introduce both artists on that project. So say if I'm doing a punk of album and I want to brand another artist, all I gotta do is pitch on the same project. Do features, but don't overdo it. Make sure that uh that person to have is him, him uh him or her have the out standout track on that particular project. More than one. If you notice, if you go listen to the chronic, Snoop have his own songs on there. Dr. Dre is just a producer. So CX1 DJs, we do things different podcasts. We are we are showing love and paying homage to the the legendary. He's still living, he's not dead. The legendary Dr. Dre, beatmaker, producer. I don't even want to say beatmaker, super producer, Dr. Dre. And um, we want everybody to understand this. You can't be a star unless you have it in you. Everybody, everybody could make beats, everybody could be a producer. You got to know what you're doing at all times and believe in it and stay tuned and stay stay on it. Don't not drop the ball when you got the ball rolling. So, CX1DJ, we do the Jimpin podcast, paying homage to Dr. Dre, super producer Dr. Dre. Let's get into the video music part of this. Y'all want everybody to pay attention. Pay attention, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Still, super dumb, deal lady, deal, lady, deal, lady.

SPEAKER_02

Six four What all the niggas saying?

SPEAKER_09

What the fuck was I rolling in my six four?

SPEAKER_02

What all the niggas saying? Hell yeah. What all the niggas saying? Hell yeah.

unknown

Mix up tables.

SPEAKER_10

Dr. Dre will reach into his bag of tricks. And without hesitation, pull a master mix to caress your body, possess your mind. Because he rocks in a key that's also fine.

SPEAKER_11

I'm Dr. Dre, gorgeous hunger man. Doing tricks on the mix that no others can. The nurses say I'm cute, they say I'm fine. So you better be wet because I blow your mind.

SPEAKER_10

The master of disaster, the wreck and cruise blaster when he's on the wheels. Nobody cuts faster. You said you're hurt. You said you're ill. Well, this is one time you can't use a pill.

SPEAKER_08

I'm digging that shit.

SPEAKER_12

Woo!

SPEAKER_08

Okay. Let's see right here if it is. Put some stin on it. That's the more wicked shit right there, nigga.

SPEAKER_04

My name is Shakespeare, a world-class poet. So kick back and like yourself, baby. Let me pour you a glass of moet. Darkness, your blessing. If I bring you green delight. But first, allow me to turn off the light.

SPEAKER_08

For me, it's like this. I I can't go in the studio with the with in the frame of mind, like, okay, I'm gonna top the first chronic, anything like that. I'm just gonna go in and do my thing. And I have the same frustration that I had when I was doing the first album because there's a lot of people out there talking shit about, oh, he ain't gonna be able to do it again, or he's falling off. I falling off shit with diving boards straight up.

SPEAKER_02

I like that. I like that.

SPEAKER_17

He completes the project. See, I've seen the difference. I've seen a person who can make a bomb beat, meaning the beats out of this world, but they don't complete it.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, it's the difference between making making beats and producing. You know what I'm saying? I go in and I produce. I like try to like, you know, even show the artist a little bit about doing interviews and shit like that. You know what I'm saying? Because nine times out of ten, they don't know what the fuck is going on out there. Yeah, exactly. Or know how to present themselves in front of a camera or what have you. Exactly. You know what I'm saying? So I just take the whole project and turn it into a project.

SPEAKER_09

It's still Trey J I, AK, I though I've grown fly, can't keep it home a lot. Cause when I freak with the spots that I'm known to rock. You hit a bass from the struck when I'm on the block. Ladies, they pay homage. I hate to say straight fell off out.

SPEAKER_08

I last out how, you know, this person shouldn't be getting this, and this management is is he's getting a percentage over the group and us as individuals, you know what I'm saying? So he was double dipping in the pot and what have you. And I can remember our manager bringing us these checks and big stacks of paper, you know. The checks were for like $75,000 apiece or something like that. And he was saying, okay, this is your this is you guys' advances for the next album. And um, he was like, yo, but you gotta sign these contracts because at this point we had no contracts. Everything that everything that we did was just verbal, you know. He said, but you gotta con sign these contracts because legally you guys are not a group. Like, okay, well, okay, we're a group anyway, we'll sign them. Q was the only one that didn't sign. He was the smart one.

unknown

I can feel it.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, check it out. Oh yeah. Check it out.

SPEAKER_09

So get up, get up, move on, make it to move. It's the D-R-E, the spectacular. In the water, y'all go for your neck, so call me lacula. That's like a train of victims, jump on the main and maintain to be blood stain, so don't complain, just chill. Listen to the beats, I'm still keeping it real. Never feel the make it up unreal. Still, brothers run up and try to kill it. Real fucking pops like a ripple. So call me criminal. This bird poppin' up. So let me tell you what I'm worth. Don't you put me into the mind of a baby? Don't wanna be a killer since I came out of the next stack. I've been a photo with my stuff with a heart full of terror. I see the devil in the mirror. What the fuck? So shout out to everybody that got their money and they paid their money. Hold on for a minute, hold on. The CX1 DJs 2026 music conference, August 12th to the 15th, Atlanta, Georgia, hosted by me and my celebrity friends. I got a lot of friends of them that are locked in. My industry people. These ain't no major artists. These is motherfuckers that could change your fucking life. That you don't even know who the fuck they are. Because they don't gotta be on social media. They just gotta have the bag, and you just gotta have the performance. You just gotta have the look. You just gotta have what it takes for them to invest their money. I'm focused on investors. I don't give a fuck about you getting signed to the major label. So this conference is different from everybody else. I see all the shit everybody promoting when they promoting these other DJ crews, promoting their conference. Whoop do you do? Who do you? I don't give a fuck. If you go to them conferences, they're gonna charge you, you're not gonna get nothing out of it. Nobody gives a fuck when you hit the stage. It might be hot, it might be stinky. Everything we're gonna be doing at the CX1 DJ 2026 music conference will be elegant. Elegant. If you've been to the 11-year anniversary, it's gonna be that times 10. We are gonna be elegant from the beginning. It's gonna be a white party, a black party, uh uh gold party. You're gonna see. I'm not we we know we're not rolling out everything yet. Because the way social media is, you promote it now, they'll forget that we know what we're doing. Don't worry. To CX1 DJs, August 12th to the 15th. If you want to, if you want to buy tickets, we got a bunch of tickets. We got shit. We got tickets in four days. So it's $350, but it comes with, listen to me, it comes with 30 tickets. And anybody that I'm gonna tell you how to, when you when you bought the slot, I'm gonna tell you how this works. You we we send you the the ticket thing in the in the email, you print it out, it's your job to print it out, and then you give it to each person because it's by email, it's 30 motherfucking tickets a day. So you do the math. So we send it to the email, you gotta you gotta print it out, get some scissors, cut them out, and hand them to the people, and they they are validated at the door because they gotta come through my door. So you're gonna, you know, that I tell people you don't gotta go spend all this money pressing up tickets. We're gonna email you the tickets, you print them out, you cut them. It we're gonna have the part where you can cut with the scissors, or you can go to the office depot. I don't give a fuck. We keep it everything price price effective for everyone. We you print it out, it's gonna tell you it's one entry for one day. And entry for is gonna have the date on it for that particular ticket. It's gonna have that every ticket gonna have each day on it. So they if they cut if you give a person for for each day, it's gonna have dirty tickets for that one day. But you when you get the email, make sure you fucking read and black people don't read. And you'll get the email poly the end of August, something like that. You know, the designers get all that together. So I don't want nobody to panic, they pay their money. You you you worse kinda worse, you send us your guest list, they get in. But you're gonna have tickets to give to them, but you gotta print them out, like go go somewhere and print them. Not no office depot. If you gotta print it at the house, you can print them. We don't, we don't, we're not skimming out. We everything gonna be digitalized. We paperless, digital, just like how Eventbrite is. When you buy a ticket from Eventbrite, you gotta print it out. Oh, two things you're gonna do. You don't gotta print nothing out. You can just email that person that ticket, a copy of that ticket, and they can just show the phone at the door. We make this shit very easy. So, you know, we try to be paperless in this motherfucker, paperless. Anybody, this is how you're gonna do it. I want everybody, because there's a couple people on here that brought tickets. Once you get the tickets to the email, you can email it to one of your guests, you can sell it to them or have you. They can't get that ticket unless you either gave it to them or they brought it from you. Um, they could just show their phone the ticket and we'll let them in. Period. That's how the shit works. If they if they got their fucking ticket, they could get in. And don't worry, we we gonna we're gonna have a serial number on each ticket. So a motherfucker gonna be, all right, nigga, I'm gonna share the ticket with you. Oh no, we we know about the bullshit. So is every ticket gonna have a serial no more? So you it can't be two or the same shit, nigga. We we don't, and we write them down as you come in and we're gonna have Julia Simmons running the door, so it should be very organized. CX1 DJs, we do things different podcasts, CX1 DJs, we do things different coalition LLC. We don't fuck around when it comes to the business. We damn sure don't fuck around when it comes to the paper.
