Safe Zone Guardian App. The Safe Zone Guardian App enforces protection orders by using GPS geofencing to detect offenders entering unrestricted victim areas, sending mutual warnings, logging incidents, and directing offenders away while mandating device activity. This public domain prototype builds on existing apps like AVAW and GPS monitoring systems, extending coverage to chance, encounters beyond named restricted zones in Australia. Core features Real-time proximity detection triggers alerts when the offender enters a dynamic geofence. E. G. 100M around the victims, location even in public unrestricted areas. Both parties receive push notifications, victim gets evacuation guidance, and emergency contacts, e.g. 000.1800 respect, offender gets audible warnings, rerouting directions via integrated maps, and compliance logging. All encounters auto log with timestamps, GPS coordinates, and optional victim audio notes, uploading to a secure court accessible cloud for evidence in breaches. Technical design uses smartphone GPS and Bluetooth for precise location, sharing post-court linking of participant devices via QR code or unique order ID. Mandatory always on mode enforced by app. Lockout if phone powers off or app closes triggers police alert. After five minutes of inactivity, with tamper-proof geofencing. Backend integrates with Queensland slash NSW DVO systems for order verification, using Firebase for real-time data sync, and AWSS3 for encrypted logs, privacy compliant with Australian e-safety standards. User flows setup, court mandates app download, victim scans offenders code to pair. Victim sets preferences, alert radius, contacts. 4.
