🎙️ Mantra or Memory — Choosing the True Way + You Are Not Alone

This episode holds both truth and compassion.

With a gentle content note, Cass shares a deeply personal memory that surfaced—revealing how the body remembers what the mind once had to set aside. Through the lens of the True Way and the transformation of the Asura within, this episode explores how awareness becomes the beginning of reclaiming self, choice, and clarity.

This is not a story of staying in pain—
but of recognizing what was never aligned… and choosing differently now.

The episode closes with a supportive “You Are Not Alone” segment, offering simple, body-based ways to return to safety, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in the present moment.

✨ Your body is not against you—it is protecting you
ʉϬ Awareness is the beginning of transformation
ʉϬ You are allowed to choose a new way forward

A grounded, honest, and compassionate space for remembering, reclaiming, and returning to yourself 💛

Blessings. This is the Galactic Godcast, a sacred space to receive messages from the Over Soul, the quantum field, and the living light that we are made of. My name is Cass, the cosmic being, and this is your divine remembrance. This episode references themes of violation and trauma. This is a content note and trigger warning. Please listen at your own pace and take care of your body as you receive the messages. There are moments when memory does not return gently. It does not arrive softly holding you. It comes as a rupture in your field. A truth breaking through something we once buried just to survive. And sometimes that memory is not just a memory. It is a moment where your soul says, We are ready to see this now. Recently, I came across something disturbing. Something that showed how deeply disconnected people can become from compassion, from respect, from the mere sacredness of another being. And in absorbing this information, a memory surfaced. One I thought had almost disappeared. I will not go into detail of that specific memory. But it was a moment where I was not honored. A moment where no was not heard. A moment where confusion hurt more than anything else. And not just the physical experience. The physical experience there was pain endured. But the realization, the the real, the conscious realization of recognizing this is not love. And that moment, that moment was activated. And that moment fed into anger, fed into reactions over time. It fed into choices I later questioned. Choices that I cannot ever undo. But here is what I understand now. In the teachings of chapter eight, the true way, and chapter nine, the reviving of the surahs, from the Kandavu Sutra, we are shown something deeply important. That harm often comes from beings who have lost their way, who are acting from distortion. They are acting from disconnection, from something unhealed within them. But understanding that does not mean accepting the harm. It doesn't mean it excuses the harm. Compassion does not allow violation. The true way is not in any way, shape, or form saying to stay in what harms you. The true way is recognizing this is not aligned with my soul. And when my conscious mind woke up to what certain people were offering me, and I no longer consciously agreed to it, I recognized this is not love. This is not aligned with my soul. And choosing differently, even if that choice comes later, even if it comes after anger, even if it comes after survival. Because anger, even meltdowns, reactions, these are signals for your true self. They are not failures, they are messages. Messages that say something was not right. This is not aligned with our path. And that is where the shift happens. Not in blaming yourself for what followed, but in seeing the situation clearly. What was done, what was allowed, and what must change now. The asura within is not evil, it is the part of you that says, never again, never again. But the dragon within, and now I'm specifically speaking to beings that are connected with their higher selves or dragon guardians, takes that fire and turns it into truth, turns it into boundaries, turns it into self-respect that maybe you thought you were not ever worthy of. So today, this is not about staying in the memory. This is about what the memory revealed. Say this gently, aloud within your mind's eye, or even just feel the frequency. I no longer abandon myself. I choose the true way now. Deep inhale. You are not defined by what has happened to you. You are defined by what you choose moving forward. And even here, even right now, you are choosing. Now before we close out, I want to speak directly to you. If you have ever said no, and it was ignored. If you have ever been pressured, coerced, or even forced into something without your full conscious consent, I'm here. I know that feeling. You are not alone in that experience. And I want you to know this gently. Your body remembers. Your body remembers not to punish you or hurt you, but because it is trying to protect you. For many years, after the moments that I experienced, I had a lot of PTSD. This comes from my body, and our bodies are very intelligent, but they are not aware that that danger is not around anymore. So anything that comes close to that experience is a trigger for your body to protect you. Now, I want to offer a way to assist yourself in those moments in a way I have assisted myself over the years. Place one hand on your heart and feel your heart and place one hand on your lower belly. Feel your breath. Expand your stomach. Now take a slow breath in through your nostrils and exhale out of your mouth, emptying your stomach. Let's do it again. Inhale through your nostrils. Slowly exhale. Now gently press your feet into the ground or wherever you are sitting. Feel something solid beneath you. You are here. You are safe in this moment. If you engage in a memory that feels overwhelming, looking around your space and naming five things around you that you can see, four things that you can touch, and three things that you can hear. This brings your body out of that memory and into this present timeline. Another way, if maybe those practices are too many steps, gently hold your arms. Hold your own arms like a hug, squeeze, and let your body feel what safe contact is. Remind your body that you are safe. Because in those moments that you were not respected, there was a disconnect of self-trust. You are building trust back in the body, and then your body is going to need movement. So shake out your hands, roll your shoulders and stand up. I love stretching my fingers all the way up to the sky. Your body is allowing that memory, that imprint to shift and stop constricting the energy. These are ways that do not force the memory away or block it. But also, they are ways to not continue reliving and placing your current energy into the memory. Know that you are allowed to witness that memory safely. So saying I am here now. My body is mine. I choose safety. Take one more breath. And may you know deep within your bones, you did not deserve what happened. And you are allowed to feel supported even as you move through it. I am here with you. I am here with you through your experience. I am here with you as you safely interact with that experience and move forward. Thank you for listening. And if this stirred something within you, be gentle with yourself today. Every day. You deserve safety, you deserve respect, and you absolutely deserve a path that honors both. And as always, be the light, be the love, be the quantum field, and remember the universe is within you.
