Blessings, this is the Galactic Godcast, a sacred space to receive messages from the over soul, the quantum field, and the living light that we are made of. My name is Cass, the cosmic being, and this is your divine remembrance. This episode references themes of violation, boundaries, and personal truth. This is a content note and trigger warning. So please listen at your own pace. There is something the universe will show you again and again until you see it clearly. Not to punish you, not to shame you. But because universe source, God creator loves you enough to not let you stay hidden from your own truth. And sometimes that truth is not about what others did. It is about what you didn't. There comes a moment where you realize forgiveness was never about them. It was about you. Because holding on to anger keeps you tied to the moment, keeps you feeding the moment with your current energy. But forgiveness, forgiveness creates space. Space for that moment to exist and space for this moment right now. So I'm sitting in this space. The small moments, the quiet, flickering ones. The ones that did not seem like a big deal at the time. That I guess it's okay. I don't want to make this awkward. It's fine. Even when your body says, no, it is not fine. Even when your body flinches, even when your body gets nauseous and constricts and contorts, those moments are not nothing. They are breadcrumbs. Timeline stamps. That every time you abandoned your own voice, abandoned what your body was telling you, you not only taught others how to treat you, you taught your body that when your body tells you something, you ignore it. You do the opposite. And this is where it gets real. Because the universe will not ignore this. The universe sees the disconnect. The universe sees your physical vehicle sounding the alarm and you pressing the button to shut off that alarm. The universe will show you until you are ready to choose differently. And in my experience, every time the universe keeps showing you, it gets clearer, it gets sharper, it gets to the point of no longer being able to make it stop. You can't ignore this anymore. You can't ignore the way you treated your own body. And that is not cruelty, that is clarity. Because hiding your truth, and I see it every day, I see it being programmed in relationships, in friendships, in family. Hiding your truth is far more dangerous than making someone uncomfortable by speaking it. Say it again. Hiding your truth is far more dangerous than making someone uncomfortable. There is nothing more painful than living in a reality built on what you did not physically agree on. And this is where forgiveness deepens. Not just forgiving others for their disconnection or their choices or their inability to see, oh, this person's disconnected from their body. And maybe, maybe that is what attracted that type of person because they saw, oh, this person doesn't listen to their own body. For the moments you said yes, when your body screamed no. For the moments you minimized what your body was telling you. For the moments, you believed someone else had more authority over your own truth than you did. And here is the beautiful shift. You are not blaming yourself. I am not stating you deserved what happened to you because you didn't listen to your body. Not what I'm saying at all. If you want to go down that victimhood path, go for it. What I am stating is a shift in reclaiming yourself, a shift in building trust with your physical body, a shift in taking responsibility and knowing your body said something, and you have time and time and time built a muscle to ignore it. Because once you see that pattern, this makes me emotional every time. Once you notice that muscle you supported by every time, there is no unseeing it, but there is changing in. Because the truth you do not say doesn't disappear. It waits until one day you are ready to live it. And when you do, everything. When I say everything, everything changes. Thank you for listening. And today, may you honor your truth before the universe has to show it to you louder. As always, be the light, be the love, be the quantum field, and remember the universe is within you.
