🎙️ Mantra or Memory — You Were Never Too Much

In this deeply affirming episode, Cass unravels the lifelong imprint of being labeled “too much” and the quiet ways it teaches us to shrink, soften, and seek approval in spaces that were never meant to hold us.

This is not a story of becoming less—
but a remembrance of your true capacity.

Through grounded reflection and gentle guidance, this episode invites you to release the belief that your depth, awareness, and expression are excessive, and instead recognize them as strengths that were simply misunderstood.

✨ You were never too much—you were in the wrong spaces
ʉϬ Your depth is capacity, not a flaw
âœ¨ You don’t need approval to be fully yourself

A powerful Mantra or Memory for reclaiming your voice, your presence, and your right to take up space exactly as you are 💛

Blessings, this is the Galactic Godcast, a sacred space to receive messages from the Over Soul, the quantum field, and the living light that we are made of. My name is Cass, the Cosmic Being, and this is your divine remembrance. This is our mantra or memory. Now, we all know how important words are, and there has been a sense of distortion of how powerful words can actually be. Even thinking of being a child and having playground talks of uh sticks and stones may hurt me, but words can never break me, or something along those lines, right? There has always been this thing since very young where we cast out the true power and intent words have. In this episode, we're speaking about words, specific words that follow you. Not because they are true, but because they were repeated. Too much. The words too much, too emotional, too intense, too expressive, too aware. And when you hear something long enough, you don't just hear it. You begin to shape yourself around it. You may quiet your voice or soften your reactions, even dim your presence. Not because you are less, but because you are trying to be accepted, accepted by people who were never meant to define you. There is a moment, though, where something will shift, where you realize it was never that you were actually too much. It was that you were offering yourself in places that could not hold you. And instead of recognizing that, you made yourself smaller. Not consciously, but gradually. Until one day you did not recognize your own fullness anymore. And that is where the memory returns. Not as a loud realization, but as a quiet truth. I was never too much. That's the truth. You were never too much. Take a breath with me if this is resonating. Place your hand on your heart. Feel your presence. Not what others labeled, but what is actually here. Your depth, your awareness, your ability to feel, see, and understand. None of that is excess. That is capacity. And capacity in the wrong environment feels like too much. But in the right space, it becomes wisdom. It becomes connection. It becomes clarity. It becomes power. So the work is not to become less. The work, the sole task is to stop offering yourself where you must shrink. Say this gently with me. Let's either aloud or in your mind's eye. I transmute the belief that I am too much. I no longer shrink for acceptance. I allow myself to be fully expressed. Deep inhale. Let that settle. Because the truth is, you were never meant to fit everywhere. And you won't fit everywhere. You were meant to be fully you. And allow the right spaces, the right people, the right connections to meet you there. Not because you changed, but because you stopped abandoning yourself. Take another breath. Feel this one with me. Say it out loud. I am not too much. I am fully myself. Again, I am not too much. I am fully myself. This is not something you need to become. This is something you are remembering. Thank you for listening. And today, may you stop shrinking and start standing in your full presence. As always, be the light, be the love, be the quantum field, and remember the universe is within you.
