I think it was one of those like you forget your inner child and you kind of grow up to this like shell of a human and then you have to learn afterward to like you know let go of that and like be who you are again. SPEAKER_04I didn't know until after it was it had gone into their scene and I texted Sarah because I put it together.
SPEAKER_01I didn't know who it was. I just knew that that's not a real person.

SPEAKER_01Um it was a tone of his voice, I think is what it was.

SPEAKER_01I think you did introduce him as Jesta, but like we that was I think this episode was the first time we heard his full name, Jesta Pseudonym, and I was like And pseudonym is suspicious. Come on.
SPEAKER_04I remembered that the third priest was in the was embedded in the cover, in the arconery. So I was like, oh yes, yeah. And I also thought it was cute retrospectively that was like, oh, that means that um while the priest and bones were dancing together in the first activity. I thought about that.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, they're they're buddies. Yeah, I think I like that.
SPEAKER_01They smoke up, which of course makes me like bones more. Yeah, we were suspicious of bones, but we never should have been.
SPEAKER_04And I wasn't overly suspicious.
SPEAKER_01I never lost faith in Bones.
SPEAKER_04I assumed that he liked us.
SPEAKER_01I think we needed, I think I needed a confirmation, but I was hoping with all hope that Bones was was.
SPEAKER_04Did we have any interaction with him? Well, we we talked with him on the way when we first got to Plutopolis. We talked to him. He has a great voice. And he had like a we had some he had some sort of like, I'm a nice, chill guy. Okay, based on that conversation, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah. And he really cares about Circe. Yes, and knowing that they were both okay.
SPEAKER_05He seemed like a good dude from the beginning and also he has a great voice and a great name. Okay.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I had forgiven either both. So I was like, how do we know? I know you were up, you were getting onto Patch.
SPEAKER_01You were like, we were just like, no, we just Yeah, you ask we just do it.
SPEAKER_03I was like, but how?
SPEAKER_06I think also from a metagame perspective, I was like, I'm not gonna do another evil necromancer this soon after Silas, you know, like Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Also it it could have been like the ultimate fake out red herring type of thing. Yeah like that, oh no, it's actually he's the bad one, the one that we were right, right, like falsely like lul lulled into. Yes. But I'm glad it wasn't.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Because I I would have cried if Ebenezer Bones would had been bad. Right.
SPEAKER_06Personally, I I love a silly, I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_03I I would say I well, okay. I was thinking I was gonna say I wouldn't care. And then I was like, you should care. Don't say that. Yeah. And then that's why I stopped myself. But then I thought, I'll tell you guys because I like to be honest.

SPEAKER_06Speaking of um favorites, Cadra and I love Kadra.

SPEAKER_06I I by the end of that episode, I was like, they both fuck with Lucy to an extent that has changed my original idea of their character. Like I like, yeah.
SPEAKER_03I loved that, like I loved enough that first episode or last episode where it didn't go like it didn't get the necklace, that plan didn't work. Yeah, and then to then just like continue on being friends with someone, and then truly a shot in the dark. Do you have any more antiques I could look at? I didn't, I wasn't thinking about the study at all. Yeah, that was just like, oh, I want to get in with them and do things that they like to do, and then boom, we got in the office.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, yeah, it was it was I feel like so smart of you guys, and like bringing Patch along to look while you like distracted them was perfect, and your roles were so good. Was that an at 20 to get in there too?
SPEAKER_04She she rolled an I rolled an at 20 to look charming, yeah. To be invited in, and then she rolled a nat 20 to further persuade. No, no, no, and then she rolled a nat 20 to sh to distract them. So I rolled an at 20 to investigate. I think over the episode, yeah, all of us combined rolled like eight or something nat 20s crazy. It was kind of crazy.
SPEAKER_06It was every it was truly one of those episodes where it's like everything just kind of works out for the part. Like most things you guys did kind of just worked out in your favor, mostly.
SPEAKER_03Which is nice because I feel like we could you we use we could needed a win like that, like an episode of wins.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Just because the rest of the plague is hard, and so some things needed to go right.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I think we're about to lose something.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, I mean we'll see what happens, but for sure. Um the and that's like it was very satisfying for me when we got to the you know, fast forwarding to the end of the episode, and all the stuff you guys had done over these two episodes resulted in like a blowout vote.
SPEAKER_03Yes, that was so satisfying to put that together piece by piece. Yes, yeah.
SPEAKER_01We had a lot of lucky roles to get, especially with them. Like, we charmed a lot of people.
SPEAKER_03And yeah, like like um, what's his name at the bar from the Bad Ratley? God Ratley, that didn't think we were gonna get him. You guys did good work on who uh who are you talking to? Well, you talked to Troyoc Trioxis.
SPEAKER_05We did not do a good job of Trioctis. We'll talk. Yeah, I feel like we'll talk about Trioctus at the end.
SPEAKER_04But like we we got Senna, we got I mean, we got everyone else.
SPEAKER_01Uh Hyson Georgiana, getting Senna was getting Senna and Ratley, it was like those were the two like floaters.
SPEAKER_06Like if they they were the hardest to win over, like in terms of like the the the they were predisposed Senna not so much against you, but like Ratley was definitely predisposed against you. Right. Um and and Senna just so much like doesn't care. Her priorities are not your priorities in a way that is like extreme.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I feel like Senna was way more um like aloof and and image based that I feel like would have sucked up to Caladez, or like that would that person would have been like Absolutely something that they wanted to agree with and be seen in a good favorable light. And so to like make that change was very satisfying.
SPEAKER_06Well and like she her whole driving thing. I I I mentioned briefly that I had these like little character cards that are like there's their goal, here's their tactics, here's their voice, so I could try to remember. Um her whole thing was like I don't want to fuck up with the like I don't want to talk about the plague, yeah. I don't want to like I want this to be a great party and I want people to have fun, and that's what I want.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Which is like like obviously short-sighted and and kind of stupid, but like she's a socialite, yeah. She's a socialite, and you guys, Lucy's deal with her of just being like, oh my god, you're the cool like sucking up to her was the right thing to do.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I was like, you know what? It's like the plague never happened. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Like it was Yeah, she said that's exactly what I was going for.
