Welcome back to the snack back. Whoa, I like snack back. I just thought I'd kind of drop us in there. I wasn't even ready. We're snacking and we're hungry. We all arrived here in need of food. So it's right that we're snacking. Hey, we're snack backing. Hey. This is Matt in the morning, ready to snack back with you guys. It's time for the talk snack. Matt Morin in the morning. That's a good question. If you each as people were uh AM radio hosts, what would your name be? We got Morin in the morning. I don't love that. Okay. I think that's my show, but my name is like The Squall to Squawk or something like that. That's cool. That's really cool. I like that. Um Chloe's name would be uh The Cloje. The Cloj, that's nice. I think I'd be Belch. Yeah. Um I think I'd be Sarah Chicago. Oh, but would you where would you be located? Los Angeles. Hell yeah, okay. And it'd be super early, so it would be like morning radio. Yeah. Yeah. Like Bob and Tom. Yeah. Yeah. And I would be Slim Shaney. Oh. Slim Shaney is so good. I I do want to clarify though that I mean Chicago in the band context, not in the city context. My favorite uh radio host was named Kelly Strawberry. I don't know. That's it. That was a good name. That was a good name, Kelly Strawberry. Oh, I actually also have a I have a question that's been that's been driving me crazy for 24 hours that I needed to ask all of you uh specifically. Does it have to do with this? That's a self-discussion. It does not have to do with your Celsius at 8 p.m. at night, no. Um this is the first of my multiple calf in a mic. Sorry. Beverages. Can you crack it in the mic real quick? Crack! No, but my cousins are staying with me, and and when we got into this, the family is divided on this. Is that about the buttons? The buttons? Yeah. What about the buttons? Well, we can talk about it later. Obviously, not about the buttons. No, it's it's about um when you take a shower. If. Yeah. Do you wear your glasses in the shower? Absolutely not. No. On accident, sometimes, and then I go, I'm getting them wet. And then I go back and then I roll them out. My cousin was wearing glasses in the shower, and we were like, How blind is that? How drunk are they? Apparently, very because it's a sliding scale. Well, I feel like then you need special glasses to so they don't rust in the water. That's what I'm wearing. Log goggles. Yeah, she was like, Well, how do I see in the shower? And I was like, Well, it's not a complicated space to navigate. Are they near sight? Are they like can they We didn't get that far. We got we That's that's question number one. You would hope they didn't just see things close up and not far away. They're wearing them in the shower to see things far away. Yeah, like I can see things close up, I can't see things far away. Like I say, I stopped. Well, so my the light bulb in my bathroom went out, and instead of replacing the light bulb, I just started lighting a candle in my bathroom the whole time. Wow. Um, and such a good vibe. Yeah, like I live. I now I kind of crave it a little bit after my parents came to visit and they were the ones that changed the light bulb. You will you will regret it after you accidentally summon Bloody Mary, but well, that hasn't happened, but I have forgotten to blow out the candle a couple times, and that'll be there's nothing in a bathroom that's flammable though. That's true. It's a room of water. No, it's on like a it's on my wooden medicine cabinet. That's fine. It's so waterlogged, it's got so much mold in there. You know? Just to say Sarah, your grosmoldy bathroom can't catch on fire. That's what Matt's saying. It's not hot enough. What are we supposed to be talking about? We're supposed to be talking about this. Is actually fitting because we're supposed to be talking about the gas leak that was last episode. Oh, that's right. The incredible. I don't remember a thing. Yeah. I just remember how I felt, and that was good. I just remember we were we were pissing or talking about pissing, and who knows if that made the episode. It has to make the episode. But there's no way it can't. There were nothing. There's so many times that it I'm rarely in the position where I have to like, like, you know, laser pointer, okay, focus up, focus up. Yeah. There were a number of times, and I liked that. I liked having to be like, hey, guys, come on. Spencer, more of that is coming. Great down the line. Thank you so much. Yeah, you guys were on a little tear. Well, I think it all started in the tree. When Janice was in the tree. That's when the first pissing joke happened. And then it just could not stop. There were multiple times where I felt like I was a 13-year-old in class, looking at you know your best friend across the room and being like, oh no. Oh no. And it was that exact thing of I had it under control, and then Spencer said something, and I was like, I know Matt's laughing. Yeah. Don't look at Matt. But I wanted to look at Matt because I also thought it was funny. And we started laughing again. I had to put the mic away from me. I still think it was audible. I had to have my eyes closed at one point. Yeah. That's the problem with having a podcast with only five hosts, is we can't sit you guys away from each other in any real way. Like you'll always be able to connect each other. We don't have the cord length for it. And then at the very end, I felt so bad because it was like a really important moment, and I wanted I and I was enjoying the importance of it. But I was so Spencer was looking so deep into my eyes and making such eye contact, and I wanted to be such a present, like appreciative podcaster. To be fair, Spencer, you weren't helping because you kept saying warm and like warmth and flow and spreading warmth. Yes. No, no, no. But I think also is you kept saying you feel it was just like such a buildup. It was so great to be able to do that whenever you wanted to do it. Yeah. Every time I mean, we had kind of like a crazy episode prior to that. Yeah. Like it was fully very intense. A combat the entire time. Yeah. No one died. Prior got sick. Yeah, a lot of people got sick. Prior most importantly of all. Well, he said prior, so I was making a joke. I was making a joke. Oh, I get what you're saying. Sorry. I get what you're saying. You're so right. You're so right. We're so wrong. Thank you. The thing about it was that we cut loose a little bit and I fucking loved it. I loved it too. And now I I've like genuinely don't remember a lot of it, but now that we're talking about it, it's coming back to me and I I can't wait to listen to it. I have to say, rewinding a little bit, I was so excited to pull out the uh uh hot air balloon made of big lung. Yeah. Oh yeah. That I mean I think that's where it started. It's I think it started with oh yeah, we were in the house. Lucy tried to throw something off the side and got mad that Spencer wouldn't let her hit uh someone from like 300 feet in the air. I thought what happened is that Shane was going to throw something first of all it was Lucy did it. Janice, like, we we never play with the like you know, metagamey like who knows. We just consider that you tell each other what you see. But like you so hard jumping in and going, you don't see it, and then doing what he said he wanted to do was so funny. Yeah, I mean, yesterday I or yesterday, last week, I feel like I had a uh kind of a a realization, an epitome, or no epitome, yeah, an epiphany. An epiphany, if you will. Well, okay, and okay, let me just sorry. Okay, every time I try to tell a story, my brain supplies like the context for that story. But not oxygen. Yeah, that's I thought you were gonna say less oxygen. And then it like I so I I try to jump forward to tell that part of the story, and then like, but you know, let me tell you the next part. So anyway, uh was one of those things where you like work on other parts of your life and it opens you up in other parts of your life, you know, and you're like, oh, if I if I'm if I'm better as a person, it helps in all these different places. But I had this realization that like uh that I was like trying to keep like bumper rails up on like our podcast, and like that's kind of like I was thinking about like more like meta, like okay, well you know, is it like this or should it be like this, or like what um like how I was doing in it too, like what my role was gonna end like I think I was getting rather stressed about that, and then I was like, wait a second, like that's not my job, like we're all making it together. Like, there's no one asked me to do that, and it actually hurts the podcast and myself and everybody to like have one person who like feels like they're trying to wrangle at all. Um especially not as a DM too. Like, I feel like that's like uh and then like also was like, wait a second, you no nobody can put you in an improv scene that you don't want to be in. Yeah, which is like a kind of a also surprising epiphany that I had forgotten. Um and so then I was like, oh, okay, I don't have to worry about that. And so then like, are you guys holding feet? They're literally. We've had a uh we normally have a a a wall between us. Yeah, oh yeah, usually we have that. We have a very important mixer between us. Um you can cut all this out if you want, but no, no, it's a good eight pizza for the first 20 minutes. I'm engaged. Um uh so um that oh my gosh, I didn't even know you were dating anyone. Who is she? Her name's Dr. Maria Birch Anton. Oh whoa, she's happily married. Well, guess maybe not. You heard it here, folks. Well, I guess Holly's happily married, but Mariah. But I I feel like that's a good realization. So anyway, so yeah, so so I on top of like having a really hard day last week, and then like so there was already that kind of release too, but like I very much felt free to kind of like make you guys also have guardrails in a way that like I don't think I had trusted you or had forgotten to, and like as the podcast has been going on. Um so then yeah, so I felt very free last week in a way that I don't think I had felt in a long time. Um and so that's what I feel like I enjoyed so much about it. Yeah. I feel like that's really fun. I feel like when when everyone is like it's it's one of those things I I you hate to refer to like a a maxim, but like it's one of those things in performance where it's like by taking care of yourself, you're taking care of everyone. Like if everyone's taking care of themselves, then you're never in a position where you have to take care of someone else. Which like in life, you know, we should all take care of each other. But in in yeah, and I also kind of forgot what it meant to take care of you. Like take care of yourself doesn't mean watch yourself, it means like see in your character as much as you want. Yeah. Create a full character, which I think you all are very good at. And like in fully inhabiting your character and thinking about it from the character point of view, that creates such great story and conflict. And I like that you guys are just a pack of rotten siblings. Like that's just really fun to me. That you guys are just like making each other's days worse in a really fun way. I think, yeah, I mean, we we it was sort of go ahead, Sarah. Sorry, I have to finish two. Okay, okay. This won't change the subject. I saw Sarah the intention was there, but yeah. Um my thought is you know, that the last episode was very much the start of the third act or the last act of this um um uh arc. Thank you. Um, and I think that there was some freeing stuff of like, okay, we're out of this, we've been in a ballroom or like at this party for three episodes or two episodes. And I think three. And then we are now gonna go do an MI, a mission impossible style infiltration of a building felt so fun and freeing. Yeah, yeah. Well, we were kind of on our best behavior for a few episodes. I mean, yeah, sort of. Rex was not. Sort of. Well, some of us were with our parents, and so you're on your and I think because the like the mission was so kind of straightforward for us, like it's get to get to the bottom of the tower. Get to the bottom of the tower. It's like, okay, and we also know, like, okay, we know we're we're gonna get to the bottom of the tower. Like, if we're you know, as long as we don't choose not to do it, you know, we can trust this process to like go down here. So that, you know, having those, like you were saying, having those guardrails up gave us space to like bump up against them. Yeah. What I was what I thought of when you were saying that like we're these kind of like ragtag siblings. I feel like sometimes I get worried, or not I don't know if worry is the right answer, but like sometimes I feel like it's too like annoying, like too annoying sibling energy a little bit, where I feel like sometimes the bickering gets but all of that to say is that uh like or or I maybe I'm afraid it's gonna get there because I feel like sometimes we have this like uh just like I guess bickering, which I I enjoy, but I guess my fear is that it gets too bickering. And so instead of making you guys also find that edge, I feel like I was trying not to get close to that edge. Yeah, I think I don't think it was a bicker heavy episode at all. No, no, no, exactly. And that's what I'm I had like that. Was that like um I I had to make you guys hit the edge too. I can't like hold all of us, like don't let's not fight too much versus like I'm gonna make I'm gonna fight and like somebody else not hold me back, essentially. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I think the difference is like fighting fighting for comedy and fighting for drama. I think it's it can it can be and I'm not saying that it has to be one or the either, but I think that like it can be if we're really gunning for one, it can be a little bit pathetic um and like lose some lose some pathos, like lose some steam. I feel like if we're like, oh we have to force like a like a real character conflict here when it's like ultimately I think as a performer our impulses are often uh to have fun with one another. But like if we're fighting too much for comedy, then that's also annoying to hear too. Yeah. So like I that's a class it's a classic like improv thing of like we don't want to just play arguments. Exactly, exactly. Um sorry, go ahead. Yeah, it reminds me of um I a realization that I had towards the end of our second city days, not to dox us. Um, but uh was something we say that we're all from Chicago. Shadow Band. I was just because I'm pretty sure it's in the the description of the podcast that we all are second city curious, and that's where we met. But anyway, I love Chicago. I shouldn't put that out there. That's not what I heard. Uh something like not what we are something that I like realized towards the end is something that we say before we go on stage as we go around, we go, Oh, I got your back, I got your back. And we tell it everyone. And I had a realization realization towards like our last show of like, oh, when I say I got your back, I mean that. But other people also mean that when they say that they have my back. Yeah, like it's a two-way yeah except for me. I every time I say it, I don't mean it. Yeah, I I see Spencer's fingers crossed behind his back. He's not saying I got your back, he's saying I got your pack. Yeah. And it's it's completely different meaning. He's saying watch your back. I thought he was saying I got the pack. Yeah, no, that's it. Yeah, that's right, right. I got your pack. I um not to not to which means uh sink or swim. Right. It says, yeah. Yeah. Um I had that same I had that same kind of thought, Sarah, when earlier in this arc when Rex got sick with the tree disease, and like it we ended one episode with like Rex being like, yeah, I got this tree disease. And then like y'all made a lot of fun of him. And I was like in my feelings for a couple of days after being like, what did I do to deserve this? And then I re-listened to it and I was like, Oh actually, like there there was some there there was like care and thought and put into it and stuff like that. And I think it it like I came to the next episode being like, I don't want to fight, you know what I mean? Because I did I I was like, we've this is a rote, you know, like we've done it before with other things, and Rex has, you know. I think I even said like, oh yeah, in the talk back on that after that episode, which at that time we were doing the talk packs immediately after the episode. And I was like, I don't think Rex has like gotten like like mad. And I think Chloe, you were like, What? Like and I then I thought about it and I was like, oh yeah, like I've done this before. Like while I don't want to retread this stuff, like I'd much rather be like take a different, like more sensitive approach to it, not in a way that like you guys hurt my Rex's feelings, but in a way of being like he's in his feelings, he's in his feelings, yeah. But there's a way to be in your feelings and a c as a character and not be a dick or not be like looking to fight about it. I think that's like the character growth that I had to find for Rex because like and you weren't being a dick. No, to be clear, no, I'm turning into a tree patch. I really I really have enjoyed your growth with that, like from that conversation to no pun intended, tree-wise. Yeah, exactly. Spencer, you know, the rings that you've developed have been really cool because I feel like I I enjoy all of the jokes now about like those are my people, or like I can talk to trees. Like you have this sort of this like feeling of like okay, if if this is what's happening to me, then I have some kinship with other trees, and that's been really fun. You haven't been you weren't a dick, but you were kind of a deck. Like a like a wooden deck. Like a wooden deck. Nice, good deck, good deck. That's a deck, like a shack. Give me something to dock. I have a big tangent. Yeah, this was a thing. That's what I've heard. Yeah, I heard that too. Actually, the outline of your tangent in your pants. I'm telling you that. I heard about a middle sized tangent. I didn't know he had a big one. No, that's me. I got the middle size tangent. Yeah. Sorry, Shane. We're okay. Let's not measure our tangents, okay? Yeah. Um I heard you also had a great personality. Thank you. That's and a rock and cosine. It's not the size of the tangent. It's what you say during it. Yeah. Yeah. So if you uh I think I know the answer to this, but I'm gonna ask the question this way anyway, even though it's ridiculous. Have you guys ever touched lungs? Lungs? Lungs. No. Um. I have touched crab lung. You've touched crab lung? Crabs have lungs? Yeah, crabs have lungs. You thought that whales in Maryland. Damn. I wish I had thought about it before I'd washed them off. I mean what delicacies do we have in Columbus, Ohio? I mean, like buckeyes. I was thinking like maybe at a bodies exhibit or something. It was They don't let you touch them. We're not allowed to touch them. Okay, well, when I was an undergraduate, they let us touch them. Yeah. It was it was undergraduate, it was a nursing anatomy class, and they they wheeled in. Undergraduate over a desk. Right. I took movement. Yeah. They wheeled in. We pretended to be a lung. Yeah. This set of lungs. Okay, they brought in the lungs. They brought in the lungs and they were attached to a pump, and they would pump up the lungs um with air so you could like see them grow and contract, and then you could like touch them and see what they feel like. Do they pop? Fuck that, man. No, they feel like um they're incredibly soft and they feel like temperatic almost. Because they're a bunch of microscopic tiny air stacks, basically. Get them out of me. I know, I feel your hands in my. They're very soft. They're the coolest thing to like squeeze. Okay, so so yeah. And what's your NLX your tangent? Was that the tangent? I'm sorry, is it's have you guys ever touched lungs? Not a not a big enough tank. I thought it was gonna be a metaphor to the for the population. My darling, what is it relate? How does it relate? Because of the luggage, because of the lung in the giant lug. A tangent is when it doesn't relate to anything. A tangent is whether it's not cosine or sine. I think that tangent was too big. I don't think it's gonna fit. I think it was just right. I think it'll fit. To me, that felt pretty good. It'll be in the uncut version. Chain was lung maxing and the uncut tangent? Yeah. And it's soft. Nice. I've heard that tangent was circumstance. Don't sniff it exactly. Um, I so you guys worked your way down the tower. You met the inklings. Um, I was really excited about the inklings. They were so cute. Yeah, those were cute. They're little freaks. I've wanted to play a little rotten little ink creature for like weeks. I think you're gonna say, I wanted to play a little rotten creature, and I was like, brother, you can do that. It was very interesting to have because they're very cool characters, and the dragon is also a very cool concept to have the bookworm. Yeah, thank you, thank you. And I will say, considering any other name than Bookworm, I know I had a big list of names, but like stop at Bookworm. Actually, Bookworm was the last one I came to, and it was the day of. I would like, it was one of those things where I had a mental block where I was like, I know there's a pun that's perfect, that's right there. Dragon my eyes crossed the page. I was like, I was like, is Purple Dragon funny? Because purple's like like, you know, purple prose where it's like. You know. Yeah. That's not where you're and that's and that's why I was like, that's not very funny. But then Bookworm, I was happy with. I don't know. I've really enjoyed this arc. Like 99% of the things you fought have been mostly homebrew in to some capacity. That's really funny. And I have I have enjoyed that a lot more, um, especially because it's a lot fewer uh wizards with magic bullets. Uh we're about to fight magic uh magic rings that summon skeletons. Yeah. Oh, that was sucked. When you got overcome by skeletons in the arena? Yeah, yeah. That was not good. I didn't like that. I liked no me neither. But the worm was cool. The little the little um were the inklings also your The runes on the hands! Yeah, that was real fun. There there is an inkling stat block, but it is for just like a little creature made of ink. It's like its big thing is it can blind you, and that's the one thing it's like. It's like a pixie. I yeah. I added the thing about um they try to carve rings on or runes on you, write runes on you, that then when you like do magic or do your special. That was so fun. It like it goes off like a trap. I was really excited about that. And then I also loved how like what how it and then played out with when like Lucy cast a spell and it made the dragon go away. Yeah, exactly. It was so dumb of me. I was like Yeah, it was so fun. I was it that's a classic like DD problem of like playing a high intelligence character and then immediately acting like a fucking idiot. But it's like because I'm not a dragon who reads. Yeah, you're pretty close. You can't dragon who reads, but it's fun to be. Maybe a wyvern that reads in that was a worm, kind of a worm that reads. No, with an O. Um, to play against each other. Like that that feels like a battle of wits, yeah. In like a fun way. Yeah, yeah. I I was really happy about it and I was really excited that you guys enjoyed it. And then you got some books. Yeah. I got the Euryphine. Ooh. That's really cool. Yeah, I want to read it. Got a book. I got no, he just got his medical book back. Yeah. I got something like a treatise on fate. Yes. A treatise on fate. And you got like the history of Juliana. Yeah, we I got the history of Juliana. You got the death of Juliana, he got the treatise on fate. And we had to trade. And we decided we had to trade us on fate. Kind of randomly, just like so silly of us. We decided to trade. It was crazy. I mean, you would hate this book, it's so boring. Um, but yeah, by Maddox Apollo Loco. The dean of the school. Interesting. I've got some questions for that dick. Well, we have deck. We haven't um that fella. We've we've gone into we like we started deep in Lucy's lore, and then in the labyrinth we got deeper and we met her dad and her mom, technically. Uh, both. And then Patch's family was in there as well, and we got into that. But we haven't met anyone from Rex's life. No, no, other than Rex. Could all be made up. All we met were was Blake of the Lake in episode one. That's right. Blake, stay with her. And he was just a nice bro. I invented, and then Matt did not care about very I didn't want him. He was just a nice chill bro. Didn't want him. Yeah. I'm I'm I'm excited for whatever. Did he die? No, he went back to school. He went back to school. We'll see him when we go back to school. But he was threatened at some point. When we go back to school, we left him. I mean, we need to talk to this dean and he's gotta be at the school. All right, we hope he's at the school. Matt sorry, Rex is so opposed to reading a book that he will go on a field trip to talk to the person who wrote the book rather than. He won't track down the author and tell me everything that's in this book. Like, this isn't history. This is a memoir. It's different. Janice, can you read this to me, please? I like an oral history. Yeah. Janice, Janice will read it to her. Coming to HBO, oral history. Janice will be so excited that Rex wants to learn something that he'll read it to him every night. I learned magic. That's true. And you are a history buff. Which we're all baffled about because you have to read to learn magic. The history buff. You don't have to learn magic. It just kind of comes to you. Most people have to read to learn magic. Some of us have to read to do magic. I just do a Kegel and it comes out. Same. Then you guys uh uh made your way into the catacombs. Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Classic Sarah Katrenich names. Oh yeah. Yeah. Um the first one right out the gate sounded like fallopian tube. I don't remember what you thought. We didn't really touch it, but it did. It was like something. It was like fallopia. Wait, have you ever touched a fallopian tube? I listen, every night, in my opinion, I hate the city of Filopia. That's not what I heard. Ladies, you can catch me in Filopia every night. Oh Chloe is very good. Which is crazy because Chloe's engaged. And so it's Fallopi in my joke. I'm single, is what Chloe's saying. I'm not. If you want to, you can. I'm easy. Slide into those deals. I live at 490. One minute to 420. Um and uh you you uh then found the tomb of Korvich Trioctus. Yes. And there was someone in there. Peeing on it. I was just gonna say we opened the door. There he was. Do we know what Trioxis' first name is gonna say what's it onto the game? I'm sorry, I forgot to lock. You don't know his first name, and also I don't know his first name. It's Jen. This is a situation where I made a one name character and then was like, oh, his son is kind of important. I should come up with him, but I have to have a name that shows they're related. And I thought about like Quatroctus, but I was like, that's stupid. I kind of like it. It's like how Patch's sister is Nicky Oneides. Yeah. Trioctus is triocus General Trioctus Trioctis. Yeah, yeah. Bioctus is fine. No, it would be trioctis octus. Trioctis octus, yeah. Yeah, but bioctus is his father. Monoctus is sick. It sounds like noctus is Michael Crichton. Monoctus sounds like a uh pill for like osteoporosis. It sounds like a sickness. Like, oh guys, I got Monoctus. Yeah, try Monoctus with anal leakage. Oh, hate that when that happens. Yeah. Do not Shane, do you want to go to another team? Um, so yeah, talking to you haven't talked to him yet. What's everyone's vibe on on Trioctus in this room right now? Trioxus with it seems the box of many things. He's about to get his ass whooped. Patch has been very pacifistic. I do think he's still gonna want to try to not kill him. I just need to. God bless you. That was very cute. I don't want to spray everywhere. Keep going. You can also choose if you make sound when you sneeze or not. What? It's painful if you didn't know. If you take a monopotus, you don't sneeze anymore. Um side effect of monocitous. I'm I will I'm interested to see how he reacts to us. You know? Yeah, because you're right, because he's been very much um uh big leaguing everyone, and then he Rex and him had a uh little fight. Uh but Yeah, I knew that was gonna happen. I forgot to I forgot to uh clear it, and I was hoping that we would finish before either way, the last video last five minutes of this on the video will not exist. That's fine. Yeah, they can be the audio than the audio. In no scenario does Janice not immediately punch tractus in the face, is my feeling. And that's fair. Yes. Patch still thinks he can save him. I feel like I can fix it. There's more like I would go for the box, you know. I think you're saying, I'm gonna I would go for the body than the head. Lucy's always going for that box. I thought you said Lucy's always going for that body. Um, but uh and so then I that's why I kind of feel like we'll see how he reacts. Like, I don't really care about killing him or hurting him. I'm happy to let you punch him. That's great. Um, but if I try to go for the box and then he attacks me, then we're gonna fight. Guys, Spencer don't listen. Okay. He's listening. Do we think it would be bad if the box was destroyed? Hey, Spencer. He's not listening. Well, I don't know. I think it would, I think it would um just because we've previously destroyed magical items and it's resulted in a nuclear type explosion. Well, that's what I'm saying. Sarah, it was you did it. You broke the tool. Oh, he looked around like who me. I like how you were like, that wasn't that bad. You weren't in the black room. I think it knocked them out. I was fine because I wasn't I was out of range. For real? Yes. Yes, it fully killed me in reaction. Yeah. For real. Reading. Wait, what episode was that? Go back and listen. It was like it was an Ariaks. It was the end of the bank. Please didn't clip that into the case. Was that the thing at the top of the corkscrew? Or that was another girl. And let's not talk about it. It was Silas Flight Number Two. It was at the top of the corkscrew, and then we went through a long hallway, and then we killed that lion man. Remember, we got into the right and then Nikki was there, and she had to put her arm in that right. It was like a disc kind of thing. And then we went, yes, and then we went in there and Silas was there with Torrent. That's right. And you shocked it. Immediate second example of destroying a magical item. Silas broke his staff and ripped a hole in the dimensions. That also killed us. And this box is probably more powerful than either of those things. Absolutely more powerful than either of those things. I think we need the box potentially to undo to put things back in the box. I know that's like not how the box works, but there must be. We have to create how do you create a vacuum? We have to get suck to get all the air out of it. You have to talk to Hoover. Patch can probably have a vacuum seal chamber. We need some magical suck though. Hoover. Dang, I know a public. Barely know. Um yeah, so some suck, some suction, some vacuuming. Great. Well, and Clanky probably has a Hoover mode. What are we trying to suck? All of the plague back in the box. Oh, yeah. Okay. Yeah. Maybe I can talk it down. I wouldn't put it past you. I roll per se per se. You're definitely gonna try, and then when I say no, you can't talk to the box. Not to the box, the plague. Okay. That's exactly what's gonna happen. Yeah, and when when you when I say no to that, you're gonna go, what? Yeah. Yeah. We're called you call your shot, I'll call yeah. So cool that uh it it gets it impresses the plague to go back on the box. A lot of good ideas happening. Janice, you want to add one? Um yeah, Janice is um uh he's just gonna punch it. Yeah. Great. The box? All of these will, I think, effectively end the plague. So you guys did a really good job. Spencer, I told you not to listen. Oh, well, I I was listening the whole time. I'm gonna be honest. It's his bravado. He did it again. It's his bravado. And can I tell you it's becoming an issue? Can I tell you? Can we can we give me some credit for when Sarah said, hey Spencer, and I didn't react? No. Wait, what? Especially not now. When did I say hey Spencer? You're all good. It was moments ago. It was moments ago. Wait, what? Why would I give you a? Because he put his hands on me. Oh. And I said, Can you hear us? You were doing a test. Yes, now I remember. You were just locked in. It's like if you ask memory from it. If you ask LeBron James what he did after a game, he'll go, I don't know. I was busy. Graduating. Probably basketball. Yeah. After graduating from St. Patrick's in Akron, Ohio. Which isn't where Sarah's from. Exactly. It's close. I have driven past it. Of course you have. Speaking of school. Driving past it. Shall we drive um past the end of the talk back and into the main episode? I think we have to do it. Sorry for the last being on YouTube. If you have any questions about anything at all, feel free to put them in the I love this comment. Yeah. Sarah's got her hand like leaning on the mic stand. She looks like a stand-up who's about to like go into an extended, ill-advised bit about pronouns. You're about to say things that should make your wife leave you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's a big tangent. Yeah. Yeah. Well, we can't even look over there. They're not watching us. I'll leave you with this. Yeah. That's what I stand up to say. Leave us with something. Yeah, that's that was that's the bit. Nice. Leave us with you leave us with you something. Leave us with something. Um bit of wisdom, maybe. A pearl. Uh this past weekend was Memorial Day. It's a story. I didn't know it was a chance. I think we were expecting like don't count your chickens before they hatch like a little like a little button. Okay, well, let's see where this goes. Maybe it's got one more sentence. Um definitely more than one. But I but so as a holiday, I was reflecting on how it the troops. On how that's what you should have been reflecting on was the troops. No. It's often rainy because God's crying for the fallen US soldiers. Actually, it was kind of disappointing that it was rainy. But uh God is always crying. Specifically for US soldiers. God is crying. Um that the day is on your calendar for so much longer than the day than the 24 hours that it exists. So that it exists in our minds and in our hearts and memories for far longer, and our anticipation far longer than the actual day. And so it's always interesting to realize today is this day that's been on my calendar all year, or that um I remember in the past after it's gone by. And it's different every year, but sometimes but some things are the same. And so uh so take a second to reflect on that today is May 27th. It'll be a different when you're listening to this. Or whatever the day is when you're listening, and then that day that that's what today is today. And sometimes it's just Sarah's trying to say live in the moment, y'all. No, Sarah, I hear you. That's how I feel on my birthday. Treat every day like Memorial Day. Yeah, and and and um it's on sale. Everything's on sale. Buy that dishwasher. Um uh yeah. Um remember those troops. I I guess some things, some things are the same and some things are different. And so I you I could not have said it better myself. Remember the play guard. I'm trying to land this, but I don't think I can. I think you've landed it. I think it's very good. I think we have one tire on, but that's okay. Speaking of stand-up, I did come up with a joke the other day. And I just want to feel very you want to do it right now. Is that what you're saying? Yeah, I need to deal with um. Is this something that you wife say to your wife? No, no, no. Well, just because it's bad. Okay. In in that it's like not of high quality. Okay. Okay. But it's good for the podcast. She doesn't listen. I have really bad ADD, so a lot of my ideas are like expensive orange juice. You know, um, not from concentrate. Got it. Thank you, Shane. Nice. You you said it was bad. Shane gave me a pity laugh, and no one else gave me a pity laugh. They just went. They just sternly looked at me and said, I would rather die than receive a pity laugh. I want them. So that's how I show respect to you. I think can I I hand sweat. I do. Can I offer to redo it and say not from concentration? Because not from concentration. What if versus not from conversation? But I don't think that's like what if you could say I didn't it didn't concentrate. What if you said um so the other day my wife wanted to go to the movies and I was like, didn't want to do that. That's better. Let's go with that. Okay. And thank you so much for listening. Thank you so much for listening. Is Shane asleep? Yeah. Shane's texting. Pity laugh tired him out. Thank you all so much for listening. Matt's gonna do his type five. Okay, bye everyone. Some things are some things are the same and some things are different. Have a great week. Love Memorial Day. Not from concentration. Bye. Bye. Wow, that was an eight minute outro.
