Episode 12: My Favorite Things on Isle of Palms

Jake and I took a little trip to my favorite things on Isle of Palms to visit Bubba the parrot. Had a good time, but unfortunately, Bubba was away getting shots at the doctors office. lol. #Autism awareness.

Alright, so we are um on Isle of Homes. Pulling into my favorite thing, which is where Baba lives. Haven't been here in a while, but it's spring and it's beautiful, and I thought Jakey would like to go. That's the lovely woman who works there and I believe owns the place. She's so sweet. Here we go. Let me get Jakey out of the car. There's a beautiful Isle of Palms. Can't beat it. Only about 10 minutes from our house, which is great. Ugh. I just dropped my purse. Give me a second. Alright. My favorite thing. Get Jakey out of the car. And Jakey is still dressed because he knows he always goes somewhere with me, so at least he keeps his clothes on until after we go. Yes, Jakey. It's been a while, hasn't it? It's been a while. There you are. My favorite things. Yes, it's been a long time.

You're so sweet though. Alright, we're gonna go see Bubba. Let's go see down here. He's what? No, he's on his way. He had to go get his shot today. Oh no! I wanted to see Bubba. It's been so long. And then I was thinking, gosh, I wonder if he's still there. But he's just whoa! You're just getting his uh shot today. That's all. Oh yeah, he went as well, then. Well, we'll have to visit Bubba another time. But you're on the podcast, so hopefully a lot of people will visit your your podcast. That'd be awesome.
