In this episode, we explore the power of leadership and how it can be nurtured in children through everyday moments at home, school, and in relationships. Leadership isn’t about being the loudest or being in charge—it’s about taking responsibility, making thoughtful choices, and positively influencing others through actions. It’s something children can grow into in simple, practical ways.

Through relatable examples and practical strategies, parents will learn how to help children develop leadership skills such as confidence, empathy, initiative, and the ability to support and include others. When children understand leadership, they begin to see that they don’t need a title to make a difference. They learn that leadership is about how you show up, how you treat others, and the example you set each day.
