Shall I open it? It's your turn. Welcome to our podcast.
SPEAKER_00I mean I love it.
SPEAKER_02Great.
SPEAKER_03We were thinking, or I was thinking anyone agreed, that we want to talk to our fellow friends from the other side of the screen about why we are doing this, uh how this idea came about and uh what's our goal. Um and to be honest with you, we are hoping to find out the answers to these questions eventually. Um but okay, the reason why we uh had an idea to start the podcast was because either with the two of us or with one of our friends, our conversations take unexpected turns. Side quests. Yeah. And uh they could be interesting, funny, yes, deep. Um I wanted to say two words, uh metaphorical and mystical. They came at the same time in my head. Okay.
SPEAKER_00Mystical?
SPEAKER_03I don't know. I I wanted to say metaphorical, but then mystical came to my mind as well.
SPEAKER_00And then Okay, yeah, sometimes we talk about stars and planets, I guess. Which is why I'm wearing this shirt.
SPEAKER_03It's a whole deck of tarot cards on a shirt. Yeah, no, these are I think zodiac signs or star or a line. No, there's a zodiac sign, sort. Ah, true. Yeah, that's yeah, that's a tarot card. So basically we will try to be persistent, we will try to continue putting things out, and then this will grow into something beautiful. Yes. And uh about uh motivations, mine is because I want to put myself out there, whatever that means, um, and because I want to curate content instead of consuming content. Yeah. Um so we want to be rather busy editing and uh Slavic engineering this. Oh my god, if you can see the setup. Oh my god. Yeah. Um and uh yeah, so uh we sneak peek. One of these days we will post also how bloopers. Bloopers, not bloopers, but also how how are some of the cameras set up here. Behind the scenes. Yes. And uh blinking light is part of the charm. Oh yeah, absolutely. Get used to it, we cannot fix it. Right, so we will try to be ourselves here in front of the cameras. We mentioned a thing or two about personas last time, and uh also because we were editing the previous uh video, I got to see my my face so many times, and what I've noticed about myself is that I I am pretending, or I'm not my real me in front of the camera versus a real me in real life, which I guess it's okay, it's some kind of like a protective mechanism.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Um, but this is something I would like to work on, and this is something I would like to get better at, so this is a perfect opportunity. I have to be honest with our friends from the other side of the screen. I am enjoying this process because these are the rare moments when I don't have a background noise.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's true, but there's still some thoughts going on in your head.
SPEAKER_03Maybe, but at least they are not uh loud. Not loud, but they are not visible because I I think in pictures. Okay. I so why not? Kind of, it's very abstract. How do you guys think? Tell us what you think in colors, sounds no, but uh do you hear your thoughts? Like, do you you sometimes I hear my thoughts? For example, I um when I'm about to send a message, I think about the message that I'm gonna send, and then I hear my thoughts of the message. For example, I'm stopping by a supermarket, do you need anything? Yeah. That I that I before I even said it, I already heard in my head that I'm gonna use these words and then I say it.
SPEAKER_00Interesting.
SPEAKER_03I think it's an anxiety trade. One of many that I have.
SPEAKER_00No, because I was thinking how do I do it? Uh-huh. But I don't hear anything. I just type it and it's done.
SPEAKER_03Forget about it. Um what about if you want to say something on a meeting or let's say we are in uh having brunch and then I will have pretend conversations.
SPEAKER_00But what do you mean now? Pretend as in how what I get to the subject that I want to talk about. What will I say before I actually start what I want to see? Uh-huh. That's like pretend conversations and scenes in my head.
SPEAKER_03And this is happening in your head at the at a spot? No, before. Like before you even get to get together. Okay. Yes, these ones I have as well. Kind of like rehearsed, rehearsed uh yeah, yeah, yeah. Yes. Uh but I this is what I mean. I I feel like I have uh rehearsed uh sentences, but just before I say them sometimes. Okay. Not always. In some cases I literally physically rehearse, write down and rehearse. But this is when I need to uh Yeah, yeah. Please what? Please wouldn't. No, no, no.
SPEAKER_00What did you think? No, I just want you to finish the sentence. Why are you laughing? Because you can actually see when you're doing that. What do you mean? Your your face changes. When when I am start rehearsing in your head. What do you mean now? Because you're it's like when you're thinking, your whole face changes. Okay. And you start looking everywhere. It's like a processor.
SPEAKER_03Like a loading gear. No, no, no. Yes, also this. But I meant that uh in some cases are literally like rehearsed at home. You know what I mean? Like rehearse on my own, saying out loud things that I want to say. But in this is happening when I need to uh speak about my boundaries because I don't know how to do that yet. Uh yeah, that's a tough one. Yeah. So if I if I need to uh set the boundary, poof, there is a lot of processes going on. First, it takes me, I don't know, two or three times of not even recognizing that my boundaries were stepped over, and then I start noticing it, and then I start connecting that this um um how do I call it like a cramped stomach reaction had to do with my boundaries being stepped over. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Like a physical reaction.
SPEAKER_03Physical reaction, and then once I finally catch it in the moment of happening and being like, ooh, this this this I feel now. Okay, what is happening? Aha, this is happening, and then only next time I can uh hopefully recognize the feeling. Not recognize the feeling, I'm already unrecognizing, but the next time actually say something, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Did you ever practice boundaries? Oh boy. Of course I I I tried. And how did that go? Um it didn't go so well. That that's why I didn't go well. You keep you keep stepping over them and I'm just like, yeah, okay. I'm joking. Okay.
SPEAKER_03No, I meant more like more like uh your boundary was like I don't want to hang out with you anymore, fuck you.
SPEAKER_00And uh that was like a few years ago, but then you so it's fine. Then I so it's fine.
SPEAKER_03There are certain things that we're not gonna say here. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_00But those who know will know. Yeah, no, I tried practicing. Um it's hard, I'm not gonna lie. But I think with some people is easier than with others.
SPEAKER_03Hmm. Interesting. So, friends, we are sorry if this uh video or um uh audio, depending on where you are listening slash watching us, will uh be a little bit nonsensical. That's probably because we cut out some parts that we don't want to have it in public.
SPEAKER_00Also, we don't always make sense.
SPEAKER_03What doesn't make sense? Us. Oh yeah, that's also true. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But that's okay.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Do you know what I remember? I remember those two guys. Do you know what? From Frankie and Joy.
SPEAKER_03We should also thank them because they are our big inspiration. For me it's shoots and gigs. Another word today that I recognized that I know from my swimming class that is used only in in swimming class. Okay. But I don't know if I can recreate it now in my head. Because I d I cannot produce it, I can only recognize it.
SPEAKER_01Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_03Uh Trnchichka? Twitchichka Tvinkacka something like this.
SPEAKER_00A few moments later. No. Yeah, whatever. Do you know they told me something today? A dude from Spain. He's um having Czech lessons. Uh-huh. And the teacher got offended because apparently in Czech culture, if a man speaks to a woman informally, like the the tikash and vikash, whatever, it's very offensive to them, to the woman. It means that the man wants something more from them from the get-go. So you always have to speak to a woman formally. Which I guess it's offensive.
SPEAKER_03If you do the the informal can someone please uh confirm this in the comment a Czech person, please I wouldn't be offended is being offended.
SPEAKER_00How how does one then choose not to get offended even though majority of course there's a lot of things let's say in the Balkans that are you're not supposed to. You go out of the Balkans and you realize it's okay.
SPEAKER_03Like going out with your red hair.
SPEAKER_00Yes. As long as you understand other cultures, then you can make a choice for yourself.
SPEAKER_03I think my brother-in-law would lose it if he would know that I'm going out with my Oh my god. Fun fact. First time Well, what what if you actually allow me to speak and then decide if it's fun or not?
SPEAKER_00For example Jesus Christ.
SPEAKER_03I cannot believe that you were doing that's really offensive. I am offended. I choose to be. Anyway, uh fun fact. First time ever I saw a person going out with the wet hair, was a Czech person. I was in Croatia in a uh volunteer camp 13 years ago. Okay. Anyway, uh but I I was mind blown. She she was uh I was genuinely mind blown. She was taking a shower, had hair wet, we went out for a walk, and I was like, you know, like uh What are you doing? You're getting a check! I didn't say anything. I didn't say this was the first time ever I s I I meet someone I wasn't even speaking English back then. Okay. It was really like I mean I was speaking English, but it took me like two days to start speaking.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So yeah. This is my first ever uh experience with the internationals. And yeah, I was glitching. I was glitching. Mind you, it was August, July or August. Oh, then it's fine.
SPEAKER_00Of course it is, it's a fine even if it's not July, August is like 40 degrees. I think then it was allowed for us to go with wet hair, but not like straight out of the shower.
SPEAKER_03No, she like her hair was dripping and we were going out. Okay, that's not yeah.
SPEAKER_00No, that's not gonna happen. At least wait for it a little bit.
SPEAKER_03I mean, that was the whole point. Like she was uh we wanted to go for like some walk or some food or something, so she didn't want us to wait for her, so yes, I'd a little bit with her with a towel and I'm ready. Anyway, yeah, this was my first ever interaction with someone going out with a bad hair. And for those who are not from Balkans, congratulations. This is this is not a thing. I mean, if you were spending any like any time with anyone from Balkans, you probably know about it. But in case you don't know about it, uh what is gonna happen? You're gonna get uh brain damage or something like this. Oh I don't know. I thought it was just you're gonna get sick. That's more logical one, because it that can happen.
SPEAKER_00Yes, but it's August It's forty degrees outside. You're here is drying in fifteen minutes.
SPEAKER_02I'll try, I'll try.
SPEAKER_03I'll I'll challenge. If you will ever meet my brother-in-law who's bold.
SPEAKER_00Well, he doesn't even get to see that he says no, no here, no no opinion.
SPEAKER_02Jesus Christ.
SPEAKER_00Um today's episode of uh me supporting women in basketball. I have Caitlin Clark, the goat, the one and only. She's the best at the league right now. And I'm very proud that this got here on time, so I can read it for you. It's very pretty. I love it. And yeah, that's it.
SPEAKER_03One other exercise we had today uh when we are going. Znack. What? It's Znack in Czech, but I don't know. Backstroke. Backstroke. Okay. We did we did the exercise where you're supposed to go like this. What the fuck does that do? Uh for the core, because it's very difficult.
SPEAKER_00Ah you are okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00That makes sense. I thought you're just doing it.
SPEAKER_03No, you are like you are in this like backstroke, but instead of doing this with your uh hands, then you were supposed to do this. And what happens is that you're drowning.
SPEAKER_00I'm drowning either way.
SPEAKER_03Oh, yeah, true, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's okay. Then did you learn to do this?
SPEAKER_02No, it was just it's just a practice.
SPEAKER_03Okay, how was it? Fun. Interesting. And then there was the other one that we do like this, and then back, and then again through the water. So you're supposed to go through the water, but then you go back and then you go actually through the water.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_03And this is like a like a mind mind fuck.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_03Because for me, because I am going backwards. And yeah. Another motivation for us to have a to have a podcast is because we wanted to I said this. I regret this now. I said I wanted to have recorded conversations with my friends because they are mostly fun.
SPEAKER_00For me.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah, you were telling us about Yeah. Anyway, so yeah. Um so yeah, when you when you are stu when you start going like this, then I would I was expecting that I will move back more when you go like this, you know, and then the water you're like pushing the water and go back. But then you put put it back through the air, which means your hand is not helping you going back. So I'm I am, you know, like this is with my legs.
SPEAKER_00Come mermaid. What am I doing?
SPEAKER_03Okay. Um I don't know what that is. So so with my legs, uh this how do stroking? Kicking? Kicking, kicking, kicking, coping, kicking king. Copnotes. So I'm I'm copnot with my legs. Yeah. And and I'm expecting to move more, but I'm not. That's the end of the story.
SPEAKER_00I was waiting for some combination. How do you call that in track?
SPEAKER_03Cope note.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_03I think it's similar as like when you're kicking the ball.
SPEAKER_00Okay, cool.
SPEAKER_03Oh my god, the dreams I had last night. So I first at night, like during the night, I was dreaming about like one, two, third and fourth managers above me, like in the in the corporate ladder, yeah, were like yelling and screaming at me from or like not having some dashboards ready and whatnot.
SPEAKER_00It was just like trauma.
SPEAKER_03It's I I never met these people.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_03I never met them. Two of them were like, I don't know, um, yelling, screaming, and not being disappointed in my work or whatever, fucking traumatized and stressed out. That's what I am right now. Yeah. So uh I woke up and I don't know I don't remember the details of the dream, but I do remember that I was uh that I thought I don't want to go back to sleep. I'm I'm done. It's okay. Let's just wake up. But then it was complete darkness and I checked in it was like two thirty or something.
SPEAKER_00No, I heard that um When you're dreaming something horrible, good things are gonna come. So if you're dreaming of um someone dying, let's say, something good is gonna happen to them. Aha. Okay. I really hope that's true. Really, really hope is that how many people did you kill? Oh my god, the whole family. All of them. Okay. I didn't kill them. They just died.
SPEAKER_03I mean, I wanna say how many you killed in your in your head, kind of like there was something about the teeth. I think it's the most recurring one that this one is like this, I think bad. Yeah, if that the teeth are falling out, then this is bad. Yeah. But that that I think is a sign of stress or something like this. I don't know.
SPEAKER_00I don't know, it was very stressful. You were you dreaming about losing teeth? No. No, okay. Dreaming about people dying like that, yeah. And waking up crying my eyes out.
SPEAKER_03My first yoga teacher once mentioned that um sometimes from the the the the facial expressions or the body language can tell about the person. Yes. But like sometimes there are you adopt these things. So yes, like you you keep on behaving like that and then you it becomes part of you in a way. Like for example, if you are always like this and then you will have this uh if you're always uh Yeah, that's how is this called for those who are who are only listening? What is this facial expression? Ah, like you're mad. Frowning? Frowning? Frowning is okay, you're mad. Yeah. Then yes, this this wrinkles here, and then it will always look angry. Well, she was mentioning something about the the the the people with um lips being closed, kind of like this. Okay, like kind of shrinked to an to a U for those who listen. Okay. Um and that this this means that they are they don't give things e as easily, that they keep things for themselves. They're selfish. They're ki kind of, yes. Aunties, and kinda it kind of tricks out when they're like, so what do you think uh that this is uh good or not good? And then then you already see that they're judging you, like yeah, yeah. Just by by and then they would also have wrinkles around their mouth to to accommodate that that facial expression.
SPEAKER_00Yeah small that anger.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I think it's more uh envy. Yeah. Sometimes. Because they they they're envious that you have it what they and they don't, whatever it is. Therefore youth. Youth. No, no, not youth. Whatever they're judging you on. Everything. Fine. But but I think it comes from a place of um uh jealousy. Yeah, rather than than anger. Maybe but who knows?
SPEAKER_00These are all we don't have a problem.
unknownSure.
SPEAKER_03This was awesome. Yeah. Yes, this and we also want to say thank you, Bruno Spa Center, for your support. And uh thank you to our dear friends for uh listening, giving feedbacks, and um stay tuned for more. Let's see where this will take us. It's gonna be a journey and we're gonna go through it together. Oh my god,
