HI, I’m Melinda Renshaw, RN, RAC-CTA, LNHA - owner & founder of Renshaw Reimbursement & Consulting. With over 28 years of experience, I’ve served as a charge nurse, DON, and MDS coordinator in LTC. While working as a multi-facility troubleshooter for MDS processes, I mastered the complexities of MDS, case mix, and PDPM. Renshaw Reimbursement & Consulting is in its 4th year and specializes in improving facility CMI for Missouri Medicaid reimbursement and optimizing PDPM revenue capture and accuracy. We are NAB approved CE providers & LTC revenue integrity specialists.
