Talking about God is our strength. God is our strength. Father, we're grateful for that which you began to reveal to us. Remind us once again today that you are our strength, that we may lean on you and trust in you all the days of our lives. Thank you, Father. Everyone that believes says amen. So we're looking at the story of the strongest man that ever lived. Today there are competitions about the strongest man, and they take them through all kinds of rigors and all kinds of uh uh uh uh uh all kinds of tasks and things to prove their strength. And usually the strength comes from result of exercises and feeding and regiments and and different things, bucking up their biceps and triceps and all of that. On on Thursday, I even showed the picture of Anos Washininga in his in his in his in his A days as a bodybuilder, it looked like a tree from the back. And then today we still have guys that when they stand up, I mean, you wonder what's going on there. Anyways, Samson was so strong, and and I like how the Bible told us that he woke up in the morning and then in the middle of the night, rather, and then went to the gate of a city, removed the gate, removed the post, carried it on his shoulder. And watch this. The Bible said he went up. Did you notice that to carry it and then to the top of the. I mean if you've been in the gym and then you inclined your your um treadmill and you feel like your your lungs are about to bust. Imagine somebody climbing up a hill with with the gate of a city with the post. Do you understand what I mean? With the post to an entire city, and and he just jumped it there like that. Was it? I mean, he did so many astonishing things, and then they kept asking, where is the secret of his strength? And I said to us, it's obvious that Samson wasn't looking like Arnold or the current day, Mr. Universe, because if it looked like that, they would have been tempted to think it's a muscles. I have a feeling it must have looked a little taller than I am, maybe, but but but maybe not as fine as I am, and and with just a bit more muscles, but clearly it didn't look like a tree. There was something about him that he looked a bit ordinary, and they just kept saying, This is not normal. Something, there's something going on with this guy. Where does it get? How does this strength come? Where is the secret of his strength? So they got Delilah as an accomplice to find out the secret of his strength, and and the conversation started. And I don't want to jump into that yet, but but to realize, you know, Delilah kept pressing and trying to find out what the secret of his strength was until he said what God had told his parents before he was born that the locks on his hair should not be caught because it was a Nazarite unto God or Nazarene. Now, okay, that he should not cut off his locks. And then eventually the locks were caught, and you and you know what happened. But as we examine that, I started questioning if truly the locks were this were the source of his strength. And notice what I'm saying, the source of his strength. And and church, we dared to to disagree on Thursday that the locks were not necessarily the locks, actually were not the source of his strength. And and we pulled out um Judges 15 because Judges 15, verses 14 and 15 gave us an insight about what had happened to him when the Philistines came against him. The Bible told us that when he came to Lehi, the Philistines came shouting against him. Then what happens? Then the spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him, and the ropes that were on his arms became like flax that is burned with fire, and his bones broke loose from his hands. And and and the Bible told us in verse 15 then he found the fresh jawbone of a donkey, reached out his hand and took it, and he killed a thousand men with the jawbone of an ass. Why? Not because he had locks, because the spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him. So you understand that the strength is coming from the Lord. Can I get an amen? Okay, so you recognize again. Now our text in chapter 16 told us after they had cut off the locks of his head, verse 20 said that Delilah began to uh uh verse 20. Verse 20. Oh, okay. Um thank you from verse 19. Then Leodin to sleep on her knees and called for a man and had him shave off the seven locks of his head. Now they cut off the the hair, he says, but then she began to torment him, and his strength left as it began. She began to torment him, his strength waned. And verse 20 now told us, you know, he got up thinking it was going to do everything, was gonna do he says, but he did not know the Bible didn't say he did not know his hair was cut. Did you see that? So the Bible wasn't emphasizing his hair, the Bible was emphasizing the fact that he did not know that the Lord had departed from him because God was the source of his strength. Are you still here? In fact, I found another verse in verse 28. Now, remember, they took out his eyes and they were making sport of him. Eventually, Samson discovered his own source because now that they were making mockery of him and all that, he was about to he wanted to he wanted to exact vengeance. He says, This time, then Samson called to the Lord, saying, Oh Lord God, remember me, I pray. What did he ask for? Strengthen me. Because now he understood. Remember, uh, the Bible told us his hair was beginning to grow, but now he's come to a point where he discovered there's more to this thing than the hair. Oh, church talked to me. Because his hair had begun to grow. At other times, he took it for granted. Once he had his hair, he just went on and on and on. But now I think he's come to a point to recognize look, there's more to me than this hair. So he had to call on the Lord and ask the Lord to strengthen him, and and the Lord strengthened him. And and that day, the Bible said, now this time, without his full locks, without his full locks, the Bible says he killed more people, over 3,000 men and women in one. I mean, I was just imagining 3,000 men this morning gathered in a place, and the Bible says he pulled the pillars apart and he fell on all of them. And the Bible says he killed more men that day than all that he had been doing before that time. Now, with the strength coming from the Lord, are you still following what I'm saying here? Now, the the the point is this if Samson understood from the beginning that his strength was more than his locks, his attitude would have been different. Because when Delilah was asking, tell me the secret of your strength, he will have been the first to say, babe, girl, I must honestly tell you, it is the Lord that, and how do you stop that? Talk to me now. What were the Philippines going to do about that? Okay, he had gotten to a point where he thought the strength was about himself. He thought it was in his head, he thought it was the one in charge of it. And and I'm thinking about that because for us as New Testament Christians, this is where it all begins to come together. As we go on our journey in life, we must recognize that God is our strength, He is the source of everything that we have that that represents our gift, our talent, our abilities, and and the results we've had in time past and that we'll have in the future. We must recognize that God is the source of our strength. Okay, somebody came to Jesus and said, Good master. And Jesus said, Hey, there's none that is good except God. In fact, the implication is that there's no good thing in me that is not from God. Recognizing that it is God and that we are quick to come to that place where we understand that God is our strength. Someone said, God is my strength. Psalm 27. The psalmist said, David said, The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? He said, The Lord is the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? I recognize that it is the Lord, and if that is the understanding, then we would know how to handle that relationship better. Then we will know that if we go to the gym, we pick up strength physically. When we go to the Lord, we pick up strength spiritually. Hallelujah. Then all of a sudden, the words that the Lord said to us will begin to make sense. When he said in Matthew 11, 28, Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Because you understand that it's going to come from him. It helps us to turn over to the Lord. Hebrews 4:16 says we should come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help at the time of need. So we know where to go to. Isaiah 40. I love it from verse 30 because he told us the young people, Isaiah 40 from verse 30, he told us, even the youth shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall. But those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They will mount up with wings as eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint. Glory to God. Because we wait upon the Lord. Because we wait upon the Lord. We were talking on Thursday about giants in ministry, people like Pastor Ie Adeboe, people like Bishop David Oedeko, and and some amazing servants of God and said, What is the secret of their longevity? And how is it that they were they were anointed last year? They are anointed this year. How is it going? It's not about them, it's about the Lord. They understood that God is the source of their strength, and so that source becomes their priority. That's what I was saying there. That the source becomes their priority. When they are tired, they learn to lean on him. No wonder David also understood that. He says, The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he restores my soul. And so many times we need restoration, don't we? Oh church, talk to me now. So if we know where the source of restoration is, then we go in that direction. God is the source of our restoration. And so on Thursday, we took time to pray because we because Paul, in even praying for the church, had prayed for them in Ephesians chapter 3, and and he prayed that it be strengthened with might in the inner man by the spirit of the Lord. That strength comes in our inner man by the spirit of the Lord. So if I need more strength, I wait upon the Lord, he renews my strength, and then I know he strengthens me by his spirit in my inner man. Glory to God. That's why Holy Ghost baptism is not just tongues. The tongues is in sorry, let me rephrase. The Holy Ghost baptism is not tongues. The Holy Ghost baptism is an endurement of power that is evidenced with speaking in tongues. It's like saying, if your your that that your soup water boiling is not the bubble, the bubble is the effect of the boiling. Praise God. Do you understand what I'm saying? The sound you hear is proof that it is boiling. But the sound you could generate the sound without water boiling. I could create the sound of water bubbling without the temperature changing. I don't know if you get what I'm saying. Yeah. In fact, if you if you if you have yesterday, we saw a nice uh home aquarium, and once you put air in water, it will bubble. You know, just for to keep the the fish alive, that there has to be exchange of air through it. Anyway, what I'm saying is if you have a pool of water and you had a little air to it, it will bubble. You could you could generate sound without the temperature changing. But once the temperature changes, the sound will come. When you're filled with the Holy Ghost, the tongues will come, but you can speak without power because people can copy tongues, people can people can, and then I mean, even after the power is waned, you can still be blabbing. Are you following what I'm saying? But you understand the source is the spirit that you'll be strengthened in your spirit, you strengthened in your inner man by his spirit. So he gave us the Holy Ghost for empowerment. You shall receive power after that. The Holy Ghost has come upon you, and and and it's not a one-off experience. We've taught in this house, there's a renewing in the spirit, amen. To keep so for us as Christians, we know the source of our strength. Someone say, God is the source of my strength. So I keep going after Him. Say, as the dead pants for the waters, my soul pants for the Lord. So we keep moving, we have strength exchange, we have strength, we have we have renewal of strength, and that's one of the things we trust God for this Tuesday. Hallelujah! It's gonna be renewal of strength, okay? Because we go from strength to strength. Every one of them that appeared before God in Zion, as we come, we move from strength to strength. You know, let me even make this as simple as I can. Haven't you discovered every time you come to church, you go back home stronger spiritually? Oh, yeah, you hear God clearer, your there's more joy in your spirit, and then every time you don't pray or you don't read your Bible, you don't, or you don't wait on God in the different ways, because coming to church is one of the ways we wait on Him. Reading your Bible is one of the ways. Fasting hopefully is one of the ways, okay? Because you can you you can fast and not pray and not meditate, and it will be hunger strike, it's still good for your body. Praise God. I said, Praise God. Yeah, it's still good for your body, it's healthy for you to fast, but then so you understand it's more than the food deprivation, it's about your heart turning to the Lord. Can I get an amen? So each of those things are powerful themselves because they renew your youth, they renew your strength. So we understand the source of our strength, and we go in the pursuit of that strength. So, whatever level of grace you are enjoying today, it can increase. Whatever level of grace you're enjoying today, it can increase. Whatever level of experience you have in God today, it can increase. If you if you want more, you can have it. Okay, because blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled. If you seek him, you will find him. Glory to God. So we can always seek him more, we can always enjoy him more. If you read your Bible more, you'll be stronger. See, it's just how it is, and that you know for a fact that you need to keep these things going because true, the truth be told, the secret of Christianity is still is still Christianity in secret. The the secret of Christianity is still Christianity in secret. The secret of Christianity are the things you do that nobody sees. It's your time of prayer, it's your time of the word. That's still what builds up. There's still there's nothing, there's no new revelation coming. Jesus dropped it already. Hallelujah. He told us to tarry for one hour, told the disciples to tarry for one hour with him. So we encourage every Christian to push for one hour time with the Lord every day. Push for it, read the word, pray, glory to God, but by all means spend time with the Lord. Hallelujah. Now, there's the other part of this that we were trying to deal with on Thursday now, and I need to get out of it, but I need to mention it all the same. You see, the problem with Samson thinking that his hair is the source of his strength, is that when the hair is not there anymore, then he thinks he's in trouble. So let me rephrase this. God made one of the things God did with the hair was to get Samson to understand discipline with him and the terms of God's covenant with him. We were joking on on Thursday that Pastor Sam used to keep his locks and and and one transfer calls it braids. So anyone wearing braids or you're planning to wear braids, praise God, it means you have strength, amen. You know that you know that's not true. Okay, so so it it's it's what that is because it represents a token of God's covenant, and what happens is a lot of times Christians get locked in the tokens and they forget the God of the tokens. So so this is what I mean. Remember, something went about misbehaving, forgetting that it was not the hair, it was God, and his life was meant to honor God. All right. Now, the children of Israel knew that the ark of the covenants represented the power of God. We talked, we touched on that again on Thursday. But the a time came when they disobeyed God and did all kinds of nonsense, but there was war with the Philistines, yet they went to carry the ark. They thought they could kidnap God and bring him to the wall. So when they brought, they thought they brought God to the war, and once they brought God, they cannot lose because they you can't lose when the ark is there, it's the ark of his covenant, but the glory had departed, just like for Samson, the God had left, so they took the ark and nothing's changed. All right, so for us in the New Testament, we also have two things. We have we have faith extenders, we call them the anointing oil, the olive oil that is consecrated becomes the anointing oil, but it's a faith extender, it is not the oil, it is not the power of God, the power of God comes on the oil to make you work. Hallelujah. So James tells us that we should, if there's any sick among us, you should call upon the elders, they should anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will save the sick. We use the oil, but it is God that heals, He is the healer. So that's why, even if we pray over anchor, and Reverend Victor may do that on Tuesday. He can say, Bring up. If you have any talking with you, you have anybody sick, I don't bring out an ankerchief, bring up. We pray because the scripture tells us that aprons and handkerchiefs were taken from the body of Saul, and it casts out devils, and he healed people. Miracles were breaking out from the apostles, actually, through through through aprons and handkerchiefs, so we could bless it, but it is not the handkerchief that will heal. So the person taking the handkerchief better believe in the name of the Lord Jesus because that's how it happens. Praise God. So that we are we as Christians are not locked in the tokens. Let me also bring it the same way. The same way, each servant of God is a token, each servant of God is a faith extender, so that we stand in the name of the Lord to minister, but it is not the servant of God that heals you, it is the anointing of God. So if you touch me and you believe that the power of God will flow not in me, but God in me, then you get healed. One of our sisters were we I was standing with Rev in at the headquarters church, and one of our leaders, the head of a medical team, had seen him from a distance, and she excitedly moved towards us, greeted me, and then rev just extended. If you know Rev, you get a hug, except except there's something wrong with you. But you you you meet Reverend Victor, he's always happy to hold you. You're welcome, God bless you. And Rev extended his hand. Babe, please come. Rev extended his hand, and then Rev just hugged that on the side. Please kneel as if you're greeting Rev. Thank you. God bless you, thank you. You can do that again. And God Rev just hugged and said, God bless you, my dear. And then she left, and all of a sudden, she noticed the back pain she's been having for months disappeared just on the hug on the side. Hallelujah! It is not Reverend Victor, it is the God in him. So he's a faith extender, and you come with faith, so you you believe it and you get it. It's the reason many people were touching Jesus, they were touching him and touching him and touching him, but there was a woman that came with faith. There was a woman that believed the power of God upon his life, and the woman touched the helm of his garment. The woman didn't get a hug, she touched the helm of his garment. The garment was touching the body of Jesus. Jesus is touching God, so the power of God flowed through to her and healed her. Hallelujah. Because God is the healer. So the day I don't have Pastor Feli around, the power of God will still move in your life. The day I don't have Roman Victor around, the power of God will still move in your life. The day you don't have the anointing oil around, the power of God will still move in your life. The day you don't have the anchor, the power of God will still move in your life. Because it is not the token, it is in God. And if it is God, it means you can never be powerless. Well, you need to hear what I just said. It means whatever day or time it is in your life, you can never ever be powerless. If God is your source of your strength, you can never be without strength. Suppose, even when I am weak, I am strong. You wake up, you are not powerless. Whether you prayed before you went to bed or not, once you are awake, God is with you. You are never without power. The Lord said this to me some years ago. I used to tell church, I said, You're not as powerless as you think. You are not as powerless as you think, you're not as powerless as you think because God is with you, you're not as powerless as you think. And then the Lord said to me, If you said they're not as powerless as they think, it means they are powerless. It's not just to the degree that they think. I'm like, Oh, you know, if you ask somebody, how's the day going? He said, Not too bad. We said, Not too bad, is already bad, it's just not too bad. Oh, you're getting it, and so the Lord said to me, Tell the people you're more powerful than you think, you're more powerful than you think, you're more powerful than you think. It means that the base you're powerful, but there's still more than you imagine. Because the God that is on the inside of you is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all you can ask of think. That's why we tell every father, lay your hands on your child and bless them, speak over them. We tell everybody, look, every Christian can bless whatever God has given them. God blesses you with a new car, bless it. Don't wait for your pastor, it's a joy for me to come and say, Oh, yeah, we dedicate this car to God. But before I come, you should have dedicated the car, dedicate the house, dedicate your children, because you are also a child of God, and you are more powerful than yes, you are more powerful than you think, and any day, anytime, as long as Christ is in you, the word Christ means the anointed one, and he's anointing, it means you're always anointed. Praise God, God is the strength of our life. God is the the psalmist repeat it again and again. God is my strength, he is my strength. Somebody say, God is my strength. Say one more time. Say, God is my strength. So we understand to treat the relationship the right way, and we understand it's more than the tokens, more than the tokens. Now, let's dig into the other lesson from Samson's life because we had a question on Thursday, beautiful question that's leading us into this. It says, What is the relevance of consecration to us today in the light of the new creation? And you understand Samson eventually got into trouble because of his lifestyle. In fact, chapter 16 started by saying he saw a halot and he went into huh, and he came out of the halot place and removed the gate of the city. Too much oil, the anointing was just there, and that's the problem in the new testament because people are anointed, though. Oh my god, the gift and the calling of God are without repentance, and so he anoints people even after his hand stops. That you know, we always use that electricity thing every time, there's things will still move. And for us, in the in the new testament, we Samson is our prime example because he was a Nazarene to the Lord from his birth. From the moment you become born again, you are Christ's Nazarene, you are now consecrated to the Lord. We become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, and new creature status imputes righteousness to us. So before the face of God, we are never guilty. Romans 8 1 says, There is therefore now no condemnation, you cannot be condemned anymore because Christ has justified you. Can I get an amen here? So that so so then what's the relevance of consecration? To consecrate actually means to set apart for holy use. What's the relevance of that for us if we are already holy, if we're already consecrated in Christ? Praise God. Well, number one is that God commands the new creation to consecrate ourselves. God commands us in now in the new testament, just like God told uh Thompson, God also told us to consecrate ourselves. We are to be holy unto him. First Peter chapter 1, verses 13 to 15. I'm just gonna give you first Peter 1 13 to 15. It says, Therefore, guard up the loins of your mind, be sober and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. It says, as obedient children, as what obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lost, as in your ignorance. We're talking about the before we became before we came to know God. It says, Don't behave like that anymore. Verse 15. But as he who called you, talking about God is a holy God, as he is holy, also be holy in all your conduct. Now he's saying you should conduct us. I think the whole king is a man of conversations. You should the way you should do your life is to be consecrated to him. In how we live our lives now, it says we should be consecrated to him. Hallelujah. So Paul says that you are now, but he says, But what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God, as God has said, I will dwell in them. Is God dwelling in you? Oh, yes, and walk among them, I will be their God and they shall be my people. Verse 17 says, Therefore, come out from among them and be separate. That's consecration, says the Lord, do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you. Verse 18. It says, I will be a father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Almighty. So I calls us into Christ, he told us to separate. And you hear this a lot. In fact, this was one of the scriptures that almost got me into trouble because it and it's got some people into trouble actually. Because some people believe it means that you should move away from everything in this world. It's it's kind of the base behind the Amish community, just the subtle part of it that look be separate from no, but but but Jesus said, Father, I'm not saying you should take them out of this because they they need to be in this world, and and salt is a is a contact substance. Salt is only useful when it touches something. Light is only useful in the midst of darkness. So if we create a colony of harvesters and we don't go out and we don't mix, and we don't know that's not what it's talking about, but that's not the spirit of the text, it's it's consecration in your hearts to the Lord and then understanding how you work that out. Can I get an amen? So God commands a new creation to be consecrated. Number two is that we have a responsibility of consecrating ourselves. We have no responsibility of consecrating ourselves. What Christ did was that now that he's made us righteous, now that he's changed our nature, he's given us a responsibility of living true to that new nature. Ephesians chapter 4, verse 1. Ephesians 1, 4, verse 1. Paul told the Ephesians and he said to them, To walk worthy. He says, I therefore the prisoner of the Lord beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which he says, Look, before you you were not worthy of it. But we king now. So now that you're a king, behave like a king, walk worthy of this new life that you have in Christ. Work worthy, because there is the imputed righteousness, which is right standing or right standing essentially, but there's also expected right living that comes as a result of our right standing with God. Galatians 6, 7, and 8 also says my time says that you should not be deceived. God is not mocked. Why? For whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Verse 8 now tells us, for he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the spirit will of the spirit reap everlasting life. Now he's telling us now that we're in Christ Jesus, if I give myself over to my flesh, the things the flesh wants to do, lust of the eye, lust of the flesh, the pride of life. If I give myself, he says there's a problem coming, there's gonna be corruption. But if I sow to the spirit, if I pay attention to the things of God and work with him, I have eternal. I have the word so because the continuous in you can be into the flesh, or you can be to the spirit, but it's challenging us now that we're in Christ to sow to the spirit. Praise God. Listen, anybody who harbors anger and says, You know, that's why I have you can protect flesh and you can keep sowing into it, and you can keep perpetrating it, or you can move out of it and move in love and forgiveness. Yes, we can. We can, so we have a responsibility of doing that, it's our responsibility. The Holy Ghost has enabled us to do that. The Holy Ghost will not do that for us. Christ did his finished work so that we can do our own work. Amen. Yeah, Christ finished the work so we can work out what he has done. Without him, we couldn't work it out because all our righteousness has filled around before him, but now that he's given us his righteousness, now we can walk in righteousness, so we can be holy because he is holy. Yeah, we can. Number three, I'm going to for a Muslim consecration determines how much God can use us. This is very interesting because works, but I found that it's not exactly, and I need to say, by faith, by grace, you'll be saved. We know it's not a works later, any man should boast. That's what Christ has done for us, isn't he? But the working out of our salvation and what happens to us after that is the responsibility of each and every one of us. Look, if God if God had his way, all of us will be billionaires, right? All of us, all of us will speak in tongues, all of us will move in the spirit, but that's not up to God. That's up to us. Each of us so to flesh you require so to show you you realize. Now, second timothy chapter 2. This was this was very important because when I saw this, second chapter 2 from verse 20. Hear what Timothy what Paul was telling Timothy, and he was talking to his pastor, he was talking to the leader of the church. He says, But in a great house, there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for one and some for this one. It says, Therefore, if anyone cleanses whose responsibility is that uh, come on, talk to me. Anyone, it's it's so it's everyone's responsibility to cleanse themselves after what Christ has done. He says you have a responsibility of clean up house. If anyone cleanses himself from the latter, you'll become you'll be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the master, prepared for every good work. So the inverse is true. If anyone does not cleanse himself, he will not be a vessel for honor because he's not sanctified, he's not you. So we can be a Christian that's not useful. Save and not use it for honor. Because in a great house, there are all kinds of vessels, there are some for honor, some for dishonor. I just have a feeling if you have a gold broom, that you will not use it to sweep the house. It's a feeling that I have that if you have a broom gold plated, that it's gonna either be uh um a decoration on your wall, it's a broom, but because of the gold on it, praise God. I know you guys are in this broom around here, so do you get what I'm saying? So so so what Paul is saying is that the degree to which God can use us is our consecration to him. Let me let me give you another example. Our father said some years ago he was he was just looking to and said, Lord, he was watching Ben and he saw Benin miracles breaking out, and then Lord, ah, see how you're using Benin, but Lord, yeah, I've never seen these kind of things in our service, and then the Lord said to him that a lot of times I wanted to move in the service, but you did not give me the chance to do so. Now, this is consecration because conversation is not just about not committing sin, consecration isn't just about not committing consecration is yielding to the Lord, which includes not committing sin, it's it's a part of it, but it's more than it. So, so so imagine I'm at home, and and and and um do something very productive all day. So, I'm at home, and then I had a meeting with pastors all over the world, and then we finished that, and then I had time with my wife, and then I finished that, and I called our boys, and I finished that, and then I spoke to Pastor Kidio, and I finished that, and and then I spent my day like that. Now, at the end of the day, I've gone eight hours, nine hours, and I said, Father, thank you. It's been a beautiful day, and then I enjoy the Lord, and and then something somewhere my day ends. But suppose somewhere half during the day, I'm able to take one hour out and I just pray in the Holy Ghost, or I just read the Bible. I I kind of feel you believe I might be a little more anointed by evening than I was all day, because the one hour is extra conservation. I'm trying to get you to see it. It's it's the idea. In fact, even during the meeting, if somewhere in my heart I'm saying, Holy Ghost, how are we doing? How's this meeting going? I think I will hear him more than when I just on my day, I come to see him at night. That was everyone I think today. That was today. I hope it was a good thing. Thank you, Lord. I checked my heart, I don't come to see today. Thank God. Now it's it's more than that. You see, so this is what the Lord said to Rev. Rev said, So many times I wanted to move in the service, but he didn't give me the chance. You know why? Because we have planned the time. That's why I like closest sometimes, or not like her. We have planned that praise worship is feminist. This one is this, and that is that, and I am the man of God, I must teach God's word. So, two, three Sundays ago, when Pastor Lu came out to preach, because she's a woman of God, as the spirit of God was moving, he should have said, No, I have a word, and she did not allow that move because she has a word, and then she preaches the word. We will have been blessed, amen. But we will have missed doubt on some things that God was going to have missed it, we'll have missed it. So, consecration isn't just about it's about the hearts that's healed death to the moment, a life that you have just staying open to the Lord as we move along the journey. Oh, is somebody getting what I'm saying? All right, so let me give you my final word, and then lack of consecration opens the door to the devil, lack of lack of consecration opens the door to the devil. Remember, we've talked we talked about it's more than sin, right? It includes sin, but it's more than sin. And I'll and I'll give it to you this way. So, if if we're not consecrated to him, if our hearts are not open to him, you can miss out on deals. You should be that's why I said once your mind is fixed on what you want to do. How many of you now? Google saves us all that job sometimes, but how many of you wanted to? You were gonna go on a road and somebody tells you check your Google before you go, and then you say no, I'm not road. I mean, and then you got there, and the construction has started, and there's a detour that at and you have a meeting, you are planning because you know you get five minutes. You saw that the detour now your five minutes are from 15 minutes, and you're just taking it late. I want to say, Ah, God punish the devil.

I I mean, I could have just I mean, I can I can tell you stories, I can tell you stories. Okay, so just in the place of my heart opening to him, I could something on that base level. Ephesians, Ephesians 4 27 says, Neither give place to the devil, and I want to go on a mercy note down when people live in sin, when a child of God lives in perpetual sin, he or she opens the person who opens up. It is the Bible told us that the political son took his inheritance and went to a far place and squandered it, and the enemy dealt with him with him so much when people move away. That's why sometimes moving away from church and not see those things, these things, those things are risky, very risky business. You see, when the power of God continues in sin, it opens younger. They used to give us you know that's the either either breaks, the egg is a better bite, and they used as well to harass us. It was not fair because they made us think, look, if they're going now, let's say I'm going out now, and then I saw I I saw uh I saw one of the one of the uh the you know the the administrators of the facility, and the person asked me, Are you leaving? I said, No, I'm not leaving, I'll be back in a minute. And I said, Oh, if that woman catches me, she will keep me here for another one hour. So I'm quickly trying to escape. So I said, No, I'm not leaving, I'll be back in a minute. And I took it to my car and I run away. When I was young, they told me once you did that, serpent is coming because you have broken the edge, the serpent will bite, and then all of a sudden, you have a flatter. They say, the serpent has started, and then it makes people live in perpetual fear. Not just that, it makes people personally open see in warfare. There's the something called the shield of faith. We're gonna get to the next two weeks. I think if you talk about the shield of faith, you believe the enemy can attack you, you open the door for the enemy to attack you. Once your faith is down, and and and so when we believe wrong teaching can lead to all manner of terrible terrible change, because you can actually invite sickness. All of a sudden you have an example. Hey, yesterday, did you not you don't cut the extra change? You know, you guys because of fasteness. Oh, it's not because it's not because you're angry at somebody yesterday, and all the bad words. Now you have an egg. The enemy will put on pound pound pound. I mean, to think some tongue down to think that I share the story of a couple that came to my office and told, yeah, I shared it. The couple who came around and and we had access to their stuff with each other because of the second job. And then years after they were trusted, but they still didn't have a baby, and they believe it was because they told it to me. Why God withheld babies from them. I mean, the devil can't harass them even after they had repented. They still believe that the devil is that so they spoke to me, and I'm like, you see, what the devil does is he just takes advantage and puts condemnation and puts all kinds of things. Listen, first of all, the Bible says he that is guilty of one is guilty of all. What it means is if I tell a lie in the face of the law, I'm as guilty as somebody who committed murder. So don't let anybody make you think that the things, the bad bad things you you did in since you got saved is worse than. If your edge is like if you were going, you know, you told the light, they dropped the edge, then you say, Lord, I'm sorry, they pick the edge up again, and then your mom says, Do you want who took who took the and everybody keeps crying? They just say they drop your edge again until you repent, they won't pick it up. If that's how it happens in the spirit, we're all in trouble. That edge as mountains around Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds those people from this time forth and forever, forever. If our edge was that, yeah, so it's here that continues, it whatever born of God does not continue when you continue. So you as you read Paul's writings, you were born of living, it's a lifestyle of sin that brings problems. Because when somebody I've seen people who continue sexual troubles, they kept born again, child of God, but continue sleeping around, sleeping around, and then the demon of lust stayed with them, and then they get obsessed by it, and then before you know it, they can't even stop sleeping around anymore. Still born again, oh I mean, the the person sit down is crying and say, I don't have a channel, I shouldn't be doing this anymore. How did he get there? He had continued a demon at the end. Now he needs to use his authority to rebuke that demon and take a stand in Christ and let's work together to get through it. But you can't so you understand there's the danger of living in sin, there is a danger of living in sin perpetually, but there is grace for occasional mistakes. If you something and then you no, come on. If it says first John 1 9 says, if we come and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness, all you're already forgiven, even when you are living perpetually sin, you're already forgiving, just waiting for you to accept that forgiveness and get out of it. So it's not as if God is saying, You that have been saying for see this thing you are doing, and by the time I finish with you, your heavenly father doesn't talk like that, no, ever, ever. So we live in sin. If you make a mistake, get yourself together and look, go back to fellowship, it's fellowship, it's even at the heart of it, it's fellowship, it's fellowship, and we want to keep that going, and that's the use of our Lord Jesus Christ. Let me tell you something, and I must I must say this none of us after we got saved has been perfect. None. We the Bible never spoke of perfection in that sense, it talks about maturity. The old King James might have given us the wrong impression, but every time it says be perfect, it's talking about you maturing, it's talking about you moving up to behave like an adult, that like a child, that like an adult, and not like a child. You know, we we say children are moved by impulses, isn't it? Yes, yes, they were still joking about about babies being on two extremes. Sometimes it just says, I want to we we and then they get to the bathroom and they are waiting for the we and you two are waiting. I thought you said you want to say and after a while, one time people drop and then they get up and they go, Oh god, I can't believe it. But some other times, by the time you tell you, I want to wee wee, they already once you pull that they'll spray you if they're guys if they see because they they wait, they will always wait until the last I don't know why some of you are smiling like you, they always wait till the last minute, children. So when so if if somebody has told you how to do child, it's a great habit. It means you you have so in spiritual things to be a child, say how many times don't let the angels be saying, I'm not putting this there. How many times are we gonna tell you now? No, come on, let's let's let's move.
