Alright, let's take um, we're gonna take two texts this morning as we get into the teaching of God's word. And I'll start from John's Gospel chapter one. Oh, thank you, Jesus. John's Gospel chapter one. And we will just take out a few verses there. John chapter one. And then we'll go to Romans chapter 8, 14 to 16. So we'll start with John chapter 13, and we will just take it. Thank you, Jesus. From verse 10 all the way to 12. Oh, we'll just take 13 with it because it's beautiful. So John chapter 1. Take 10 to 13, and then we'll go to Romans chapter 8, 14 through 16. Okay, so if in John chapter 1 say yes, I'm there. Okay, you're not there, say wait for me. Okay, we're all there now. Thank you, Jesus. All right, so John chapter 1 from verse 10. It says, It was in the world, and the world was made through him, and the world did not know him. He came to his own, and his own did not receive him. But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become children of God, those who believe in his name, who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Glory to God. All right, so let's go to Romans chapter 8, from verse 14, and we'll just take that in concert. Romans 8 from verse 14 to 16. One, two, go. For as many as are led by the spirit of God, these are the sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, or you received the spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, Abba Father. The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God. Verse 617, and if children, then hears, hears of God, and joint hears with Christ, if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified together. We're talking about God, our Heavenly Father, this morning. God, our Heavenly Father, Lord, we thank you because we know you're here, and it's a privilege to learn of you and to be blessed in your presence. We ask for your breath upon the teaching and the preaching of your word to the end, Lord, that the reality of who you are may be amplified and magnified in our hearts, and Lord, that we also consequently be like you and live like you. Thank you, Father, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen. This Father's Day 2026, my mind has gone in different ways. I was thinking of pulling different things, and uh, somewhere the Lord began to incline my heart in this direction, and I want to again start out by saying uh a big thank you to every man who stepped stepped up to be a man in their own home, who stepped up to care for their spouses and and and take care of their children, or who's been a good son. It's not Santa Claus, but you know, can you please have to celebrate everyone? Oh good brother, thank you for being exemplary. Thank you for all that you do, and and um, you know, my mind, particularly this morning. I I thought for most of us in this room today, uh, for most of the men in this room today, it is taking a lot of sacrifice to have you here this in this country at this time in this moment, and so once again, I want to say thank you for all that you do for your family. The Lord bless you greatly. Let me celebrate all the men one more time. Yeah, glory to God. It's a privilege to have a great family, it's a privilege to have a loving father. Um, this morning I was just taking time to thank God for the kind of father He is to me and to us as a church family, and I took a minute to also thank him for blessing me with such a wonderful earthly father. My father was a fantastic dad, he he loved us, he cared for us, and then I looked in the spirit, I was also grateful for my spiritual father, for how spiritual father, Reverend Victor Ade and me, that God's blessed us with such a wonderful, wonderful man. Let me say this here you know, when I was gonna come into full-time ministry in 2010, um, I worked in the bank for about nine years leading up to that time, and I knew God was calling me to take uh to pay more attention to his work, and so I had to come into full-time ministry. 2009, I've been praying through that year and just wondering, Lord, how would this thing be? Can I really do this? Should I do this? And all of that. And I remember I took time out traveled to Ghana by myself, and and I was in this this place of of resort, and and I was just praying this morning. I was just there crying and and just you know pouring out my heart to the Lord, and the Lord just brought back his voice to me, and he had said to me before then, John, we will do everything we can to make you comfortable. You're gonna do this, we do that. And and as his words came back to me, then the word of the Lord came through the scriptures that if your earthly father can care for you like that, how much more your heavenly father, and that's what settled it for me. And here we are, I can say some um 16 years after, praise God. God has been faithful every bit of the way, hallelujah! And and and I'm just so grateful to God for that privilege that we have. Now, some of us don't have it so good in the natural, yeah. Even though in the spiritual we all share the same heritage now, praise God, all right. I said, Praise the Lord. Yeah, we are all blessed with the same spiritual father now, and we're grateful for that wonderful gift that we have, but in the natural, some of us don't have the story like that. Some of our earthly fathers didn't know better, they were raised in their own way, and they grew up becoming who they were, and they did the best they could, maybe with the understanding that they had, right? Some of them were outright wicked, some were not nice, some abandoned, some of us might not even ever met our dads at all. It all opened up in different ways, but there's good news for everyone this morning. In Christ Jesus, we have a new family. In Christ Jesus, we've been begotten and will become the sons, the daughters, the children of the Lord, so that what we did not have in the natural, now we have in the spiritual. The Bible says Jesus went to his own. The opposite of what happens to most men is what happened to Jesus. Most men are the ones that abandoned their family. Well, men are the ones that abandoned their family, but this time it was Jesus' family that abandoned him. He went to his own, and his own did not receive him. But to as many as received him, to them, us, he gave the power to become the children of the Lord. Hallelujah! So now we are God's children, we have a heavenly father. Oh, yes, and so Romans 8 tells us that we do not have a spirit of bondage again to fear, but a spirit of adoption by which we found father. Now, the word Abba in the Greek actually means father, but it's a more endearing word, it it literally means daddy. It's the it's you know, and I like to have somebody says any any any fully any fully grown functional male person can father a child if it's fully functional, but it takes exceptional grace to be a daddy, it takes somebody who cares, it takes care, it takes nurture to be a daddy. And it says to us that by the spirit of God in us, we can call our heavenly father. It's like saying daddy father, it's like Abba Father, it's it's it's a pet name, it's a it's an intimate name, and that the God of heaven isn't just in a distant place and isn't just a father somewhere, he's our daddy, hallelujah! He's our daddy, he's close to us, he cares for us. Glory to God. And it's the blessing of being a child of God, it's the blessing of being in the faith, it's the blessing of being in the kingdom. Can somebody give God peace for that one more time? And so now I want to just talk about him a little, about God, our father, and and and and what he is to us, and and how how how he is to us. And so, number one, I hope you've written down that God is your heavenly father in hell. Okay, yes, he's our heavenly father. I quoted Isaiah 9.6 earlier. You know, one of the things I love about that also is that this this relationship we have is forever, it's not for time. You know, earthly fathers do die and they go on to heaven, but our God is an everlasting father. But let me shock you and let me let me put it this way do you know, really, that in the new heaven and the new earth, because there's gonna be a new heaven and a new earth, right? Okay, do you know in the new heaven and the new earth, your biological dad is not gonna be your dad anymore? Because it was just a privilege to come through our parents in the new heaven and the new earth. God is gonna be our father. I mean, look, literally, you understand that that phase will shift, and then the only father you have is God, amen. He's our everlasting daddy, amen. You see, so this one's not gonna expire, all right. All right, so as we as we come into this relationship, I want you to I want to remind us quickly number one that God absolutely loves you. I want to remind you that your daddy absolutely loves you, and it almost sounds like tautology to me to say daddy loves you because inherent in dad is love, all right. But I've said that non the nonetheless, your your daddy absolutely loves you, your health your healthy father absolutely loves you. First John 3 1 says, Behold, old King James says, What manner of love a father has bestowed onto us? Okay, it says, Behold, what kind of love? What let me see that behold, all right. Um, you can switch to the to New King James or any other one. I just wanted to make that be what manner of love. Um, give me the the maybe living translation. Let's see if he pops that up a little. Okay, it says, See how very much our father loves us, for he calls us what his children, and this is what we are. This is what we are, we are his children, but the people who belong to this world don't recognize that we are God's children because they don't know him. See, but that's who we are. We are God's children. It says this kind of love, this love that God has for us, and you know, John 3 16. John 3 16, we call it so much that sometimes you can forget what it says. It says, For God so loved its emphasis in English is to talk about the degree, the intensity, the dimensions of the love. He said, So you see that word so became a prayer point in Ephesians 3. You see, because so much so that Paul had to be praying that the church will understand the height, the depth, the width. You see, because that soul is so much that is beyond human comprehension, it is so high you can never get over it, so low you can never get under it, you know. So wide you can oh, hallelujah! Come on, somebody give them praise. Yeah, so it says, so loved us that he gave his only begotten son. I thought about that again, and the intensity of the love was so great that God gave us his son, God gave us himself, and and you know, I asked the question this morning, can I really give anybody my son? I say, You don't want to think about it. If I look at Pastor Lord, I say, No, I can't, you know, but but but to think of it that God so loves you and that he gave you a son, that is that is serious, that is serious, and I just wanted to remind us of that this morning because sometimes you don't even feel that way. Sometimes the devil accuses God to you and tells you God does not care about you. Sometimes the devil tells you you don't care about God, sometimes the devil tells you nobody cares about you, it's just a liar, is an accuser of the brethren. But this morning, I just wanted to remind you that God's love for you is huge, God's love for you is great. Hallelujah. This father loves us. Can I get an amen? Number two, this father is compassionate towards us, is compassionate towards us. Interestingly, the you version. If you if you want to follow the you version, the you version verse of the day is taken from some 103, verse 13. But I'm gonna take it from verse 8. Psalm 103 from verse 8. Thank you, Jesus. Right, it says, The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in mercy. It says he will not always strive with us, nor will he keep his anger forever. It says he has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor punished us according to our iniquities. It says, For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his mercy. Do you think how how how how high? So far, he has removed our transgressions from us, and verse 13 says, As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities those who say in verse 14 says, For he knows our frame, he remembers glory to God. That he he cares for us, he's compassionate towards us, he's tender towards us. Hallelujah. Helping us as we go along the journey and dealing with us with the level of things we can understand, even in the teaching of the word, that's a Paul was saying, Look, there's some things I want to say, but you can't get it yet. And Jesus told us there are some things you wanted to say we can't get until the Holy Ghost came, and just helping us to have for the things we can handle and the things we can take. Listen, let me let me I want to say something to make a point. Do you know sometimes when you feel oh, I can't take it anymore? Do you know you really you can't take it? Amen. Amen. For first Corinthians tells us there's no temptation taking you or such as is common to man. 10 13. It says, But God is faithful, God is faithful. Someone say, God is what say it again. God is who will not allow you to be tempted beyond that which you're able. It says, God is faithful to measure what comes to you, is faithful to make sure that nothing bigger than his grace happens in your life, is faithful to guide you through. Look, it says there's no mistake about your life. Hallelujah. No mistake, there are no mistakes concerning you. God is very deliberate about you, intentional about you. Glory to God. Compassionate towards us, and and then it says, uh, but will the temptation would also make the way of escape that you may be able to be that as you go through, God, God is there. Even when Paul was complaining, he said, thrice he sought the face of the Lord concerning something, and God said to him, My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness. So don't worry, I won't let, I won't let and I won't let no, I'm not gonna do that. I know your frame, I know what you can handle. You know, the children of Israel were gonna come out of Egypt, and it's been said that that journey could have taken them 40, 40 days, all right, even though it ended up taking them 40 years. But when God brought them, there was a road or a route that was even shorter than 40 days, but God did not let them take that journey. Praise God. God said, I know what these guys can handle. If I let them take the shortcut, they will die because when they see war, they're gonna give up. So God allowed them on a 40-day journey because he knew maybe the 12-day journey was too much for them. Are you following what I'm saying? Jacob was gonna meet um Esau, and he demonstrated something that your heavenly father does. He said, I mean, well, there are different reasons. I just there were different reasons he did it, but what he did was he put the stronger animals in front. Okay, I said they should be leaving that he had divided everything into like three bands. Actually, that's why I said, Well, let's leave him alone. So he had split them into bands and left the feeble ones, the babies at the back. He said they will not be able to ride at the pace of the ones that are in front. If human beings think like that, how about your heavenly father? Praise God, compassionate towards us, compassionate towards us. Number three is that it disciplines us, it disciplines us, it corrects us, rebukes us, instructs us, it disciplines us. Hebrews chapter 12. Tells us about this lovely, this this wonderful father, Hebrews 12, from verse 5. It says, and you have and and you have forgotten the exhortation, which speaks to you as two sons. Okay, let me let me stay there. It says, My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor what be discouraged when oh I thought I was because I was only hearing my voice. Not be discouraged when you are now. So it says the father rebukes us, right? Is that what he's saying? Okay, it says verse six for whom the Lord loves, he chastens and scourges every son whom he receives. It says, If you enjoy chastening, God deals with you as with stones. For what son is there whom a father does not chasten? He said, Look, if you've ever felt God was not happy with something you did, he says, That's the proof that you are legitimate. Next, next next next next verse. Okay, it says, But if you are without chastening, of which all are become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. What he's saying is, look, if everybody gets the same discipline, okay, and then it's your turn and God leaves you. He said, No that you're in trouble. In fact, know by yourself that you are you are you are in really big trouble, you are not his son. Because if you are his, praise God, praise God. Oh, praise God. Okay, let me just say so. Let me move on. I wanted to say something. I think I just think of the text. Let's go. Verse nine. It says okay, it says, Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the father of spirits and leave? It says, For they indeed for a few days chasten us as seemed best to them, but he for our profit that we may be partakers of his holiness. Verse 11. And I says, Now, no chasteness seems to be joyful for the present, but painful. Nevertheless, afterwards, it used the peaceable fruit of righteousness to do. Who have been trained by it? Hallelujah. It says, when God is telling you, No, that's not good for you. Stop that. We it says it's not pleasant. It says, But you know this is for your profit. And by the time you allow God, that's why it says, and what's beautiful about that? So we have to be in subjection to the father of spirits. In other words, God can't force discipline on you, you have to embrace it. You have to embrace it. In fact, if God has to force that discipline, you're in bigger trouble. Amen. So it says you have to embrace when the Lord corrects you, when the Lord is telling you, you know, in your heart that's not good for you. You shouldn't do that. You know, don't speak like that. You read His word, and His word corrects you. It says, If that goes on in you, that means you're a true son or a daughter. If that does not happen, it says you're not accepted. I hope you have been rebuked before. He said, I hope you have been corrected before. As the Lord told you, that that that's that is not part of the character. Has that happened to you before? Oh, then give him praise and glory, amen. All right, it means it means you're original. Praise God. Okay, that's what that's what the Bible says to us. Okay, you're original. Number four is that God plans and prepares for us. God plans and prepares for us. God plans and prepares for us. You know, it's good to know that there's no panic in heaven concerning your life. God never says, Oh my. Because I mean, God will say, Oh my god, God's all me, right? God never says, Oh me, what am I gonna do about Bridget? She's in so Michael, uh Gabriel. How do we fix? No, no, no, no, no. Never ever, never, ever, ever. All right, there's no panic in every life. God is very deliberate, God is very intentional. Hallelujah. About you. He told Jeremiah before I formed you, I knew you, I ordained you a prophet to the nations, and then he told the same Jeremiah and our prophet, Jeremiah 29:11 concerning the nation. God said to them, I know the plans that I have for you, the plans of good and not of evil. So God says, Look, I have things sorted out, I have plans for you, and even when the enemy is messing up, all things are gonna work together for your good. That's what it's gonna be. Everything will work together for your good because that's his plan for your life. That's his plan for your life, and and you must understand that that there's no panic, but God knows He has his hands over your life and He has things sorted out. And and some time ago, you know, uh uh uh uh um Hospital 57 says cast all our cares on him for he cares for us, right? And and I heard the definition of the word care sometime ago. I think it was Mars Moreau that was defining that it says when God says he cares for you, care means to anticipate a need and make provisions for it before it arises, to anticipate a need and make provisions for it before it arises. So God's anticipated all that you need on your journey and has made a provision for it. Glory to God. So when you now come to Matthew 7:7, when it says, Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open to you. Whoever is saying that knows what he's saying. I mean, you have to be prepared for that to happen. Talk to me. Yeah, it's it takes a level of redness to say that to say any day, anytime, bring it on. Okay, ask and shall be given, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be open to you. But everyone who asks receives, everyone who seeks finds to him who knocks, the door will be open. God now added another layer, verse 9. He says, Or what man is there among you whom if a son asks for bread will give him a stone, or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent. If you then, as good as we are still evil, know how to give good gifts to your children. How much more will you, your heavenly father, who is in heaven, give good things to those who are prepared for you. Your father is prepared for you, your father's your father's prepared for you. So, this season, remember, is prepared for you. Right, number six expect from us. He expects honor from us. Yes, someone say honor. This is the book of Malachi. I mean, every way you hear the book of Malachi, what comes to mind? Titan office, yes. I know if you've been in judgment a while, once you hear Malachi, that's what comes. But the book is beautiful, it is really, really beautiful. I'm encouraging that you read it. So so God was dealing with the priest and the children of Israel. So in Malachi 1 and verse 6, hear the words of God in your in the same malachi because I wanted to see. If then I am who that's the question, where is my honor? And if I'm a master, where is my reverence? says the Lord of us to you, priests. Despise my name, yet you say, In what way have we despised your name? God says, If I am the father, you should honor me, you should honor me. God expects his children to honor him, to honor him. Now, Jesus rebuked the Pharisees and said something about this honor that's interesting in Matthew 15, verse 8. We looked at that on Thursday. I touched on it. Matthew 15, verse 8. Jesus said that these people, these people draw near to me with their mouth and honor me with what their lips, but their heart is far from me. He was saying, Look, it's lip service, these guys do. This honor, oh, you know, people say, I'm I'm a child of God. I'm you know, oh, praise the Lord. God says, Do it beyond your mouth, let it come from your heart, let the heart be loyal to me, let the heart truly honor me. From your heart, let it be in your praise, in your worship, in your giving, in in your life. Honor me as your father. Praise God, honor me with your lifestyle. And don't forget, my dad, my dad, my dad, my my earthly dad would say to me, You must not forget the son of whom you are. It was one of those beasts around us those days. Even your uncles would say, Don't forget the son of who you are, don't forget the son of who you are. And then by the time I give my life to Christ and I've gone into the university, my dad knew I'd become born again, and I was different. So he would say to me, He would say, Don't join the bad gang. He says, I know you won't join it because he knew me. He says, But it's still my duty as your father to tell you, don't join the bad gangs. Amen. Amen. Don't forget you carry this family name, and I'm saying, God's child, you carry the family name. Don't forget you represent God, so don't join the bad gang. Amen. I know you won't, but it's still my duty as your pastor to tell you don't join the bad gang, be the good guys, amen. Amen. All right, so we honor him, honor the family name, honor this heritage that we have. Number seven, and finally, is that he is our example, God is our model. God is our example. He came in the flesh. Jesus came in the flesh to show us how man should live. The heavenly father demonstrates his love towards us, poured out his love in our hearts, so that his love can flow through us, so that the things is done for us we can do for others also. Jesus spoke these words in John chapter 5, verses 17 to 20. John 5, 17 to 20. Yeah, what it says in John 5, 17 to 20. But Jesus answered them because you know, most of the time, these them, who are those people? Those Pharisees, those Sadducees. You know, someone says Sadducees are sad, you see, you see, and and all of those hypocrites and the scribes when the lawyers are trying to so they are they are always trying to get on this case, and then he answered them, my father has been working on now, and I have been working. He says, Therefore, the Jews sought all the more to kill him because he not only broke the Sabbath but also said that God was his father. I mean, I've said that God is your father this morning. That's one of the things they killed Jesus for. Can you believe that? Yes, because making himself equal with God, you're you're bringing yourself into God's class because God can only give back to God, amen. So yes, yeah, so so Jesus. Uh okay, Jesus answered and said to them, Most assuredly, I say to you, the son can do nothing of himself but what he sees the father do, but whatever he does, the son also does in like manner. What's Jesus saying? Jesus sees, Jesus does. So, what should Femi say? Fermi sees, Femi does. Whatever I see God do, that's what I do, and that's why we don't have a choice but to change the narrative in our family. No matter what we inherited, we have a responsibility of changing the story now. Because now we are in Christ and we're experiencing the love of our heavenly father. That love has to flow through us now. So the same way God treats you, he expects us to treat other people, and and and and and and we this is the this is the thing, he's a model for us, he's a model for us, he's a model for us. I told a joke sometime ago, but it's a painful joke, but I'll say nonetheless. You know, I met a guy once who I said seven years ago, and then he walked up to me one day, he said he wanted to see me to our office pastor. He started to marry another wife, and I'm like, Really? He said, Yes, he said, What's the bottom himself and his wife? They know the dah-da-da-da-da. Okay, and then he prayed and he believed God will have him go ahead. I said, 'You've you've I for real.' He said, Yes, he said he found it in scriptures. I said, Ah, my god, we are people of the world, amen. Hallelujah. And you know, once once you can catch us with the word, we we surrender there, isn't it? So I said, How do you mean he said he was reading first Timothy chapter three, and he saw there that Paul said, He that wants to be a bishop should be the wife of the husband of one wife, and that since he's not planning to be a bishop, it means he can have more than one. What a what what a what a nonsense word. I'm like, wow, never men spoke like this. I kept quiet for a while. You know, when you are shocked, it's gone. So I said, Peter said, In fact, simple, I told Timothy to be an example of the believer. Peter said, The shepherd is an example to the flock. What he's saying to the shepherd and to the bishop is what he's saying to the flock. You're supposed to copy the shepherd, is a model. That's why pastors have greater responsibilities to be an example, and it's a tough one because we are humans, too. Oh, church, help me. Sometimes you can make mistakes, and that's why we look beyond the pastors and keep our eyes on Jesus. Actually, ultimately, we are to look onto Jesus, you know, so that even if a pastor makes a mistake, you don't say, Oh, if a pastor can make a mistake, there's no hope for all of us, it's off finish. No, if pastor can make a mistake, there's no hope for you, amen. Yeah, because that's another problem churches have for a long time. A pastor falls short morally, and then everybody says, Oh, this presentation is fake. No, pastor made a mistake. That's what a pastor, one pastor made a mistake. Does not mean all pastors are fraud. A pastor made a mistake, does not mean the pastor will not get up again. He's a pastor, just a human being. Okay, so pray for him, pray for her. Can I get an amen? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm talking about authentic people. I'm not even talking about fake because they are fake pastors, and I said that one. They're they're fake people in every profession, they are fake doctors, fake in fact, fake nonsense, fake finance people, fake fake daddies, fake therefore. Any any field of human endeavor, they are crooked, fake people. So if it that's so you manage those ones first, amen. We now deal with the original people among the original. Somebody can make a mistake, right? So now that's why we looked on to Jesus, but essentially, I mean, you know, sometimes I thought of there was there was a pastor, his pastor for about 40 years, and and somewhere along the line, said he had something appropriate with the lady and all of that, and all of that. And and the the two of them had gone past. I think he apologized, and then they moved past and the people heard, and then now they suspended him and took his name out of the church. And I thought, wait a minute, in 40 years, what did he do? He made a mistake with someone. Did he kill the person? Did he apologize? Yes, I'm saying ah, what about the 39 years and five months or or or nine months that it was okay? I'm like, excuse me, where is grace? I'm did you get what I'm saying? You get what I'm saying? It's because you ask yourself. So, all the time that the man tried is for nothing. All of you whose lives have been changed, marriages blessed, kids blessed, promoted, saved, all of that. You threw it away because a human being made a mistake. If you were Jesus Christ, Peter would have gone to hell. Yes, because he denied three times to his things like this, three times. You say, you say, and that one he said is an apostle, is a fake apostle. In fact, let's not even go to Peter's story because even after that, the other things that Peter did. You know, let me let me let me shock you with this. Let me shock you. One day I was reading, and and and and I got to Hebrews chapter 11, and then we we call Hebrews 11 the hall of faith. Listening, and the Bible called Lot righteous. You don't know Lot, you know Lot. I say of all that Lot did with his uncle, with his daughters, with the Bible said, righteous lot. I say, everybody may show no. Sorry, Michael is the it's the it's the derivative of uh language in Africa that means keep quiet. The way human beings they'll be surprised in heaven. I'm telling you, there'll be surprises in heaven. There'll be they'll be shocked. Some people when they say they say you say, Yes, it's the ball of Jesus that button, is it's not man's righteousness, it is the righteousness of little grace. A little some of you, uh some people not you. This church is a good church, some people all the leadership they've done is five years in five years. We know the trouble they caused in 40 years, in 40, 40. Come on, come on, come on. The man is standing. Let's thank up for him and let him move on. Oh, the world is wicked. The world is wicked. No, no one does pass around the way. They say if they can be doing that to all those people, what's their own hope that they'll make it for 30 years? They say, I'm not doing, let them be doing all doing their pastoral continue. God is faithful, God is faithful, God is faithful. So it's a bigger responsibility because supposed to be a model. Now, the same way it is, God is a model to us, God is our father, and He wants us to reproduce after His kind, so that our families reflect His glory. I was singing this old hymn, God give us Christian Homes. And and I was just singing the song Go Home, where the father is, you know, the lips are powerful, where children are important, where mothers, it's beautiful. I think we sing in weddings sometimes and all that, but it is a beautiful, beautiful hymn. And the way that's gonna happen is if we represent God in our families, so that let every man stand up for the responsibility of being the image of Christ in the family. Let every woman let the love of God flow through the family. No matter what we inherited in the natural, we are in a new family, and there's a new way. In fact, the Christians used to be called the people of the way, because Jesus is the way, not the way, the truth and the life, isn't he? So they called us they we before we were called Christians, we were called people of the way, the way they do things, the the way those people, there's just something different about them, the way we love, the way we care, the way we speak, the way hallelujah. So, like this love that God has poured in our hearts, it can flow to our spouses and flow to our children, and flow and let every man know we have the responsibility of representing God in our family. Stand up to that role and be exemplary as the Lord gives us the grace, so that the love of God to us becomes the love of God through us, so that we are loving like Jesus. That's how it is, church. That's how it is. So this morning, with grateful heart to our heavenly father, we're gonna give him praise, and then we're gonna call all the men out, and and we're gonna be praying for all the men. And and if your if your brother is not here, if your dad is not here, if your son is not here, you're gonna take a minute to pray for them because we're we're gonna we're gonna make that the point of contact this morning. Oh shaka, all a good good five. And we're loved by you.
