And I sat here, waited. 10 a.m. It wasn't here. 1 p.m. it wasn't here. 8 p.m. it wasn't here. And I'm here sitting down. And I'm very sure a lot of Ghanaians were waiting, anticipating the squad list. And guess what they did? Guess what GFA did? They released the squad list around 11 p.m. Where were you and I? We were asleep. I don't know if they are trying to test us for the World Cup, you know, because we are going to be sleeping at like 12 or 1 because of the time difference. But these people, do they take us for a joke? You told us you were going to release the squad list, made us wait. I think they knew what they were doing. They knew why they like released the list at that particular time. 11 p.m. Where Ghanaians were sleeping, snoring, i.e., example, me. I was gone. I was trying to stay up and wait for this list. But then when I woke up and I looked at the list, our 26-month squad list. And then I looked at the 28-month squad list they provided. It's literally the same thing. No changes. They just moved to goalkeepers, and that was it. And we all know that the news was going around that Jikou was injured. So Jikou is no more in the squad. And I'm looking at this squad and I'm not as confident because we are missing so many big names like Kudus, Salisu, Jiku. Like, there are so many big names we are not taking to the World Cup because of injury, which is a very big blow to us. But of course, we have to stay positive. But you know me, after the squad list was released, I went to go and look at the video because you know everybody has been releasing like nice videos to their squad list, and you're like, Wow, what is going on? I'm waiting for black stars. See how they made us wait, they made us like sit back and wait last minute. So I was expecting, you know, some video. If they'll use AI cry, they should just use it. See, I was expecting something, something amazing. But the video itself, I wasn't impressed. And I I can see that a lot of Ghanaians were not impressed with the video as well, where they were announcing the squad. I just something just felt off. I was happy with like you know, the jamma and everything, the sound effects and everything they used in the song. I feel like the video, the announcement video came like it started pretty well. Then it got to where they were announcing the defenders, and then it just lost me because I feel like much more could have been done with that video. I feel like they just put last minute efforts as usual. But I mean, the squad, everything, the energy and the vibes in the squad just look so positive. You know, Carlos Caros was telling us that we should just back the boys, they really want to play the football. So, what do we do? We are going to back them, support them. But me, I don't know. I don't know what you guys think about the final squad list. What are your thoughts? The main conversation was was Diddy, are you going to be part of this squad? And I think we already knew he wasn't going to be part. And now, my thing is, you're not taking a very experienced guy to the World Cup. A lot of new faces in this squad going to the World Cup. Some have been there the last time we went to the World Cup and we exited the group stage. This time, we're going to play England, we're going to play Panama, we're going to play Croatia. That you guys, Panama are looking at us thinking, Charlie, Ghana is going to be easy chop. We to be looking at Panama and thinking Ghana like Panama is going to be easy chop.
