Another tool, another headline, another debate. Do I switch from Chat GPT to Claude? Will it really benefit my business? How do I stay current without making it a full-time job and still be successful in using AI in my business andor personal use?
SPEAKER_01Welcome to Playbook AI Partners Podcast, the show that turns AI from overwhelming into actionable.
SPEAKER_00Your host, Andy Kibling, is the chief playmaker, helping business owners and teams stop chasing shiny tools and start using AI in a way that actually moves the numbers, saving time, reducing busy work, and driving growth.
SPEAKER_01Each episode features industry experts and real-world tactics, providing clear to the snack plays, simple AI workflows, and practical guard drips. So you can use AI safely, execute with confidence, and get results. Let's run the play.
SPEAKER_02I know they do with me. I think about it every day about a new tool, a new trend, and how I can stay grounded and how I can help my clients stay grounded and focused on not taking on every new thing, but just taking everything one step at a time. As I always love to say, it is small steps taken consistently over time that get you to your goal. So this is exactly why at Playbook AI Partners, we decided to stop and listen and ask questions about the current state and what people are most concerned about so we can rethink how we can best support. Let's get into it. So what is the problem we're trying to solve? Well, to better understand that, we met with a group of individuals and discussed those top concerns and frustrations. And there were three issues that came up. Number one, time. Now time is something that we wish we all had more of. And that was like the biggest one because people were saying, I just don't have time to research, to to review articles, or go to YouTube and review all of this stuff. I just don't have a lot of time. I want to spend time with my family. I'm running a business. I have a hobby. I want to live my life. So, with that, how do people stay current on information? When we talked about that, you could definitely do that by way of, I like to call it YouTube University and learn many things, or you can dabble in an AI tool and really um kind of do a road test on it, if you will, and and learn uh that way. And that's that's great. I've done it as well. And I'm not saying it's wrong, but I do believe it can be time consuming. Uh trying to find out if the information is current, trying to find someone I can understand or relate to their style of teaching. So those things do make it time consuming. Many people also talked about all the webinars that are out there and and courses and and Facebook ads and and hey, if you've got 90 minutes, it's a $400 course. But the frustration there was, is the information current or is it, again, covered in a way that is actionable, or and do you have resources to follow up with? So those were some of the concerns that came up with is time. It's great that there's a lot out there, but it takes so much time to find the right source. The second point was frustration, and I'll call it also overwhelm. Again, going back to those webinars and Facebook ads and commercials and the headlines of debating of switching to a new tool. And at the time of this recording, the debate is do I switch from Chat GPT to Claude? But digging deeper, that is the current debate. You know, how do people understand the impact of that? What's the impact to your data, to memory, to context engineering, to cost? And what do you tune into and you don't? And I like to use the phrase is it creates so much static on the frequency, right? It's hard to dial in to what you really need to focus on. And that causes frustration and overwhelm, and I think leads to paralysis. Because if you don't know where to start or the next step to take, sometimes you just stall. And that's, I'm sure, not where many people want to be. The third thing that came up was how do people stay current? And most people were agreeing that community is likely best. And I have to say I agree with this. By being a part of community, you can ask questions, likely their monthly sessions or boot camps, or you can learn about new tools and trends and evaluate how or if they will even work toward your goals. And I think that's really smart. I know I'm a part of a few communities as well, because I don't have the time to learn everything. But if I can go to a community then and somebody's done the research for me, I'm game. And if it's somebody that I trust, and again, that they're they're presenting it in a way with resources that I can take action on, I'm there. So with all this in mind, we went back to the drawing board to see how we could resolve these concerns that came up and provide a solution that we hope is helpful to most. So one of the first things that we did is coming up with the AI Mini Solution Locker. Now, this AI Mini Solution Locker is exactly what it sounds like. It is practical, bite-sized AI mini courses designed to help you learn AI faster, smarter, and execute with confidence. Think of it as your training room, your skill building station, your personal AI playbook shelf. But instead of sitting through long, expensive, and overwhelming courses that take hours, the mini courses are designed to be completed in 20 minutes or less. You heard me right, 20 minutes or less. So that means you can learn a real AI skill over lunch, you can complete a course before your next meeting, and you can build the confidence without blocking off half your day. And that matters. Because one of the reasons I find that people do not build AI skills is not because they don't care. It's because they're too busy. And I talked about this earlier: whether you're running a business, you're managing a team, you're serving clients, you're answering emails. But let's not forget about the personal side. You know, taking care of your family, uh, walking the dog, getting out and getting a breath of fresh air, uh, spending time with your kids, you know, these personal life matters too. And we need to respect that and find a solution that's going to uh allow you to stay ahead of the game, but not take away from your busy life or add a new task to it that's going to be overwhelming or insurmountable. So, with that, each mini course uh is short, it's practical, it's designed around a real business problem or AI skill. And each course includes a playbook, a mini playbook to help you solidify the learning and make one decision and apply though that key tip or decision to impact your business. And here's a bonus it's low cost, low risk, but a high value. A mini course starts at $27. That's it. But don't let the cost fool you. Low cost doesn't mean that it's not high value, it is, but it's about respecting your time. So, who is the AI Mini Solution Locker for? Well, it's for business owners who keep hearing that AI can save time, but have no idea which tool to start with. It's for that team leader who wants employees to use AI responsibly, but doesn't want to drown everyone in a technical program or jargon. It's for the professional who's used ChatGPT a few times, but knows the results could be much better. And guys, this is where I find people at a lot. And that is you're using ChatGPT just as an example, and you're using it, and you think you're great, you're pro, you've got your prompts down. But I find that people are really only using it to let's say 20% of the capacity versus 100%. So you're just hitting the tip of the iceberg there. The AI Mini Solution Locker is also for the consultant, the coach, the marketer, the admin professional, entrepreneur, or service-based business owner who wants AI to support real work, not just create random outputs. It's also for beginners who need a clear starting point without the overwhelm. The bottom line is the AI Mini Course Locker helps you move from I know AI matters to I know how to use AI to make my work better. And that transformation is huge because, and I'll say that again, transformation is what we're all looking for. And if we can take that transformation and not make it overwhelming and frustrating and really help AI stop feeling mysterious, you can start seeing opportunities everywhere and find that wow factor. And here are a few ways you can do it. You know, that messy meeting transcript, AI can organize it. That long email thread, AI can summarize it. That blank page you stare at for your next social media post. Come on, we've all been there. AI can help draft new ideas. That repetitive task that you keep doing every week, AI may be able to help streamline it. That client follow-up you keep delaying, AI can help you create a template that allows for a faster process. That process stuck in your head, we all know that too. It's kept us up at night on occasion, but AI can help turn it into an SOP or standard operating procedure. You get where I'm going with this. So let's learn how to identify the right problem and find a solution that's going to meet your lifestyle and get you where you want to be with AI on your terms. So, what makes the bite-sized mini course solution locker different? Well, first, they're short. Most are approximately 20 minutes, no overwhelm. The goal is to help you take one focused step at a time. Second, they are practical. Every course is designed to help address a business issue. Whether this is email overload or building your business navigator, shaving off 15 to 20 hours a week. It's all about how to use AI to solve a problem. Third, it includes a playbook. Because information without implementation does not move the ball down the field, so to speak. The playbook is going to help you uh take action, whether that's through an infographic checklist, a practice drill, or key questions that you can apply to your business. Fourth, individuals have lifetime access to the course purchases. Now, why is this important? Well, I talked about it earlier. AI is constantly changing and it's changing fast. So you can revisit the material whenever you need a refresher. You can come back when you are ready to apply the course in a different way. And I want to expand on this for a bit because businesses constantly change. Our way of thinking changes, our approach changes. And when that does, we can we need to apply things in a different way. And AI can help us do that. So coming back and looking at the content at a different angle can be really helpful. You can watch the courses reuse and keep building. And number five, the courses are updated regularly. So no wondering is a content relevant. And this is a big deal, guys, because AI training can become outdated quickly and suddenly the course you bought six months ago does not quite match the current reality. So the AI Mini Solution Locker is designed to stay current so you are not stuck with stale information. You need and deserve learning that is practical, relevant, and aligned with how AI is actually evolving. So, how can you access the AI Mini Solution Locker and make it work for you? Well, first of all, the mini courses can be purchased individually. So if you know exactly what you need, you can choose a specific course that solves your current problem. Maybe you want better prompts. Maybe you want help with meeting notes. Maybe you want AI for email overload. Maybe you want help with automation. Maybe you want to learn more about privacy and fact checking. You choose. You choose a course that fits your current need and helps meet you where you are at so you can get to where you want to be. But if you're not sure where to start, there are also pre-bundled options. There is the No Fumble AI three-pack and the Playmaker five-pack option. And these are based on desired outcomes. And I love this because sometimes people look at that solution locker and they're like, well, I don't even know where to start. You can choose a bundle based on what you want to accomplish. Maybe you are ready to become more productive and save time. Maybe you want to improve your content creation. Maybe you want to automate busy work, or you want stronger AI quality control. The bundles will be identified by the pain point, by the outcome, and they will are going to be pre-bundled courses to help you reach that goal. And uh, because you're buying in bundles, those are also at a discounted price as well. But the bottom line is to help you stop dealing with that chaoticness, shiny object chasing, but have that focused learning with practical tools. So we feel like the AI solution locker going back to the focus group, I think is really going to help address that frustration, that overwhelm, and respect that time. But we're not done yet. There's also the huddle. The huddle is that community. And I talked about community earlier as that place where people think in the world of AI, if I could have a course which is important, or community or coaching, I think community is really key. I as I mentioned, I'm already part of a few communities myself. But it's that great place to ask questions, to uh get live examples, to have accountability, to see what other people are doing, or to just know that you're not alone in the confusion or overwhelm. Um, but it's just that great place to have that camaraderie and that support. And sometimes you just need to know you're not the only person trying to figure this AI thing out. So, what's included inside the huddle? Well, first members get access to the full AI Mini solution locker. That means members can access a growing library of practical AI Mini courses. And guys, we are putting out courses, I would say five to seven courses a month. So you're always getting that current information. And again, these courses are going to cover everything from AI basics to prompting, productivity tools, AI meeting tools, notebook LM, content creation, AI agents, brand voice, governance, quite the library of content. And again, we're adding many solutions weekly. So again, they're short, focused, and built for busy people like you and I. Second, members receive two live sessions each month. These live sessions are designed to help you stay current with new AI tools, timely topics, practical strategies, business use cases, and responsible AI guidance. And these aren't meant to be boring lectures. The goal is practical learning. So we may showcase a featured AI tool, a timely AI topic, demonstrate a workflow, answer questions, or even talk through use cases. For this month, as an example, June 10th, we are actually talking about the dilemma, but just tomorrow at the time of this recording, but it is uh the uh dilemma of do I switch from Chat GPT uh to Claude? So again, that's a that's a kind of a timely AI topic. So I wanted to cover that in our live session tomorrow. On June 24th, we're talking about the AI transformation process and what that looks like, back to where are you at and where do you want to be, and how um we can help support that and get you there with confidence and the ability to execute. And then the third item that we offer is the training camp sessions. Now, these are quarterly events that are usually three to four weeks, but they walk through a process. So we're actually doing one, it starts on the 23rd of this month of June, if you're listening to this, and that would be June 23rd, 2026. And this session is all about building your digital business partner or your navigator. And again, that's helping you create teaching AI about your business, your service offerings, your mission statements, your 90-day goals. So when you put in that prompt, you have a more, if you will, customized answer to your business. So it's really building that. And guys, honestly, this can say 15 to 20 hours of work week. I know it, I've lived it, I've done it. And so this is gonna be a great uh, I think, training camp session. And we're gonna build it together in ChatGBT and Claude. So it's gonna be, I think, a super awesome session on that. But these training camp sessions are done once a quarter. So again, it's something that we can work through together back to that community, back to that collaboration, and have you walk away with something you can apply, whether in your business or your personal use. So I like to think about training camp in summary, is where I like to say we learn it, we build it, we use it. So if you want to be a part of that, uh make sure and check out the link in the show note. And the fourth thing in the huddle really is members get access to a growing resource library, prompt templates, tool guides, checklist, workflow examples, governance reminders, headlines, all of these things that I think, again, in a nutshell are gonna help you stay current in the world of AI without having to spend hours researching on your own. It's gonna be your go-to place for that. So I'm super excited about these two offerings because I think it's a big transformation. So, what is the big transformation? Well, I think without these types of solutions, AI may leave you feeling scattered, trying those random tools, using them only at that 20% instead of 100%, um, saving random posts, attending random webinars, and hoping something finally clicks. But I think with the playbook, AI Partners, the AI Mini Solution Locker, as well as a Huddle membership, you're gonna find focused learning, short and affordable mini courses that are gonna be constantly updated so you get the latest and greatest practical resources, live sessions, training camps, and a community. And it's all about serving you. So I hope this information has been helpful. If you have any questions, my contact information is in there and the link will be to the website. You can check it out yourself. Uh, but certainly if you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Um, I'll leave you with this. I know um that I've been there and I have been at that that place where trying to figure out AI has been um a challenge. I've been a part of change management education in my entire career, and I know that that it can be hard. But if you can take it one step without overwhelm and get to where you want to be in your business or your personal use and use AI on your terms. It's all about meeting that goal for what you want it to be, and we're here to help. So I hope you found this episode helpful. Make sure and check out the links. And oh, I forgot to mention, how could I forget this? The Huddle is free, the community membership is free for the month of June. I'm gonna put that code in the link as well, so make sure and check it out and come and join us uh for our June sessions and the training camp. In our next episode, I have Dr. Kevin Tomen on the show. I love bringing on people across different industries to better understand how they're using AI. And Dr. Kevin has over 30 years of veterinary practice and special interest in orthopedic and cancer care. He's devoted his professional life to helping pets live longer. Dr. Kevin is using AI to help get answers and better support pet parents on their journey to care for their pets for a long life. He takes great pride on being a healer and a teacher and would love to partner with you in the holistic care of your pet. Until next time, take action, execute, and let's run the play.
