Have you ever stared at a new piece of technology or AI and thought, "I know I probably need this, but I have no idea where to start"? You're not alone — and you're not too late.
Sandy Kibling, founder and Chief Playmaker at Playbook AI Partners, shares the mission behind Playbook AI Partners: a space created for the curious-but-cautious and the interested-but-uncertain — anyone looking for a safe place to learn and embrace AI on their own terms.
After 20+ years in business, healthcare, education, and leadership, Sandy has watched how people move through change, and she knows the anxiety that comes with being handed something new and told to "just start using it."
Playbook AI Partners isn't about chasing the latest AI tools. It's about helping you understand AI well enough to make informed decisions, at your own pace, without the hype or the fear.
Sandy believes information only matters when you can understand and act on it — and that philosophy shapes everything built into Playbook AI Partners. No jargon for jargon's sake. No pressure to become an expert overnight. Just practical clarity, delivered with heart.
AI should support who you are, not erase it. Your voice, your judgment, and your relationships still matter — and they're not going anywhere.
This episode is a "get real" moment with Sandy, sharing the why behind Playbook AI Partners — the AI Mini Solution Locker and The Huddle community — designed to meet you exactly where you are and help you get to where you want to be, with AI defined by you.
Whether you're still figuring out what a prompt is or ready to build your first automation, you deserve a seat at the table. So take a breath. You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to do it all today. One step, one solution, one play at a time — we've got this.

Hello. Are you there? Is that you? Is it really you? I got you. It is me. I'm Sandy Kidling, Chief Playmaker at Playbook AI Partners. And I wanted to start out that way because I think that's a question we ask often. Is the person we're viewing or the message or whatever it is, is it real? Is that person really speaking to me? Or is it an avatar or a clone? And I wanted to assure you today, this is me. I wanted to come to you today in this video. No chief playmaker hat, no playbook AI partners, fancy commercial, just me and the mic. And I wanted to share with you why I created Playbook AI Partners to make AI feel human, practical, and possible. I wanted to share more about me and why I'm doing what I'm doing. So let's start with this. Have you ever looked at new technology and thought, I know I probably need to understand this, but I have no idea where to begin. Maybe you've opened up a chat GPT context window and typed in a few questions and wondered whether you were using it correctly or really to the capacity that you can use a chat GPT or Cloud for. Maybe you've heard people talk about AI agents, automation, prompts, workflows, tokens, all of these acronyms and names being thrown around, and instead of feeling excited, you felt overwhelmed or intimidated. Or perhaps you are wondering what AI really means for your job, your business, your future, your kids. I understand that feeling because I've experienced it too. And this is a big part of why I created Playbook AI Partners. So again, today, I'm not talking about an AI tool, and I'm not teaching a specific strategy or talking about the latest headline. I want to just tell you about me, who I am, and the experiences that brought me here, and why this work is so important to me. At its core, Playbook AI Partners is not really about technology, it's about you. It is about helping you move through, change, build confidence, and discover what may be possible when technology is made understandable, practical, and human. Throughout my career, one theme has continued to appear, and that is change. Now, we've heard the saying the one thing that is constant is change, and that is true. I have spent more than 20 years working in business, healthcare, education, consulting, and leadership. In every one of those environments, I have seen what happens when someone is asked to change. Now, don't get me wrong, sometimes change is welcomed, but oftentimes it creates uncertainty. You may find yourself wondering, what does this mean for me? Will I be able to learn this? Will my job change? Am I already behind? Am I moving to a new team and am I going to even be able to work with them? What happens if I make a mistake? You may even wonder whether you are one appointment away from an uncomfortable conversation with human resources about your future. These reactions do not mean that you're weak or resistant to change. They're normal responses to uncertainty, but they are scary. I believe that successful change or adjusting to that change is not simply about introducing a new process or handing you a new piece of technology. It is about helping you understand why that change matters, what it means for you, and how you can move forward with confidence. No one should simply hand you a new system or a new tool and say, start using this on Monday and let me know how it works out. You need context, you need support, you need a safe place to ask questions, and you need someone to remind you that you do not have to make the entire transition all at once. And I think this is especially true with AI. AI is advancing quickly, changing often, and the conversation surrounding it can feel extreme. On one side, you hear that AI is going to solve every business problem, and on the other side, you hear that it will eliminate jobs and fundamentally disrupt your life. Now you may find yourself somewhere in the middle, and I think that's more where I'm at. You're curious but cautious, interested but uncertain. You recognize that AI may be valuable, but you don't want to make a decision based on hype or fear. Who does? Does any of this sound familiar? I created Playbook AI partners to help you navigate that middle ground. I want to help you understand AI well enough to make informed decisions about how or whether you use it up to you. This begins with asking better questions. Where could AI genuinely make your work easier? What repetitive task is taking away from more valuable work? How can you use AI while protecting information, your customers, and your reputation? How can you make sure your work continues to sound like you, the brand that you have created, the brand your customers trust? Where is human judgment still essential? And through all of this, my goal is not to convince you to use every AI tool. My goal is to help you approach AI thoughtfully, responsibly, and confidently on your terms. Another important part of my story is education. I've always been an educator at heart. Long before I created Playbook AI Partners, I was taking complicated subjects and making them easier for people to understand. Now, much of my work has been in healthcare, where I'm sure you know all too well, you're often expected to make significant decisions while navigating confusing terminology, complicated systems or a fragmented system, I should say, and enormous amounts of information and spending a lot of money. And it's frustrating for sure. But through my healthcare work, my writing, and my podcast get savvy, demystifying healthcare, I've worked to make these complicated topics clearer and more actionable. I believe information only becomes truly valuable when you can understand it and use it. This philosophy now shapes everything I do with AI. You don't need to understand every technical detail, you don't need to become an expert in every platform, and you certainly don't need to chase every new tool that appears. I believe you need to understand what is relevant to you, your business, your goals, or your personal use. And with that, you need practical examples, you need a place where you can experiment without feeling judged, and you need a clear next step. This is what I'm good at. I take something that feels complicated, break it into manageable pieces, and help you turn what you learn into action. I never want you to finish one of my AI mini solution courses or listen to one of my podcast episodes and simply say, That was interesting. I want you to say, I understand this now and I know what I can do next. That is the difference between information and transformation. Now I'm going to say that again. So if you're multitasking, you're running on a treadmill, you're out gardening, come on back. That is the difference between information and transformation. There's another reason I create a playbook AI Partners, and this may be the most important one. I genuinely want to serve you. I have always felt most fulfilled when I am helping someone move forward. That might mean helping you understand a difficult healthcare decision, work through a business challenge, learn a new skill, or gain the confidence to try something you previously thought was beyond your reach. It's not. For me, service is not about standing on a stage and telling you how much I know, having a webinar with a lot of hoopla and glitter and sound effects and a light show. It's just not my jam. It is about listening to you. It's about understanding where you are starting. It's about respecting the fact that your experience, your comfort level, available time, and capacity may be different from someone else's. You may be ready to build this sophisticated AI automation or website or a new app, or you may still be trying to understand how to prompt more effectively. Either way, you deserve a place at the table. My mission is to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you want to be without making you feel embarrassed, rushed, or overwhelmed. When you work with me in the Playbook AI Partners team, you do not need to know the correct terminology before asking a question. You don't have to pretend that you understand something when you do not. And you don't have to keep up with someone who's already been experimenting with AI for years. You simply need a place to begin. That brings me to the kind of learning environment I want Playbook AI Partners to provide for you. There are countless webinars, conferences, and online programs available today, and some of them are excellent. And I like the fact that there are many out there because I believe in the power of choice. We all learn differently, we all want a different environment, and we all engage differently. And I think that should be respected. But perhaps for you, maybe you don't learn best by a Zoom call with thousands of people and then being placed into a breakout room with hundreds of strangers. I know that didn't work for me. I had way too many questions, and all of the chatter in the chat just really created overwhelm for me, and it wasn't the best learning environment. So with that, maybe you need something smaller, something more personal, something more supportive. You need an environment where you feel comfortable asking, can you explain that again? Or how would this work in my business? You need examples that relate to the work that you actually do, not just broad demonstrations that look impressive but leave you wondering how to use any of it. And I would also add that with AI moving so quickly, I think that can you need a place. I know I do. I think you need a place where considering your busy life and your busy schedule, you have a place where you can get the latest information, the latest tools, and a place to ask questions because you don't have time to learn it all on your own. This is why I created the community, which is such an important part of my vision for Playbook AI partners. I want you to have a place where you don't have to figure out AI alone. You have a place where learning continues as AI continues to evolve, a place where you can ask questions, share what you're doing, get encouragement, learn from others, and celebrate your progress. A place that is practical, that is welcoming, and focused on implementation rather than intimidation. That vision is behind the Huddle Our Learning Community and the AI Mini Solution Locker, which gives you focused, practical solutions without requiring you to commit hours to a traditional course. My goal is not to overwhelm you with more content. You probably already have more information than you know what to do with. My goal is to give you the right information at the right time and help you apply it to a real challenge. I also believe AI should support who you are, not erase who you are. Your experience matters, your voice matters, your relationship matters, your judgment matters. And you don't have to lose it somewhere along the way in this AI journey. You don't. Because I was concerned about this, I know I spent a lot of time sitting on the fence when it came to AI, but once I embraced learning it, I realized how much it could help with researching, organizing, brainstorming, drafting, analyzing, and even automating, giving me time back in my day so I could spend time with my family. It can save you hours a week. And I don't know about you, but that means a lot to me. I don't know where you're at or what you want to do. Maybe you do want time with your family. Maybe you want to exercise more, maybe you want to travel more, or maybe you have this great hobby that you that's always been on the back burner. We all have something on the back burner, but it's something you've wanted to do, you've not been able to get to. If you could buy back 15 or 20 hours a week and maybe have that 3.5 day work week, I know I'm working toward that. And you can have the remaining hours to do what you love. I don't know about you, but I'm game. In addition to saving hours, I want to talk about a concern I often hear people talk about. That is losing your identity or your authenticity. AI is a tool, and AI is a tool you teach. It's not going to replace human qualities that make your work and your business meaningful. You are still in control. This is why one of the guiding principles behind Playbook AI Partners is the tagline, AI with authenticity. I want to help you use tools without losing your voice or the trust you have worked so hard to build with your clients, with your business. By learning how to use AI more efficiently and teaching AI, you can maintain that control, maintain that voice, and maintain control of your brand and that authenticity you are looking to hold on to. And you can do this. Now I want to be honest with you about another topic. Creating Playbook AI Partners has been a journey for me. Building something new comes with moments of confidence and moments of doubt. We've all been there. And there are days when I feel energized by all the possibilities, and there are also days when I wonder whether I am moving quickly enough or whether enough people know about Playbook AI partners and that we're here. But then I return to the reason I started. I believe you may want to understand AI without becoming overwhelmed by it. I believe your business may need practical guidance rather than more hype. I believe you may be worried about being left behind when what you really need is someone to show you a manageable path forward. And I believe I can help you. My goal for Playbook AI Partners is to create more than a collection of traditional courses. I want to give you practical solutions that you can complete in 20 minutes or less and use to make one meaningful decision or improvement in your business. After all, businesses weren't created in one giant leap. They were created taking small steps consistently over time. And that is possible with AI. And in fact, how I believe we should take AI, taking it, building it one step at a time, and building that foundation. I want to build a trusted learning community. I want you to feel supported as you move from AI curiosity to confidence and from confidence to execution. I want to help you save time, improve the way you work, and prepare yourself or your team for change. Most importantly, I want you to recognize that you are capable of learning this. AI may be complex behind the scenes, but using it effectively doesn't have to be. And just as a reminder, you don't need to learn everything today. You don't need to get everything perfect. You simply need to take the next practical step. This is why I created Playbook AI Partners to make change less frightening, to make learning feel more accessible, to make AI feel more human. And when I say that, I want to help you understand that it is just a tool you are going to teach AI about your business, your voice, your brand, your tone. It is simply a tool for you to enhance a project or make your business processes more effective or to help you focus on the valuable or higher priority things in your business. That's what it's about. It's also giving you a place where you can learn and experiment and move forward with support. So wherever you are at on your AI journey, you're not too late. You're not too far behind. I will meet you where you are and help you identify where you want to go and give you practical plays, as I often say, to help you get there. One step, one solution, and one play at a time. I'm Sandy Kidling, the proud founder and chief playmaker at Playbook AI Partners. Thank you for allowing me to share a little more about my story and why this work means so much to me. And remember, I've said it many times throughout this video, but I'll say it again. AI does not have to be overwhelming, it is achievable. With the right support, the practical playbook, it can become actionable, useful, and even exciting. And now, as I always say, take action, execute, and I'm gonna add, come join me in the Huddle community. I look forward to working with you. And now let's run the play.
