But all right, let's get back into it. Um I did have also a beginning question if we wanted to answer that. It is kind of a different topic for what we're actually talking about today, but it is something I thought would be significant. So um earlier this week, I was on a so in my fandom that I'm in, I was a little I was a little, a little, ooh, here's me talking about my favorite show or whatever. On Twitter, apparently, one of the voice actors had said the N-word, white voice actor had said the N-word seven years ago. Now, seven years ago, like 2010 or whatever, this is like when people were saying the word or whatever, yeah, yeah, yeah. But it started a bunch of drama, it started a bunch of controversy, and someone had a discussion video about it. And the debate that had kind of come up in my head, well, what really happened in some like the comment section, dude was like, hey guys, we should acknowledge this instance of saying the N-word. It's it's important, it's important no matter how long ago it's been, no matter why it was said. The guy didn't even actually say nigga. He said nega, but he was making a joke out of it because it was like net like nega, like negative. Like that's what he was saying. But it was people making a joke out of it, and he was making a joke out of it at that time, and he was like, you know what it kind of sounds like. So he was saying the instance of someone saying this word a long time ago, this is still important, and I agree with this. Now, what I do not agree with is consistently talk like the the point of debate, really more so is just like should we always acknowledge when this happens? Because in my eyes, if someone especially in this time and age where we are right now, in my eyes, if you if someone says the n-word or brings it out or whatever, they're obviously doing it to get a rise out of somebody, knowing people who aren't even black will still say something and kind of get you know two people's attention. And I'm wondering like, what's the view on that?

And I think we're just like I said, that at that time and age where someone could have been in the wrong seven years ago and could have made their rights with it or whatever, but then it comes back as a snapshot in that point in time how they were feeling or what they were doing, and you aren't given the opportunity to grow. And like I said, I don't know this man or whoever it is. You said who was it again? This is a voice actor for an internet series that I like. Right. I don't know nothing about this man. He could be raced behind closed doors. I don't know. I don't know him like that. He's not, just as far as you know. I guess that's true. Yeah. Like I said, I don't I don't know this man. I don't know what work he's done after he made that quote unquote joke, because I don't even think I would call it a joke because it's like it's it's just it's just grow up. It's not I don't think I don't I don't think we should be playing with that word.

So that if there is something that needs to be cut edited out, the person or the people can do that. But they left it in. But they left it in. He said something else offensive that was edited out.

Well, other than black people. But quite literally, it's like to me, we already understand we don't really if someone says it and it's on a thing and we can't have we can't really have control over it, it's like, okay, whatever. We don't really give a fuck about you. For real, for real. Like a lot of times I hear black people are just like, okay, whatever. You said the word, oh no, uh, like it's been a whole meme and everything. So it's like, yeah. But to me, it's like when people are bringing that word up, they're trying to get attention and they're trying to bring fire and I had a good, I had a good uh thing with jigger to it. Fuck. Essentially speaking, they know they're bringing controversy, which is why they bring stuff up stuff like this up, and why we shouldn't give it attention is what I'm saying.

I was like, and she was like, and she said it, she said it the way she explained it to me, she said it very clearly like with all that's going on right now, do you really think that's appropriate for you to be saying? They they already understood the instance of even no matter how long how long it is, sent a whole twit, twit about Twit. What do you call it? Tweet. He said the whole tweet about, hey, I apologize for this very properly. It wasn't like one of those um AI generated fucking responses to some shit. It was an actual human response saying, hey, I apologize for this, that sort of thing. People were still making controversy of it, and and I'm just here thinking about like, if he had already apologized and this instance did happen, it's like what more do you want him to do about that? What more is there to do? He understood his he understood what was done wrong. He apologized in the now years later, and it should be over. There's that and also the fact of just like again, giving stuff like this attention on social media. In your instance with your friend and him at the party, I would very much encourage somebody to stop everything to approach that. On social media, people are very much different. They again they're using that as a thing to garner attention, to get those numbers and just keep it moving. They aren't really trying to use it as a way of, oh, I didn't know, I didn't really care about using that word, or such of the sort. They know what they're doing and acknowledging this stuff, and it's just like I don't think it deserves, I don't think it deserves that oxygen to the fire. I don't I think when we give oxygen oxygen to a fire, it does not put it out. It it ignites it, and we understand that the more that's how fireworks. Okay, put off. And I think that goes along with me being a Gemini. Like we're we're big on like languages and being able to understand things. So I think when it comes to being able to understand life and the things around me, astrology is just is one of those things for me.
