SPEAKER_06

Good morning and welcome to Sunday morning gospel music. As you heard, Pastor Tom Cullen's going to be talking about Is There a God? Well, if there's no God Here's the Daybreak Quartet.

SPEAKER_03

But if there's no God, explain about if there's no God, explain us, tell me about Jesus did for me.

SPEAKER_10

On a rock that's table, he lives and breeze.

SPEAKER_11

But if there's no God, explain the mouth. Explain us.

SPEAKER_06

We get some idea, I think, of how big God is by looking at the creation around us. But have you ever asked yourself the question, how small is God? Here's the tally trio. He's small enough to live in a heart.

SPEAKER_03

To go beyond the reef of space. To go beyond the distant glimmering stars. This was a room so small within my master's house, but a portion of his years winter's chill may cause the tiny sea to fall and lie asleep till waked by summer's rain. The hug will war and throb with life. The master's cuts will bring the glow again.

SPEAKER_06

It took a miracle to put the stars in place.

SPEAKER_08

It took a miracle to hang the world in space, but when we saved my soul when it took a miracle of love and praise, the Bible tells us of his heart and wisdom all the way through, and every little bird and flower are testimonies to it took a miracle to put the stars in place. It took a miracle to make the world in space. But when he said my soul went away.

SPEAKER_01

It wasn't too long ago that a good friend of mine said to me, Tom, my biggest question about the Christian faith is, does God exist? How can I be sure that there is a God? We'll spend some time thinking about that question today.

SPEAKER_03

But first, here is Keith Green and Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Holy Common Our Song Shall Rice Messiah, holy I'm single by Nazi North, only God. Blessing training frequence, blessing, training.

SPEAKER_01

Does God exist? It's a good question. It's a life-transforming question. If there is no God, we can live as we please. We do not need to consider his desires. We truly are the center of the universe and don't need to worry about a greater power. But if there is a God, we know worship a devotional service and commitment. And if there is a God, we have an answer to the other. In the miracle of the sea, placed in the dirt, bringing to life, and eventually burying zucchinis the size of my arm. Such beauty and wonder, speak to me of the one who is beautiful and wonderful. A creator who is reflected in his creation.

SPEAKER_03

All things is bright and beautiful. All creatures great and small. All things is wise and wonderful.

SPEAKER_02

Each little flower that opens.

SPEAKER_03

The Lord that made the mind in the winter.

SPEAKER_02

The present time.

SPEAKER_03

All things bright and beautiful. All creatures great and long. All things wise and wonderful. The Lord God made them.

SPEAKER_01

I think one of the great testimonies of the reality of God comes from creation. There are so many elements of our universe, of our world that are held in perfect balance for it all to be considered a coincidence. Is there a God? I say yes. I know there is a God because my mind says it's only logical, and my heart responds by saying, How great thou art. The Master's four saying.

SPEAKER_07

Oh my God. When I in awesome wonder Consider all the woes thy hands have made I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, thy power throughout the universe display.

SPEAKER_13

How great thou how great thou great thou great thou heart and sings my soul I saved God to thee how great thou great thou when Christ shall come with shadow acclamation and take me home what joy shall fill my heart and I shall die.

George Beverly Shea was born in Winchester, Ontario, where his father was a minister in the Wesleyan Methodist Church. He was taught to play the violin by his father and the piano and organ by his mother. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior at the age of five or six, and rededicated his life as a Christian at the age of 18. Shay's bass, baritone voice brought early recognition and provided many opportunities for him to sing at religious meetings around the Ottawa Valley. Although Canadian-born, George became known as America's beloved gospel singer and was considered the first international singing star of the gospel world. This was largely because of his exposure on radio, records, and television, and his solos at the Billy Graham Crusade. It is said that Reverend Graham would not preach until George had first administered the music. It is also estimated that due to the large audiences at all the crusade, George Beverly Shay sang alive before more people than anyone else in history. George wrote the words and music for the song we are about to hear. It is a simple but clear message wrapped up in one phrase. After seeing the wonders of God's creation all around, the most amazing wonder is just to think that God loves me. Listen now to George Beverly Shea and the wonder of it all.

SPEAKER_12

There's the wonder of sunset at evening. The wondrous sunrise I see. But the wonder of wonders that thrills my soul is the wonder that God loves me. Oh the wonder of it all. Just to think that God loves me. Oh the wonder of it all. Just to think that God loves me. There's the wonder of springtime and harvest. The stars, the sky, the sun, but the wonder of wonders that share my soul is a wonder that has only begun the wonders of it all. Just to think that God loves me. Oh the wonder of it all.

unknown

The wonders of it all just to think that God loves you. Just to think that God.

SPEAKER_01

So we cannot prove God in this way. But we must realize that there are truths that are real, even if they can't be way measured or touched. No one has ever seen the free feed of the line. The wonder of it all is that we know that God exists. And more. That we can know his character and personality because he became one of us in the person of Jesus Christ. Laura's story places her trust in the keeper of the stars.

SPEAKER_03

Against all hope and hope, ability. You, Lord, are faithful, you're good and you are able. Then it seems impossible to me. Your promises are all true. What you say I know you will do. And I'm sure you'll love induce. I'm giving a free Cause you're hungry that we've hungry this way. I'm giving to the keeper. You plan for me as perfect. And show me it's so worth it. Do we all die?

SPEAKER_01

The first book of the Bible begins with the words in the beginning. In the beginning. It's like speaking of green sound or a square table. A made God is nothing at all. Wood made from plastic is not really wood. And a made God is not really God. Here's the marvelous mind-blowing truth that we read in Psalm 90, verse 2. From everlasting from everlasting, you are God. So Chris Thomas said.

SPEAKER_04

The planets win and sheered in light, the galaxies conspire To fill the universe with light. Say, say no heaven require State O you angels at the ground, the thrown and thought most high. Say that the saints and all creates a things to place the door of life. Stayed, stay no heavenly quiet State all your ages gathered round the throat and cards. Stay with the state, the whole creator things to taste the world of eye.

SPEAKER_03

Just down the time.

SPEAKER_01

I see him in the person of Jesus Christ. But my heart also says, yes, there is a God. There are certain things in this world that can only be discovered by committing yourself to it. A wise man once said, we must dare in order to know. And it's true, the greatest discoveries of God are not made in the lecture halls of the university, but they are made instead in the risk of believing, in daring to commit your life to God. In the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Indiana must go through a series of three trials, real-life riddles to get to the Holy Grail. The last challenge he faces is a great chasm with no apparent bridge to get to the other side. If he steps off the ledge, it appears he will fall to his death. But the book he holds in his hand shows him that there is only one way to get across and get that cup of life. He must take a step of faith. And he does, he steps out, fully expecting the limit to a certain death, but instead, his foot falls on a bridge, invisible to the naked eye. Faith in God is not blind faith. I've tried to show that there is evidence enough for those who have eyes to see. But there comes a time when we must stop speculating and start trusting the God who has revealed himself to us in creation and in the person of Jesus Christ. And Scripture says, That time is now. Don't wait. Don't wait until you have God all figured out. Give yourself to Him today. Say to Him, God, I've seen you in creation. I see you in the person of Jesus Christ, and I give myself to you today. You are my Lord and my God. I pray that you will. And if you do, I know that you will stumble upon wonder upon wonder and every wonder true. Brian Dorton sings a song of commitment. Today I choose to follow you.

SPEAKER_03

Today I choose to give my eps to you. Today I choose to hear your voice and live. Today I choose to follow you. As for me in my house, we will serve you. As for me in my house, we will spend our lives on you. Today I choose. To follow you. Today I choose. To give my yes to you. Today I choose. Hear your voice and live. Today I choose all of you. As to me in my heart. We will study. As to me in my heart. We will spend lives on you. As to me in my heart. We will study you. As to me in my house. Willing me with all you today. Give my heart to you today and choose.
