Welcome to the very first episode of Every Womyn and Her Dog.
Today, Jo is joined by Katelyn Dwyer-Taylor, Kristy Lees, and Carissa Skrinnikoff to unpack a phrase we hear constantly:
“You need to do the work.”
But what does that actually mean?
Is it therapy? Journaling? Awareness? Accountability?
Or something deeper?
This conversation is real, reflective, and at times… a little calling-ourselves-out. Because that’s often where the growth lives.
