But yeah, man, what do you think about Stefan Diggs being in DC, man? He was in there, I think it was Thursday or Wednesday, but he was at the Wizards game. Is he he is he from there? I don't know, man. I don't know exactly where Stephon Diggs is from, man. That nigga might be from PG County, man. He might be, he might be, but he soda down bag or two back in the day. Maybe, man. I think I personally think that he might be, you know what I'm saying, because he was let go. He was let go by the Patriots.
SPEAKER_02Because he ain't really do nothing, man.
SPEAKER_00He didn't, bro. But all he did was show off with Cardi all, you know what I'm saying, all season. But I think he might be meeting with the Redskins. Oh, well, Commanders, because they keep changing the fucking name. But um, I think he might be meeting with the team, man, because I don't see why the hell else would he be in DC, bro. Well, you know, that's where everybody go when they finishing their career. Yeah, which is sad, bro. You either finish your career in DC or you wasn't quite good enough to get started, to get picked up by like a better team. And then you gotta show out, and then you get drafted by another team, bro. But yeah, man. Anyways, I don't want to spend no time on that, bro. Welcome back to Facts and Foolishness, everybody. You know what I'm saying? I'm your host, Tyler Coleman. This is my co-host, Ashen Carter. Want to do things a little bit different this one, man, with this particular topic. I want to talk about everything 90s, like late 90s, early 2000s. I want to talk about the women, I want to talk about the clothing and the music, everything 90s, because I feel like personally, growing up, you know what I'm saying? We were born in 93, you know what I'm saying? So being born in 93, we got to see what the 90s was. Golden era. You know what I'm saying? We got to see what shit was and where it went to today. So we can speak about all of it. We can speak about 90s and 2000s. Yeah, man. So all of that, everything 90s, you know what I'm saying? And my personal opinion on the 90s, bro, like late 90s, early 2000s, I feel like we had the best generation, bro. We had we did, you know what I'm saying? Like, we had hard workers, we had the best clothing, the best beautiful women, bro. Like we did naturally pretty women. Think about video vixens back in the day, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_01Wifey material.
SPEAKER_00You either had the you either just had it or you did it. Wifey material. Exactly. We didn't have they had a the BBLs and all the enhancements and shit like that back in the day, you know what I'm saying? You either was pretty or you wasn't, you know what I'm saying? Oh god. Like, take it back to like, you know, Aliyah and and J Lo and all of them back in the day, man. You know what I'm saying? But while we on that topic of the 90s, bruh, like, give me what what is something that you miss the most about the late 90s, early 2000s? Like, what is something that like if we could go back to that era? Man, everything, dog.
SPEAKER_02Like, bro, like everything was just slower, you know? Yeah. Everything was just slower, you know what I'm saying? It was just more more family values, more, more, more people values back then. Exactly.
SPEAKER_00You know what I'm saying? I feel like people to kind of piggyback off of that, bro. I feel like people cared more about family and shit back then, too. Definitely, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_02Nowadays we have everybody's opinion. I mean, you used to people on the outside looking in, you know what I'm saying, you had their opinion, whatever, but now if you got a social media which everybody does, yeah.
SPEAKER_00It it causes it causes distance, man. You know what I'm saying? You what they uh these touch screens make us lose touch. You know what I'm saying? Man, that's a good one. These touch screens make you lose touch, man. If I could pick one thing that I miss from the 90s, bruh. I'm gonna have it's so many, man. I'ma have to say the natural, like, the natural women, bro. The natural women. I I miss back when you was either cute or you won't. Nowadays you can look bad and you know what I'm saying. Joy, you get home, she hops in the shower, she putting the she hanging a weed, her weave up, she washing, she washing her. That's a good point. You know what I'm saying? That's a good point. Putting the lashes on the and I ain't saying that they didn't have that in the 90s, but they didn't really have that back then, like the way it is now. Everybody, like a BBL is, you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_02You can make yourself look pretty now.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Back in the day, you had to be pretty. Yeah, you had to be pretty. That's crazy. I ain't never think about that, yeah.
SPEAKER_03You had to have it today, or you that's crazy.
SPEAKER_00You either had to have it or you just ain't have it. You either had to be bad or you had to be funny.
SPEAKER_01That's crazy. Now you can you can do surgery and make it. Yeah, bro.
SPEAKER_00It's a surgery for everything, bro. That's wild. You can go to surgery, you could you can take a picture. That's why if you if you see, like, I feel like so many women are going for like that that Kim Kardashian look. You know what I'm saying? You see a lot of the joints out in Miami, they literally are changing their entire appearance, not just the BBL, but you know what I'm saying. But that's why I say, like, that's one of the things I miss.
SPEAKER_01I'm a natural ass nigga. I like the natural look.
SPEAKER_00Exactly, bro.
SPEAKER_01Give me the natural junk.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, exactly, bro. I want the I want the titties to hang a little bit. I like the cellulite, you know what I'm saying? I want a woman to look like a woman, bro. Like, I don't that don't flaws in all. Exactly. Flaws in all. I don't think.
SPEAKER_03I'd rather you have flaws.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, because personally, it's crazy to me that, you know what I'm saying, and this ain't, you know what I'm saying? I ain't just talking about, we ain't gonna keep it on this particular topic, but you know what I'm saying? Like, you got people that used to be fat that go get a surgery, and now they, you know, fitness. That's not fair. You know what I'm saying? They do fitness inspirational videos on on Instagram and shit, and you don't went and got it cut off. So we're not giving, look, no, it's no shade, it's no shade to the people that go get the surgeries and stuff like that, or whatever the case may be.
SPEAKER_02I think you need to do that if it's medical, but yeah, if it's a reason.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you know what I'm saying? If it's a medical reason or anything like that, yeah. Like if you were big and you lost a bunch of weight and you want to get like the excess skin cut off or whatever, yeah, shit like that, or you had like breast cancer, and you know what I'm saying, you wanted to get breasts. Like shit like that is different. For sure. I'm just saying we're not thinking the process, you know. Yeah, and we're not gonna give more credit to a BBL body than we are somebody that works hard to maintain what she got. Hell no, you know what I'm saying? But I so so so do you like BBL better or do you like hell no, I don't like natural better. I don't like BBL bodies at all. I like a natural woman. I wanna it when she takes the bra off, I want them to drop. You want them to drop a little bit. Yeah, that that BBL, you know what I'm saying? They take the bra off, they still standing there. Yeah, like that. No characteristic, no characteristic at all, bruh. But you know what I'm saying? I'll side of outside of that, I don't want to stay on that topic too long, bruh. But uh, you know what I'm saying? Since we on the topic of 90s, that's what this podcast is gonna be for. I want to just keep it 100% with my 90s babies at. Exactly, man. Tap in, man. 90 babies. Early 2000s, early 2000s, too.
SPEAKER_02Nah, nah. The the 90 babies that was born in the 90s, but we can't take no we came up in the two. But we can't take no niggas that was born in the 2000s.
SPEAKER_00Facts, facts. I forget.
SPEAKER_02If you came up in the 2000s, different, but we can't take nobody born in the 2000s. If you 99, you good. 2000, nah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00If you grew up in the 2000s, it was just different, it was different values too, bro. Like, if you think about it, people had more respect in the 90s.
SPEAKER_02Everything was just slower, bro.
SPEAKER_00And but if you also think about, I always say our generation was the last generation of workers. Like, you know what I'm saying? The generations that came after us, them niggas don't want to work, they don't want to do nothing but sit on sit in the house on a video game or on a phone. They don't want to get out and niggas don't even want to play outdoors no more. Definitely, you know what I'm saying? We used to, they used to kick us out the house and make you go play outside. Once you go in that motherfucker, you ain't coming in. Ain't no coming back in there. Hell no, ain't no coming in and out, man.
SPEAKER_02To at least nighttime, close to nighttime. Exactly. You can't ain't no running back and forth.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. It was a different time, man. It was more disciplined nowadays. They just, you know what I'm saying, corn fed child's running wild. Man, tell me something y'all remember about the 90s, man. Definitely, man. Tap in, man. Leave it, leave your best 90s memory underneath this video in the comments. But to keep that flow going, man, because we're talking about everything. 90s, bro. About say so much shit 90s. Give me give me your two biggest crushes from the 90s. SPEAKER_02You can't tell me Stacy Dash isn't the finest motherfucker from the 90s.

SPEAKER_02Hey, that's everybody's fucking favorite fucking 90s show, bro.
SPEAKER_00Come on, man. He has a lot of things. Come on, dude. All right, look, since we're talking about Martin, what was your favorite character that he played? You know what I'm saying? You know he did Shane. You know he did the uh the Taekwondo nigga. What? You know he did the sheriff.
SPEAKER_02My favorite character from Martin is obviously Jerome, nigga. Jerome? Jerome, Jerome, Romy Rome.
SPEAKER_01Romy Rome.
SPEAKER_00He's a playing from the Himalaya.
SPEAKER_03Man, come on, Jerome, nigga. I think uh Jerome is the best fucking character, nigga.
SPEAKER_00I don't know, man. That's a toss-up, bruh. Who fucking better than Jerome? Besides Shenane, but but when he played the sheriff, oh the sheriff is stubborn. But the taekwondo nigga. Yeah. I'm getting ready to take you down, boy. Hey, look.
SPEAKER_03But the taekwondo nigga is funny too because he always gets his ass whooped.
SPEAKER_00Oh yeah, he do always get his ass whooped, bro. He do. But I will say my favorite character from Martin. Not I'm not talking about Martin. You know, say his characters, Brumman. Brumman is my favorite.
SPEAKER_03Hey, look.

SPEAKER_02That nigga Martin said, no. No, nigga.
SPEAKER_00No, no, bruh. Brahman, that's your favorite character? Bruhman is my favorite character from Martin because the way they the way he not only is he nonchalant. He not only is he nonchalant, but you never knew he was coming. Martin might just get up in the middle of the night, turn the light on. He there.
SPEAKER_03Nigga, remember he ate the whole fucking Thanksgiving dinner. Thanksgiving dinner. He said, no, you did not eat all the Thanksgiving dinner. Look, could have been up in the cranberries. Then the nigga talking about I'm about to go to mine. Eat some out. Remember, what about when the nigga's a dirty nigga? Nah, fuck that.
SPEAKER_02Nah.
SPEAKER_03Nigga, I done got to fight with that nigga and that bitch.
SPEAKER_00Hey. But look, what about fighting with that nigga? What about um was it Tracy Morgan? He played in that joint. Remember Hustle Man? Yeah. Hustle Man too. That was a good one. Remember he came through.
SPEAKER_03He wouldn't stay on the show, but Tracy Morgan just was already getting big and shit.
SPEAKER_00You remember when he came through with the uh the um the like the rotisserie chickens? Remember the niggas was sleep, they was they lost power, he ain't pay his electric bill, and they was freezing. I'm pretty sure I gotta think about it. He came, he looked he knocked on the door, he said, No, we're not about to eat this hustle, man. You coming here with with with uh pigeons on a stick because yeah, Blah man out of you know what I'm saying, out of the room.
SPEAKER_02Black man was funny as shit.
SPEAKER_00All of them were hilarious, but without doing nothing, bro.
SPEAKER_03You know, he did stand-ups. Besides breaking in niggas' fucking houses, he did stand-up. Fucking making a sandwich.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and he was he hilarious, man. But one of my favorite judges remember when bro when Martin just kind of when it just started, it may have been like the first season, and they was watching the fight at the house. He came there, look, bro man had his foot up on the joint. He's like, You just got your foot on my on my on my table, bro.
SPEAKER_03He's pretty sure, but I just can't think of it.
SPEAKER_00That nigga said he said, I gotta let the bunion breathe. He let that bitch kill it.
SPEAKER_03Yo, Martin was done with that nigga though when he when he stole the fucking Thanksgiving dinner. Oh yeah, but they followed him to the mom house.
SPEAKER_02Lacan said, he said, I'm finna go over to mom's and mom will go with you, nigga.
SPEAKER_00But let me hit him with the y'all can roll if he wants to.
SPEAKER_02Oh god, but now I'd have beat that nigga up. He ate my whole turkey.
SPEAKER_00Uh whole Thanksgiving dinner. He ate the whole turkey. He ate the whole Thanksgiving dinner. Facts. Yeah, it came out the came out the bathroom. This goes with the last episode I was just talking about. Not only did he eat all the food, but he just blew your bathroom up. I think he had Martin Robe on too. He did, bro. But go ahead, man. Go ahead. Give me yours, man. Give me yours.
SPEAKER_02Favorite 90 show? Favorite 90 show. I'm basic, man. I mean, I got a lot of 90 shows, but if you want to go number one top of all time, I mean you gotta go fucking Fresh Prince.
SPEAKER_00Fresh Prince? Fresh Prince is a you gotta go Fresh Prince. I mean, but Fresh Prince raised us too. You know what I'm saying? Like Fresh Prince taught us shit. Will Smith, Fresh Prince, nigga. Yeah, man.
SPEAKER_02When we used to watch Will Smith and Fresh Prince, we used to be like, damn, nigga, I want to get fresh like that. That nigga had all the vintage motherfucking Jordan jackets, yeah, all the vintage Jordan shoes.
SPEAKER_00Man, what about uh what what's cuz name? What's his friend? Um Jazz. Jazz, man. Jazz was flies a bit.
SPEAKER_02Jazz was fly as a motherfucker, and you could tell Will Will looked up to Jazz in a way.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Because Jazz was flies a bitch.
SPEAKER_00Always well. He was stupid as hell, but he was well, he was fly. But I think you know what I'm saying, it was it wasn't just comedy though. Like the Fresh Prince taught a lot of deep values too, man. Culture, value, this, that. Yeah, fatherhood. What about the joint? You know what I'm saying? The joint where his dad pulled up and left him again. He thought he was gonna roll with his dad. Nigga, I used to cry every time I see that episode, man. I'm trying to tell you. Like, what every time my dad used to leave me, that's why I used to look at that. Nigga be crying. I'm trying to tell you, bro. The fresh prints, the fresh print taught taught values, man. Like it was different. Like shit today don't teach you shit like the 90s, bro. That's why I'm so big on the 90s and early 2000s, bro.
SPEAKER_02First things first, rest in peace, Uncle Phil.
SPEAKER_00Yep, yep. For real. Yeah, man.
SPEAKER_02Man, that I used to I used to wish that nigga was my uncle. Man, I used to wish that nigga. I used to wish that.
SPEAKER_00He the only father that we ever knew. Nigga, I used to be like, I mean, I mean, I grew up with my dad, but I'm saying, like a lot of niggas that didn't have their dads. Uncle Cole. Uncle Phil was they dad. Role model. That's what we looking for. Yeah, and that's why that show was more than just comedy.
SPEAKER_02It wasn't just Uncle Phil nigga.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, bruh. Man, I'm trying to tell you, like, you get you on Uncle Phil if you don't have nobody. You're gonna get it.
SPEAKER_02Ain't no Uncle Phil's no more, though.
SPEAKER_00It ain't man. But that's why I say the 90s was such an amazing time. But like it, it was just people were more helpful, you know what I'm saying? Like everything wasn't automated, everything wasn't because you know what I mean. Yeah, you didn't have the internet, you know what I'm saying? Relationships were better back in the 90s. The like I said, the food was better back in the 90s, shit wasn't as expensive. You ain't lying. We paying, we paying a thousand dollars for this. You ain't lying. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_02Like, I remember being since you asked, since you since we're on this, we're still on the subject about 90s. Like, I remember just waking up in the 90s and just just being like, man, whatever, man.
SPEAKER_00Like, you know, like you ain't got no worries. Because some of the most some of the most fun shit that we did in the 90s was hang out with each other, you know what I'm saying? You had to get out there with your cousins, you know what I'm saying? We had to no responsibilities, no responsibilities, bro. Like, that's the best thing ever. Yeah, look, the early thing. You got people taking care of you when you got people taking care of you, bruh. That's the best thing ever. Not to mention, like, you had a village, you know what I'm saying? Back, it ain't no village today, bruh. That's why we that's what we're missing, and that's what these kids nowadays, I think, are missing, man. And that's a that's A whole nother episode that we can have later on, you know what I'm saying? The kids, bro. Like, did they like it? It's too much keeping up with the Jones type shit going on. Not even just keeping up with the Joneses, bro. Like, they it's just a certain level of laziness. When we're coming to the kids. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_02But I say, these motherfuckers ain't got no work ethic.
SPEAKER_00But no work ethic, bro. But that's why, that's why I'm gonna say this. Anybody that's watching this that has any ambition as far as you know being a business owner or anything like that, look at what look at your competition. Look at your competition. Your competition is these is the kids that ain't got no work ethic, want to sit in the house, don't want to work, you know what I'm saying, and want to play on their phone and be in video games. This is your competition. So if you if you want to start a business, get out there and start it and run them the fuck over. Run them the fuck over.
SPEAKER_02The only ones that's gonna do good is the ones that go viral for a little bit off of social media.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. And that's a but you know saying, and shout out to them. It ain't no, you know what I'm saying. If you do the right thing, yeah, if you do the right thing, man, but you know what I'm saying. If you don't nigga, I'm gonna rob the fuck out of you. Hey, look, for real, man. Shout out, shout out to the ones that is out here getting chicken, though, because you know, a lot of these young niggas is making money, they making money off of stream and twitch and all of that stuff. So shout out to y'all, man. It ain't no hate, but I'm talking about the majority. Let's keep it 100. You know, 99% of you motherfuckers is not being famous on TikTok or on the internet, making money off the internet, you know what I'm saying? That's a very small percentage. So anybody like my age, like I said, that wants to start a business or get out there, bro, this is the time to do it because your competition, your competition is out in the club every motherfucking weekend with no responsibilities, ain't doing shit, barely got a job and trying to keep up with the Joneses. You know what I'm saying? So, man, stay on your grind, man. But I think, like I said, we just missing that, we missing that love from the 90s and 2000s, bro. Man, that's something.
