Intro
SPEAKER_06Okay. Hello. Hello. How is the smoke
How Are We Doing?
SPEAKER_06doing for you guys?
SPEAKER_04Also, hello. We have Claire here. For those who don't know, Claire is my sister. You've probably seen her on sibling reviews. We used to do those a lot. It's been a while though. But we want to have her on. We're going to talk about Heartstopper and many other things. You have great posture.
SPEAKER_06I'm really tall.
SPEAKER_04You're very tall. So yeah, Claire's.
SPEAKER_05Two OEROs for her.
SPEAKER_04Claire's here today to talk with us, and we're going to see how this goes. It's going to be a fun episode. We're also celebrating her birthday today, which is going to be really fun. So um, yeah, but how are you doing, Dutch?
SPEAKER_05Um, I'm doing alright. I'm doing alright. Um work's going good. Uh just I'm starting my new job, my additional job on Thursday.
SPEAKER_04That'll be fun. Let me know.
SPEAKER_05So that's gonna be, yeah, that's gonna be interesting. Um, I'm very excited about it. Uh so yeah.
unknownGood.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, not too shabby.
SPEAKER_04Any plans for the birth?
SPEAKER_05Um, I'm going out to dinner on my birthday to Harbor House. It's a Bartellotta restaurant. And I'm very excited about it because I've never been to a Bartellotta. I've just heard about that.
SPEAKER_04Downtown?
SPEAKER_05Uh it's like near the uh uh what's the tricky called? The art museum. Oh, I'm gonna be the coop bridge? The the view is gonna be beautiful. I'm very excited for it. So that'll be fun. Is it just you, mom and dad? Yep.
SPEAKER_04I feel like you guys do that all the time now.
SPEAKER_05Yes, we do. I'm just not gonna do that. No, because you don't give a shit with respect.
SPEAKER_04No, it's not that I don't give a shit. It's just that I'm working and most like well, I'm not that day, but it's just it's a you, mom and dad thing for sure. Yeah. Um, but you were asking for those who don't know, in Wisconsin is getting smoked up right now because of these wildfires.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, the wildfire wildfires in Canada and in Minnesota have all come down with um most of northern Wisconsin and Mackinac Island right now are seeing ash rain.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. It's crazy.
SPEAKER_06And here in like Milwaukee area, we've had upwards of almost, I think like six to seven hundred AQI.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_06Which if you don't know what AQI is, it's air quality index. And it's lowered now. We did have one rainy day, which is great, and now it's dropped down to about 200 to 300, but it's still fluctuating every day. And because of that, um Claire is doing just fine because I think she's the healthiest one of all of us. She goes to the gym, she's healthy. Um, but yeah, it's definitely been affecting Nick and I, so we apologize. Yeah, we're pretty sure we're sick. We're sounding a little congested today, and I like it.
SPEAKER_04I I don't sound congested, I am congested.
SPEAKER_05No, because when you came home today, I was like, oh, it's sick.
SPEAKER_04My voice is not a cop.
SPEAKER_05I don't know what it is, but like at first it was just a sore throat. Well, it's it's a smoke, dude. There's no way. It's a smoke, it's definitely a smoke.
SPEAKER_06I don't know what it was, but this one nice We also can't stop sneezing. I can't stop not sneezing.
SPEAKER_04I can't stop sneezing either.
SPEAKER_06And like I just I feel it in my like a like my like it doesn't hurt for me. I it this feels like the first day of a cold where or like the night before the first day of a cold where it just feels kind of like it's extra mucus. And there was one night last week that I woke up in the middle of the night because I just had a massive amount of phlegm in my throat. Yeah, and I just I could not swallow it. I couldn't spit it out. It was just stuck in there. Yeah, and it was like feel that every day of my life.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Really?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, like a massive amount of phone. Yeah, I just feel like there's well not phlegm, but like I just feel like something's stuck in my throat like all the time.
SPEAKER_04I got like LPRs a lot, yeah. And stuff, so it's like, you know, yeah, I don't know if it's the smoke or what, but yeah, it's something in the air.
SPEAKER_06I don't know.
SPEAKER_04I hope that everyone in Canada and Minnesota are safe in that they're doing okay, because that is scary. Yeah, we don't I don't know much about it, but I just I hope they're okay.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Um, so otherwise,
Heartstopper Forever Review
SPEAKER_06we watched if you want to talk about Heartstopper.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, we're gonna talk about Heartstopper, or should we eat cake first?
SPEAKER_05I think we should talk about it and then eat cake. I think it's a reward system. So dark map.
SPEAKER_06We just recently watched Heartstopper movie.
SPEAKER_04Forever.
SPEAKER_06Heartstopper Forever.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_06Based on that was fantastic in my opinion. Based off this book.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm. I loved it as well. I thought it was fantastic. I there were so literally so many, it was literally uh like almost a shot for shot from this.
SPEAKER_06That's amazing. That's awesome.
SPEAKER_04It was there was a few things added.
SPEAKER_06The entire time you're watching a movie, Nick was just like, oh, I forgot about this part. I'm like, oh, I forgot about or I this part is gonna be really bad. And we she and I were just sitting here like, have you seen it? Watch a movie before? And he's like, no, but I read the book, and I'm like, okay, then can you shut up?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, the entire time. It was non-stop like it was really funny bands.
SPEAKER_00It was just like, I felt like Felicia in the movie theater.
SPEAKER_04Shut up.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Good thing we're not seeing about I do talk a lot about it. Respectful.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, it's okay. Well, it's a problem.
SPEAKER_04No, it's funny.
SPEAKER_06It's funny. It's funny. Sometimes you don't have to be like, okay, respect.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, with respect. No, it was fancy. Oh my god. You and Donnie and Whiplash is a whole nother story for another time.
SPEAKER_06Oh I bet fucking whiplash, dude. That was a roller coaster. Oh, it's yes. Anyway, we're getting off track. We're getting off track.
SPEAKER_04Anyway, um this was a great book. It's there's so many like moments in here that are literally from the book.
SPEAKER_06Like Yeah, I I made the comment.
SPEAKER_04Or from the movie, I mean.
SPEAKER_06Also, I made the comment when we were watching the movie that if you've never read Heartstopper and you're going through the time that time period in your life where you're like, I'm not really sure I understand my sexuality or like who I am really.
SPEAKER_07Perfect.
SPEAKER_06This is a perfect, very educational folk series and TV show to watch. It explains so many different parts of the LGBTQ spectrum, and it definitely goes through like how that hand in hand works with your mental health. And uh it also teaches you a lot of really good lessons for like seek help if you need it, ask those around you for support, and also what it looks like when somebody doesn't have support. There is a definitely no matter who you are, there's definitely a character in there for you. Because at least one character is going through something that can relate to a general public.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_04So it's fantastic, and I'm I just flipped to the page. Spoilers for those who haven't seen it, but it's when Nick and Charlie are talking in the kitchen, he's like, I don't need you to talk to me like therapy talk or whatever. Yes. And then he was like, Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that, and then he burns the pancake. And but I was telling y'all in the in the book, he burns it, and then David comes in and goes, What the fuck are you doing?
SPEAKER_05But look at Nick's phaser here. Yeah. They well casted the Oh, I know.
SPEAKER_04There's everyone's so well casted in this series.
SPEAKER_06And you know, I think that was kind of the interesting part about David going into this versus the previous season. I was gonna say something about David. David very much has like a change of personality because he seems like he just kind of wants to be there for his brother, but he doesn't really know how to. And he wasn't raised with the mental tools in order to handle that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. And there's a lot of trying. And there's a lot of different stuff about him in this too, in this, that isn't in the movie. Like they go outside and they're like They go outside? They go.
unknownSorry.
SPEAKER_00They go outside. They go outside? No way!
SPEAKER_04So they go outside. Listen, they go outside and and he's like, because like remember when he was like, I'm moving to Paris with dad?
SPEAKER_00Yes.
SPEAKER_04And Nick's like, oh, why? And he's like, he offered me a job. In the book, he's like, oh, will you offer me a job? And he's like, but what about your girlfriend? And he was like, I cheated. And then and then Nick goes, like, father likes fun.
SPEAKER_05No, my Oh my god.
SPEAKER_04Wait, uh let me find it was kind of wild.
SPEAKER_05I okay, I was gonna say something about David and how like in the first two seasons, or they did season two or season three, I can't remember what it was.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, because Claire just recently re-watched.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I didn't haven't seen season three. Yeah, Claire hadn't seen season three. I watched season three and it was really good. But like in season three, he was just like, you know, so dead on like dead set on like telling like his dad about Nick. Yes.
SPEAKER_03No, that was two.
SPEAKER_05Oh, that was two.
SPEAKER_03That was two. That's when they're in Paris.
SPEAKER_05But like he was so dead set on telling uh his dad about Nick being gay or whatever. And bye. Bye, bye, excuse me. Bye. Um and I'm just like, like what like why? Like why is that like a thing for him to like say? That's like f that's for Nick to say.
SPEAKER_06Oh yeah, next week is trying to push Nick out of the closet.
SPEAKER_05Right. Yeah. Right. He's trying to get away. Yeah, he's like trying to and like the dinner table scene made me want to go nuts. Because like his dad and Charlie's family and Tori was there and David was there too, and he's like, Yeah, did you tell, you know, or oh yeah, because he was like, Did you tell him about me and Nick? Yeah, did you tell, you know, whatever?
SPEAKER_04The dinner scene.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, the dinner scene made me want to go nuts. I was like, you're joking.
SPEAKER_04But this right here it says, I cheated, and then he goes just like that, and he goes, Yeah, like father, like son, you might be next.
SPEAKER_03And he goes, like fuck, I will.
SPEAKER_04Dude, the books are you guys should read them. They're really deep. There's so many other characters there's also two characters that aren't in the show. Isaac isn't doesn't exist.
SPEAKER_05Well, I really like Isaac.
SPEAKER_04I love Isaac too, he's a great character, and I think that's why he's so well written in the show, is because he's such a fresh and new character.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04But his Charlie has a little brother in the books.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, that's crazy. Cal and El stay together?
SPEAKER_04See, I feel like that's kind of that's what I was telling you about the other week, is like I feel like that was kind of left unknown.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. But see, the thing is, I think they just remain friends.
SPEAKER_04I think so too.
SPEAKER_06And it's so better as friends, to be honest. They're better as friends. Like they just no matter what, they just want to support each other and be there for each other. And even if it's not romantic, whatever.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I think they worked better as friends.
SPEAKER_06Like if one of them gets into a different relationship, then the other one's still gonna be like, oh my god, congratulations! Yeah, exactly. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04100%. And I think it was just hard for them to be in a relationship. I guess it just wasn't working for them.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And I get that. So I think that that was just smarter for them, a smarter route for them. But Nick and Charlie, like, even like in the book, I don't think they break up. I don't think they break up in the book at all.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. I don't think so. Interesting. So then they just don't talk for a while, or like yeah, they kind of are distant for a little bit. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Um, you can borrow this if you want. You can literally finish it within like an hour.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, I know I could.
SPEAKER_04Um, but they don't talk for a little bit and then they eventually do start talking again. Um, but it's very it's a little different in the movie, but like I think the way they did the movie was honestly a smarter way to go about it, just because like it shows more depth of these characters that we've known since like what 2021 or whenever the first season came out. Um but yeah, no, I think that the way it ended, I think was great. Some people didn't like the end game.
SPEAKER_06I think that's up to their opinion, you know. It's I get I think some people have too high of expectations for it being a show written for teenagers.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Going going through what they're doing.
SPEAKER_04It's not gonna be an endgame final battle type of level ending.
SPEAKER_06No, it's not gonna. And it's also not gonna be a hit and rivalry type of ending where they get married in the end because they're in they're in their thirties.
SPEAKER_04Spoilers for the long game if you haven't read it, and if you haven't watched our past 23 episodes.
SPEAKER_05Literally. You're you're looking at our rock at this point. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04With respect to it.
SPEAKER_05I think they should be watching this episode if they'll be since they've seen it.
SPEAKER_04Margaret will be Margaret's our number one fan.
SPEAKER_05Hi, Margaret.
SPEAKER_04Hi, Margaret. Um, yeah, no, I really enjoyed it. What were your thoughts on the movie? Because you and I were talking about it last night and you seemed kinda eh.
SPEAKER_05Um, yeah, I thought it was I. Um, I I'm sorry, I uh I thought it was I didn't choices. I uh I really liked, you know, their connection and stuff and their relationship. But the only thing is that I found a little interesting was like it did it didn't really take a whole lot for them to practice shit. I don't. I banged it on a thing at work.
SPEAKER_03No, I accidentally broke it. We'll tell we'll talk about it later. I accidentally broke Close Apple Watch. Um but continue, Claire.
SPEAKER_05Um yeah, I just like I don't know. I just felt like there was something missing. You know? Like it took like it just felt like there was something missing. Yeah, you know? I just felt like there was just gonna be this big thing that happens between the two of them.
SPEAKER_04Like a breakup?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, well well, like a breakup, but like something happens before that, you know what I mean? Like, like something cheat somebody cheated or something. Kit Connor literally said, I wanted Nick to cheat on Charlie.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, Kit Connor said he wanted someone to like get cheated on, and I was so that's just so out of character. It is, it is, but that's why it wouldn't work. Nick would never do that. Charlie would never do that.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04That's why it wouldn't work.
SPEAKER_05But here's the thing, I was like, sorry, can I just make Yeah.
SPEAKER_06So because they're so new at like their sexualities and everything. Well, Nick and they're so young. Yeah, Nick is. And like even Charlie too. A little bit, yeah. He's still pretty young. Yeah. I don't think Charlie had has anybody else besides Nick.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, probably not.
SPEAKER_06And so I don't know if they would feel comfortable being with someone else if that's the only person they've ever been with.
SPEAKER_04Right. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_05Right.
SPEAKER_04Exactly.
SPEAKER_05But I just felt like there was something missing. You know? I I enjoyed it. I I would have been right. I mean, I really yeah, I did enjoy watching it, but there were some times where I was just like, you know, there's too many conversations between people. I was a lot and I was just like, okay, the only reason also, can I say that their breakup reminded me literally uh it's kind of a spitting image spitting image of Garrett and Hannah. Oh, from OpenStack. Because Garrett is like, you're not, I'm not good for you. I can't be with you. Nick is saying the same thing to Charlie, like same thing. Similar. Yes. Can I make another comment?
SPEAKER_04Yes, no, you're not allowed to talk. That's why you're here.
SPEAKER_06Like, what's the answer? No, so uh what I noticed between in the conflict between Charlie and Nick is what really bothered me a lot was the fact that they were trying to communicate, yeah, except they are both so put to put it bluntly, they're both so insecure that none of them feel like they deserve each other. And so they don't fight for themselves. Yep. Instead they're trying to fight for each other, but they're also sacrificing themselves, and so that's what's tearing them apart.
SPEAKER_04Yep, exactly.
SPEAKER_06And so it's like two magnets who want to be together, but they just can't seem to fit and they can't seem to get together because it's not so much miscommunication. It's just they need to be more open. They need to be more open about their feelings, but they also need to realize that they need to fight for themselves as well.
SPEAKER_04Especially Nick.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, and like I know some people in some relationships they fight too much for themselves that they forget to fight for the other person. Yeah. But they are fighting for each other so much that they're putting the other person's feelings first before their own. Yeah. And that's That's the problem. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Mm-hmm. And that's why Nick's like, I'm not happy unless you're around and Charlie's like, well, that's not good. That's not good at the time. That's not good. That's bad.
SPEAKER_06Like, I don't think that's how it's supposed to be.
SPEAKER_05Oh, yeah. That's literally what he said.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, like that's not how a relationship should go.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. I also think that it's just like, um. I was gonna say something, I lost my train of thought when you were talking. Come back to me.
SPEAKER_04I was heartbroken when he was like, I had a dream that you died.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, what the frick? I get those all the time, though, about Alex. Like, it's not a bad thing. It's just the fact that well, I don't know what it means.
SPEAKER_04Dreams are trippy.
SPEAKER_06Dreams are trippy. The dreams you cannot control.
SPEAKER_04No! Literally, you cannot control a dream.
SPEAKER_06It's not their fault. Quite literally.
SPEAKER_04It is just a fucking dream. It did not happen.
SPEAKER_06It happened to go world brain. So what were you thinking about? Yeah. Right.
SPEAKER_04But it's something we can't control and it just happens. But it was just scary for Nick because Charlie um was struggling and it was during that scary. Yeah, I I remember now.
SPEAKER_07Okay.
SPEAKER_04But you know what I mean. He was struggling, and it was during that scary time, and it was just kind of scary.
SPEAKER_05To be honest, I thought this movie was going to be like Nick's in college, right? And he's figuring out, you know, what to what he's in between college. In between college. But I thought that I thought that's what he was going to like, I thought that's what from the trailer that's what I thought it was going to be.
SPEAKER_04Honestly, me too.
SPEAKER_05So I thought that he was just gonna be in college and he's gonna live without his life without Charlie or whatever. And in college. So I was expecting to see that, but we only got to see a little glimpse of it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, but it's going well.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, it is going well. But I, you know, I just thought maybe that there was things, um I mean it was a good, it was a solid movie, I will say. Um, but I just like there was I feel like there was things missing. But I enjoyed it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, for sure. I thought it was wonderful.
SPEAKER_05Give it a solid like seven, eight out of ten.
SPEAKER_06You know, I think it's it's good. It's and like I'm not trying to dispute your point. I think you have an amazing point. Yeah. And I think you also have an amazing opinion of the movie. But also, you know, I think it's you can't have too high of expectations for a movie that is was always supposed to be a simple plot line. Sure. Yeah. Just a simple storyline of going through it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And like not a lot of drama. And like if you wanted if you want drama, go watch Euphoria.
SPEAKER_05I will never watch Euphoria. Oh, and Zendaya's a queen.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. What?
SPEAKER_05Zendaya is my queen, bro. Anyway.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, but no, I thought it was great. I'm sad that it's over, but you can't you can't drag it on too long.
SPEAKER_06So, can I ask you guys? No. Because I really want you to ask me this.
SPEAKER_04What?
SPEAKER_06Is okay, I have a black mark for my cast iron. Oh you can't. What is it? How what were your feelings when you're for when you first watched it? Because it's the movie? No, the first but the first uh um the first season of the show.
unknownOh!
SPEAKER_04I could be here for hours!
SPEAKER_06Because I when did it come out again?
SPEAKER_04Twenty I think either 2022 or 2021.
SPEAKER_06I was in the middle of college.
SPEAKER_04We both were.
SPEAKER_06Living at my parents' house.
SPEAKER_04I was living downtown Milwaukee.
SPEAKER_06Oh, okay. Did I introduce it to you?
SPEAKER_04No, we've been over this. I knew what it was.
SPEAKER_06Can you not step on my wire?
SPEAKER_04We just talked about it. Sorry, I didn't mean to come off as like sassy.
SPEAKER_06But see, I think you and I didn't really start like talking talking again until you moved into back into your parents' house.
SPEAKER_04Until what?
SPEAKER_06You moved back into your parents' house. True. That's true. Because I worked at Belfry.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, because Claire's working at Belfry with you.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then that was at the point where I didn't really have a whole lot of friends anymore. All I had was Alice. And so when I started watching this, I hadn't no I knew nobody who wanted to I knew nobody who wanted to watch it with me. I was just by myself, and I grew so attached to the show just because of how like sweet it was. It is really sweet. Like sweet and darling. Are the two words for me to describe it as because it was just such a it was such a comfort show.
SPEAKER_01It really is.
SPEAKER_06And like just that first season specifically, it's so heartwarming. It's it's so heartwarming. There's no drama. It's so pure.
SPEAKER_04I mean there's a little bit of drama, but like it was it's handled very well.
SPEAKER_05Can I be honest? I don't remember the first season. Claire. That's fine. I remember bits and pieces of it, like them in the snow and Nelly. Um that was that was drawing. I I remember um I just don't remember a lot happening. That's all. I remember her first kiss. Yes, yes, sir.
SPEAKER_04At Harry's house, weirdly.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And I I loved it. It was just It was adorable.
SPEAKER_04It was such a 'cause he was like, would you kiss me?
SPEAKER_05Wait, what you guys know this show, I don't.
SPEAKER_06I know. It's really it holds a special place in hearts.
SPEAKER_04It really does, because I was on Sarah. This was like one of the very first like gay shows that I've ever watched. Yeah. And it really kind of put me in it was Yeah, honestly, I would say the same though.
SPEAKER_05And like, see, it's funny.
SPEAKER_06It's so funny that you say that because and like not trying to like compare one of you or anything like that, but like I've been watching and reading gay content since I was in middle school.
SPEAKER_04Oh I know. Yeah, no, I'm not offended by that.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Because literally, there is no reason to be offended by that.
SPEAKER_06And so when I s first started watching Heartstopper, I was just, yeah, sitting in my room at my parents' house in my little pink bedroom, sitting on my twin bed with my little tiny TV, and I was just watching Heartstopper, and I just yeah, I constantly rewatched the first season until the second season came out.
SPEAKER_04I feel like they were very quick with it. They were with the season. They were really quick.
SPEAKER_05They were. And then Stranger Things Take a Note.
SPEAKER_04Well, this is also filmed in the UK. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Um, but my first thoughts on the show, like what I I immediately fell in love with it.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Because I think I don't remember if I had ever um I hadn't watched it yet, but I kept seeing clips of it on like Instagram and TikTok and stuff like that, and I was like, what what is this? I was like, where can I watch this? This looks interesting. It's kind of like when you come across a drum a box reel and you keep scrolling. Um like we were talking about last week. Yes.
SPEAKER_05Um but no, those things are crazy. I know. I get them on my TikTok all the time. Anyway, it's kind of noise. That's a whole range of things. It's a whole thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. You can watch last week's episode. We talk about that a lot.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Um watch it.
SPEAKER_04But I was like, I want to watch this.
SPEAKER_05I'll finish a watch. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I was like, I wanna I want to watch that. Last week was a really good episode. I was like, I really want to watch this. What is this? And you know how people would like be that? Like it'll be like a clip of a show or movie, and then people will comment and be like, name and name the show, please. Yes. Like that's what it was kind of like, and then I was just like, okay, I'm gonna look this up. And I was like, oh sweet, it's on Netflix.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I was work it was a first of all, it was a like a rainy day downtown Milwaukee. I was living downtown when I was going to school. My roommate was at home, and I was just like, I'll just watch it. And I was just like, oh my god. I was like, this is so cute. This is so cute.
SPEAKER_00So cute and adorable.
SPEAKER_04And I loved that one of the characters' names was the same as my name, and I really liked that. Yeah, that was a good one.
SPEAKER_06And then Charlie Singh was gone.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that was my dog's name, too. That's fun. That was our dog's name. That's good, yeah. But I was just like, I just really liked I fell in love with it immediately. I didn't really start watching more gay content, I feel like, until a little later on. But it was definitely the first thing that I'd like, I feel like that I'd watched. Like, fully invested myself into.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. So can I start on a non-heartstopper related tangent for a second?
SPEAKER_04Yes, what is it relates to?
SPEAKER_06More gay time. I mean more gay time.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, absolutely.
More Gay Content
SPEAKER_06So audience. Our amazing guy, Nick, over here, has started watching more gay movies. Gay movies that are pre-COVID, is what I'm gonna say. Because there has been like Brockback Mountain, I'm gonna say, is what broke the ice. That's free. No, no, in general of like gay movies, gay TV shows, and anything like that. If you have a timeline, Rockback Mountain, is that like 1999? 2009? 2009, yeah. 2000s, I can't remember.
SPEAKER_04I feel like it's like 2005.
SPEAKER_06Okay, so 2005.
SPEAKER_04Maybe it came out. Maybe, I don't know.
SPEAKER_06A couple years later, 2012, gay marriage is legalized, and then keep going forward, more gay content kinda starts to come out a little bit, you kinda get some books, and then mostly books, and then you get more movies and everything. However, the thing about indie movies, a lot of there's there's some great indie movies out there. I would say Wes Anderson is a great indie movie movie producer. I'm not sure. I love Wes Anderson. That's another time. So talk about him. This is just my observation on these movies. So of this genre of specifically MM gay romance.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Because you don't get a lot of sapphic. Staffic is a little bit more we need it though. We need it, but remember at this time it's a little bit more taboo. And like MM is also very taboo, but it's more so like when two men are kissing, it's kind of like, oh, you're gay. But when two women are kissing, it's like, oh, you two are just really good friends. And it's like, see, that's I know what you mean. Yes, and that's the issue is no, we're not just really good friends, we're not just having a good time. I love her. And it's like, yeah, you love her like a friend.
SPEAKER_04No, we're lesbians.
SPEAKER_06Yes. No, we we fucking.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And so you come out with all of these gay movies.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And now a lot of the ones that you have recently been watching, I know, and like, not gonna name them because we don't know their name. We don't I don't care for the titles, but that's fine. I can. If you want, you can share them if you want. Isn't it but I know one of them? I'm just gonna I'm gonna expose you a little bit and you're gonna tell you tell them. I know you texted me and you said, you know, some of these were kind of dry, it's kinda kinda lame, or like terrible endings, like they broke up, or they went their separate ways, or whatever. But see, that's a common theme with a lot of these movies that I've noticed pre-COVID. Yeah, is very dry, grayscale, very like not very deep emotional movies. And so you don't really become deeply connected with the characters, yeah, and you don't become joyful with the characters because there's not a lot of humor. It's more very serious.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And so that's my issue with these movies coming out pre-COVID, and then you hit COVID, and a lot more content comes out. I mean like a rush within the next four years. Because those four years are the big four years of COVID where you're locked inside, you can't you're working from home, and so all of these movies, TV shows, Netflix originals came out, I think, and like Stranger Things came out before that, but you know, it was it was a whole rush of content coming out. So it was a lot, and so a lot of gay MM kind of snuck in there. Heartstopper, but why blue, um like that? Any others? Rose.
SPEAKER_04Um Young Royals.
SPEAKER_05Young Royals, yes.
SPEAKER_04I still need to watch that.
SPEAKER_05I have a before you continue, I have a suggestion for to you guys to watch a good gay movie. Um, yes. It's called Torture the Lady on Fire. And it is a French uh movie, I believe, and it's uh a lesbian couple. Okay, yes. Um so I'll watch it with you. It's on my list. I've been wanting to watch it for a while.
SPEAKER_04So what is do you know it's on?
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_05I have no idea.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, for sure.
SPEAKER_05But I know, yeah, I know it's um a lesbian couple. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, anyways, yeah, we'll have to watch that.
SPEAKER_06And then, you know, post-COVID, you get heated rivalry.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_06You get uh what else? You get more uh Leviticus. Leviticus is Leviticus was still a good ending.
SPEAKER_03What? Will be Will Byers.
SPEAKER_05Will Byers.
SPEAKER_06Will Byers, you get a lot more gay vendors, uh gay representation, SAFIC representation, uh, jewels from uh off campus. Yep. Jewels, yes. You get a lot more, it's because we're getting more comfortable showing that side of content these days with movies and TV shows.
SPEAKER_04So I guess back then it was just a little different.
SPEAKER_06Back then it was very different. And so, you know, I think it's because COVID brought out a whole generation of who were a lot who are for one, and like Gen Z, I have a lot of problems with Gen Z.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_06And so like every it I'm I'm gonna put it out there because every generation will say that about the next generation. Trust me. And like I know I am early Gen Z, but I'm still raised with millennials, so you know. But it's the idea that they came out with, and I know a lot of people are gonna disagree, like a lot of older people would disagree that this is a good thing, but Gen Z came out with a lot more awareness to mental health, to disorders, to disabilities, to um uh being different.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And accepting it and being more open about it. And so I think that's why we get a lot more of this gay content and gay books and everything, and it's amazing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's awesome.
SPEAKER_06And so you know, you see with Heartstopper and heated rivalry that there's humor, there's fun, there's light, there's it's heartfelt, it's you feel the characters, you get to know the characters, you you actually see their backstory, the background, because these characters have a lot more depth to them. They're not just surface-level characters of hi, my name's John, and I'm gay, and I like this boy, but this boy doesn't let me back.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_06And that's the whole movie.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, literally.
SPEAKER_06Where it's more, it's you know, you see Iliad and you see Shane, and you get into the depth of these characters as well as Nick and Charlie, and you see how this relationship affects them, and you see the good and the bad and the ugly and and the beautiful too.
SPEAKER_04Yep.
SPEAKER_06But I'm just that's my tangent of I'm very happy with where we are at.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, 100%.
SPEAKER_06I still think we need to have more sapphic um romance of tape. I've thought about it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yep, yep, yep.
SPEAKER_06Go ahead. I think we need to put a pen in it.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_00Listen.
SPEAKER_06Listen. Oh, I still think we obviously need more, I don't know what to call FF.
SPEAKER_04Maybe F. Yeah, I would just say Sapphic, right? Sapphic. More sapphic romance. Yeah, I mean lesbian stories.
SPEAKER_06Lesbian stories.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Whatever you want. 100%. Whatever you want. But we need more of that. Yeah. So if we can make like if we can we just need more representation. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Certain stories, certain groups, groups definitely need more representation, for sure.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. And I think oh, you know what?
SPEAKER_04What?
SPEAKER_06I have another actually movie recommendation.
SPEAKER_04What is it?
SPEAKER_06It just came to my mind.
SPEAKER_04Elisa E. Marcella?
SPEAKER_06No, not Lisa E. Marcella.
SPEAKER_04Because I watched that.
SPEAKER_06I watched the end of that. Oh, that's amazing. But what is it the flag? I can't remember what the movie is called, but it has the same actor who plays Fantastic Beasts. Oh, Eddie Redmane? Yes.
SPEAKER_04I know what movie you're talking about. You told me about it.
SPEAKER_06Yes. I just haven't watched it. The one where, yeah.
SPEAKER_04He's he's trans, right?
SPEAKER_06Yep, he is trans, and like this is like an older period of time where like it just started to become a thing. Like this like this experiment, you know, like your experiment is a bad way to put it, but it literally was it's a trial to see if this will work on you. And it didn't work on a lot of patients. They very much they did not get to live a happy life. They were stuck on medications or they affected them too much, and they were in wheelchairs and they were just meat and they couldn't do anything anymore. But they had that experience of switching genders.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Right. And so I just that's a whole watch.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's something you have to watch.
SPEAKER_06It's extremely sad and extremely heartbreaking. But it is very interesting to see what goes through the mind of someone who is transgender. Because from the outside perspective, you know, all you see maybe is oh, this person just wants to switch to being a boy because they feel they want to be a boy. It's like it's like no, in inside their head, their brain is attacking them for being a girl. They they they I don't want to go into depth into depth with it, but you know, it's they very much feel uncomfortable. Uncomfortable.
SPEAKER_04They are isn't that dysphoria?
SPEAKER_06Body dysphoria, yes. And so they don't feel comfortable in their own body, in the clothes that they wear, in how they talk, how they look, how they present themselves, yeah. How other people talk to them. You know, they're actually in the book of Al a Ballad of Songs and Snake.
SPEAKER_04No, How to Juggle Ballads and Blades.
SPEAKER_06How to juggle balls. Which I'm reading right now.
SPEAKER_04It is a long title. It is a long title. The one I'm reading right now for our book swap.
SPEAKER_06Yes, correct. There actually is a line in it that I really loved, and it was um something along the lines of uh she hated being called her dead name because it literally it gave made her body feel ick, is how she kind of described it. Is yeah, she felt like it was a disgust in her mouth and it just tasted sour. Yeah. And like her being her old self, just yeah, it was very much like it burned on her skin the way she felt.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And it just didn't none of it felt right.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_06And so I think that's why people switch genders, is because to put it plainly, they feel more comfortable, but don't take those words, those three words to fit in a twisted way. Instead, you have to put yourself in their shoes and you have to realize, no, this entire time they have felt wrong on this earth. They have felt like they don't belong, they don't know where to go, they don't know who to talk to, they don't know how to feel, how they're supposed to feel.
SPEAKER_04Right, it's not just for funsies.
SPEAKER_06It's not just for funsies, and it's not just because they want to. Right. It's because it it's them like imagine it like that.
SPEAKER_04It's like being gay too. Same way. It's not a choice.
SPEAKER_06It's not a choice. It is something that you're genuinely born with that you feel like your entire life you're told fight it, fight it, fight it. But it's like, no, I have this on my skin and I want it off. It's like not taking a shower for three weeks. Yeah. Like I have this dirt on my skin and it feels disgusting, and I need it off. I need it gone. Yeah. I need to be clean of it, I need to be different. And so changing genders or just accepting who you are is clean the cleanse.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_06You feel better, you you feel more yourself, you are comfortable, you're confident.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06You're confident with your new name, you're confident with your face and your hair and your body and your clothes.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06It's sorry, that was a long tangent. I'm just like, I'm just trying to educate some people on here, but that's good.
SPEAKER_04That's good. And no, I get it. Yeah, it's it's definitely it's yeah, like trans, like, you know, like it's not a choice, it's just how they feel. They like you said, same way with gays, too. Like, you know, it's how they feel. Like, you know, it's not a choice. It's it's just who they are.
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_04What were you gonna say, Claire? Sorry.
SPEAKER_05I just completely forgot. I have no idea.
SPEAKER_04Well, if my um, let's go ahead and sing hold that thought.
SPEAKER_06Okay.
SPEAKER_04She wants to talk about Doomsday.
SPEAKER_00No, this is not the right channel for the name would have.
SPEAKER_04Um I have my reaction up. Um, although Magneto and Professor X are very gay for each
Professor X and Magneto are GAY
SPEAKER_04other, let's be real.
SPEAKER_05No, we haven't talked about it. Oh, 100%. The friend.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_06Okay, is that confirmed?
SPEAKER_04No.
SPEAKER_06But it's very like Okay, Captain America and Bucky are very gay for each other. Yes. I'm sorry, but no, I have to support I'm on the character side of this, right? Bucky is very much asexual, does not want to do anything in relationship because he hates himself so much, first of all. And then Captain America loves his wife so much that he wouldn't fuck not give fucking time for her. Clearly, they do not love each other good enough to do that. And then Magneto and Professor X, I don't know their stories, but I just know that they absolutely fucking hate each other. I mean, they kill each other. Let's trends. Yeah, they if you ever watched X-Men like what? Like the X-Men, like X-Men movies.
SPEAKER_04I've seen all of them.
SPEAKER_06Okay, good. I just want to make sure. The one, okay, also, first of all, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique. Mystique. That is why I followed Jennifer Lawrence. All right, I'm sorry. That is why I followed Jennifer Lawrence.
SPEAKER_04I love Jennifer Lawrence too, but me personally, I didn't think she fits.
SPEAKER_06See, that's personal that you're just wrecking on my childhood right now. I love Jennifer Lawrence.
SPEAKER_05She's awful. Oh, Jennifer Lawrence is one of my favorite actors, but that was awful casting. Terrible.
SPEAKER_04Mystique's also not supposed to be a hero.
SPEAKER_06But I don't care. I love the ring.
SPEAKER_04Who?
SPEAKER_06I love the ring.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I know, but like the ring's not a hero. Ring's a villain.
SPEAKER_00It doesn't matter if she's a hero. I don't know. Mystique has different stories.
SPEAKER_04We're getting off point. Um Mystique has different um storylines, but I don't know if she was originally supposed to be like an X-Men member, because I know she's technically a villain, but I think there's some other points where she is a hero. I don't know. But I think that personally, that Jennifer Lawrence, I liked what they did with her in the first one, first class.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04When they first got there. That one was good. I just didn't like the latest one called Dark Phoenix.
SPEAKER_05Because they kill her. Yeah. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_04You know? And it just they they just drove her character in the wrong direction. That's why I didn't really like it.
SPEAKER_06I like her character fall in love with Beast Boy, though.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, she does fall in love with Beast Boy.
SPEAKER_06Also, not before.
SPEAKER_04Beast Boy is DC, but it's just beast. It's just Beast. Yeah, it's Beast. Oh, just Beast. Because he's blue. Beast Boy is uh Teen Titans.
SPEAKER_06Oh, oh my bad. Sorry. No, it's okay. But anyways.
SPEAKER_04Nicholas Holt.
SPEAKER_06He's Lex Luthor. Yes, and if okay, well, how I know him is he was um the king in uh Is it Merlin? No, not Merlin.
SPEAKER_04I don't know what I'm talking about.
SPEAKER_00Um L Fanning.
SPEAKER_06Oh wait. The bad ones? No, it's L. Oh my god, wait. It's called The Great. The show is called The Great. If you haven't seen it, you should watch it because The Great is about Catherine the Great overthrowing her husband in the same kingdom, overthrowing her husband to become the queen.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_06And then her husband dies.
SPEAKER_04Oh. Um, but Magnino and Professor X.
SPEAKER_06Yes, they're on the beach, and then they have that whole big fight, and then don't they hate each other after that?
SPEAKER_04They're very on and off.
SPEAKER_05He likes low-key causes the paralyzation of Professor X.
SPEAKER_04Yes, he does. Yes. That he does cause. However, listen. I think what you should watch though, I think you do need to watch this show specifically because the show is low-key very gay. X Men 97.
unknownOh, what?
SPEAKER_04Listen, it is low-key very gay.
SPEAKER_06No, I have not seen it yet, I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_04It's it's gay. It's gay. It just is. If you just watch it, you're gonna be like, yeah, this is kind of gay. That would be gay. First of all, morph is they them.
unknownOh, really?
SPEAKER_04Morph is they them, non-binary because they are a shapeshifter, therefore.
SPEAKER_06True facts. True.
SPEAKER_04Do you know what I'm saying? Yes. They them?
SPEAKER_06Yes. I know exactly what you're saying.
SPEAKER_05And I love it. Yeah. It's great.
SPEAKER_04You should watch that. It's so good.
SPEAKER_05Wait, so who else is getting that?
SPEAKER_04Well, I still think that Magneto and Professor X are fucking. Magneto and Professor X, are they actually. No. It's just got that little like um It's the bromance. It's the bromance that's kind of there.
SPEAKER_05Anyways.
SPEAKER_04Anyways, yeah, we're We're getting a little sidetracked here. I think it's I think it's time for a cake.
SPEAKER_05It's time cake.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it's time for cake. And then I think with our I was gonna ask you this, but I think anytime we have a guest on, we should play Fuck Mary Kill.
SPEAKER_06Yes?
SPEAKER_04That'd be fun, right? Yes. That'd be fun.
SPEAKER_06Do you want to be prepared for that? Or do you want it to happen just happen?
SPEAKER_04I feel like happening.
SPEAKER_06It's gonna be terrible.
SPEAKER_04I feel like just happening is better. Whatever you want.
SPEAKER_05It's more whatever you want.
SPEAKER_04Should we do it after cake? Or during cake?
SPEAKER_06I think we should do it now.
SPEAKER_04Now?
SPEAKER_06Whatever you want. Actually, no, no, no, no. We should do it after, so that way the viewers don't, you know, watch this and then stop right there. The whole cake scene for nothing. For fuckberry kill.
SPEAKER_05For nothing. Have any cake?
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_05For nothing.
SPEAKER_04Alright. We're gonna go grab this cake for Claire's birthday.
Cake Time
SPEAKER_04We're gonna sing, and then we're gonna play Fuck Mary Kill. And then we'll probably wrap it up.
SPEAKER_07Right.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_04So BRB.
SPEAKER_07I can't do it.
SPEAKER_05I can't do it. What is it like every week with this?
SPEAKER_04Oh my god, Sarah. Holy sh. I just got that on film. Alright, family.
SPEAKER_05Okay, family, light me up. That's cool, the little candle holders. I was saying that's the one.
SPEAKER_04I didn't even notice those.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And it's dynamite.
SPEAKER_05It's gonna blow up. Remember when uh Margaret blew up C3P on my crap?
SPEAKER_04That was hilarious. Shout out to Margaret. That was so funny. Ready? One, two, three.
SPEAKER_01Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to bitch. Happy birthday to you.
SPEAKER_03Make a wish, stupid bitch.
SPEAKER_01Alright, now get the fuck out.
SPEAKER_04I'm joking. Here, put these, put the candles and the rings on this plate.
SPEAKER_05I'm so excited.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, it looks good. What kind of cake is it? Do you know?
SPEAKER_05Chocolate! No idea. Chocolate cake! Oh, this is a good one. Another great movie.
unknownWhat?
SPEAKER_04Wreck it Ralph?
SPEAKER_02Wreck it Ralph's iconic.
SPEAKER_05No cuts, no butts, no coconuts.
SPEAKER_02You wanna cut a cake? Sarah, do you want to cut the cake with the cake cutter?
SPEAKER_05No. She wants a knife, bro. Get her out.
SPEAKER_06You what?
SPEAKER_02I don't care. What then why did you tell me to get this out? To serve it then. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06This is a s this is for serving.
SPEAKER_05You need something else.
SPEAKER_04Oh my god, you guys.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, we're anal because we're chefs. Yeah, we're the chefs, okay? Deal with it.
SPEAKER_06Sucker nine-inch! Nine-inch chef.
SPEAKER_05Well, you know. Which way do you want me to go? This way and then that way? It doesn't matter. Yeah, I would just do fours.
SPEAKER_02Sorry, do you remember that with my cake? When you cut my cake?
SPEAKER_05What?
SPEAKER_02When you were like, I was like, the way you pointed a knife, and you're like, well, you it's just a knife.
SPEAKER_05There we go.
SPEAKER_04Oh, we need forks.
SPEAKER_05Oh, it's vanilla! You're so unprepared.
SPEAKER_04I really am! Come! As you would say, God!
unknownOkay!
SPEAKER_05I need another way.
SPEAKER_04Sorry guys, I'm just doing a little behind the scenes in my kitchen.
SPEAKER_05What are you doing?
SPEAKER_04Sarah, what the hell?
SPEAKER_05I can't do it.
SPEAKER_04You really are a bitch. Can we not light the cake on fire? I've seen videos and it's kind of scary.
SPEAKER_05Look at it. Look at it. Let's not. Let's not get that piece out of there.
SPEAKER_04Alright, Sarah, shut the hell up and eat your goddamn cake.
SPEAKER_00Oh shit, the first one.
SPEAKER_04No, you need to put the lighter down so you get that cake.
unknownOkay?
SPEAKER_05But no, I don't know. But no, take the fucking cake, Chris. Take the cake. You want to take your first case? Because that was on the thing. Eat the fucking cake, Christ. Christ.
SPEAKER_04Alright. Sonny slide up. Wait, is that the right phrase? Sunny slide up? No, that's not the right phrase. I don't know. For family? Is this you, family?
SPEAKER_05If you want. You get shall shut if anyone. For family. I can't wait for this Minecraft. I've been wanting a Minecraft cake, guys.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, well Claire, for those who don't know. Claire and I, I don't know if we told you this, Sarah, but Claire and I literally went to the store like maybe a few months ago. This was before my birthday and your birthday. Oh, there's another thing on the side. And this was literally before both of our all three of our birthdays. The three of us right now. And I don't know, maybe it was just because I had been working and I'd seen a lot of cake. I was like, I really want cake. And Clara's just like looked at me like this. You know how like when we look at each other when we want to do something, we're like, what we gave that base. And then we we came back from Meyer with birthday cake.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It said happy birthday. It was March. And we were just like, we wanted cake. And I felt bad because this guy was there. There was stood at the store. And I'm pretty sure it was his actual birthday, and he was eyeing the cake that we bought, and I was like, oh my god, I would have felt really bad if it was his actual birthday. And we took the cake that he wanted. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05It felt bad. I really hope that wasn't the case.
SPEAKER_04It was really sad.
SPEAKER_05This is your birthday? No. Then shut up. Okay.
SPEAKER_04F
F*ck, Marry, Kill
SPEAKER_04Mary Kill. We're gonna give you two. Sarah's gonna give you one, and then I'm gonna give you one.
SPEAKER_00Okay, you're just gonna eat that.
unknownNo.
SPEAKER_04No, you can have it. They're big pieces.
SPEAKER_06Oh, did you eat all of it already? Shut up. Leave my fat ass alone. Yeah, because Josh is.
SPEAKER_05I was gonna tell you.
SPEAKER_00And of course I think that Oh. No, you know what? Let me try this in the case.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Right.
SPEAKER_04Give me ten.
SPEAKER_05Dean from off campus.
unknownGod damn it.
SPEAKER_04Oh now you're cooking. Now you're cooking, Sam. Now you're cooking.
SPEAKER_00And you can get one. Um can't be smashed and stand again.
SPEAKER_04No, it can't be smashed and stand. Um Charlie Cox.
SPEAKER_05And specifically, those are so wait. Are we talking Charlie Cox in the Daredevil outfit then? Yes.
unknownFuck.
SPEAKER_01You're cooking.
SPEAKER_06God damn it. For me it would be Charlie Cox in the Stardust outfit.
SPEAKER_04That's right. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06So if you're ever watching this, Charlie Cox, I fell in love with you first because of Stardust.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I fell on you cursed.
SPEAKER_04But then you watch Daredevil and you like the mushboard abs.
SPEAKER_05So. Well. Um, okay, let me think about this. Yeah, watch my thing, too. Yeah. But like he's just like a frickin' super soldier. Like he looks like a freaking super soldier in Daredevil.
SPEAKER_04Who? Oh, Charlie Cox, yeah.
SPEAKER_05I I would I I I Oh my god. This is so hard. I'm gonna feel so bad.
SPEAKER_02A really good what? Fart.
SPEAKER_05Oh! I would I think I would marry I would marry Charlie Cox.
unknownYes.
SPEAKER_05Because he's just like, have you seen him?
SPEAKER_04Yes. I've met him.
SPEAKER_05He's like he's just like You have too? I was in the room with him. Claire was scared. And I was like scared. I was so scared. I don't know how to talk to like people in general. So like I just get flustered. Claire was freaking. I would marry Charlie. I would marry him in heartbeat. And then the other two?
unknownOh fuck, this is hard.
SPEAKER_05Dude, this is tough.
SPEAKER_04You're talking about Miles Teller, right?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, Miles Teller, oh my god. Oh, wouldn't you? In the goose out. In the rooster album. Yes.
SPEAKER_04With the mustache.
SPEAKER_05With the mustache, goddamn. We were talking about the mustache, were we not? We were talking about screw this crap. Um oh fuck. I think I gotta I think I gotta say rooster.
SPEAKER_04What about him?
SPEAKER_05I think I gotta fuck him. Okay. You're killing Dean? Yeah. Dean is very new to her. I to be fair. I was telling Jenkins and Kaylee when we were playing this with them that it it's it's gotta be like I have to know them, you know? Like I have to know, like, whatever. And I don't know Dean that well. Like I've seen him in one thing. I've seen Miles Teller in like so what's wrong with you? Oh yeah, I got you. Um God. Let's uh okay. Let me let me think about I'll do you first. I just okay, wait, so I so no varing, no hairstyles, and no Ilya, because that was in the last episode, right?
SPEAKER_07Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Alright, so I can't Ilya and hairstyles. Oh yeah, no, go more you know me better.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_04You know me. I I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_06You I know you know me very well, but I'm trying to.
SPEAKER_04Men-wise, she might know you better.
SPEAKER_05You want to do men or woman?
SPEAKER_00Men or you can want to be talking more.
unknownOkay.
