WHAT DOES CHRISTIAN PROPHECY REVEAL ABOUT ASIA DURING THE END OF DAYS?
Throughout this land today there are men who have heard their call. They are faithful ministers, God's watchmen on the law. There is the magical crown to mount every single one.
SPEAKER_01Welcome to the Watchman's Call. We invite you to study with us the ancient prophecies of the Bible and witness their fulfillment in our modern times. Today's title is Asia in the End Days. Asia is home to more than half of the world's population. Did you know that? It contains some of the world's strongest economies, some of the largest militaries, and that all leads to some of the fastest growing regions in the world. So with all of that happening right now, in this time, it brings a question up, and that is, could the Christian Bible prophecy have anything to say about Asia's future role in world events? Well, today we're going to look at that very important question. So, what does prophecy say about Asia in the end times? Now, before we go any further, I need to say that God has put Asia on my heart and I am deeply burdened for you. So please heed this warning. Again, today's title is What Prophecy Says About Asia in the End Times. Now, a lot of people are questioning if Asia will play a major role in the events leading up to the end times. And the Bible does not specifically name modern nations like China, India, Japan, or Korea, but a lot of prophecy teachers point to passages about the kings from the east and massive armies crossing the Euphrates River. So in this message today, we're going to look at what Scripture says and what it does not say, and how different scholars interpret Asia's possible role in future prophetic events. So let's look at this one. Why Asia matters today? Here's just a few of the reasons that Asia is so important. Number one, Asia's growing economic power. Okay. Number two, China's global influence. What about India? Look at India's rise to the world stage. And then, of course, there's strategic importance, and we all know about the Indo-Pacific region. All of these are real hot spots, and we're going to take a look at all of these. As Asia's influence grows, some Christians are wondering whether biblical prophecy anticipated a powerful Eastern coalition. So here's the big question. Does the Bible mention Asia? The Bible never directly mentions like China, India, Japan, like we said, or Korea by name. But the Bible prophecy was written in the context of the ancient Near East places. And remember, nations are often identified through regions, through people, and directions rather than modern nation states names. Okay? So this is really important to know also any connection between modern Asian nations and biblical prophecy is interpretive, not explicit. That's what a lot of scholars are saying right now. So let's look at the kings from the east. You can read about this in the Bible and the book of Revelation, chapter 16, and verse 12. One of the things is the great river Euphrates, it says, was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east. Most prophecy teachers believe that this refers to, number one, a coalition of Eastern nations. Number two, the potential involvement of major Asian powers. And number three, a movement toward the battle of what our Bible calls Armageddon. Now there are different views on the subject of the kings from the east. Some point to a literal future armies. And some see a symbolic representation of world powers. And still others believe that it's a regional coalition of east of Israel. That's countries east of Israel. Okay? So what about the 200 million man army? That's referenced in the book of Revelation, chapter 9, and verse 16. It says the number of mounted troops was 200 million. A lot of interpreters associate this gigantic force with population-rich Asian nations because of the scale involved. But the passage itself does not identify any specific country by name. Is this a literal army? Is it symbolic imagery? Or is it something else entirely? What about China? China is frequently discussed in modern prophecy circles everybody, all over the world. These connections usually come from references to eastern powers, not direct biblical mention. Okay, we have to remember that. It's in the interpretation. So this is some of the questions. Could China be part of a future Eastern alliance? Most people in the West and most of the world believe so. Is prophecy describing regions rather than modern nations? And are contemporary events influencing interpretations? Is AI playing some role in all of this? What about the border perspective? A lot of Christian scholars argue that end-time prophecy is less about identifying uh modern countries and more about God's sovereignty, more about God's spiritual preparedness, more about the return of Jesus Christ, and absolutely more about the hope for believers. All right, folks, so just to be clear, we're not setting dates, we're watching trends. Again, we don't claim to be prophets, we try to explain the prophecies as best as we can according to what's happening in ancient days and how it links up with modern times. We're comparing scripture with current events and asking, could these be setting the stage for prophetic fulfillment? Now, here are a few major modern developments that we really ought to consider. Number one, we mentioned it a while ago, was the drying of the Euphrates River. And again, that's mentioned in Revelation chapter 16 and verse 12. It says, And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates, and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east may be prepared. For decades, skeptics all over the world asked, How in the world could that great river, the Euphrates River, ever dry up? Well, today there's a lot of different places in the river that's experienced significant water loss. One of them is due to drought, some of its climate conditions, and some are because of dam construction. The passage specifically describes a drying of the river that prepares the way for eastern powers. The book of Revelation associates this event with the gathering of nations toward Armageddon. What was once thought impossible is now visible. See, we're watching one of the world's most important rivers diminish. It's just going away right before our eyes. So is this fulfillment? We can't say for a fact, but we can say that the stage is becoming more and more set for exactly the scenario described in the book of Revelation. What about the rise of China as a superpower? Revelation chapter 16, verse 12 says the sixth angel poured out his bowl like we just read on the Euphrates River. The water was dried up for the kings to pair the way for the kings from the east. Revelation 9:16 records that demonic mounted troops released during that sixth trumpet judgment was 200 million. Daniel 11 and 44 describes a powerful end time ruler who is the king of the north, who is suddenly alarmed by distressing reports coming from the east and the north. So there's a lot of prophecy teachers that are connecting the kings of the east with the coalition of Asian nations. Even though the Bible does not explicitly again name China, Daniel, in the book of Daniel, mentions troubling news from the east, while the book of Revelation references kings from the east and an enormous military force. 200 million men. Is there a modern parallel? So let's take a look. Let's look at China. They now possess one of the world's largest militaries. China is expanding naval dominance. It has global economic influence, and it also has strategic partnerships all throughout Asia. So for the first time in modern history, and this is very important, an Asian power is openly challenging Western dominance. For nearly 2,000 years, no Asian nation possessed a military or economic or even political influence necessary to fulfill that kind of a role. But today, that reality has changed big time. And what about the merging of Asian alliances? We can't overlook that. See, a lot of privacy students, they focus only on a single nation. But the Bible often speaks of coalitions. Here's just a few that we really should take a look at. What about the China-Russia cooperation? What about the Shanghai cooperation uh organization? What about the BRICS expansion? Okay, let's look. In the Christian Bible, the last book is called The Revelation of Jesus Christ. And most people just say revelation. In that book, in Revelation 13, the false prophet will oversee a system capable of regulating buying and selling. A lot of people in the world don't know anything about this. They don't know anything about this warning. You might ask, how is it possible? How can somebody be over all the buying and selling? Well, let's look at the tools that are already available in the system. This is not even talking about the Christian Bible. This is talking about what is here right now to make that system able to work. We have facial recognition. China knows this well. A lot of other countries know about this well. We have AI monitoring systems. They know everything you're doing from your telephones, your driver's license. What about mass digital surveillance? What about biometric identification, uh, retina scans, facial scans, all of that. All of that is already in play all over the world. So it is so very important for us to realize that no generation before ours possessed the technological capability to enforce a global economic system like the Bible's describing, but now ours does. What about Taiwan? Taiwan is a potential flash point. See, one of the greatest military concerns in Asia today is Taiwan. Everybody's watching. If conflict erupts there, folks, China would definitely be directly involved. Japan would become involved. And because of that, the United States would have to get involved because of Japan. Regional alliances would activate immediately, according to most global powers. So, considering where we are right now on the global stage, could present tensions represent the formation of the power structures that eventually become the kings of the East? Let's take a look at some of these potential kings. What about the rise of India? A lot of prophecy teachers, like I said, focus only on China, but what about India? India is one of the most populous nations on earth right now. India, very importantly, is a nuclear power. India is economically expanding. They're increasingly influential all over the globe. So the phrase kings of the East could involve multiple Asian powers rather than what a lot of people think is just a single nation. See, there's another very powerful movement happening all across Asia. This movement is spiritual. Masses are turned into Christ. Matthew 24 and 14 said, and the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world. Asia is home to some of the fastest growing Christian populations in the world. Did you know that? While military analysis watch Asia's armies, maybe, and I believe, God is watching Asia's harvest. When we started, I said that the Lord has put Asia on my heart and a very heavy burden for Asia. So I have to offer a warning to Asia, not a threat, but a warning. All throughout Asia's great religions and philosophies, there's a common thread, whether it's Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Confucianism, or even ancient folklore, there is an understanding that humanity is moving towards a time of great upheaval. We all agree on that. We're moving towards a time of moral decline and deception and suffering. And see, the Christian Bible agrees with all of that, that a time like that is coming, but it goes further. It tells us why it's coming and who will ultimately overcome it. For China, the Chinese people have lived through revelation, political upheaval, surveillance, and social transformation? If a day comes when governments know every transaction, every movement, every purchase, and every opinion, do you think mankind truly will be free? The Bible warned us thousands of years ago that a future global system would seek control over buying and selling. Over buying and selling, like we talked about. The question is not whether the technology exists. Folks, we all know that. The question is how will it be used? For India, Hinduism often speaks of cycles ending with periods of corruption and darkness. Many Indians understand the concept of a dark age in which truth declines and morality erodes. The Bible also warns of a period when deception will increase, nations will rage, and many will abandon the truth. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. That's in the book of John, chapter 14, and verse 6. He said that in love, my friends, not as a threat. It's an invitation, and we have to we have to see it as an invitation. What about Japan? The Japanese culture often emphasizes duty, honor, sacrifice, and preparedness. The greatest preparation is not storing food or money or possessions. The greatest preparation is preparing the soul. You see, earthquakes can shake the ground beneath your feet, but prophecy warns of a shaking that will affect nations, economies, and entire civilizations. Let's look at Southeast Asia. Many of these cultures are deeply spiritual and are very aware of unseen realities. The Bible teaches that the greatest deception of the last days will not be political, it'll be spiritual. Many will follow signs, wonders, and powerful leaders without even testing whether they come from God or Satan. So that brings us to the strongest warning that I have. And this is to all of Asia and the world, actually. Do not place your trust in governments. Do not place your trust in technology. Do not place your trust in economic growth. And please do not place your trust in military power. Every great empire in history, every single one of them believed that it would endure forever. Look at Egypt, the mighty Egypt, it fell. Babylon the Great, it fell. Rome, Rome fell. The Bible warns that the final global system will fall also. So the question's not whether nations will survive. The question is whether your soul is prepared. So you may be asking, how do we prepare for this time? If you don't know anything about salvation through Christ, that's a that's a very important question to ask yourself. Number one, seek the truth. Don't reject prophecy just because it comes from a foreign faith. Investigate it. Read the Gospel of John. Read Matthew 24. Read the book of Revelation and examine the evidence for yourself. And number two, prepare yourself spiritually. A prepared spirit is more valuable than a prepared bunker. Watch for deception, number three, very, very important. The Bible says the greatest danger of the last days is deception, not war, not famine, not economic collapse, but deception. So for Christians and non-Christians alike, the message of prophecy is not fear. The message of prophecy is rescue. God warns because God loves, Christ does not reveal the future so people will panic. You see, he reveals the future so people can prepare. So I just have a few thoughts I want to close with. Whether Asia plays a central role in the end times or not, one thing is very clear. The Bible's ultimate focus is not on so much as predicting geopolitical details, its focus is on faith, readiness, and the promise that God's purpose will prevail. So to our listeners throughout Asia, this is not a warning against your nation. It's a warning for your nations, all of them. Your civilizations are among the oldest on the earth. Your people are among the most resilient. Your economies are among the fastest. Fastest growing and your influence is increasing every year. But prophecy reminds us that no nation, no ruler, no civilization is immune to what is coming. I want to repeat that one more time. Prophecy reminds us that no nation, no ruler, and no civilization is immune to what is coming. The greatest question facing Asia is not whether it will become more powerful. My friends, the greatest question is whether it will recognize the signs of the times before the final hour arrives. So watch carefully. Test everything, prepare spiritually, and seek the one who holds the future in his hands. Remember, the purpose of prophecy is not so much prediction, it is for preparation. When God warns a people, it's not because he hates them, it's because he loves them enough to tell them what's coming. To the people of China, India, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and every nation across Asia, this is not a message of fear. It's a message, again, of invitation. The Bible says that in the last days many will seek answers from governments, technology, wealth, and military power. Yet none of these can save the human soul. See the greatest preparation for the future. Again, it's not economic preparation. It's not political preparation. It's not even physical preparation. It is spiritual preparation. So test the scriptures for yourself. Read the words of Jesus. Examine the prophecies and compare them with the world around you. Because the signs are not increasing, so we'll be afraid. They're increasing so we will wake up. Watchmen don't sound the alarm because destruction is certain. They sound the alarm so people have time to prepare. And while the hour may be late, there is still time. But that time is very limited. So, Father, I thank you for letting us have this time with our Asian friends. And I ask you that you will reveal yourself to the people of Asia in a more powerful way than has ever been before. Time is running out, Lord. Keep your hand on us all. We ask it in your name, Jesus. Amen. My friends, y'all be blessed. Thank you for joining with us here at The Watchman's Call. My friends, Jesus is coming back very soon. The signs for his return are showing up all over the world, even as we speak right now. Our job is to reach as many people as we can and warn them about his return. And you can help us do that by sharing these messages with everybody you know. That means the saint and the sinner. Everyone must be warned, and we don't have much time left. Y'all be blessed and keep watching. And remember, leave us a comment to let us know your thoughts and concerns.
